Ann Coulter Shrugs Off ‘Law & Order: SVU’ Episode: ‘Why Don’t They Follow My Approach and Not Care?’

Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “The Ingraham Angle,” conservative commentator Ann Coulter reacted to an episode of NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU” from a night earlier that depicted the rape of a fictional conservative pundit that resembled her.

Coulter referenced the Twitter banning of Milo Yiannopoulos allegedly for criticisms of “Saturday Night Live” cast member Leslie Jones and recommended celebrities follow her example and “not care.”

She also called those involved with the creation of “Law & Order: SVU” hypocrites for their depiction of conservatives on immigration.

“Why don’t they follow my approach and not care?” Coulter said. “But I do think it’s worth bringing up at this point also what just raging frauds and hypocrites they are. One of the things I read, I mean I read it in a Newsbusters write-up, wants to deport DREAMers. OK, Laura, I promise you the writers, the actors and the producers of this TV show — they will move heaven and earth to make sure their kids don’t go to school any place near a DREAMer. Their only contact with illegal aliens is the woman who cleans their toilet whose name they don’t know. Oh, but they’re going to stand up for the illegal aliens. So much of Hollywood is just wanting to feel morally superior to conservatives and particularly to Trump voters.”

Wait.. Did Rep. Adam Schiff Include Classified Information in Letter Slamming FISA Memo?

Wait.. Did Rep. Adam Schiff Include Classified Information in Letter Slamming FISA Memo?

Legal experts are weighing in after Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) may have included classified information in his Friday press release rebuking the FISA abuse memo.

As the Washington Examiner’s Steven Nelson noted, the California Democrat “cited two specific examples of alleged inaccuracies,” in the memo.

“The Majority suggests that the FBI failed to alert the court as to Mr. Steele’s potential political motivations or the political motivations of those who hired him, but this is not accurate,” Schiff said in a statement.

“The GOP memo also claims that a Yahoo News article was used to corroborate Steele, but this is not at all why the article was referenced.”

The outspoken House Intelligence Committee Democrat added, “The Majority suggests that the FBI failed to alert the court as to Mr. Steele’s potential political motivations or the political motivations of those who hired him, but this is not accurate.”

“The GOP memo also claims that a Yahoo News article was used to corroborate Steele, but this is not at all why the article was referenced.”

Washington Examiner reports:

Steven Aftergood, director of the government secrecy project at the Federation of American Scientists, said it’s possible those refutations reveal classified information.

“In the abstract they could be problematic since they go beyond the official public record” in describing classified documents, he said. “But under current circumstances, it is hard for me to imagine anyone objecting.” […]

Mark Zaid, an attorney who has worked many national defense cases dealing with the handling of classified information, also said it’s possible the Schiff release reveals classified information.

“At first blush I would have some concerns about the details in this statement as to whether it crosses a classification line, but it is possible Rep. Schiff, having had access to the underlying classified information, knows these points are in unclassified paragraphs,” Zaid said. “So much of these back and forths about the memo are in a gray area on classification.”

Democrats have fought hard to paint the memo as a hyper-partisan piece of propaganda aimed at discrediting the ‘Trump-Russia’ collusion investigation. Nobody worked harder to keep the memo classified than Schiff.

Schiff’s position on the memo has been nothing short of “Schiffty,” having first branded the memo nothing more than Republican propaganda, then claiming the document shouldn’t be made public because Americans wouldn’t understand it, to announcing House Intelligence Democrats would be releasing a “counter-memo.”

Today, the White House pledged to assist the Democrats with “oversight requests,” pertaining to their “counter-memo.”

FISA Fireworks=> Sean Hannity GRILLS James Comey, Reads Him His Rights On Live TV (VIDEO)

Sean Hannity continues to be the media’s leading voice against corruption committed at the highest levels of the FBI and Justice Department. Thursday evening, the Fox News host put former FBI Director James Comey on notice, reading him his Miranda Rights on live television.

