Knife-wielding robber demands cash on Christmas. But bystander sends him away with painful present.

A man who identified himself only as Daniel was visiting his elderly parents in Yuba City, California, for the holidays — and not wanting them to labor in the kitchen, he took them to a local Wendy’s on Christmas, KTXL-TV reported.

That’s when Daniel, who had come in from out of town, noticed a man walk into the Wendy’s with a bag over his head, the station said.

“So I kept an eye on him,” Daniel explained in a phone interview with KTXL. “And then I noticed that he had a knife in his right hand. And he cut in the front of the line and went up to the cashier, brandished the knife, and said, ‘Give me the money.’ And then about two seconds later, he turns to somebody on his left and says, ‘She’ll take care of you in a minute.’”

It was decision time for Daniel.

“My first thought was, ‘What’s this guy gonna do?’” he noted to the station.

But it seems the sight of the knife was the tipping point for him.

“And when I saw the knife, I thought, ‘Look at all these people in here. I don’t want this to turn into somebody’s Christmas memorial.’”

What did Daniel do?

So Daniel grabbed a wooden chair and brought it down on the culprit’s head, KTXL reported.

With that, the suspect ran out of the restaurant and into a getaway vehicle, described as a white 1990s to 2000s sedan, possibly a Honda, the station said — and Daniel chased him with chair still in hand.

Did the suspect take anything with him?

The fellow didn’t get any cash from Wendy’s, KTXL said — but likely took home a nasty head injury.

“If anybody out there knows a friend who got a gash on the head last night, that was probably the culprit,” Daniel told the station.

What may have helped Daniel to act the way he did?

Daniel told KTXL he received special training as an Air Force security policeman.

How are Wendy’s employees reacting?

They’re calling Daniel a hero, the station said.

“That’s a very traumatic experience, and he helped us instead of standing back and watching it,” cashier Erika Farris told KTXL.

Daniel was humble about his part, however, telling that station he’d “like to think that anybody would do something like that.”

Son Of Prominent Democrat Gets No Jail Time After Arrest At Violent Anti-Trump Rally

A Minnesota rally in support of Donald Trump turned violent and chaotic in March 2016. As many as 125 counter-protesters charged the rally at the state capitol, hurling smoke bombs, punching people, spraying pepper spray into Trump supporters’ faces and blasting fireworks.

Anarchists were the most violent. A small group of counter protesters wore all-black clothing, hiding their faces with bandanas and goggles, police said.

Linwood “Woody” Kaine, a son of U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), who at the time was the running mate of Hillary Clinton, was there — somewhere. The Pioneer Press in Minnesota reported exactly what happened.

Security officers saw five people dressed in black leaving the Capitol, including one who threw a smoke bomb inside, according to complaints filed by the city attorney’s office. They went to a nearby spot and “tried to change their appearance by doing things like taking off their black clothing, putting on different jackets or hats, and turning their clothing inside out,” the complaints said.

When police approached, they scattered and ran. Steve Frazer, who was then a St. Paul police senior commander, chased a man who was later identified as Woody Kaine.

Frazer grabbed Kaine by the arm, but the young man “began to spin out of his clothing to get away,” the court document continued. Other officers arrived and Kaine “was swinging his arms and pushing at Sr. Cmdr. Frazer in an attempt to get away,” the complaint said. Police said in March that they had to use a “knee strike” and a chemical spray to arrest Kaine.

Kaine, 25, of Minneapolis, was charged with three misdemeanors, but two of the charges — concealing his identity and fleeing a peace officer — were dismissed Dec. 11. Kaine pleaded guilty to obstructing legal process/interfering with a peace officer and was sentenced on Thursday to — probation, and a $236 fine.

A spokesman Kaine’s father said the son was not involved in the melee.

“While some were charged for disruptive activity at the rally, Woody behaved peacefully there and faced no such charges,” Miryam Lipper, a spokeswoman for Sen. Kaine, said by email. “He has pled guilty to a misdemeanor in connection with actions during an arrest after leaving the rally.”

But not so, the Associated Press reported. “A criminal complaint said Kaine and others changed into black clothing during the rally and entered the Capitol. The complaint said Kaine was among those who ran away and resisted arrest.”

Well, somebody’s not telling the truth. Wonder who it is?

Trump To Dems: No DACA Without Wall And End To Chain Migration

President Donald Trump will not sign a bill de-facto legalizing illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children unless it contains provisions for a wall on the southern border, he declared in a tweet Friday.

Trump ended the Obama-era executive action, otherwise known as DACA, in September telling Congress it had six months to codify the program into law before protections expired. Obama’s DACA program issued work permits to illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children and granted them certain protections from deportation. There are approximately 700,000 DACA recipients in the U.S.

Democrats have been reluctant to give any concessions whatsoever on DACA, saying the program should be passed through both chambers without any concessions on Republican immigration priorities.

President Trump mocked the science behind climate change in a tweet Thursday night that claimed the frigid East Coast could actually use more global warming.

“In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year’s Eve on record,” Trump noted about the freezing temperatures in New York and other cities.

“Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!”

Malsky is a New York-based actor who has played “drag comedy characters,” including Hillary Clinton.

Malsky does not like Donald Trump and made that clear on a recent trip to DisneyWorld, where the actor “protested” the animatronic Trump featured in the Hall of Presidents. Malsky tweeted that he was planning on either throwing something at the robo-Trump or murdering it.

Oregon Court Rules Christian Bakery Must Pay $135G To Lesbian Couple

Religious freedom doesn’t mean much in Oregon. And 135,000? That’s nuts.

The Oregon Court of Appeals upheld a decision that forced two Christian bakers to pay $135,000 to a lesbian couple who said they felt “mentally raped” when the bakers declined to make a wedding cake.

“Freedom of expression for ourselves should require freedom of expression for others,” First Liberty Institute president Kelly Shackelford said.

First Liberty, one of the nation’s most prominent religious liberty law firms, represented the Kleins.

Pocahontas Leads Scalping Party Against Trump Over Global Warming

Senator Elizabeth Warren has ratcheted up her shrill attacks on her arch-enemy after President Trump trolled liberals with a Thursday tweet mocking the left’s global warming orthodoxy by pointing out the freezing temperatures that are sweeping across the country.

To say that temperatures are colder than one of Hillary’s tits is an understatement. A dog was discovered “frozen solid” in Toledo on Thursday and record lows are expected just in time for New Year’s Eve.

To Trump, it’s as easy as shooting fish in a barrel and the Democrats lunge for the hook every time and they are often led by Princess Shrieking Moonbat who can’t help herself.

Pocahontas was quickly joined by other Democrats who seem to have temporarily forgotten the Russians and have already jettisoned the rehashed sex abuse allegations against Trump.

The rush to rip Trump should make billionaire green gangster donor Tom “IMPEACHMENT” Steyer very happy and keep the money rolling into campaign coffers.

She even got some dipstick from the television show “Jersey Shore” to chime in:

But alas, heap big mouth and hair-trigger Twitter finger often are not a substitute for keeping one’s emotions in check and not riding directly into an ambush.

Warren was ruthlessly mocked on Twitter and leading the charge was conservative actor James Wood who is right up there in Trump’s league when it comes to weaponizing the micro-blogging platform.

He wasn’t the only one:
