Former Super Bowl Champion and Author Burgess Owens weighed in on Nike Corporation’s decision to hire Black Lives Matter activist and former NFL quarterback Colin Kaelernick as its spokesman.

Owens is the author of Liberalism or How to Turn Good Men into Whiners, Weenies and Wimps.

Burgess went off on this latest Marxist move by the radical left.

Burgess Owens: We now just have Nike just join this fray. As we see a little bit less probably of the kneeling we’re going to still see the narrative by Nike. And that is a Marxist and who is going to be the face and the commercial of NFL games from this point moving on. We have to look at the bigger picture and understand in America that we’re under assault. It’s like 9-11 and Pearl Harbor. We are being assaulted by the left. And we need to understand who they are. They’re globalists and they’re leftist globalists. The worst thing we have to our country is to let them get away with it.

Couple allegedly used homeless man’s GoFundMe for shopping, vacations, while he lived like a pauper

A New Jersey couple who started a GoFundMe campaign for homeless veteran Johnny Bobbitt allegedly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on extravagant trips, designer shoes, and other items, the New York Post reported.

Kate McClure, 28, and Mark D’Amico, 39, created the GoFundMe to help Bobbitt get off the streets and get his life together. The campaign quickly went viral and drew $402,706 from more than 14,000 donors.

The couple began spending the money right after they deposited the funds intended for Bobbitt into their personal bank accounts, one of Bobbitt’s lawyers, Jacqueline Promislo, told the Post.

While the couple allegedly lived well beyond their means, Bobbitt lived like a pauper in a trailer they purchased for him, the lawyer added.

The couple wanted to help Bobbitt after he spent his last $20 to put gas in McClure’s car after she found herself stranded on the side of the road in a Philadelphia neighborhood on Thanksgiving.

What else did the lawyer say?

Promislo, one of the pro bono lawyers representing Bobbitt, told the Post that her law firm believes McClure and D’Amico spent about $68,000 of the money raised on their client.

“Until we have a forensic accountant go through it, I can’t say that they spent his money. But now that they say there is no money, where did it go?” she said.

McClure, a receptionist, and D’Amico, a carpenter, bought the former U.S. Marine a used truck, a computer, and some other items. He lived in the trailer that was parked on their Bordentown property.

But after they blocked his access to the funds, the 35-year-old Bobbitt returned to living under a bridge.

“I know they spent a lot of money,’’ Promislo told the Post.

Bobbitt told his attorney that the couple accumulated a massive collection of expensive items, including Nike shoes, bought a Louis Vuitton bag, Chanel sunglasses, and a new iPhone 10. They also posted pictures of trips to California, Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon on their social media accounts.

“There is in my mind about $300,000 that was raised for Johnny that he doesn’t have and that they now say they don’t have,” Promislo said.

What did the couple say?

McClure and D’Amico, who have claimed no wrongdoing, said in previous interviews that Bobbit was back on drugs and that’s the reason they stopped giving him money.

Last month, Bobbitt’s attorneys filed a lawsuit against the couple that accusing them of mismanaging the money and spending it on themselves.

Pennsylvania Judge Paula T. Dow ordered them to turn over all remaining funds to a trust account for Bobbitt.

Last week, the couple’s attorney informed Bobbitt’s lawyers that the money was gone.

The civil lawsuit soon turned into a criminal investigation.

On Thursday, law enforcement authorities executed a search warrant at the couple’s home. Investigators hauled away bags of evidence and towed a black BMW that may have been bought with the GoFundMe money.

The lawyer for McClure and D’Amico did not return the newspaper’s request for comment.

Promislo said her client is “really sweet” and still likes McClure, adding that he was hesitant to pursue a lawsuit against the pair.

“Even [Friday], he said to me — when we were meeting and going over his bank account — he said, ‘You know, Kate’s a very nice woman,’” Promislo told the Post. “I said, ‘You were also given very little money when you were living in a trailer in her driveway.’”

On Friday, Bobbitt checked into an in-patient rehab program, according to his attorney.

