There is a new coup d’etat in progress — likely led by the same anti-Trump intelligence community operatives who promoted the discredited Steele dossier claims that Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump conspired to fix the 2016 election.

The smoking gun that reveals the role of the Intelligence Community in the impeachment push is that just days before the whistleblower complaint, the Intelligence folks changed federal regulations to allow the complaint to be filed!

This secret change was dug up by Sean Davis of The Federalist. He wrote: “the intelligence community secretly revised the formal whistleblower complaint form in August 2019 to eliminate the requirement of direct, first-hand knowledge of wrongdoing.”

This revision, of course, seems specifically designed to pave the way for the Ukraine whistleblower complaint against Donald Trump that is leading to impeachment proceedings.

The “whistleblower” in question disclaims any first hand knowledge of the contents of the phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky on July 25 that forms the basis of the complaint.

According to the new rules, “potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress” no longer “have to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.”

Instead, it now suffices that “they heard about wrongdoing from others.”

They heard it through the grapevine!

The revision is dated “August 2019” and it was uploaded on Sept. 24, just two days before the fact that there was a whistleblower complaint was made public.

While the identity of the “whistleblower” remains secret, The New York Times reported that he is a “CIA Officer.”

That means that he is likely one of former CIA Director John Brennan’s boys, the same gang that fabricated the phony allegations about Trump’s purported collusion with Putin to fix the 2016 election.

They are at it again, using the same MO — anonymous accusations, hearsay sourcing, and close collaboration with the liberal media and its Democratic allies on Capitol Hill.

Their fraudulent charge of collusion didn’t work. The unverified Clinton financed dossier, pushed into the public arena by Brennan at the CIA , James Comey and Peter Strzok at the FBI and the late Sen. John McCain and his associates was a fake.

We fell for their shenanigans once before. It led to two years of federal investigation, almost paralyzed the presidency, and ultimately was found never to have happened.

Are we going to go down the same road again but with the impeachment of a president — less than a year before the election — hanging fire?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

WALSH: Doctors Give Gender-Confused Children Same Drug Used To Castrate Sex Offenders. NBC Calls It ‘Health Care.’

Last week, The Daily Wire reported that a drug called Lupron, used as a puberty blocker for “transgender” children, has been linked to thousands of deaths. Shortly after this story was published, NBC News denounced The Daily Wire for pushing “fake news,” naming myself and Ben Shapiro as the culprits who shared and disseminated the “anti-transgender rhetoric.” Ironically, however, their article debunking our “fake news” is itself fake news.

NBC explains that Lupron is often used to treat prostate cancer in adult men and most of the deaths associated with the drug are “likely” among these patients. This is no doubt the case, and The Daily Wire never said otherwise. In fact, our original report specifically noted that Lupron is being prescribed off-label as a hormone blocker for gender-confused children. But think about what NBC is doing here. They are defending the use of this potentially dangerous drug among physically healthy children on the basis that it’s really designed for use among terminally ill men. Don’t worry, says NBC, Lupron is just chemically castrating children. Most of the people who die from it are adults. Sure, we don’t really know all the risks inherent in suppressing the normal growth and development of children who are confused about their gender, but it probably isn’t killing them, as far as we know, at this point. This is NBC’s argument.

Forget about adverse side effects for a minute. The desired effect of a drug like Lupron in a healthy child is adverse. It is intended to interfere with the normal, natural development of the child. The whole point is to force their bodies to artificially remain in a prepubescent state. If anything, The Daily Wire understated the dangers involved in this practice by focusing more on the side effect than the primary effect — which in itself is horrible enough.

NBC quotes a Dr. Jack Turban who discussed the hazards of “allowing puberty to progress.” Allowing it to progress? Puberty isn’t a disease. It isn’t cancer. Prostate cancer is cancer. That’s why Lupron makes sense in those cases. But doctors like Jack Turban want to treat a normal and healthy stage of growth as if it is a harmful malignancy.

