BREAKING: Judge in Manafort Case Orders Govt to Hand Over Unredacted Rosenstein Memo Within 2 Weeks

The Federal Judge in the Manafort case is not messing around.

Judge T.S. Ellis lost his temper Friday in a Manafort hearing and accused Mueller’s prosecutors of using the case against Trump’s former campaign chairman to oust the President from office.

Mueller’s wheels are falling off.

CNN reported:

“You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud,” District Judge T.S. Ellis said to prosecutor Michael Dreeben, at times losing his temper. Ellis said prosecutors were interested in Manafort because of his potential to provide material that would lead to Trump’s “prosecution or impeachment,” Ellis said.

“That’s what you’re really interested in,” said Ellis, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan.

Judge Ellis also ordered the government to hand over the unredacted Rosenstein memo.

The Judge told Mueller’s prosecutors, “We don’t want anyone with unfettered power.”

Mueller’s prosecutors argued they have certain authorities given to them which were laid out in Rosenstein’s August 2017 memo.

Judge Ellis scoffed at Mueller’s prosecutors who argued the memo has to be kept a secret because of ongoing investigations and ordered the unredacted memo to be released within a two week time frame.

Fox News reported:

Mueller’s team says its authorities are laid out in documents including the August 2017 scope memo – and that some powers are actually secret because they involve ongoing investigations and national security matters that cannot be publicly disclosed.

Ellis seemed amused and not persuaded.

He summed up the Special Counsel’s Office as, “We said this was what [the] investigation was about, but we are not bound by it and we were lying.”

He referenced the common exclamation from NFL announcers, saying: “C’mon man!”

The judge also gave the government two weeks to hand over the unredacted “scope memo” or provide an explanation why not — after prosecutors were reluctant to do so, claiming it has material that doesn’t pertain to Manafort.

“I’ll be the judge of that,” Ellis said.

On Monday, the Assistant Attorney General said in a letter that the DOJ would not be handing over the unredacted Rosenstein memo detailing Mueller’s scope.

In response, Freedom Caucus Chairman, Mark Meadows drafted “articles of impeachment” against Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as a “last resort.”

On Tuesday, Rosenstein freaked and referred to the impeachment threat as “extortion.”

On Wednesday morning, in response to the stonewalling by the DOJ, Trump threatened to use his presidential powers in order to get the unredacted Rosenstein memo.

Black and Hispanic Unemployment Hits All-Time Record Lows

These are the kinds of headlines that have Democrats terrified.

At just a time when news about politics among black Americans is getting a new twist thanks to rapper/entrepreneur Kanye West and the discussions he’s sparking, the Labor Department just issued new numbers reflecting the strength of the economy under President Donald Trump.

And much as Democrats would like to deny it, the report is going to hurt them badly.

Friday’s jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics — under the pro-business, anti-regulation Trump administration — showed an overall American unemployment rate dropping below 4 percent for the first time since 2000, CNN reported (through gritted teeth, no doubt).

That’s good news for the country, of course, but there’s even better news for a part of the population that tends to lag the rest.

According to the Washington Examiner, unemployment for blacks “hit the lowest on record in April.”

And that’s very bad news for a Democrat Party that’s trying to paint the Trump administration as a disaster for black Americans.

This is the party, remember, whose representatives sat on their hands during Trump’s State of the Union address in January when the president touted then-record lows for unemployment among blacks and Hispanics.

Do these numbers prove Trump’s policies are working for all Americans?

But that stone-faced refusal to acknowledge good news could well be coming back to bite them.

With Friday’s numbers showing the black jobless rate lower than it was when Trump was speaking, black conservative commentators like Candace Owens will have even more ammunition to fight the black liberal power structure.

Freelancers like West — who has made a habit of upsetting the Democrat dogcart (and getting pilloried for it) — will have more room to speak.

And black Democrat politicians are finding themselves in the increasingly uncomfortable position of carrying water for a white liberal establishment made up of the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer while attacking an administration that is good for the actual constituents back home.

For Rep. Maxine Waters, the California Democrat obsessed with impeaching Trump, and Democrats — whose biggest brag during the Obama administration was how many Americans were on food stamps — are not looking real good.

And social media responses to Friday’s report showed it.