GoFundMe has promised that Bobbitt will receive the rest of the money owed to him, for which he is grateful, Promislo said.

McClure and D’Amico are expected to appear in court Monday.

While defending her comments urging her followers to harass members of the Trump administration, Rep. Maxine Waters mocked the controversy by saying that she threatens the president’s supporters “all the time.”

The remarks came during a speech last weekend, while she was receiving the Hero Award from the Stonewall Young Democratic Club of Los Angeles.

“I did not threaten [Trump] constituents and supporters. I do that all the time, but I didn’t do that that time,” Waters said, addressing her comments from June and prompting laughter from the crowd.

Waters also expressed dismay that her call for harassment was seen by many as a call for political violence.

“What bothered me so much was, they tried to frame that as violence. That’s not violence,” Waters said. “The poster child for violence is the president of the United States. He’s the one who threatens. Don’t forget at his rallies, when he said go ahead and beat them up, I’ll take them out on a stretcher.”

Waters explained that she doesn’t want violence, just incivility and protesting.

“I do not advocate violence. I do not believe you should hit, kick, shoot,” the kooky representative added. “We have to tell people the difference between violence and incivility and protesting.”

“I said, if you see them anywhere, if you see them in a restaurant, if you see them in a department store, even at a gasoline station, just tell them, you’re not welcome here or anywhere,” Waters explained. “Of course it frightened a lot of people.”

Former Trump campaign staffer George Papadopoulos was sentenced on Friday to 14 days in prison after being set up by the Obama Deep State in the 2016 election.

George Papadopoulos went on CNN and ABC this weekend to discuss his role in the Spygate scandal.

Papadopoulos told the liberal anchors about how he was set up by Obama spy Stephan Halper in London after he was brought on by the Trump campaign.

George Papadopoulos: I received an unsolicited email from Stephan Halper who I thought was a Cambridge professor inviting me. So he reached out and said I want you to write a paper for me. I joined him about a week later over drinks at the hotel in London where all of the sudden he pulls out his phone. Everyone has phones when they meet with me and he places it in front of him and he begins to tell me, “So George, of course hacking is in the interest of your campaign. Of course, the Russians are helping you.” These open-ended questions, and, “Of course, you’re probably involved in it too. That’s correct right?”

Papdopoulos added that Halper began to sweat and his demeanor changed when George told him he had “no idea what you’re talking about” as far as hacking and Russians.

Papadopolous was set up by the Obama Department of Justice.

Deep State spy Stephan Halper was paid over $400,000 for his work during this time.

Of course, the liberal media is ignoring this giant development!

Giant ‘Pac-Man’ deployed to gobble up ocean litter

A nonprofit group launched a giant ocean clean-up system over the weekend, in hopes of tackling a massive accumulation of trash in the Pacific Ocean.

What are the details?

The Ocean Cleanup project was founded in 2013 by then-18-year-old Dutch inventor Boyan Slat. The project has the ambitious goal of reducing the Great Pacific Garbage Patch within five years, using unmanned floating booms designed to gobble up litter “like Pac-Man,” according to the group’s website.

On Saturday, the first 2,000-foot floating vessel was deployed for a two-week test from San Francisco Bay. It’s intended to act as a coastline of sorts, corralling garbage with its U-shaped design. If successful, the boom will be moved to the Garbage Patch located between California and Hawaii.

The Ocean Cleanup project hopes to build more of the trash collection systems, eventually developing a fleet of 60.

Roughly 80 engineers and researchers work for the Netherlands-based firm, which has raised nearly $35 million for their project so far. It’s the world’s first ocean cleaning system, but Slat admits he’s not sure if it will work yet.

In a Facebook video posted last week, the CEO said his greatest concern is whether or not the new system can actually collect garbage.

“To me this is where I think my largest anxiety lies at this point in time,” he said. “First of all, it’s something that we haven’t really been able to test very well.”

George Leonard, chief scientist at the Ocean Conservancy, expressed concern about whether the system could actually do harm.

“There’s worry that you can’t remove plastic without removing marine life at the same time,” he told the New York Times.  “We know from the fishing industry if you put any sort of structure in the open ocean, it acts as a fish-aggregating device.”