If NBC was a real news outlet, it would be debunking this great fraud being perpetrated by the medical industry at the expense of innocent children. At the very least, it would express some level of skepticism at the claim that puberty should literally be treated like cancer if a child is confused about his gender. But there is no skepticism, much less moral indignation, on the part of NBC or any other left-wing outlet. Indeed, these slayers of the “fake news” dragon are more than happy to present radical far-left gender theory as fact. They even call puberty blockers “trans health care” right in the headline, with no indication that this form of “health care” is, to put it mildly, controversial. To put it a little less mildly, but still accurately, the drug used on physically healthy children is the same one used to castrate sex offenders. Here’s an interview with a sex addict who voluntarily went on the drug because he couldn’t stop himself from sleeping with prostitutes. It is this very same chemical that doctors now give to physically healthy prepubescent children. And NBC, without a whiff of skepticism, calls it “health care.”

In reality, no hormone drug could ever be an effective treatment for gender dysphoria, no matter the age of the sufferer. The gender dysphoric person feels “trapped inside a body that doesn’t match,” to use the National Health Service’s phrase. This obviously cannot be anything but a mental disorder. It should go without saying that a person cannot actually have the “wrong body.” It is not as if our minds are entirely separate entities that are poured inside our bodies like a liquid into a container on some sort of (apparently mistake-prone) cosmic assembly line. It is a very strange form of dualism that sees the human person this way.

I am my body. I can no more have the wrong sex than I can have the wrong right knee or wrong left pinky finger or wrong eye color. I am who I am, biologically speaking. I cannot be anything other than that, no matter how I might feel about it. If I have trouble accepting my biological nature, then the correct course of treatment must be one that helps me to accept it. Deforming, mutilating, poisoning, or castrating me, or suppressing my healthy physical development in any other way, would be precisely the wrong approach. It’s exactly like giving laxatives and a funhouse mirror to an anorexic. The anorexic believes she is fat when really she is not. It would be cruel to “treat” a person struggling with this disorder by helping them to better see themselves by the light of their delusion. The anorexic things she is fat but she is not. The gender dysphoric boy thinks he’s a girl but he is not. The confusion is the issue — not his body, not puberty, not his natural biological functions. Arguing for the opposite is the very epitome of fake news.

NYC restaurant industry jobs evaporate after $15/hr wage sets in

Last December, the final phase of increasing the minimum wage in New York City to $15 per hour went into effect. (Well, at least the last stage for now.) It was considered a huge victory for the Fight for 15 crowd and, presumably, a big win for workers, particularly in the foodservice industry. So how has that been working out since then? As the New York Post reported this weekend, the law of unintended consequences has come roaring into play. They feature the story of one taco and tequila joint on the upper west side that’s been doing a thriving business for a quarter of a century. But now it’s all coming to an end, and they’re far from the only restaurant feeling these effects.

Big Apple restaurants are feeling the heat from minimum-wage hikes, cutting staff hours and even closing kitchens as they struggle to shoulder the extra payroll costs.

Gabriela’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar, a margarita and taco staple on the Upper West Side for the past 25 years, is closing at the end of September — and it has been a long, painful road downhill, according to its mom-and-pop owners.

Since the $15-an-hour minimum wage hit New York City in December, Liz and Nat Milner say, they’ve been forced to slash their full- and part-time staff to 45 people from 60. Quality has suffered, they admit, and customers have noticed: They’re not coming in like they used to, and when they do, they’re spending less.

What happened to Gabriela’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar is a sobering tale for the entire industry. If only somebody had warned the city that this was going to happen.

Okay, that’s a pretty bad joke. Everyone warned them it would happen, but they pushed through anyway to satisfy their liberal voter base. Gabriela’s was a thriving business in an extremely competitive market. They obviously weren’t paying a bunch of people to stand around and do nothing because they needed to keep labor costs down to remain ahead of their competitors. Laying off 25% of their labor force was obviously going to impact their ability to do business and it clearly did.

