The mayor of Coal Run, Kentucky, has told Gateway Pundit that he will no longer be using Goodyear tires for police, fire, and emergency vehicles in his town over their anti-police policies.

On Tuesday, a photo from Goodyear’s diversity training seminar in Kansas leaked, revealing that they have a “zero tolerance” policy for “Make America Great Again,” “All Lives Matter,” and “Blue Lives Matter” slogans being worn by their employees. Yet, they allow them to wear support for “Black Lives Matter” and LGBTQ causes.

Though they clearly have an anti-cop bias, they market a whole line of “Eagle Enforcer” tires towards police.

Coal Run Mayor Andrew H. Scott told the Gateway Pundit that his officers are outraged over the company’s anti-cop bias and that he will be switching to another company.

“Given that Goodyear actively markets their tires to federal, state, and local police departments across the nation, I find their newfound distaste for law enforcement to be insulting at best. Goodyear should certainly not continue to count on any sizable revenue from their very profitable police and military divisions in the future,” Scott told The Gateway Pundit.

President Donald Trump also called for people to boycott Goodyear.

“Don’t buy GOODYEAR TIRES – They announced a BAN ON MAGA HATS. Get better tires for far less! (This is what the Radical Left Democrats do. Two can play the same game, and we have to start playing it now!),” the president tweeted on Wednesday morning.

Another government official who wishes to remain anonymous commented on the situation to TGP, saying “let Antifa keep them in business with the tires they buy for their bicycles. Most mayors I’ve talked to are done with Goodyear. They will take a BIG hit on this one.”

In a tweet, Goodyear claimed that they are not anti-police, but that they only allow political expression that promotes “inclusion.” This means they are standing behind their ban on expressions of support for police or President Donald Trump and continuing to allow Black Lives Matter, despite their claims.

According to a report from WIBW, the person who took the photo of the slide said that it was presented at a Topeka plant by an area manager and says it came from their corporate office out of Akron, Ohio.

“If someone wants to wear a BLM shirt in here, then cool. I’m not going to get offended about it. But at the same time, if someone’s not going to be able to wear something that is politically based, even in the farthest stretch of the imagination, that’s discriminatory,” the employee told the station under the agreement of anonymity due to fears they could lose their job. “If we’re talking about equality, then it needs to be equality. If not, it’s discrimination.”

The GOP welcomed the “most-banned woman” with open arms as its candidate for the 21st Congressional District House seat in Florida. But tech companies seem reluctant to budge on their bans of Laura Loomer. 
Loomer’s opponent, incumbent Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL), is on Medium, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Meanwhile, Loomer has been included in a ban with “dangerous individuals” from both Facebook and Instagram. Twitter permanently banned her in 2018 for criticizing Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN). 
Other platforms that banned Loomer include Uber, Lyft, UberEats, PayPal, Venmo, GoFundMe, and Medium. While Loomer was campaigning in the primaries, Comcast/Xfinity allegedly banned the Loomer campaign from sending fundraising emails and text messages. 
Twitter has a program that labels candidates for the 2020 election. In its blog post, the company stated, “Labels will appear on the Twitter accounts of candidates running for US House of Representatives, US Senate, or Governor in the 2020 US election who have qualified for the general election ballot.”  
Twitter informed the Media Research Center (MRC) that it had no comment on Loomer’s win at this time. However, CEO Jack Dorsey liked a tweet from a Twitter developer that said, “I still have nightmares of when Laura L**mer handcuffed herself to our office…” Facebook officials were trying to get a formal response.
All the other platforms did not respond to the MRC’s request. However, Loomer has still not been allowed back on platforms, even though she is an official candidate. It appears tech companies are now officially picking sides. 
The liberal media are blaming the internet for the rise of Laura Loomer. New York Times tech reporter Kevin Roose tweeted, “Social media from 2014-2018 was basically built for the Laura Loomers of the world, and we will be feeling the consequences of those years for a very long time.” 
Vox journalist Aaron Rupar tweeted melodramatically, “Laura Loomer winning elections is why America can’t have nice things (or go outside or have society any longer).” 
Equal Footing for Conservatives: Conservatives are under attack. Contact Twitter @TwitterSupport and demand that the platform provide equal footing for conservatives: Companies need to make equal room for conservative groups as advisers to offset this bias. That same attitude should be applied to employment diversity efforts. Tech companies need to embrace viewpoint diversity. The brutal murder of 17-year-old Veronica Lee Baker in North Carolina has become another shocking crime ignored by the national media because the victim was white and the people involved in her murder are black.

While some may argue this is a local crime that should only be covered by local news, the media reports on every sleight and insult by a white person against a person of color, see the cases of Amy Cooper or the Covington kids for a couple of examples. If a white woman simply calling the police on a black person who was threatening her is national news, surely murders of white women killed by black strangers should be as well.

Baker was shot in her vehicle at a Bojangles restaurant in Garner, south of Raleigh, on Saturday night. Her car was still running when her body was found. The 9-1-1 call by the restaurant employee who found her has been released to the public.

Keyshara Michelle Deans, 19; Nezyiha Zamir Collins, 19; and Tyreek Qumay Rogers, 18, were arrested and charged with felony accessory after the fact to murder, the News & Observer reported Tuesday night. The name of the person who police believe to have pulled the trigger has not been released, as he is 17-years-old. He has been arrested.

“She didn’t deserve to get shot and killed and left in a parking lot,” Jim Baker, Veronica’s father, told local station WRAL.

The Bakers believe that the murder may have been part of a robbery.

