With the election just 44 days away, President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden are both campaigning as hard as they can; with Trump giving hour-long speeches to stadiums packed with energized supporters, and Biden struggling to read from a teleprompter to mostly empty rooms – rarely taking questions and routinely arguing with voters when he does.

When the former Vice President does interact with the press, they throw him absolute softballs. As The Hill‘s Niall Stanage notes, during a recent CNN town hall event, the questions were "overwhelmingly sympathetic."

"The event’s moderator, Anderson Cooper, was also respectful toward Biden, offering little by way of interrogation of the former vice president," Stanage writes.

With Trump, it’s a different story.

The contrast to an ABC News town hall featuring President Trump several days earlier was stark. Trump faced stern questions from audience members and from the moderator, George Stephanopoulos.

Politico’s Christopher Cadelago contrasted Trump’s “icy grilling” with the Biden event’s resemblance to “an affable reunion of old acquaintances.”  –The Hill

"I think the old formulas of campaign coverage have fallen apart, and reporters don’t have a clear idea" of how to replace them, according to NYT media columnist Ben Smith in a statement to The Hill.

Many on the left, such as Stelter, have justified Trump’s grillings as a response to the president’s ‘20,000 false or misleading statements’ that the Washington Post claims he’s made during his tenure.

Another angle is that the press hurt Hillary Clinton by focusing on her email scandal – helping Trump win in 2016.

"I think many in the mainstream press corps regret the time they spent on Hillary Clinton’s emails and Benghazi in 2016, because they believe that coverage ultimately helped President Trump win the election," said former White House correspondent for Fox5 D.C., Ronica Cleary.

"So, in this race, those same reporters are saying to themselves, ‘We can’t risk it this time.’ There is an undeniable willingness for them to be less tough on Biden. And I believe their thinking is, ‘We tried to be tough on Clinton and look where it got us,‘" she added.

Sniffing Glue? Kooky Susan Rice Compares Trump to Mao, Erin Burnett’s Little No-Peep

Elizabeth Matamoros of the Washington Free Beacon reported that CNN’s Erin Burnett Upfront on Thursday somehow took President Trump’s order to create a "1776 Commission" to advocate for better education of our liberty-based history and mangled it into….communist China? Erin Burnett’s kooky guest was embarrassing Obama Benghazi spokesperson (and now Biden surrogate) Susan Rice.
Burnett quoted Trump’s executive order, "to restore patriotic education to our schools," adding "as if that education, of course, has been gone. He went after The New York Times for its 1619 Project, which aims to reframe this nation’s history with a greater focus on slavery."
Wrong. Nikole Hannah-Jones & Co. tried to claim the American Revolution was entirely about slavery, which historians of the period said was deeply wrong. Then Burnett ran a clip of Trump’s speech and threw the usual CNN softball to Team Biden. Is she a host? Or a stewardess? Did she bring Rice a cocktail and a packet of peanuts?

We teach them civics and the foundations of our Constitution. And when you study the Constitution, which appears Donald Trump hasn’t, you understand that it is a living document that has evolved.
If Biden and Susan Rice win, the Constitution might "evolve" right into the dustbin with "Medicare for All," the "Green New Deal," and other leftist schemes.
Rice claimed she reveres the Constitution "but in 1787, you and I, Erin, and all women in this country couldn’t participate in our democracy. We had no vote. And if you were African- American and a male, the Constitution of 1787 said you are worth three-fifths of a human being." Liberals never acknowledge the troubling reality that the Heritage Foundation explains, that counting slaves as a full person would have meant more power in the House of Representatives for the slave states. 
Rice concluded: "So to celebrate that and deny the realities of our history, positive and negative, and to wipe out the history of slavery in this country and call the teaching of it un-American is the most communist, retro crazy thing I’ve heard out of Donald Trump’s mouth in a while."
Nobody’s "wiping" out the history of slavery when you teach it accurately! 
After all this Trump-the-Maoist craziness, Burnett simply concluded "Ambassador Rice, I appreciate your time. Thank you for joining me."

