“I Can’t Remember” – Joe Biden has to be Fed Line by Reporter in Ohio (VIDEO)

Blue collar Joe spoke at a train station in Alliance, Ohio on Wednesday.

Biden took the Amtrak from Cleveland to Alliance and was greeted by a group of Trump supporter blaring his gaffes over giant speakers.

At one point Biden had to be fed a line by a reporter because he forgot what he was talking about.

“I can’t remember,” Joe said as he tried to trash Trump.

Of course the reporter gladly helped Biden since he was speaking without his trusty teleprompter.

33 Times Joe Biden Lied or Made False Statements to the American People in Last Night’s Debate

He can’t help it.
If Americans knew the Democrat Party’s real plans they’d NEVER get elected.

That’s why Joe Biden had to lie to the American public in last night’s debate.

Joe Biden lied or made false statements to the American people at last 33 times in last night’s debate.

Via DonaldJTrump.com:

BIDEN: “I’m not opposed to the Justice.”

FACT: Biden and Harris have both publicly opposed Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court, despite glowing reviews from the legal community and her colleagues.

  • Biden put out a statement in opposition to Judge Barrett’s nomination.
  • Biden’s running mate, Kamala Harris, tweeted that she strongly opposed Judge Barrett’s nomination.

BIDEN: “There’s a hundred million people with preexisting conditions and [their insurance will] be taken away as well.”

FACT: Biden’s claim has been called “misleading,” and President Trump has said he will always protect Americans with pre-existing conditions.

  • Just last week, President Trump signed an Executive Order making it the official policy of the federal government to protect those with pre-existing conditions.

BIDEN: “So the thing that should happen is we should wait. We should wait and see what the outcome of this election is, because that is the only way the American people get to express their view, who they elect as president and who they elect as Vice President.”

FACT: History is on the side of filling the Supreme Court vacancy now, and Joe Biden previously said the President had an obligation to name a nominee, even in an election year.

  • There have been 29 prior Supreme Court vacancies in American history during a Presidential election year, and in all cases, the President nominated a Justice.
  • 17 out of 19 times the Senate has confirmed  the President’s Supreme Court nominee in an election year when the President’s party controls the Senate as it does today.
  • In 2016, Biden said that he supported confirming a Supreme Court Justice in an election year “even a few months before a presidential election.”
  • Biden in 2016: “In my view, [Senators] are required to give the nominee a hearing and a vote.”

BIDEN: “We expand Obamacare and we increase it. We do not wipe any and, one of the big debates we had, with 23 of my colleagues trying to win the nomination that I won, were saying Biden wanted to allow people to have private insurance still. They can. They do. They will.”

FACT: Biden’s public option will crowd out private health insurance plans.

  • Biden’s government-backed “public option” will crowd out private health insurance plans, destroying the health care that 180 million Americans rely on.
  • One of the architects of Obamacare, Jonathan Gruber, said a public option would crowd out private insurance.
  • In 2009, Barack Obama admitted that a “public option” could crowd out private insurance.

BIDEN: “He’s been promising a health care plan since he got elected. He has none, like almost everything else he talks about. He does not have a plan. He doesn’t have a plan.”

FACT: President Trump has a health care plan.

  • On September 24, President Trump unveiled his America First Health Care plan, outlining the key policies and reforms the President supports, including protecting Americans with pre-existing conditions.
  • In August, President Trump released his second term agenda, which includes health care as a central focus.

TRUMP: “You agreed with Bernie Sanders to the manifesto and now you’re disavowing it.” BIDEN: “There is no manifesto.”

FACT: There is a manifesto, and Biden’s campaign worked with Sanders’ associates to write it.

BIDEN: “What did he do? He went in, and he, we were insisting that the Chinese, the people we had on the ground in China should be able to go to Wuhan and determine for themselves how dangerous this was. He didn’t even ask [Chinese President] Xi to do that.”

FACT: The Trump Administration first tried to get American officials into China in early January; Biden didn’t call for sending experts into China until February 25, 50 days later.