Credit: MLordandGod

HANNITY: By the way, the last thing we need is lectures from Jim Comey — and by the way, Jim — just a reminder, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say, can and will, be used against you. And Jim Comey needs to be put under oath. He needs to be questioned. I wanna know why you exonerated Hillary Clinton months before you did the investigation — before it ever took place. And Jim, what do you know about Trump hating FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page? And Jim Comey, what do you know about Andrew McCabe waiting three weeks to alert Congress about the emails that have been found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop? And by the way, what did you know, and when did you know about Hillary Clinton’s paid for Dossier? Did you know it was phony, Jim? And did you know it was bought and paid for by an opposition party candidate?

Following the memo’s release, Comey downplayed the FISA abuses revealed.

“That’s it? Dishonest and misleading memo wrecked the House intel committee, destroyed trust with Intelligence Community, damaged relationship with FISA court, and inexcusably exposed classified investigation of an American citizen. For what? DOJ & FBI must keep doing their jobs,” tweeted Comey.

Soon after, Hannity quipped, “Jim, You have the right to remain silent. I suggest you exercise that right….”

The true threat to our freedom and democracy is a compliant media

James Comey illegally leaks government documents to a professor who releases it to the media. Much later, Comey says the professor was his attorney.

Dianne Feinstein leaks testimony about the Russian investigation to the media. She later blames a cold for her malfeasance.

Adam Schiff repeatedly goes to the media and claims there is evidence of a Russian collusion with Trump even though there is no actual evidence. The media gladly repeats what Schiff says, acting as if it is factual.

Anonymous sources have repeatedly leaked material from private conversations at the White House and the media gladly takes the leaks and treats them as factual.

Information is repeatedly leaked from the “secret” Mueller investigation and it shows up in newspapers and on cable and network news.

But now, we are told that Democrats and the FBI say how dangerous it would be to the FBI and how it would undermine the justice system if a memo from Republicans were released to the public.  That sounds like a pure crock of crap considering all the leaks that have come out continuously — that the media gladly reports (when FBI is often the source itself).

In the past, the media would be anxious to get hold of this memo if there were corruption at Justice and in a Republican administration, but in this case they are doing everything they can to block it themselves. They essentially are trying to hide information from the public instead of having transparency. The Washington Post, which pompously adopted the motto “Democracy dies in darkness” about the time President Trump took office, now editorializes for the suppression of the information in the Nunes memo.

There must be some pretty bad stuff in the Nunes memo or the Justice Department, FBI, Democrats and the media wouldn’t be fighting so hard to block its release.

What we almost certainly know:

The Russian collusion investigation was a fraud from the start meant to destroy Trump.

The U.S. intelligence agencies did not have any intelligence that justified the spying on anyone surrounding Trump.

Instead, the Justice Department used a DNC and Hillary-funded fake Russian dossier as justification to spy.

We know that the Obama administration intentionally and illegally spied for years on many Americans so why wouldn’t we believe that they would use a fake document to spy on a political opponent.

People surrounding Obama used the illegal surveillance to illegally unmask names and conversations of people surrounding Trump and the media gladly took these illegal leaks and repeated what they were told no questions asked.

We also know that Hillary and her staff intentionally and illegally violated the nation’s security laws for four years.

Instead of the Justice Department caring about the serious violations of laws protecting secrets classified information, they did a pretend investigation and exonerated her and everyone surrounding her.

We have seen a huge number of texts of high up FBI officials advocating destroying Trump and clearing Hillary.

Does anyone actually believe that the FBI did a serious investigation of the thousands of emails that showed up on Weiner’s computer in a few days?

Obama and many others also violated the nation’s laws by corresponding with her knowingly on her private server with classified information. Again, Justice held not one of these powerful people to account and the sycophant media didn’t care.

Lois Lerner and the IRS intentionally violated the constitutional rights of political opponents of Obama, and again there was a pretend investigation where no charges were filed.

Obama also didn’t like immigration laws that Congress had passed, so he just ignored them and changed them. The supposedly “independent” justice Department did what they were told and ignored the laws themselves. Sanctuary cities and states also were allowed to ignore the laws.

Holder, Clapper, Brennan and Comey committed perjury before Congress and they were allowed to skate.