“She was my baby. She was my baby who had a future. She had such big, big plans for her future,” said her mother, Laura Baker. “My daughter would never hurt anybody. She didn’t have a fighting chance in this. She was a good girl; she has the biggest heart.”

The Nationalist Review reports, “NBC and ABC, despite both having regional affiliates covering this story, have not issued a report on their national websites. Do you see the pattern developing? A similar chain of events followed the execution of 5-year-old Cannon Hinnant, whose story was only covered by CNN after the hashtag “Say His Name” trended nationwide for a full day. Hinnant’s murder also took place in North Carolina.”

Veronica Baker was supposed to start college on Monday.

Former Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel lost a primary bid to reclaim his office on Tuesday after Gov. Ron DeSantis suspended him in January 2019.

Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony declared victory in the Democratic contest, edging out Israel by about 4,000 votes in the six-candidate primary, according to WPTV. DeSantis appointed Tony to head the sheriff’s office after suspending Israel over failures related to the February 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla.

“I am deeply honored that Democratic voters have chosen me to lead the Broward Sheriff’s Office into a brighter, safer future,” Tony said in a statement. “We’ve come a long way in the last 18 months, but there is still much work to be done. Together, we’re reforming the sheriff’s office, promoting good deputies, and keeping our communities safer by embracing police reform. As your sheriff, I will work tirelessly to make this department a model for how a public safety agency can be effective, transparent, and accountable to our community. Let’s keep moving forward.”

Tony is expected to win the November election over Republican candidate Wayne Clark and independent Charles E. Whatley in the heavily Democratic district. Israel conceded the race in an interview with WSVN.

“The people have spoken, and I accept the decision of the voter,” Israel said. “I want the community to know that I poured my heart and soul into being the sheriff of Broward County, and I fought hard to protect everyone’s rights.”

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School students and relatives of the victims have spoken out vigorously against Israel throughout the election.

“Scott Israel’s failures led to the death of my daughter. He bragged about his ‘amazing leadership.’ He mocked my family in our fight for justice for years. But tonight righteousness won over the wicked,” tweeted Andrew Pollack, who lost a daughter in the 2018 shooting.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office, the largest sheriff’s office in Florida, has been mired in controversy stemming from Israel’s handling of the Parkland shooting, which resulted in the deaths of 17 people and injuries to 17 others. Israel has been accused of contributing to the death toll by changing department policy to say deputies “may,” instead of “shall,” confront active shooters.

“‘May’ gave [deputies] the out not to enter,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, a member of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission, in December 2018. “They decided to be cowards instead of heroes.”

In April 2018, hundreds of Israel’s own deputies turned on him as the Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies Association held a “no confidence” vote that went overwhelmingly against the then-sheriff, 534 votes to 94, the first time the union had voted “no confidence” in a sheriff.

“[Israel] fails to listen to the people,” union President Jeff Bell said after the vote. “He fails to listen to the membership and he wants to blame everybody else for his problems.”

An explosive video that quickly went viral on social media shows a military veteran warning his California county government that the anti-lockdown protests will become revolutionary if businesses are no longer able to operate.

In the video, Carlos Piccata, who identifies himself as a veteran, teeters on the edge of total outrage as he warns the county government that the American people will not tolerate being locked down much longer.

“I’m pretty appalled at what’s going on,” he tells them in the video. “At first, we sat as concerned citizens that we all wanted to figure out how to best navigate our way through this whole COVID thing.  As we realize that it’s not quite as dangerous as we thought it would be, I was absolutely appalled at the cowardice.”

Piccata then chastised those present as cowards for wearing masks, saying that he’d “be hiding my face too if I was you for what you are doing.”

“This is absolutely horrendous what you’re doing to these people,” said Piccata. “I am a business owner and I’m telling you our families are starving. You guys can sit here with your jobs. You can sit here and get paid. You can fall asleep in your chair like that gentleman is doing behind his mask.”

His simmering rage readily apparent, Piccata then issued a dire warning: peaceful citizens will eventually cease being peaceful, asserting that “families are starving.”

“I’m telling you right now, that right now we are being peaceful,” he said. “And you better be happy that we are good citizens, that we are peaceful citizens. But it’s not going to be peaceful much longer. This isn’t a threat. I’m not a criminal. I’ve never been a criminal. But I’m telling you, good citizens are going to turn into real concerned and revolutionary citizens real soon.”

“And nobody else is going to say that. I’m probably the only person that has the balls to see what I’m saying right now,” he continued. “We are building, we are organizing, and will work with law-enforcement or without law-enforcement. But you won’t stop us when the time comes because our families are starving. I hope you open your ears, and you absolutely listen to what I’m saying because this is a warning for what’s coming. It’s not going to be peaceful much longer. It’s not going to be ra-ra,  it’s not going to be speeches, it’s not going to be gathering outside saying the Pledge of Allegiance, it’s not going to be waving flags, it’s going to be real.”

As he concluded his speech, Piccata recalled his time in the military and the terrible things he had to witness. Though he wished never to fight again, he said that he will reluctantly do so to “save this country.”

“If it has to be against our own citizens,  it will happen. And there is 1 million people like me. And you won’t stop us,” he concluded. “Open the county. Let our citizens do what they need to do. Let owners of businesses do what they need to do to feed their families. Take the masks off.  Quit masking and muzzling your children. The psychological damage you’re doing to them is horrible. I’ve had six friends kill themselves since it has happened. Veterans who have lost their jobs. How do you feel about being complicit in perpetuating that?”

Whether people agree with this sentiment or not, I am hearing A LOT of this kind of speech lately from otherwise mellow citizens. People have no idea what’s simmering under the surface of this country right now.