  • This often repeated claim by Biden has been repeatedly debunked by fact-checkers.
  • CDC Director Robert Redfield offered to send CDC experts to China as early as January 4, and the issue was raised multiple times by Administration officials in the weeks after.
    • President Trump personally raised the issue in a call with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
  • Biden did not call on China to admit U.S. experts until February 25, after U.S. officials were already on the ground.

WALLACE: “But you and Senator Harris are saying you can’t trust a scientist.” BIDEN: “No, you can trust a scientist. She didn’t say that.” WALLACE: “She said they would be ‘muzzled and suppressed.’” BIDEN: “Well, that’s what he’s going to try and do.”

FACT: President Trump has listened to scientists and public health experts every step of the way.

  • Dr. Fauci has said on multiple occasions that he has never been muzzled.
  • FactCheck.org: “Biden went too far when he claimed that Trump ‘hasn’t allowed his scientists to speak’ about the coronavirus.”

TRUMP: “But he wants to shut it [the economy] down.” BIDEN: “No.”

FACT: Biden and his campaign have admitted that he would potentially shut down the economy again.

  • In August, Joe Biden openly said that he was prepared to shut down the country again.
  • Biden campaign spokesperson Symone Sanders admitted that Biden would shut down the economy again.
  • Biden surrogate Senator Chris Coons admitted Biden would shut down the economy again.

WALLACE: “The president says it’s a V-shaped recovery, you say it’s a K-shaped recovery. What’s the difference?” BIDEN: “The difference is millionaires and billionaires like him in the middle of the Covid crisis have done very well.”

FACT: President Trump is leading an unprecedented economic recovery that is benefitting all Americans.

  • The economy has added back 10.6 million jobs over the last four months, half of all the jobs lost due to the pandemic.
  • The unemployment rate fell to 8.4% in August and saw the second-largest one month decrease in U.S. history.
  • Retail sales have increased four months in a row, with consumer spending already reaching pre-pandemic levels.
  • Consumer confidence in September posted the biggest gain in 17 years.
  • Weekly jobless claims continue a downward trend, beating expectations and falling to their lowest level since mid-March.
  • American manufacturing has grown for four straight months.
  • The stock market has rebounded, with the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq both recently achieving new record highs.

BIDEN: “He’s been totally irresponsible the way in which he has handled the social distancing and people wearing mask, basically encouraging them not to.”

FACT: President Trump has strongly advocated that Americans wear masks, and he has worn one himself many times.

  • In March, President Trump recommended that people could use a scarf as a mask.
  • In April, President Trump announced that the CDC was recommending wearing face masks.
  • In July, President Trump recommended that all Americans wear masks “whether they like the mask or not.”
  • In July, President Trump tweeted a photo of himself wearing a mask and said wearing masks is patriotic.

BIDEN: “[The Trump Administration has] done nothing to help small businesses. Nothing.”

FACT: President Trump’s Paycheck Protection Program was undeniably successful in keeping Americans employed and small businesses afloat during the pandemic.

BIDEN: “He pays less tax than a schoolteacher … This guy paid a total of $750 in taxes.””

FACT: President Trump has paid millions of dollars in taxes in 2016 and 2017.

  • President Trump paid millions in taxes during years that The New York Times falsely claimed that President Trump only paid $750 in federal taxes.

BIDEN: “The economy is busted.”

FACT: Before the coronavirus pandemic, President Trump built the greatest economy in American history, and he is working to bring it back.

  • Through the first three years of the Trump Administration, the U.S. economy saw nearly 7.3 million new jobs, higher growth, and a record setting stock market.
  • Workers saw higher wages, lower taxes, record low unemployment rates, and a thriving labor market.
  • 6.6 million Americans were lifted out of poverty and millions were lifted off food stamps.
  • In just four months, the economy has already recovered over 10.6 million jobs, nearly half the jobs lost due to the pandemic.

