‘Cash-For-Ballots’ Fraud Uncovered In Ilhan Omar’s Minnesota District: Veritas

A scheme run by a so-called ‘ballot harvesters’ in Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Minneapolis district was uncovered in a shocking exposé by Project Veritas. In one segment, alleged ballot harvester Liban Mohamed – the brother of Minneapolis city council member Jamal Osman, can be seen sifting through piles of ballots in his car in videos posted to his own snapchat channel under the name "KingLiban1."

"Just today we got 300 for Jamal Osman," said Mohamed. "As you can see my car is full. All these are absentees’ ballots. Can’t you see?"

Attorney Jeff Wojciechowski of Hennepin County told Project Veritas that the ballot harvesting described in the video appears "illegal, and we will be investigating."

According to Veritas, "Mohamed said he was collecting the ballots to help his brother win the city’s Aug. 11 special election for a vacant Ward 6 city council race—which was held the same day as the primary for Omar’s MN-05 congressional seat. Ward 6 is the heart of the city’s Somali community and the Omar’s political base."

Our investigation found that among three locations inside Ward 6, a ballot harvesting triangle,  where the scheme operates: the Riverside Plaza apartments,  the senior citizen community at Horn Towers and the Minneapolis Elections and Voter Services office at 980 E. Hennepin Ave., which also functions as a voting location and ballot drop-off site.

Mohamed continued: “Money is everything. Money is the king in this world. If you got no money, you should not be here period. You know what I am saying.” –Project Veritas

Mohamed also opined on what it takes to run a campaign, saying "Money is everything and a campaign is managed by money. You cannot campaign with $200 or $100 you got from your grandmother or grandfather. You cannot campaign with that. You gotta have an investment to campaign. You gotta have fundraisers."

The scheme was uncovered by Omar Jamal, chairman of the Somali Watchdog Group. Jamal works with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department and is a political insider who is active within the city’s Somali community.

"I have been involved in the community for the last 20 years," he said.

Jamal said he was motivated to reach out to Project Veritas, because he wants to eliminate the corruption that weakens his community, such as the ballot harvesting practiced by Minnesota’s Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, in which Ilhan Omar has emerged as a rising power broker. 

“It’s an open secret,” he said. “she [Omar] will do anything that she can do to get elected and she has hundreds of people on the streets doing that.”

The political insider said he hopes there is still time to clean up elections in the country.

“If American people don’t pay attention to what’s happening, the country will collapse,” he said. –Project Veritas

"The regulations, if you ignore that and you let corruption and fraud become a daily business and then tough luck, the country will not exist as they [Americans] know it," said Jamal, adding "I’m afraid it’s already too big to stop, you know, maybe it’s too late. Maybe it’s already too big to stop."

"There’s a lot of people invested in this, you know, and they don’t care how they did it: ‘We win,’ and that’s it."

Jamal interviewed a Somali-American ballot harvester as part of his participation in the Veritas investigation. The harvester told him how he was paid to vote in the August 11 special election and primary – and that Somali-American vote-buying operatives from the Omar machine came to his apartment building to make sure ballots were ‘correctly’ filled out – often doing it themselves.

"They come to us. They came to our homes. They said: ‘This year, you will vote for Ilhan,’" he said. "They said: ‘We will make the absentee ballots. We will fill out the forms for you and when you get them back, we will again fill it out and send it."

Somali-Americans were told they don’t need to go to voting sites, because Omar operatives told him "You stay home and you will not go to the place."

After the ballots are signed and documented the harvester said he got paid.

"When we sign the voting document and they fill it out is when they give us the money," he said. "The minute we signed the thing [ballot] for the election. That’s when we get paid."

Targeting the elderly:

Omar Jamal: So they [ballot harvesters] will request it [the ballot] for the elderly?
Ballot harvester: Yes. They [ballot harvesters] request [the ballot] for them [the elderly].
Omar Jamal: And it [the ballot] is taken away from them [elderly]?
Ballot Harvester: Yes. It [the ballot] is taken away from them [elderly].

Loudoun County Schools Spend Hundreds of Thousands on Critical Race Theory

The Loudoun County, Virginia, Public School district has spent $422,500 in taxpayer funds since 2018 on diversity training inspired by critical race theory, which claims racism is inherent in nearly every aspect of America.

According to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, the school district spent $314,000 in 2019 on coaching and training sessions hosted by The Equity Collaborative, a California-based business that works with schools to "create educational equity and social justice by addressing bias and oppression." The business also offers six different services for schools, including a two-day "racial equity institute," "culturally responsive practice workshops," and "equity focused" coaching—each with a hefty price tag. The firm’s educational tools, meanwhile, include an introduction to "Critical Race Theory" and call for discussions about "oppression and education."