Back In 2016, Biden Said President Had ‘Constitutional Responsibility’ To Fill Vacant SCOTUS Seat

When Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died in February 2016, then-Vice President Joe Biden quickly declared that President Obama had a “constitutional duty” to move quickly to fill the vacancy.

“The president has the constitutional duty to nominate; the Senate has the constitutional obligation to provide advice and consent,” Biden wrote in a New York Times op-ed in 2016. “It is written plainly in the Constitution that both presidents and senators swear an oath to uphold and defend.”

“That’s why I was so surprised and saddened to see Republican leaders tell President Obama and me that they would not even consider a Supreme Court nominee this year. No meetings. No hearings. No votes. Nothing. It is an unprecedented act of obstruction. And it risks a stain on the legacy of all those complicit in carrying out this plan,” he wrote.

Later in 2016, Biden delivered a speech at Georgetown University and said: “I would go forward with a confirmation process as chairman, even a few months before a presidential election, if the nominee were chosen with the advice, and not merely the consent, of the Senate, just as the Constitution requires.”

But that’s not what Sleepy Joe is saying now. “Let me be clear: The voters should pick a President, and that President should select a successor to Justice Ginsburg,” he wrote Friday on Twitter.

Obama, too, said he had a responsibility to fill Scalia’s seat.

“The Constitution vests in the President the power to appoint judges to the Supreme Court. It’s a duty that I take seriously, and one that I will fulfill in the weeks ahead,” Obama wrote in 2016.

Obama said he was looking for a replacement with a “sterling record, deep respect for the judiciary’s role, an understanding of the way the world really works.”

“That’s what I’m considering as I fulfill my constitutional duty to appoint a judge to our highest court. And as Senators prepare to fulfill their constitutional responsibility to consider the person I appoint, I hope they’ll move quickly to debate and then confirm this nominee so that the Court can continue to serve the American people at full strength,” Obama wrote.

But Obama has flip-flopped, just like Biden.

“Four and a half years ago, when Republicans refused to hold a hearing or an up-or-down vote on Merrick Garland, they invented the principle that the Senate shouldn’t fill an open seat on the Supreme Court before a new president was sworn in,” he wrote in a statement on Saturday.

“A basic principle of the law — and of everyday fairness — is that we apply rules with consistency, and not based on what’s convenient or advantageous in the moment. The rule of law, the legitimacy of our courts, the fundamental workings of our democracy all depend on that basic principle. As votes are already being cast in this election, Republican Senators are now called to apply that standard,” he wrote.

“The questions before the Court now and in the coming years — with decisions that will determine whether or not our economy is fair, our society is just, women are treated equally, our planet survives, and our democracy endures — are too consequential to future generations for courts to be filled through anything less than an unimpeachable process.”

At one point they harassed a local man for filming their march through his neighborhood.

Then the BLM radicals shut down traffic in a major intersection.

When one woman pulls out in an attempt to get the hell out of there the mob blocked the woman with their car and told her to watch her white privilege.

This is the modern day left terrorizing their community.
At what point will this Marxist hate group be classified a domestic terrorists organization?

Expect more of this if Democrats steal the election in November.

‘Those Are The Only Rules’: Trump Campaign Releases Statement On Supreme Court Vacancy

There is much debate about what a president can do when there is a vacancy on the Supreme Court.

But the Trump campaign stepped in on Sunday to clear up the matter — once and for all.

“When there’s a Supreme Court vacancy, the President selects a nominee and the Senate provides advice and consent. That’s what the Constitution says and those are the only rules,” Tim Murtaugh, Trump 2020 communications director, said in a statement.

“There has been an open seat on the Supreme Court in a presidential election year 29 times in American history, and in every single case the president has nominated a candidate. Voters elected Donald J. Trump president in 2016 and gave Republicans an expanded majority in 2018, so the people already have spoken. The President has placed two well-qualified justices on the court so far and he is about to select a third,” he wrote.

“Americans can see the names on his list of potential nominees, while Joe Biden is hiding his list of people he would consider if he were president. Biden knows that he is an empty vessel for the radical left and that’s why he’s refusing to be honest with the American people about who he would want on the court. But make no mistake about this: The President has been clear that he will nominate a woman to fill that seat and the Senate should vote to confirm her,” Murtaugh wrote.