BIDEN: “We inherited the worst recession short of a depression in American history. I was asked to bring it back. We were able to have an economic recovery that created the jobs you’re talking about. We handed him a booming economy.”

FACT: Biden oversaw the slowest recovery since the Great Depression, leaving behind millions of hard-working Americans.

  • Joe Biden’s economic recovery was a once-in a century failure: he’s even said so himself.
  • Biden himself has admitted that many Americans “were left behind” during his recovery.

BIDEN: “My economic plan would create 7 million more jobs than his in four years”

FACT: Biden’s economic plans would destroy jobs and shrink the economy.

  • According to the Tax Foundation, Biden’s tax plan would destroy 585,000 full-time jobs.
    • Biden’s tax plan would shrink the economy by 1.5 percent.
  • According to the Penn-Wharton Budget Model, Biden’s tax plan would slow economic growth.

BIDEN: “My son did nothing wrong in Burisma.”

FACT: Multiple State Department officials expressed alarm about Hunter Biden’s financial dealings at the time, concerned over the clear conflict-of-interest.

BIDEN: “[President Trump] said there were very fine people on both sides.”

FACT: This is an often-repeated Biden lie; President Trump specifically condemned neo-Nazis and white supremacists in Charlottesville.

TRUMP: “[Hunter Biden] got $3.5 million dollars.” BIDEN: “That is not true.”

FACT: The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee recently released a report saying that Hunter Biden’s firm did in fact receive $3.5 million from the wife of the Mayor of Moscow.

  • Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, received a $3.5 million wire transfer in 2014 from Russian billionaire Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.

BIDEN: “Even before COVID, manufacturing went in the hole.”

FACT: Half a million manufacturing jobs were created during the first three years of the Trump Administration.

  • The economy added 510,000 new manufacturing jobs between President Trump’s Election and February 2020.
    • In 2018, the U.S. added 264,000 new manufacturing jobs, the best one-year total in 30 years.
  • The U.S. has added more than 13,000 factories under President Trump.
  • During the Obama-Biden Administration, the United states lost 192,000 manufacturing jobs.
    • During the Trump Administration’s first 37 months, manufacturing production grew at a rate 11 times greater than the last 37 months under the Obama-Biden Administration.

TRUMP: “I think it’s a party issue. You can bring in a couple of examples but when you look at Chicago, what’s going on in Chicago where 53 people were shot and eight died … If you look at New York where it’s going up like nobody has ever seen anything. Numbers are going up 100, 150, 200% crime.” BIDEN: “Republican cities.”

FACT: A vast majority of the most violent cities in the U.S. are cities run by Democrats.

  • 17 out of the top 20 most violent cities in the United States are Democratic-run cities, including Chicago and New York.

BIDEN: “His own former spokesperson said, ‘you know riots and chaos and violence help his cause’ … Kellyanne Conway said that.”

FACT: Biden misquoted and misconstrued comments from former Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway.

  • Conway was responding to a question about something Biden supporter Pete Buttigieg said, falsely blaming President Trump for the violence occurring in Democrat-run cities.
  • In response, Conway said “The more chaos and anarchy and vandalism and violence reigns, the better is for the very clear choice on who’s best on public safety and law and order.”
  • This is not the first time Biden has misquoted Conway.

BIDEN: “Look, what I support is the police having the opportunity to deal with the problems they face. I am totally opposed to defunding the police officers.”

FACT: As Vice President, Joe Biden oversaw cuts in federal funding for state and local law enforcement, breaking a pledge to increase funding.

  • Biden said “yes, absolutely” when asked if he would redirect funding away from police to other government programs like housing.
    • Kamala Harris recently said a Biden-Harris Administration would “reimagine” public safety, which is the same language used by left-wing “defund the police” activists.
    • The Biden-Sanders unity platform’s proposed destruction of qualified immunity for police would financially eviscerate local police departments even further.
  • Biden cut police funding when he was Vice President.
    • Despite candidate-Biden’s promise in 2008 to fully fund the COPS program, the Obama-Biden Administration slashed COPS funding from $1.55 billion to $222 million.
    • At the time, police groups protested the Obama-Biden cuts, calling the funding reductions “simply irresponsible.”
    • Federal funding for state and local law enforcement fell during the Obama-Biden Administration.