"In [Critical Race Theory], racism is seen as an inherent part of American civilization, privileging white individuals over people of color in most areas of life, including education," an Equity Collaborative study pack reads.

In 2019, the Loudoun County school district—the richest county in the nation—signed a contract with "equity leadership coach" Jamie Almanzan for $242,000. The contract included $120,000 for an eight-day "Systemic Equity Assessment," $32,000 for a "District Equity Plan," and $90,000 in salary for Almanzan.  Additionally, the district included an addendum for $22,000 to create a four-day "Equity in the Center Co-Facilitation."

The Equity Collaborative billed the district an extra $56,000 outside of their contract and $100,000 in 2020 thus far.

Following the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter movement, Loudoun County School District released a "Comprehensive Equity Plan" mandating that "100% of new teachers will engage in onboarding training sessions on Equity and Culturally Responsive Instruction." The plan also calls for current teachers to engage in ongoing instruction about "white privilege" and "equity literacy and racial consciousness."

A Loudoun County school district spokesman told the Free Beacon that the Equity Collaborative did not directly train teachers, saying that it hired the business for a variety of other tasks, such as conducting an equity assessment of the school district.

Loudoun’s plan also calls for "anti-discriminatory" disciplinary standards to reduce suspensions of black and Hispanic students, without explaining how to reach that goal.

Loudoun County has come under fire in the past for teaming up with the Southern Poverty Law Center to create a new "social justice" school curriculum. Proposed lesson plans recommend restructuring kindergartners’ history and social studies classes to emphasize slavery as fundamental to American society.

President Trump recently criticized critical race theory, promising to defund public schools that promote it.

Critical race theory "is especially harmful to children of minority backgrounds, who should be uplifted, not disparaged," Trump said. "Teaching this horrible doctrine to our children is a form of child abuse in the truest sense of those words."

An interesting but all too brief passage concerns Robert “Bob” Mueller, and highlights his Captain Ahab-like tendency to get fixated on erroneous theories of a case–a tendency that he has repeatedly exhibited throughout his career. Speaking of the attempt to prove some sort of “quid pro quo” in the Flynn – Kislyak phone calls that could also involve Trump, Barnett relates:

MUELLER described [KT] MCFARLAND as the “key to everything” because MCFARLAND was the link between TRUMP, who was at Mar-a-Lago with MCFARLAND, and FLYNN, who was in the Dominican Republic on vacation, when [REDACTED: calls?] were made.

MCFARLAND was interviewed on numerous occasions.

In other words, Mueller–and presumably the rest of his “all stars,” had a conviction of Trump’s guilt and a theory to match it, and couldn’t let the facts get in the way. In the most benign interpretation, Mueller’s conviction was based on the assumption that the communications between Flynn and Kislyak couldn’t possibly have been normal course of business–collusion and a quid pro quo was a given. However, a less benign interpretation is possible, since Mueller and the entire Team Mueller had the transcripts of the phone calls.

That mentality led to interview tactics that Barnett considered questionable from an objective investigative standpoint. Barnett describes the numerous interviews of McFarland as being very “general,” lacking in follow up questions. He attributes this tactic to a desire to elicit general responses that could be spun by Team Mueller for their desired ends. He describes that interview tactic also with regard to interviews–also numerous–of Michael Flynn. The picture we get is of prosecutors attempting to wear down people into saying things in a way that could be used against Trump.

Mueller’s goon attorneys were in charge:

My references to “Team Mueller” in the foregoing account suggests the other major focus for Jensen. When I referred to “Team Mueller” it is very apparent from the 302 that it’s the attorneys who took the lead in everything. The investigative agents were pretty much just along for the ride. Here’s how Barnett describes it:

BARNETT said working with the SCO was a very unique environment for him. Typically investigators push for legal process and have to explain the need for the request to the attorneys. BARNETT said the SCO attorneys were pushing for legal process and just wanted investigators to sign affidavits they prepared. Everything was “green-lighted” by the SCO, i.e., you could get whatever legal process you wanted. BARNETT did not see the investigator/attorney relationship as 50/50. At the SCO, BARNETT believed the investigators were looked at as a “speed bump” to the attorneys who were leading the investigation. BARNETT said the investigators assigned to the [REDACTED] and RAZOR investigations were doing what they were assigned to do.

Weissmann wanted to stick around for the duration of Trump’s term and continue his criminal actions in harassing the President of the United States.