After seeing all the abuse at Justice, the FBI and throughout the Obama administration for eight years, we are told that it is Trump and Republicans that are hurting the integrity of the Justice Department and threatening democracy. Again, what a crock of garbage!

The media and other Democrats portray Trump as a tyrant when the opposite is true. Trump is trying to give the power and purse back to the people. The true tyrant was Obama, who controlled Justice and IRS with an iron hand and continually tried to increase the power of the federal government.

The true threat to democracy and our freedom is when the compliant media looks the other way, no matter what an administration they like does, and seeks to destroy a president every day, no matter what he does, because they don’t like him or his agenda.

The media pretends they are honest fact-checkers but nothing could be further from the truth. There was never a scintilla of evidence of Trump colluding with Russia to rig the election, but almost all the media has presented that as if it were factual, and that was the justification for the investigation in the first place.

A couple questions for journalists and other Democrats: What crime did Trump commit which justified the special prosecutor?  How can there be obstruction if there is no crime?

John McCain: FISA Memo Serves no American Interests, Only Putin’s

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, attacked the release of the FISA memo, arguing that it does not serve the interests of America, “only Putin’s.”

McCain said in a statement:

In 2016, the Russian government engaged in an elaborate plot to interfere in an American election and undermine our democracy. Russia employed the same tactics it has used to influence elections around the world, from France and Germany to Ukraine, Montenegro, and beyond. Putin’s regime launched cyberattacks and spread disinformation with the goal of sowing chaos and weakening faith in our institutions. And while we have no evidence that these efforts affected the outcome of our election, I fear they succeeded in fueling political discord and dividing us from one another.

The latest attacks on the FBI and Department of Justice serve no American interests – no party’s, no president’s, only Putin’s. The American people deserve to know all of the facts surrounding Russia’s ongoing efforts to subvert our democracy, which is why Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation must proceed unimpeded. Our nation’s elected officials, including the president, must stop looking at this investigation through the warped lens of politics and manufacturing partisan sideshows. If we continue to undermine our own rule of law, we are doing Putin’s job for him.

The White House and the House Intelligence Committee released the FISA memo on Friday.

The memo describes how senior Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials used the unverified Trump dossier to obtain a surveillance warrant on Trump campaign staffer Carter Page. The memo also details how those senior officials in the DOJ and the FBI misled the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court on how the Trump dossier was actually opposition research funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

James Comey Signed FISA Applications Utilizing Same Dossier He Publically Called ‘Salacious and Unverified’

A four-page House Intelligence Committee memo alleging abuse of surveillance authority raises immediate questions about former FBI Director James Comey’s role in utilizing the infamous, largely discredited 35-page anti-Trump dossier to obtain a FISA court warrant to monitor an individual associated with Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

One glaring possible inconsistency centers on Comey’s June 8, 2017 prepared remarks for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, where he referred to the anti-Trump dossier as containing “salacious and unverified” material.

Yet, according to the memo crafted by House Republicans, Comey personally signed three FISA court applications utilizing that same dossier that he labeled “salacious and unverified” eight months later to obtain FISA court warrants to conduct surveillance on Carter Page, who briefly served as a volunteer foreign policy adviser to Trump’s 2016 campaign.

The memo documents that on October 21, 2016, the FBI and Justice Department sought and received the FISA order against Page, and that the agencies sought the renewal of the order every 90 days in accordance with court requirements.  Renewals require separate finding of probable cause each time, the memo relates.

According to the memo, Comey “signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one.” Sally Yates, then-Acting Deputy Attorney Gernal Dana Boente, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein signed one or more of the applications on behalf of the Justice Department.

The memo relates the FBI utilized the anti-Trump dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele as evidence against Page in order to obtain the FISA warrant.

However, according to the memo, the FBI and DOJ failed to inform the FISA court of the following:

  • That Steele’s Dossier was reportedly funded by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) via the Perkins Coie law firm.  “Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior and FBI officials,” the memo states.
  • That the initial application notes Steele worked for a “named U.S. person” but does not name the controversial firm Fusion GPS or its founder Glenn Simpson.
  • That Steele reportedly met with Yahoo News at the direction of Fusion GPS.  A Yahoo News article about an alleged trip by Page to Moscow was cited in the FISA warrant, according to the memo.