BIDEN: “The fact is that I’ve gone head to head with Putin.”

FACT: Biden has a record of being weak on Russia.

  • The Russia “reset,” which Biden was the first Obama official to publicly propose, was a failure.
  • The Obama-Biden Administration refused requests by Ukraine for lethal weapons to use against Russian aggression in Crimea.
  • Russian election interference occurred on Biden’s watch.
  • In 2012, Biden mocked the idea that “Russia is still our major adversary,” saying Russia was “working closely with us.”

TRUMP: “…for cocaine use. And he didn’t have a job until you became Vice President.” BIDEN: “None of that is true.”

FACT: As was widely reported, in 2014 Hunter Biden was discharged from the military for cocaine use.

  • USA Today: “Biden, who had no prior military experience, was one of six officers commissioned nationally into the Navy Reserve public affairs division … Biden, 44, was discharged from the Navy Reserve in February.”
  • The Wall Street Journal: “Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter was discharged from the Navy Reserve this year after testing positive for cocaine.”

BIDEN: “The way you talk about the military, the way you talk about them being losers and being ah- and just being suckers.”

FACT: At least 14 officials who were on the trip to France with President Trump have gone on the record to refute the anonymous sources and allegations in The Atlantic article.

WALLACE: “You propose $2 trillion in green jobs, you talk about new limits, not abolishing, but new limits on fracking. Ending the use of fossil fuels to generate electricity by 2035 and zero net emission of greenhouse gases by 2050. The President says a lot of these things would tank the economy and cost millions of jobs.” BIDEN: “He is absolutely wrong.”

FACT: Biden’s energy plan would cost trillions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of jobs.

  • Biden admitted he would willingly “sacrifice” “hundreds of thousands” of fossil fuel jobs in pursuit of his anti-energy agenda.
  • Biden has made clear – he wants to “end” fossil fuels, saying they would have “no place” in a Biden presidency.
  • Biden has said he would “love to make sure we can’t use any oil or gas, period” and that he would “make sure” fossil fuels and fracking are “eliminated.
  • Biden has vowed that there would be no place for fracking in a Biden Administration, saying it would be “eliminated.
  • Biden has proposed completely eliminating oil, gas, and coal from the U.S. power grid by 2035.
    • Prior estimates show eliminating oil, gas, and coal from the U.S. energy grid would cost anywhere from $4.5 trillion to $5.7 trillion, with an average cost of $35,000 per household.

BIDEN: “That is not my plan. The Green New Deal is not my plan.”

FACT: Joe Biden has embraced the Green New Deal in all but name.

  • Biden’s own climate plan on his website cites the Green New Deal as a “crucial framework for meeting the climate challenges we face.”
  • The Washington Post: “Joe Biden is embracing the framework of the Green New Deal in his bid for the White House…”
  • Inside Climate News: “In embracing it, he proclaimed his support for the central principles … of the Green New Deal.”

TRUMP: “What he did is he said, he called the military ‘stupid bastards.’” BIDEN: “That is not true.”

FACT: In March 2016, Biden called service members “stupid bastards” during a speech at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.

BIDEN: “You don’t have to solicit the ballot, it’s sent you—it’s sent to your home. What we are saying is, they are saying it has to be postmarked by Election Day. If it doesn’t get in until the seventh, eighth, ninth, it still should be counted. He’s just afraid of counting the votes because of the outcome.”

FACT: Biden is wrong that states with mass vote by mail require postmarks; Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court explicitly said ballots, even those without postmarks, will be assumed to be valid.

  • The Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently ruled that ballots received up to three days after Election Day, even if they’re not postmarked, must be counted.
  • In Wisconsin, ballots that were not postmarked in time for an April 7 ballot-measure election were counted in some counties.