Now they’re shutting down. And they’re not alone. Another restaurant in Harlem, employing more than 40 primarily minority workers, hasn’t had to close yet but the effects are still being felt. The owner reports that she’s had to cut back everyone’s hours, raise prices and reduce the number of available menu options. All of that adds up to poorer service and fewer customers.

It’s not just the loss of local watering holes and eateries that are the problem. All of the jobs they support are going away too. As of August, the restaurant industry in the Big Apple has shed a shocking 4,000 jobs this year. And as Gabriela’s shows us, the pain isn’t over yet.

So the remaining workers in many of these eateries are, on average, making more per hour than they used to. But many of them are getting fewer hours per week. And thousands of others are making zero in earned wages because they’re on the unemployment lines. Is this really progress for workers? Or is it just a net benefit to the unions who are trying to organize them all?

IG Horowitz Refused to Dig Into Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting – Failed to Interview Lynch, Clinton Protective Detail

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz refused to really dig into the infamous June 2016 meeting between Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch which took place on the tarmac of Phoenix International Airport.

Just days after Bill Clinton met with Loretta Lynch on the Phoenix tarmac, then-FBI Director James Comey usurped the DOJ and held a press conference where he announced charges will not be brought against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private server.

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz never interviewed Loretta Lynch’s and Clinton’s protective detail despite the fact that Clinton and Lynch maintained they ‘spontaneously’ ran into each other at the Phoenix tarmac and only chatted about ‘grandchildren and golf.’

Both Clinton’s and Lynch’s security detail would have known about the planned meeting between the two in order to prepare flights accordingly and scour the grounds to make sure the locations were safe and secure — there is no way the security teams were left in the dark about this meeting, but Horowitz refused to interview FBI security team and Clinton’s Secret Service.

Lynch had an FBI security detail, and Clinton had a Secret Service detail. Typically, both insist on doing what’s called “advance work,” where they evaluate the security of locations in advance of such meetings, looking for threats, escape routes, critical entry points, weaknesses in security, as well as fire risks and other dangers. But to hear Lynch and Clinton recount the episode, neither of their security teams had advance knowledge of the meeting or were able to prepare for it. It was, they maintained, 100% spontaneous.

Despite the dubious chance-encounter story, Horowitz never checked it out with either security team. Were they really left in the dark? Or was the meeting, in fact, prearranged?

“The OIG considered but decided not to interview the head of Lynch’s FBI security detail,” Horowitz wrote in his report. He also neglected to quiz Clinton’s protective detail. Why? Because requiring them to testify “could impair the protective relationship.”

The two protective details were potentially valuable witnesses for another reason: They may have overheard the conversation on the plane. But Horowitz never bothered to ask them about that.

“We believed it was unlikely that the head of the security detail would have been in a position to be able to overhear the conversation between Lynch and former President Clinton,” Horowitz wrote.

Recall, Judicial Watch obtained emails through a FOIA lawsuit showing the FBI scrambling to cover up the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting.

The emails showed that the FBI was more concerned about who leaked the Clinton-Lynch meeting to a local reporter.

Horowitz is expected to release his report on FISA abuse within the next couple of weeks but without indictments, the reports are just hot air.

Wikipedia Transcribes Democrats’ Spin in Article on Trump-Ukraine Call

Echoing media outlets covering President Trump’s controversial July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and the resulting impeachment inquiry by Congressional Democrats, the intro to Wikipedia’s article on the controversy focuses solely on Trump supposedly demanding an “investigation” into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son. Both the media and Wikipedia have ignored or minimized that President Trump’s biggest concern was Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election helping spark the discredited “Russiagate” investigation.

Wikipedia editors have also refused to mention in the intro that the Department of Justice concluded Trump committed no criminal wrongdoing and characterized mentions of liberal donor George Soros being involved in the controversy as “conspiracy theories” despite the proven role of organizations funded by Soros.