After he allegedly signed three FISA applications based on Steele’s dossier, Comey publically referred to Steele’s work as “salacious and unverified.”

In Comey’s June 8, 2017 prepared remarks for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the former FBI chief says that following a January 6 Oval Office meeting with Intelligence Community leaders, Comey “remained alone with the President Elect to brief him on some personally sensitive aspects of the information assembled during the assessment.”’

It is clear Comey was referring to the dossier since he writes the “salacious and unverified” material was about to be publically reported by the news media.

He writes:

The IC leadership thought it important, for a variety of reasons, to alert the incoming President to the existence of this material, even though it was salacious and unverified. Among those reasons were: (1) we knew the media was about to publicly report the material and we believed the IC should not keep knowledge of the material and its imminent release from the President-Elect; and (2) to the extent there was some effort to compromise an incoming President, we could blunt any such effort with a defensive briefing.

Four days after that briefing, the dossier was published by BuzzFeed.

Also, in his statement summarizing his conversation with Trump, Comey refers to Russian prostitutes, a key component of the dossier:

He said he had nothing to do with Russia, had not been involved with hookers in Russia, and had always assumed he was being recorded when in Russia.

In a private White House dinner with Trump on January 27, Comey says the topic of the “salacious material” again came up and he reveals that Trump was considering asking the FBI to investigate the origins of the claims.  Comey pushed back against that idea.

Comey writes:

During the dinner, the President returned to the salacious material I had briefed him about on January 6, and, as he had done previously, expressed his disgust for the allegations and strongly denied them. He said he was considering ordering me to investigate the alleged incident to prove it didn’t happen. I replied that he should give that careful thought because it might create a narrative that we were investigating him personally, which we weren’t, and because it was very difficult to prove a negative. He said he would think about it and asked me to think about it.

Meanwhile, despite his role in signing three FISA applications based on a largely debunked dossier that he himself referred to as “unverified,” Comey on Friday took to Twitter to claim the memo’s release “destroyed trust” with the Intelligence community.

The 5 Most Damning Truths From the FISA Memo That Have Dems Reeling

After weeks of discussion about a special memo prepared by the Republicans of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, a document that was purported to detail abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by the Department of Justice and FBI, the memo has finally been released to the public, according to the Washington Examiner.

While the entirety of the memo in and of itself is rather damning — it can be read in full right here — there were five key revelations within it that should have Democrats back on their heels and scrambling to find an explanation.

The first truth unveiled by the memo is that the dubious “dossier” compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele and political opposition research group Fusion GPS on behalf of the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton campaign was used by the DOJ and FBI to obtain a FISA warrant from the court.

That warrant obtained in October 2016 specifically targeted Carter Page, an American citizen who briefly served as a volunteer on candidate Trump’s campaign in 2016, and the veracity of the application for the warrant was certified by top officials of the DOJ and FBI.

However, the second major takeaway from the memo is that the FISA warrant application failed to disclose to the court exactly who had financed the dossier that served as the application’s foundation — information that should have been included.

TRENDING: Dems Sweating Bullets After Numbers Come in From SOTU Speech

As is now know, the dossier was funded in part by the DNC and Clinton campaign via the law firm Perkins Coie, but that relevant information was omitted from the initial FISA application as well as subsequent renewals of the warrant, despite the DOJ and FBI being aware of the financial origination of the dossier.

Third, the FISA warrant application cited as corroborating evidence an article in Yahoo News written by Michael Isikoff that was published on Sept. 23, 2016 and focused on a trip to Moscow made by Page in July 2016.

But that Yahoo News article couldn’t really be considered “corroboration” of the dossier compiled by Steele, as it was revealed that Steele himself had provided the information upon which this article was based to Isikoff. This tactic is known as circular sourcing, or making a single source of information appear as though it is coming from multiple independent sources.