BIDEN: “[Judge Amy Coney Barrett] thinks that the Affordable Care Act is not constitutional.”

FACT: Judge Amy Coney Barrett has not expressed a view about the Constitutionality of Obamacare or about the current case pending before the Supreme Court.

BIDEN: “We have a higher deficit with China now than we did before.”

FACT: The trade deficit with China is falling and “fell sharply” in 2019.

BIDEN: “The fact of the matter is violent crime went down 17%, 15%, in our administration.”

FACT: Fact checkers have said this claim is “overstated,” and violent crime rose by more than 4 percent during the last two years Biden was Vice President.

Fact Check: Biden Claims ‘No One Has Established’ There Is ‘Fraud Related to Mail-in Ballots’

CLAIM: Joe Biden (D) claimed that “no one has established” that there is fraud related to mail-in voting.

VERDICT: FALSE. There have been several well-documented examples of fraud and error in relation to vote-by-mail.

During a discussion on accepting the results of the election and the increase in mass vote-by-mail, Biden proclaimed that “no one has established, at all, that there is fraud related to mail-in ballots — that somehow it’s a fraudulent process.”

“It’s already been established,” Trump quipped, prompting Biden to say that Trump had “no idea what he’s talking about.”

Despite the former vice president’s claim, there are numerous instances of fraud and error related to vote-by-mail, as Breitbart News has extensively detailed over the months.

This month, for example, several mailed-in ballots in Wisconsin were discovered in a ditch alongside other mail. Recently in Virginia, 1,000 people who requested absentee ballots received two in the mail; and over the summer, a dead cat in Atlanta received a voter registration form by mail.

Also over the summer, two Paterson, New Jersey, councilmen and two men linked to a councilman’s campaign were charged with
“election fraud, mail-in voting fraud, and illegal possession of mail-in ballots,” as Breitbart News extensively detailed.

Additionally, a local TV station conducted an experiment over the summer, which further exposed the flaws in the vote-by-mail system. They sent 100 “‘mock ballots’ from across the city to a P.O. box set up specifically for the test.” The experiment found that just 97 percent of the ballots arrived, leaving three percent of voters effectively “disenfranchised by mail.”

Last month, a Democrat operative stated that anti-Trump United States Postal Service (USPS) workers will “sometimes help election fraudsters by throwing in the garbage mail-in ballots from Republican-heavy neighborhoods.”

Additionally:

  • New York City officials mailed absentee ballots with the incorrect names and addresses on the return envelopes.
  • Michigan clerks had to reject 10,694 primary ballots because the voters were deceased.
  • Hundreds of New Jersey Republicans received mail-in primary ballots featuring Democrat candidates.
  • A mail carrier in Virginia’s Pendleton County pleaded guilty to election fraud for “altering the party affiliation on absentee ballot request.”
  • Over 1,600 New Jersey primary ballots were discovered in a “mislabeled” bin after the election.

Over the weekend, Trump provided further evidence of vote-by-mail fraud to reporters, as Breitbart News reported:

  1. In Brooklyn, 25 percent of mail-in ballots were ruled invalid during the June Democrat primary.
  2. In a New Jersey special election, nearly 20 percent of the ballots were thrown out, and four people are being prosecuted for fraud.
  3. In a Florida primary, more than 35,000 mail-in ballots were rejected, and over 100,000 ballots were rejected in California.
  4. In Pennsylvania’s primary, half of the counties were still counting ballots a week after the election.
  5. The story of discarded military ballots discovered in Pennsylvania, many of them were cast for Trump.
  6. Reports in Wisconsin of three trays of mail containing absentee ballots were found in a ditch.
  7. In North Carolina, voters reported receiving two ballots in the mail.

“We are gravely concerned about the Democrat assault on election integrity,” Trump said at the time.