As media began reporting on the “whistleblower” complaint about Donald Trump’s call with Zelenskiy and other interactions with Ukraine, editors on Wikipedia began constructing an article on the topic as well. The article has seen heavy contributions from the site’s left-wing anti-Trump editors who constitute nearly all of the top ten contributors to the page. Wikipedia’s page on the “Trump-Ukraine controversy” authored by these editors presently states in the intro that the controversy is “Trump used a phone call on July 25, 2019, to repeatedly pressure Zelensky to investigate business dealings of Joe Biden . . . and his son Hunter.”

Not included in the intro is any mention of the fact that a much larger portion of Trump’s conversation with the Ukrainian President was discerning what role officials in the country played in crafting the discredited narrative of the Trump campaign colluding with Russia to rig the 2016 election. Several media outlets, including CNN and MSNBC, have similarly misrepresented the transcript of the call by not mentioning that request in their coverage and claiming the “favor” he requested concerned investigating Biden instead. Biden is actually mentioned some time later with no clear connection to the “favor” request.

One reason for this detail’s exclusion from Wikipedia’s article on the controversy is its exclusion from sources deemed “reliable” on the site, though some have covered it, including sources cited in the article. However, most coverage of these facts has occurred in sources deemed “unreliable” thus preventing their inclusion. Despite sourcing being available to elaborate on Trump’s concerns about the Russia investigation’s origins, Wikipedia almost completely avoids mentioning this detail at all. In the article body, mention is made of efforts to determine whether Ukrainian officials in 2016 investigated Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort in order to help Clinton win the election, though portrayed as entirely the effort of Trump’s attorney and former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani.

In fact, allegations of Ukrainian officials investigating Manafort and Trump to influence the 2016 election in Clinton’s favor have been made since Ukrainian official Serhiy Leshchenko first revealed the “black ledger” purportedly detailing illicit payments Manafort received for lobbying on behalf of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich. A court in Ukraine concluded last year that Leshchenko improperly revealed information about Manafort to influence the 2016 election and Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr testified before Congress that Leshchenko funneled information to the firm, which was hired by the DNC and Clinton campaign to conduct opposition research against Trump.

An early 2017 Politico article further detailed allegations of then-contractor for the Democratic National Committee Alexandra Chalupa seeking assistance from Ukrainian officials in investigating Trump and Manafort. Politico reported Ukrainian embassy officials were told they were coordinating an investigation with the Clinton campaign, which sought to launch Congressional hearings. The Hill’s John Solomon later quoted one official as stating Chalupa claimed the DNC wanted to paint Trump and Manafort as Russian agents so Trump could be removed from the general election ballot.

Material mentioning Solomon’s reporting on alleged collusion between Ukrainian officials and the Clinton campaign during the 2016 election was added to the Trump-Ukraine controversy page as “background” until editor “SPECIFICO” insisted on moving it to a “conspiracy theories” section. The Solomon material was subsequently removed, though editors discussed adding it back so long as Solomon’s claims were presented as conspiracy theories.

Also included in the “conspiracy theories” section are mentions of Soros-funded groups being involved, even as one was directly cited in the error–laden whistleblower complaint. The section further includes Trump’s mention of DNC-contracted cyber-security firm Crowdstrike and claims his questioning of Russian responsibility for alleged election-related hacking involved a “far-right conspiracy theory” despite liberal outlets such as The Nation publishing criticism of the allegations. Wikipedia editors previously purged sources from the article on alleged Russian interference for noting criticism of the hacking allegations from cyber-security experts.

Editors have not only sought to exclude details about the full context of the call, but to also minimize any mitigating details. While the article on the Trump-Ukraine controversy mentions a Department of Justice finding that Trump’s call did not involve any criminal violations, this has been left out of the introduction to the article with editors arguing including it would give “undue weight” to the conclusions of the highest law-enforcement body in the country.

Past actions by left-wing Wikipedia editors to spin Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation to minimize Trump’s exoneration on Russian collusion are consistent with these efforts. This included minimizing criticism regarding the integrity of the Russia investigation to the point editors have smeared outlets such as The Epoch Times, whose Spygate coverage focuses on alleged improprieties at the heart of the investigation. Such questions are also the subject of investigations by the DOJ Inspector General. A report on the FISA warrant issued against Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, which relied on opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign, is reportedly set for release in October.