The Democrat spin is already starting — that the numbers were following a trend that started under Obama. Since they are some very smart people on the Democrat side (even if they’re wrong), it’s not stupid on its face. But even for the smartest Democrat out there, it’s tough to square good news coming from a guy you’re pretending is a modern Simon LeGree.

Besides, every American remembers the malaise of the Obama years, when manufacturing jobs “weren’t coming back,” and when the best Democrats were offering was some kind of spurious health insurance under a law that needed lies to get passed.

Truly great economic news, like record-setting unemployment in a population that has been left behind too often, isn’t something that can be shrugged off with political spin. And Democrats who have black constituents to answer to are going to be pushed to the wall explaining why black workers need to a better life for themselves to satisfy the whims of white liberals like Pelosi and Schumer.

Headlines like the ones coming out Friday aren’t going to make that easier at all.

White Guys Freak as Black Man Dares to Speak His Mind

It seems like parody, but it’s happening in real life: A black American has voiced an unapproved opinion, and liberals are tripping over themselves to discredit and silence him.

We’re talking, of course, about Kanye West, the controversial rapper who has found himself under fire for supporting conservatives including Candace Owens and Donald Trump.

Whether Kanye’s recent statements are genuine or part of a publicity stunt is still up for debate, but he certainly seems to be doubling down on his stance.

During a recent appearance on TMZ, the world-famous musician caused a stir when he seemed to suggest — somewhat accurately — that Africans had some influence in perpetuating slavery.

Now, the entertainment world has deployed its best weapons to stop Kanye West from rocking the politically-correct boat: A brigade of pale white washed-up TV doctors.

On Thursday, TMZ pushed two stories aimed at disparaging Kanye and making him seem like a drug-addled mental case. “Dr. Oz: Kanye West’s Playing a Dangerous Game with Medications,” declared one of the channel’s headlines.

Do you believe the left is working to discredit Kanye West?

Another was equally ominous. “Dr. Phil Says Kanye’s Comments are Irresponsible, Ignorant and Empowering Hate Groups,” TMZ also tweeted.

Yes, a 67-year-old bald white man is now the authority on which opinions are “irresponsible” from black voices. “Empowering hate groups” implies, of course, that this same pasty television doctor is basically calling Kanye West racist.

It would be absolutely hilarious if it appeared in The Babylon Bee or The Onion. Imagine the faux headline: “Elderly White Men Tell Uppity Black Icon To Mind His Place.” But those outlets are satire and TMZ, though often close, is not.

In a video shared on the celebrity news site, Dr. Oz gave his “diagnosis” of Kanye West — despite not being his physician and presumably knowing almost nothing about his personal life or medical records. Professionalism!

“I think that a lot of what Kanye’s been dealing with is anger, frustration, and he didn’t grieve over his mother’s death the right way,” the doctor rambled while literally standing on a New York City sidewalk.

What was the basis of this oh-so-expert “diagnosis?” Dr. Oz supposedly talked to a person who interviewed Kanye the other day. Medical guesswork based on hearsay? Sign me up!

The television doctor then opined about other issues, including the musician’s supposed use of prescription painkillers following a procedure back in 2016.

It needs to be pointed out just how unprofessional this is. Love him or hate him, Kanye West is a private citizen. Suppose for a moment that a medical doctor was giving street-side television interviews and making wild guesses about your medical history, while essential claiming that you were unstable.

The fact that the left — and the entire entertainment complex, it seems — has no problem with this is very revealing. It appears to be a targeted effort to make Kanye look unreliable. Instead of taking the musician’s comments head-on and debating them, they are going after his entire credibility as a human being.

To be clear, Kanye West is a wildcard who speaks freely and often goes on tangents. But that’s the point: Diverse thoughts, opinions, and views are supposed to be something that we celebrate, not attack.

That is the real problem with liberals at the moment. Despite parroting their support for “diversity,” they refuse to allow true diversity of thought and instead focus on meaningless differences like skin color.

For too long, they have presumed that all black Americans have the same views. Kanye has disproved this assumption with spectacular style, and that is exactly why liberals will do anything to silence or destroy him.

After Great Unemployment Report, Trump Gets Even Bigger Good News

The news cycle might seem to change by the hour, but for President Donald Trump, Friday looks like a slam dunk win.

On the same day the Labor Department released a sterling jobs report that shows overall unemployment at the lowest its been in 17 years, and black and Hispanic unemployment at record lows, a new poll shows more than half of Americans approve of the president’s job performance.