Chris Wallace Gets Backlash from Fox News Colleagues over Debate Moderator Performance

Fox News host Chris Wallace was heavily criticized online by his network colleagues and others following his hostile position toward President Donald Trump during Tuesday’s debate in Cleveland. Immediately out of the gate, Wallace and Trump shared a tense moment, when the moderator asked the president about a comprehensive health care plan. Wallace, though, did…

The debate? Trump was great, Chris Wallace was a dreadful disgrace

Chris Wallace’s overt defense of Joe Biden throughout the debate on Tuesday night was so obvious, so blatant, he should be proscribed from ever “moderating” a debate again.

Wallace’s performance was as Biden’s protector, his advocate, and that is undeniable.  He stepped in at every moment Biden seemed lost: court-packing, lack of support of law enforcement, and Hunter’s criminality.

The debate was so poorly managed.  The questions were designed to aid Biden, to coddle him.  No wonder Trump felt duty-bound to interrupt.  Trump was debating both Wallace and Biden and only one of them is sentient.

Wallace’s intent was clear – sabotage Trump.  Wallace succeeded only in looking like the stooge he is.

Why a two-minute rule?  That hardly gives either man time to rebut what was just said about him.  Wallace even brought up the Charlottesville charge but did not admit it was a manufactured lie without giving Trump the time to deny the lie.

Wallace completely ignored and tried to derail Trump’s bringing up Hunter Biden’s criminal corruption.  Why was that not a viable subject for discussion?  Biden lied when he said Hunter had been cleared.  Not so.  Biden has a long history of lying and financial corruption.  Should that fact not be up for review for a candidate for president?  If Biden were a Republican, you can bet it would.

Wallace should be fired for his wholesale lack of objectivity.  He’s become a cut-rate Dan Rather.

Trump made important points, all of which Wallace tried to mitigate:  Voter fraud is real and is being perpetrated by Democrats throughout the country.

Biden tried to insist that the violence being visited upon Democrat-run cities across the nation was by white supremacist groups, a total lie that Wallace let stand.

Biden is looking forward to shutting down the economy for COVID and implementing a mask mandate.

Biden is not supported by law enforcement anywhere in the country for obvious reasons and Obamacare was and remains a disaster.

Wallace, a member in good standing of the mainstream media is a handmaiden of the Democrat party in which winning by any means necessary is the rule.  Wallace’s bias for Biden was appalling.

Climate change!  Who on earth at this moment in time thinks this is an important topic for discussion?  No one but the moonbat Greta Thunbergs of the climanistas.  No one.  Biden’s green new deal would put millions of Americans who work in the fuel industry out of work.  The left’s embrace of this nonsense has left California with rolling blackouts.  Wallace did not question Biden’s lack of understanding of the impact his green new deal would have on the economy.  Wallace was for Biden, not America.

Why no questions on school choice?  On the border and illegal immigration which Biden supports?  On the necessity of ending the lockdowns that have caused much more death and destruction than COVID?  On the Biden “I am the Democratic Party right now”? On his family’s mysteriously ill-gotten wealth in the multi-millions?  Wallace was not going to let any of those issues come to the fore.

He  is a naked partisan who is invested only in his own illegitimate primacy as a member of the army of the left in good standing; that would be the swamp, the deep state.  Wallace perpetrated the Charlottesville lie and he knows very well that it is a lie.   Trump had to interrupt to get a word in edgewise in his own defense.  Again, Wallace was a despicably partisan moderator.  He tried to throw the debate to Biden and so made Trump the clear winner.  Trump had to fight the only way open to him, by interrupting the two people wrangling to sabotage him.  Wallace’s transparent protective bias was appalling.

All of which makes us wonder, is there a moderator that can legitimately host a debate?  Yes.  Hugh Hewitt comes to mind.  Larry Arnn of Hillsdale,  a constitutional scholar would ask the right questions in a civil manner.  There are numerous brilliant people who could and would conduct a legitimate debate but Chris Wallace proved himself not among them.  He has shamed himself and Fox News.  His attempt at being a bulwark in Biden’s defense was shameless.