‘Propaganda’: Immigration Activist Group Raices Slams Netflix Series ‘Border Security: America’s Front Line’

The latest season of Netflix’s Border Security: America’s Front Line has received a big thumbs down from a radical immigration and refugee activist group, which has called the show “propaganda” for border security.

Raices Texas recently tweeted its displeasure over the reality series that portrays the hard work performed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers and agents.

“@netflix propping up Border Patrol propaganda is not a good omen for our $12.99 a month subscription,” the activist organization tweeted.

Raices — the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services — provides legal aid to migrants and illegal aliens, helping them to navigate the U.S. court system. The open-borders group has called President Donald Trump’s immigration policies xenophobic and racist.

“The current crisis has been created by Trump’s xenophobic and racist policies. He’s targeted the most vulnerable people to stoke hatred for the other…We must enshrine and protect the right to come here and thrive,” the group tweeted in June.

Border Security: America’s Front Line is a Canadian-produced series that is distributed in the U.S. by Netflix. The reality series follows CPB officers and agents as they contend with drugs, contraband and illegal crossings.

Raices’ attack on the Netflix show has prompted some of the streaming company’s customers to cancel their subscriptions.

If you have been watching MSNBC over the past three years, you would find host after host and guest after guest arguing that President Trump has nothing to complain about with all the investigations into alleged his wrongdoings, after all nobody is above the law. Levin: Republicans must ‘make the Democrats pay a price’ for Pelosi’s ‘hijacked’ impeachment process

Friday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin discussed Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s perversion of the impeachment process and how Republicans should fight back against Democrats’ latest efforts to oust President Donald Trump.

Levin began by explaining the point of having a full House vote before an impeachment inquiry can start, something that hasn’t yet happened despite last week’s announcement of formal impeachment proceedings from Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

“This is the first time there hasn’t been a vote on the House floor respecting an impeachment inquiry of a president of the United States, where all members’ votes are recorded,” Levin explained.

“There’s a reason every member is to vote: So you know, on the record, all over the country, where your member of Congress stands. So Nancy Pelosi has violated the tradition and the process that is used for impeachment inquiries involving presidents in this country,” Levin said. “And what has she done? She’s hijacked the process.”

“She is the most fascistic speaker of the House we have ever had,” Levin concluded of Pelosi.

Later in the segment, Levin discussed how Republicans should respond to these impeachment efforts by fighting back. Here’s a section of the plan he put forward:

“The Republicans must make this process as painful for the Democrats as possible. They should use every tactic including guerrilla political warfare tactics. They should provide their own list of witnesses and documents and demand them. If this is going to be an impeachment inquiry, they don’t have to sit there and get upset and say, ‘There’s nothing we can do in the minority.’ Make your case to the American people; that’s what this is about. Make your case to the American people; make the Democrats pay a price — every damn one of them.”

Dan Bongino, Donald Trump, Jr. Warn: Dems, Media ‘Will Use This Despotic Model Again’ if They Succeed

When conservative commentator and former secret service agent Dan Bongino posted a warning for America about the “tyrannical” tactics Democrats and media are using to impeach President Donald Trump, the president’s son, Donald, Jr., chimed in.

On Friday, Bongino posted his warning on Twitter, cautioning that Democrats’ success would demise of the demise of the Republic:

“If we allow the tyrannical Democrats, and their media sycophants, to destroy Trump, then they will use this despotic model again, and the Republic will be dead.”

The next day, Donald Trump, Jr. replied, suggesting that the reason Democrats are willing to do lie and cheat in order to impeach his father is that Pres. Trump has taught conservatives how to fight and win:

“He’s right. @realDonaldTrump has taught other conservatives how to fight and actually win for a change. That’s why the leftists will do whatever they can to try to stop him. It’s time for all of us to draw a line in the sand and end the nonsense, cheating, and lies from the left.”