Anything else?

The Great Pacific Garbage Patch is estimated to be bigger than the state of Texas, and is the world’s largest floating accumulation of trash.

National Geographic reported earlier this year that microplastics only make up roughly 8 percent of the patch’s total tonnage, and scientists believe that the mass is comprised mostly of fishing gear like nets and traps.

But there is an estimated 1.8 trillion pieces of plastic in the patch, and Slat is determined to gather it up and keep more from accumulating.

“We need to deal with new plastic and prevent more plastic from entering the ocean,” he told KTVU-TV, “There is this legacy of 60 years of pollution that has already been done. It doesn’t go away by itself.”

Chinese gov’t burning Bibles, shutting churches, ordering Christians to renounce faith, group says

China’s government is burning Bibles, destroying crosses, shutting churches, and ordering Christians to sign papers renouncing their faith, the Associated Press reported, citing pastors and a group that monitors religion in China.

The crackdown is related to an effort to “Sinicize” — or refashion as Chinese — religion by enforcing loyalty to the atheist Communist Party and getting rid of challenges to its authority over people’s lives, the outlet said.

Bob Fu of the U.S.-based group China Aid, said the recent shuttering of churches in central Henan province and a well-known house church in Beijing equates to a “significant escalation” of the crackdown, the AP reported.

“The international community should be alarmed and outraged for this blatant violation of freedom of religion and belief,” Fu wrote in an email to the outlet.

Under President Xi Jinping, China’s most powerful leader since Mao Zedong, religious believers are seeing their freedoms shrink dramatically even as the country undergoes a religious revival. Experts and activists say that as he consolidates his power, Xi is waging the most severe systematic suppression of Christianity in the country since religious freedom was written into the Chinese constitution in 1982.

Fu also provided video footage of what appeared to be piles of burning Bibles and forms stating that the signatories had renounced their Christian faith. He said that marked the first time since Mao’s radical 1966-1976 Cultural Revolution that Christians had been compelled to make such declarations, under pain of expulsion from school and the loss of welfare benefits.

A Christian pastor in the Henan city of Nanyang said crosses, Bibles, and furniture were burned during a Sept. 5 raid on his church, the outlet reported. The pastor — who didn’t want to be identified over safety concerns — said several people entered the church when its doors opened at 5 a.m. and began removing items.

The pastor told the AP that local authorities demanded the church “reform” itself, but no agreement had been reached or official documents released. Chinese law dictates that believers can worship only in congregations registered with authorities, the outlet said, but millions nevertheless belong to underground or house churches that resist the government.

A Nanyang city government official disputed the account and said authorities respected religious freedom, the AP reported.

What happened at a prominent house church?

Zion Church in Beijing — known as the largest house church in the capital, with six branches — was shut Sunday by about 60 government workers, the church’s pastor, Ezra Jin Mingri, told the outlet Monday.

Officials declared gatherings illegal and sealed off church properties, Jin told the AP, adding that his personal assets were frozen in an apparent attempt to force him to comply with government demands.

A Sunday notice posted on the website of the Chaoyang district government in Beijing said Zion Church was closed because it failed to register with the government, the outlet reported.

“Churches will continue to develop,” Jin told the AP. “Blocking the sites will only intensify conflicts.”

All of China’s officially recognized religions appear to have been affected by the crackdown. In the most extreme example, an estimated 1 million Uighurs and other members of Muslim minority groups in the country’s northwest have been arbitrarily detained in indoctrination camps where they are forced to denounce Islam and profess loyalty to the Communist Party.

The government says it is taking necessary measures to eliminate extremism, but denies setting up the camps.

China has an estimated 38 million Protestants, and experts have predicted that the country will have the world’s largest Christian population in a few decades.

Trump Trolls Obama And Hillary Like A Jedi Master


Donald Trump isn’t just doing a great job as President, he a master of social media. While democrats take witless shots at the Trump all the time, he blows them to bits with laser-guided tweets. Recently both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have tried and failed to insult Trump, but he hit them back with devastating and hilarious precision. Trump is truly a Jedi Master of trolling.