It was Wallace who made the debate something of a farce; he left Trump no path but to try and refute the lies in his questions and Biden’s responses.  Am guessing Chris Wallace is now dead to vast numbers of conservatives who once upon a time respected him.  After this debate, they respect him no more.

The McCloskeys Are Not the First Victims Of Kim Gardner

When Mark and Patricia McCloskey were charged with felonies after they were caught on video holding firearms as a large number of protestors were on their property, citing a broken gate as having put them in fear for their lives, there was a flurry of outrage directed towards St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. According to Gateway Pundit, Gardner labeled the McCloskeys’ actions “unacceptable.”

FoxNews.com reported that Missouri governor Mike Parson put a pardon of the McCloskeys on the table. “They had every right to protect their property, their home, just like any of us would. If you had a mob coming towards you, whether they tore down a gate or not, when they come on your property, they don’t have a right to do that in an aggressive manner. People have a right to protect their selves, their families, their property,” he told Sean Hannity.

Not to be outdone, Missouri’s attorney general, Eric Schmitt, filed separate legal briefs for Mark and Patricia McCloskey calling for the charges to be dismissed within hours of the ruling according to FoxNews.com. In a release put out by his office, he said, “The right to keep and bear arms is given the highest level of protection in our constitution and our laws, including the Castle Doctrine. This provides broad rights to Missourians who are protecting their property and lives from those who wish to do them harm.

As of this writing, the McCloskeys remain under indictment, and under the provisions of 18 USC 922(g), they are prohibited from possessing any firearms, and a violation could land them up to ten years in federal prison. Recently, the couple was harassed as they went to pick up Christmas cards.

Questions have now arisen as to whether or not the McCloskeys were not merely wrongly charged, but whether evidence has been tampered with. KSDK reported that a member of Gardner’s staff ordered technicians in the crime lab to disassemble the handgun Patricia McCloskey was holding in the video and reassemble it. Court documents obtained by the local TV station revealed that the firearm was functional and had been test-fired. At the time the handgun was seized under the auspices of a search warrant, it was inoperable.

Shocking? Not if you were aware of recent history. It turns out that Gardner, who lawofficer.com reports is one of a number of prosecuting attorneys who have been supported by George Soros, has more than one questionable investigation stemming from her tenure as the top prosecutor for St. Louis. The victim of the abusive practices: None other than the governor of Missouri at the time, Erik Greitens.

In 2018, she secured a grand jury indictment against Greitens, a former Navy SEAL who was seen by many as a potential rising political star, having won the 2016 gubernatorial race by about six points. Greitens was accused of threatening a woman with whom he’d been having an extra-marital affair, using a compromising photo. Facing potential impeachment over the scandal, Greitens resigned, even though the invasion of privacy charges were dropped.

The reason the charges were dropped soon exploded into a scandal. A long-time prosecutor with the offense, Dwight Warren, blasted the indictment, pointing out that there was no evidence the alleged photo even existed, and that the effort to go after Greitens was “motivated by politics and not by the evidence.

He wasn’t the only one who had doubts. According to JustTheNews.com, during a pre-trial deposition, Katrina Sneed said, “So not that’s like a very vivid memory which is the reason why I haven’t talked about it because I don’t know if it’s because I’m remembering it through a dream or I — I’m not sure, but yes, I feel like I saw it after that happened, but I haven’t spoken about it because of that.

The Missouri Ethics Commission would exonerate Greitens in February 2020. Washington Free Beacon noted that Gardner had hired a private investigator, William Tisaby, to look into the former Missouri governor, something Warren had raised alarm bells about. According to St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Tisaby had a checkered past during his time at the FBI, being investigated for misconduct and wound up being demoted.

Former FBI agent who investigated Greitens indicted in St. Louis as part of perjury investigation

Attorneys for Greitens later discovered that Gardner’s office failed to fulfill discovery requirements and uncovered additional misconduct. Tisaby was later charged with seven felony counts, including perjury and tampering with evidence.