Fourth, the memo revealed that Steele had been “suspended and then terminated” as a source with the FBI after it was discovered that he had lied to the bureau about previously undisclosed contacts with various members of the media.

Do you agree with this bombshell memo being released to the public?

Yet, despite Steele proving to the FBI that he was a liar and “less than reliable source” for the FBI, they continued to use his dossier as the foundation of the FISA warrant against Page and the Trump campaign.

Finally, the memo exposed contacts between Steele and then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr — whose wife Nellie was employed by Fusion GPS and participated in compiling the dossier — that occurred both before and after Steele’s relationship with the FBI was terminated.  These potential conflicts of interest were not properly disclosed on the FISA warrant application.

That matters because Ohr testified to investigators that Steele had admitted to him that he held a strong bias against Trump and was purposefully working toward preventing him from being elected to the presidency.

The admitted anti-Trump bias of Steele, as well as the repeated contacts between Steele and Ohr, not to mention Ohr’s wife’s employment with Fusion GPS and her role in compiling the dossier, should all have been disclosed in the FISA warrant application. Inexplicably, they were not.

There were a few other incredibly important bits of information revealed in the four-page memo from the House Intel committee, but the five revelations and confirmations of prior suppositions listed above are awfully damning as is.

It will be interesting to see how Democrats and their liberal media allies choose to respond to this incredible bombshell of a memo that significantly undercuts the entire Russian collusion narrative by exposing the weak foundation of the dossier-supported FISA warrant upon which it all rests.

Share this story on Facebook so everyone can see these five important takeaways from the House Intel Committee memo on the Steele dossier and FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.

MEMO RELEASED: FBI Officials Knew Political Origins of Dossier, But Used It Anyway

The White House is in the process of transmitting the FISA memo along with an accompanying letter from President Trump to the House Intelligence Committee, according to FOX News.

The memo was released today and without any redactions. You can read it  below:

fisa-memo by breitbartnews on Scribd

According to the Washington Examiner, the memo says:

The anti-Trump dossier funded by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee formed an essential part of the initial and all three renewal surveillance applications against Trump campaign adviser Carter Page;

It will also say FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA court without the dossier;

The political origins of the dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but not included in applications to obtain the warrant;

Justice Department official Bruce Ohr met with dossier author Christopher Steele in the summer of 2016 and told the Justice Department that Steele had told Ohr that Steele was “desperate” that Trump not get elected president.

TURNING TIDES: ICE Chief Warns Illegal Immigration ‘Not Going To Be OK Anymore’

Thomas Homan, acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), dropped the hammer on Wednesday while speaking to hundreds of law enforcement officers in San Antonio at the Border Security Expo — warning that the days of people illegally entering the United States and getting away with it are coming to an end.

“If we get a clean DACA bill, shame on all of us,” Homan said, referring to the Obama’s controversial Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, as reported by the Washington Examiner. “You can’t address DACA and reward people that brought children here illegally and not address underlying reasons of DACA.”

In a fiery 40-minute speech, Homan said he would “never back down” from safeguarding America’s borders as he called for an end to “sanctuary cities” across the nation.

Sanctuary cities “bankroll the very criminal organizations that have killed Border Patrol agents and killed special agents in ICE,” Homan said. “They’re not protecting immigrant communities like they say they are because these people are going to reoffend and commit crimes in the very communities in which they live.”

Homan slammed Democrats and the media for demonizing the men and women tasked with keeping America safe.

“I’m sick and tired of the vilification of the men and women of ICE and the Border Patrol,” Homan said to what was described as a shocked audience. “It irritates me that a politician who has never held a badge and a gun, who doesn’t understand what we do every day, makes a decision of putting their own political careers ahead of the health and safety of a law enforcement officer. A shame!”

Fox News noted that Homan also said that he “100 percent support[s] the wall,” and that “If you violate the laws of this country, if you enter illegally, which is a crime, it’s not going to be OK anymore.”