According to “Undercover Huber,” 61 Supreme Court Justice picks have been nominated and confirmed since 1900 — and 70% of them were confirmed within 46 days — the exact number of days left until Election Day.

IT STARTS AGAIN: Democrats Claim Russian Interference Will Keep Them From Taking Control Of Senate

Senate Democrats — who were blown out of the water last year when a special counsel’s report proved there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia — are at it again.

Some lawmakers claim that Russian operatives are “already waging a disinformation campaign aimed at disrupting the 2020 election, and at least one senator says bots with suspected ties are waging Twitter attacks on their campaign,” The Hill reported.

“The lawmaker, who is in a competitive race, has asked social media companies to help quash the effort,” reported the D.C.-based political website.

“This is going on right now, according to the nation’s intelligence leadership,” said Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR). “You’ve got the intelligence leadership saying the Russians are working very hard to do in 2020 what they tried to do in 2016. That’s the biggest tell out there.”

Of course, Wyden refused to reveal details, saying ““I’m constrained by a fair measure because I’m on” the Senate Intelligence Committee and therefore has access to classified information.

Wyden said senior U.S. intelligence officials need to do more before Election Day to warn the public about ongoing Russian interference. “I want them to put out more information, more specifics and not do what they did in 2016 which is be kind of cautious,” he said.

Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), who served as chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee during the 2018 election cycle, said he’s “very concerned” about Russian interference in both the presidential and Senate races.

“The intelligence community has said that interference is ongoing,” he said.

Trump was investigated for 675 days by special counsel Robert Mueller and a team of 19 lawyers. Despite 2,800 subpoenas and 500 witness interviews, the counsel’s office found no evidence “that any U.S. person or Trump campaign official or associate” conspired or “knowingly coordinated” with Russians during the 2016 campaign.

Tech Elites Endorse Joe Biden to Secure More Foreign Workers for U.S. Jobs


Tech industry elites have endorsed Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, citing their opposition to President Trump’s efforts to prioritize Americans for high-paying tech jobs in the United States.

Twenty-four winners of the Turing Award, considered the Nobel Peace Prize for computer science, have endorsed Biden on the premise that the former vice president will allow the tech industry to import more foreign workers, specifically those on H-1B visas, to fill coveted U.S. jobs.

The list includes Google executive Vinton Cerf, Pixar executive Ed Catmull, Facebook executive Yann LeCun, and Alphabet executive John Hennessy.

“Information technology is thoroughly globalized. Academic computer science departments attract talented students, many of whom immigrate and become American inventors and captains of industry,” the executives and industry insiders wrote in their endorsement of Biden:

We celebrate open source projects, the lifeblood of our field, as exemplars of international collaboration. Computer Science is at its best when its learnings and discoveries are shared freely in the spirit of progress. These core values helped make America a leader in information technology, so vital in this Information Age. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris listen to experts before setting public policy, essential when science and technology may help with many problems facing our nation today. As American computer scientists and as US citizens, we enthusiastically endorse Joe Biden for President and Kamala Harris for Vice President. [Emphasis added]

Since mass unemployment hit the U.S., spurred by the Chinese coronavirus crisis, Trump signed an executive order halting a number of visa programs including the H-1B visa. Likewise, the Trump administration is eyeing H-1B visa reforms that would more effectively weed out the business model of outsourcing that has allowed American workers to be replaced by foreign H-1B visa workers.

In August, billion dollar tech corporations like Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Twitter signed onto a U.S. Chamber of Commerce lawsuit against Trump’s executive order — arguing that they have a right to import foreign workers to fill U.S. jobs.

Unlike Trump, Biden has promised to increase the number of foreign H-1B visa workers that tech corporations will be able to import every year. The practice is a boon to tech executives.

There are about 650,000 H-1B visa workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News. More than 85,000 Americans annually potentially lose their jobs to foreign labor through the H-1B visa program.

Analysis conducted in 2018 discovered that 71 percent of tech workers in Silicon Valley, California, are foreign-born, while the tech industry in the San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward area is made up of 50 percent foreign-born tech workers. Up to 99 percent of H-1B visa workers imported by the top eight outsourcing firms are from India.