The takedown of Greitens is reminiscent of the dubious 2005 indictment that Ronnie Earle, then the district attorney for Travis County, Texas launched against then-House Majority Whip Tom DeLay. DeLay was forced to step down from his post and later left Congress. He would be convicted in 2010, but the charges would be thrown out on appeal in 2013. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the lower court’s dismissal in 2014.

An investigation by a special prosecutor into Gardner’s conduct in the Greitens matter ended in 2019 with no charges. She later filed a suit claiming that a “racist conspiracy” was trying to force her from office. This past August, she survived a primary challenge. While Gardner has a Republican opponent, between the heavy funding from George Soros and the heavily Democratic-leaning electorate around St. Louis, she is a heavy favorite to win re-election.

That could very well mean the question is not if there will be a next victim of Gardner’s abuse of power, but who that victim will be.

‘Shut up,’ ‘clown,’ ‘fool,’ ‘liar’ — the vile debate spewings of Joe Biden

Joe Biden was in some kind of foul, putrid mode at the debate last night.

Many people have cited memorable lines from the contentious political slugfest, but the lines that stand out to me are the grotesquely disrespectful ad hominem insults Biden directed at the president of the United States.

The Rev.com transcript shows tons of them:

“He’s a fool on this.”

“Everybody knows he’s a liar.”

“Will you shut up, man?”

“Keep yapping, man.”

“He’s the racist.”

“He’s Putin’s puppy.”

“He never keeps his word.”

“Well, it’s hard to get any word in with this clown.”

“You’re the worst president America has ever had.”

What kind of argument for ‘civility’ and ‘decency’ and ‘dignity,’ — all words Biden uses ad nauseum, is that? Some kind of bottom has dropped out. Some of these insults were so disgusting they actually made viewers feel sorry for President Trump, which is frankly a feat.

Trump can give as good as he gets, but he made no such ad hominems comparable to those, there was one part of the debate where he called Biden ‘not smart,’ but at least he had some academic records to back it up with. In fact, in all of his oppositional statements to Biden, he had some kind of fact, he wasn’t just pulling disembodied insults out as Biden did. Biden had no such backing for his insults, some of the most disgusting words hurled at a president of the United States to his face ever heard. Our worst enemies talk like that – think Nicolas Maduro, Iran’s mullahs, or Kim Jong Un, pre-peace talks.

Which ultimately amounts to insults to the voters. Trump represents us and most of us (I’m not talking about California’s illegals who created the popular vote majority) voted for him, so to hear those insults amounts to insults directed at us, too. Normal candidate sell themselves to voters as something better than their opponent, trying to persuade us, but Biden wasn’t interested in persuading. Far from being Mr. Decency, Biden sounded like the collective demon voice of the deep state, screaming its obscenities at exorcist Trump and the voters who brought him in

Which is about par, because Biden insulted a lot of little guys out in the campaign trail, calling them names like ‘damned liar,’ ‘hey, fat,’ and ‘you’re full of sh**.’ And of course, years back, he was the author of the kinds of uncivil hearings now taking place over the Supreme Court, introducing the U.S, to the ‘Borking’ of candidates. That’s led him to where he is now. flinging his disgusting insults straight to President Trump.

Whatever that makes Biden, what’s gone now is the notion that he’s a decent guy, a civil guy, a dignity-bringer, which is what his campaign has promoted him as. Many voters, as Thomas Lifson observed to me this morning, dislike Trump because they consider him crude and uncouth. Biden played Mr. Decency to that. But now that act is over. He’s shown himself to be even more uncouth than President Trump – a nasty, insulting, little-guy-hating, dignity-of-office-disrespecting screamer, who can’t even back his insults up with facts. He loses the ‘dignity-decency-civility’ advantage with some voters right there.  Those voters can now decide if they want a crude guy with a good governing record, or a crude guy without a good governing record, who spews insults at both them and the office, just because.