HUGE: House Intel Committee Releases Monday’s Mtg. Minutes – Schiff Admits to Secret Contact with FBI Chief Chris Wray

HUGE: House Intel Committee Releases Monday’s Mtg. Minutes – Schiff Admits to Secret Contact with FBI Chief Chris Wray

Guest post by Joe Hoft

The House Intelligence Committee Released Minutes of its stormy meeting held on Monday January 29, 2018. The minutes show the Democrats on the Committee panicked and lie their way to do all they can to obstruct the investigation into FBI and DOJ abuses and side with the perpetrators in the FISA abuse scandal rather than with Americans who want the truth.

The House Intelligence Committee (IC) released their minutes from Monday’s meeting.  Here is a summary of the comments and motions made during the meeting as noted in the 58 page document –

P3 – The meeting begins with the IC noting that the purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Democrats (Dems) memo

P4 – Adam Schiff (D) declares that the memo that the Republicans want to be made public contains ‘misleading representations and factual problems’ and states that the FBI wanted to appear to discuss the memo and the DOJ described releasing the memo as reckless.

P5 – Schiff wants 3 motions – 1) To make the Dem’s memo available to all members of the House. 2) To allow the FBI and DOJ to review both documents and provide classified briefing to entire House.   He states that only he and Rep Gowdy are apparently the only 2 members to review underlying materials to FISA memo. 3) To release both Dem and FISA memos to the public.

P6 – Rep Conaway (R) states that the Dem document to date is “sight unseen” [i.e. it has not been shared with the Committee]

P7 – Rep Sewell (D) wants both memos released

P7 – Rep Quigley (D) freaks out about Russia

P9 – Schiff (D) wants Steve Bannon and Corey Lewandowski to come in for more interviews

P10 – Rep Swalwell (D) complains and doesn’t want FISA memo released because the Committee violates “an agreement with the DOJ”. He wants to release the Dem’s 10 page memo along with the FISA 4 page memo.

P11 – Schiff (suspected of leaking sensitive documents) states his concerns with leaks about the memos

P12 – Schiff complains and demands releasing both documents to the House [the FISA memo has already been shared with the House]

P14 – The Committee agrees to send the Dems memo to the House

P16 – Rep King (R) moves to “disclose publicly” the FISA memo

P18 – King claims that “contrary to claims made in the media, this committee has been transparent with the FBI”. Reps Nunez and Gowdy provided FBI director Wray a copy of the FISA memo on Sunday and shared memo with 2 senior FBI employees on Monday before the IC meeting.  The Rep King states –

There are moments in our history when full transparency is required so that all Americans can understand what their government has done. After all, this is the American people’s House, and we work for them.

Having carefully balance the need to keep the information secret with the need to inform the public, I have concluded that this matter requires us to disclose the information in the memo to the American people.”

P19 – Chair states that he believes FISA memo was properly vetted with no classified information.

P20 – Schiff states that he talked with FBI Director Wray [privately] and states Wray wants to come before the Committee to state his concerns with the FISA memo [Why did Wray share this only with Schiff?  When did this secret meeting or discussion take place and who else was present?] Schiff makes a motion to delay releasing the FISA memo.

P21 – Chair states that the DOJ and FBI have been under investigation by the Committee for

“many, many months for FISA abuse and other matters. That investigation continues.  And I would urge my colleagues to vote no, we are not going to be briefed by the people that are under investigation by this committee.”

P22 – Chair notes how the Dems have opposed several subpoenas and the FISA memo being made available to the House.

P23 – Quigley (D) asks if the memo worked on with the White House and the Chair states not to his knowledge.

P25 – Dems demand not to release the FISA memo

P27 – Rep Speier (D) says that the Committee has not reviewed the FISA memo [even though made available to the entire House? She must have not looked at it.]

P27 – Rep Swalwell (D) asked to have an Inspector General review the memo before being released.

P39 – Rep Sewell says she is so disappointed in the entire Committee for politicizing this investigation.

P41 – After Dems bitching about releasing the FISA memo the Committee votes on whether to attach the Dem’s memo to the FISA memo and send to the President. [Again, the Committee had not yet had the opportunity to review the Dem’s memo nor had the House had the opportunity to see it.]

P51 – Schiff asks that the minutes of the meeting be made public.