And growing numbers are seeing a better chance for a Trump second term come 2020.

According to the Daily Presidential Tracking Poll from Rasmussen on Friday, Trump had the approval of 51 percent of Americans surveyed.

That’s not only the highest percentage Trump has gotten since the first month of his stormy presidency, it’s higher than President Barack Obama’s was — 48 percent — at the same point in his first term.

Meanwhile, another Rasmussen poll found that 41 percent of those surveyed think Trump will win re-election. Granted, 41 percent is not what he’s going to need to stay in the White House, but it’s a considerable jump from the 34 percent who felt that way in December.

And since the effects of the Trump tax cuts passed and signed in the last month of 2017 are only starting to show, the chances are very good that more Americans are going to be backing the president as the benefits take hold.

Trump supporters on social media were celebrating the news — and suggesting it might be even better than the poll indicates:

Sixty-one percent might seem like pie-in-the-sky thinking, but if the 2016 election proved anything, it’s that polls consistently underestimated Trump’s support. At the very least, Trump performed on the high end of the margin of error in the presidential polls that showed Hillary Clinton would win the presidency in a landslide (even the snarky anti-Trump Washington Post reported that).

On Friday, Rasmussen reported a margin of error for the re-election expectation poll at 3 percent, which means that, realistically, Trump is expected to win by 54 percent of the electorate at this point. And that’s not too shabby for a guy who’s been universally villainized by the news and entertainment media since before he was even sworn into office.

But the 2020 vote is years away. Even more important to November’s

midterm elections

 — and the strategy of Democrat candidates trying to win the House and Senate – the poll showed a scant 15 percent of voters think the prospect of a presidential impeachment is a winner for the left.

All in all, the numbers so far in 2018 are not heading in Democrats’ favor. As Rasmussen reported:

“The most noticeable change over the past four months is among voters not affiliated with either major political party. Just 28% said Trump would be re-elected in December, but now 38% feel that way. Twenty-one percent (21%) of unaffiliateds believe he will be impeached, but that compares to 31% in the earlier survey.

“Even among voters who see impeachment as the better strategy for this year’s Democratic congressional candidates, just 37% think Trump is likely to be impeached before serving his first full term in office.”

The fevered far left doesn’t want to hear that, of course. But the fevered far left doesn’t want to hear about the performance of the economy under Trump either.

Reality has a way of intruding on political obsessions, though.

And the reality is that on Friday, May 4, 2018, Donald Trump is slamming Democrats down.

BOMBSHELL: Federal Judge Accuses Mueller’s Team Of ‘Lying,’ Trying To Ruin Trump

On Friday, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III blasted Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team during a hearing on former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, saying that they are only concerned with trying to take down President Donald Trump.
"You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort,” Ellis told Mueller’s team of Democratic prosecutors. “You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment, or whatever."

UC Berkeley: ‘Coordinated campaign’ to bring right-wing speakers on campus ’caused’ ‘acute distress’

A free speech report from the University of California, Berkeley, released this week said a “coordinated campaign” to invite controversial right-wing guest speakers on campus in 2017 “caused” “acute distress” among students and staff — and was an attempt to advance a narrative that colleges “are not tolerant of conservative speech,” Politico reported.

Things heated up in February 2017 when riots broke out at UC Berkeley — long associated with the 1960s Free Speech Movement — over a planned speech by “alt-right” figure Milo Yiannopoulos, which led the school to cancel the event. Republican President Donald Trump then threatened to defund the college.

Two months later, conservative pundit Ann Coulter nixed her planned speech on campus. She had previously insisted she would give her lecture despite the school cancelling her appearance and then rescheduling it for a date in May when there were no classes.

Other flare-ups against free speech at Berkeley made headlines last year, including left-wing vandals targeting Berkeley College Republicans and rioting in town that saw protesters beating up pro-Trump demonstrators and ripping up free-speech signs.

What did the UC Berkeley report say?

“Contrary to a currently popular narrative, Berkeley remains a tolerant campus,” the report asserted, according the outlet. The report also noted a survey that found 75 percent of incoming freshmen last fall agree that the school “has the responsibility to provide equal access to safe and secure venues for guest speakers of all viewpoints — even if the ideas are found offensive by some or conflict with the values held by the UC Berkeley community,” Politico said.