Hillary Clinton blames the Russians, James, Comey, sexist women, the biased liberal media, and pretty much everything and everyone, except herself, for her 2016 loss to Donald Trump. There’s a lot of reasons why she lost, but it can be argued that when she called most Americans racist sexist rednecks with her “basket of deplorables” speech she effectively ended her chances at the White House. Sunday was the two-year anniversary of that comment and President Trump celebrated it with one hell of a funny tweet:

I’m almost certain that Hillary, or maybe her dimwitted daughter Chelsea, will strike back by accusing Trump of misogyny. You know, because it’s always racist or sexist to use liberals’ own words against them.

That was definitely a master class in trolling, but Trump was just warming up. He got Obama good with another tweet that requires a little set up.

Back in 2016 at a town hall, then-president Obama gave then-candidate Trump crap for claiming that he would negotiate better trade deals and bring manufacturing jobs back to the US.

“How exactly are you going to negotiate that? What magic wand do you have?” Obama asked.

As President, Trump has negotiated better trade deals and brought back manufacturing jobs. The economy is growing fast, unemployment is at a historic low, while job creation is a historic high.

Obama can’t pretend the economy isn’t kicking ass, but rather than give Trump props for the turnaround he took credit for everything. At a speech last Friday, Obama puked up this:

“When you hear how great the economy’s doing right now, let’s just remember when this recovery started,” Obama said.

See, Obama wants everyone to think his miserable failure of a presidency is responsible for the booming economy under President Trump. It’s a load of crap and Trump was gracious enough to point that out:

Brilliant, funny, and true. Obama had 8 years to get the economy humming and he did absolutely nothing. In his defense, he was trying to jump-start the economy with the Democratic Party playbook of raising taxes and passing job-killing regulations, so it was never going to happen. Then again, it was his choice to follow the proven path of failure, so that’s all on him.

When Obama was president, he always blamed his failures on the previous president, George W. Bush. Now that he’s out of office, he’s taking credit for the successes of his replacement, Donald J. Trump. That’s not how it works and history will remember him as one of the least effective presidents of all time.

For Trump to let these things simmer for two years and unleash them in such a hilarious and devastating way is nothing short of brilliance. Future generations will study Trump’s genius and innovative trolling techniques.

President Trump trolled Obama Monday morning over the former president’s past statements claiming Trump would need a magic wand to expand the economy and bring jobs back.

In June of 2016, Obama mocked Donald Trump while speaking at a town hall in Indiana.

Obama slammed Donald Trump for claiming he would use his business acumen to jump start the economy and create jobs.

“He just says, ‘I’m gonna negotiate a better deal.’ Well how? How exactly are you going to negotiate that?” Obama arrogantly said to the audience of useful idiots. “What magic wand do you have? And usually the answer is, he doesn’t have an answer.”

President Trump trolled Obama Monday morning and it was glorious. 

TRUMP: “President Trump would need a magic wand to get to 4% GDP,” stated President Obama. I guess I have a magic wand, 4.2%, and we will do MUCH better than this! We have just begun.

Barack Obama crawled out of his hole Friday and trashed President Trump–calling him out by name–then tried to take credit for the Trump boom.

Here are the real numbers…

Obama is the only president in history to never see a single year of 3.0% GDP growth.

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) announced its August jobs report Friday morning. Unemployment is down to 3.9%, while more people are employed in the US than at any time in history. But the big news is that this century, since the year 2000, more than 20% of all job increases have occurred during the Trump years.

The US GDP for the second quarter accelerated to a whopping 4.1% under the leadership of President Donald Trump.

This is another BIG Trump win.
This doubles the first quarter growth of 2.2%

In August, Charles Payne reported on some stunning manufacturing news.

Charles Payne: Speaking of jobs, I looked at the ADP report yesterday, Tammy, 830,000 new manufacturing jobs in the last 19 months. The prior 19 months, 26,000.

With the 37,000 manufacturing jobs from July the Trump manufacturing number is closer to 860,000 jobs.