The report added that unrest surrounding the Yiannopoulos and Coulter events were sponsored by “very small groups of students working closely with outside organizations,” Politico said.

“Although those speakers had every right to speak and were entitled to protection, they did not need to be on campus to exercise the right of free speech,” the report continued, according to the outlet. “Indeed, at least some of the 2017 events at Berkeley can now be seen to be part of a coordinated campaign to organize appearances on American campuses likely to incite a violent reaction, in order to advance a facile narrative that universities are not tolerant of conservative speech.”

The report also said Yiannopoulos and Coulter “expressed little interest in reasoned discussion of contentious issues or in defending or revising their views through argument,” Politico noted.

More from the UC Berkeley report, according to the outlet:

Many Commission members are skeptical of these speakers’ commitment to anything other than the pursuit of wealth and fame through the instigation of anger, fear, and vengefulness in their hard-right constituency. Speech of this kind is hard to defend, especially in light of the acute distress it caused (and was intended to cause) to staff and students, many of whom felt threatened and targeted by the speakers and by the outside groups financing their appearances.

The report added that many students and staff felt threatened “not just by the message of the speakers, but by the large police presence required to assure everyone’s safety,” Politico said.

And while the report noted that conservative commentator Ben Shapiro spoke at Berkeley in 2016 without controversy, his high-profile appearance on campus last year resulted in protests, nine arrests and the school forking over $600,000 for security, the outlet noted.

Why the difference in reactions on campus?

The report blamed the “rise of ultra-conservative rhetoric, including white supremacist views and protest marches, legitimized by the 2016 presidential election and its aftermath, encouraged far-right and alt-right activists to ‘spike the football’ at Berkeley. This provoked an at-times violent (and condemnable) response from the extreme left, tearing at the campus’s social fabric,” Politico said.

How did Yiannopoulos respond to Berkeley’s report?

Politico said neither Coulter nor the Berkeley College Republicans — which helped organize 2017 events and have sued the school — could be reached for comment.

But Yiannopoulos had plenty to say, calling the commission members who put together the report “Marxist thugs … criticizing people they don’t listen to, books they haven’t read and arguments they don’t understand” and arguing the report “gets Berkeley off the hook, doesn’t it?” the outlet said.

“I get that people find it difficult to imagine that a conservative with big ideas might also be a showman, a provocateur and an Instagram thot, but here I am. Deal with it,” Yiannopoulos wrote in an email to Politico. “As for their lofty dismissal of the obvious reality that conservative speech is relentlessly and systematically suppressed on campuses… actual lol!”

As previously reported, VP Mike Pence’s physician was behind the attacks on Admiral Ronny Jackson out of jealousy, according to investigative reporter, Sara Carter.

It is now being reported that Mike Pence’s physician, Dr. Jennifer Pena has resigned.

Sara Carter previously reported Ronny Jackson was a target by Dr. Pena due to a longtime grudge because of Jackson’s continuing promotions in the White House.

Dr. Pena was appointed to the White House Medical Unit during the Obama administration.

Sara Carter reported:

Vice President Mike Pence’s physician, Army Dr. Jennifer Pena, resigned from the White House Wednesday according to several senior Administration officials. Pena’s resignation comes just as the allegations she brought against President Trump’s physician Adm. Ronny Jackson were proven to be unsubstantiated. The onslaught of unfounded allegations – also propagated by Montana Sen. Jon Tester – led to Jackson’s decision to withdraw his name from consideration after being nominated by Trump to lead the Veteran’s Affairs Administration.

Dr. Pena officially left the White House Friday, according to sources who spoke with Sara Carter.

Democrat Senator Jon Tester led the charge last week spreading false rumors against Trump VA pick Admiral Ronny Jackson.

Tester played point man to smear and slander Admiral Jackson with false allegations of inappropriate behavior.

Admiral Jackson withdrew his nomination after the false allegations were released and shared widely by the liberal mainstream media.

The Secret Service later came out and said the allegations were completely false.

It’s too late; another good man has been destroyed by lies and fake news media.

Ronny Jackson is currently still in the medical unit, however; he withdrew his name from nomination of Veteran’s Affairs.

None of the allegations against Ronny Jackson have been substantiated.

Good riddance, Dr. Pena.
