What have we already learned on this Thanksgiving Day? That we are one vote away, just one little vote, from losing our sacred First Amendment rights, our right to assemble and to worship our God.
You don’t need me to tell you — well, maybe if you attended public schools you do — that one of the primary reasons the pilgrims jumped on the Mayflower and came over to this continent was to escape the religious persecution of fascists like New York’s Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who flagrantly issued an edict outlawing religious services of more than ten or 25 people, depending on the area.
Cuomo audaciously wrote his own law, one that violates the First Amendment’s right to peaceful assembly and the First Amendment’s explicit call for government to not interfere with how American citizens practice their religion.
And all of this is happening in a political environment where the corporate media and Democrats like Cuomo violate their own rules, encourage, and even join violent protests led by the domestic terrorists in Black Lives Matter and Antifa. So…
Some mass (much of it maskless) gatherings are approved while peaceful religious gatherings are not.
This, by the way — this singling out of religious people, is the very definition of persecution.
If that’s not disturbing enough, Cuomo would have gotten away with this — no, it’s worse! — a governor singling out the religious for persecution by executive fiat, would not only have gotten away with this were it not for Amy Coney Barrett, he would have received a rubber stamp of approval from the Supreme Court.
As Breitbart News reported earlier, “The U.S. Supreme Court granted an injunction Wednesday evening against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s restrictions on religious services in a 5-4 decision[.]”
If Ruth Bader Ginsberg were still on the Court, Cuomo’s fascist persecution would have been sanctified by the highest court in the land.
And we would have lost 5-4, primarily because of George W. Bush appointee John Roberts, who the useless establishment said was someone who could be counted on not to rewrite the Constitution, and has in practice ended up being just another radical leftist enamored with the authoritarianism of central planning and one-size-fits-all boondoggles like Obamacare.

Now that we are all educated on the risks of the coronavirus, there is no valid reason to keep any of these Stalinist lockdown orders in place.
We know the risks.
We know the survival rate, according to the CDC, is around 996 out of 1000, so it should be up to us to assess the risks, to decide whether or not to choose freedom over safety.
If I’m wearing a mask, why should I care if you don’t?
If I’m social distancing, why should I care if you are not?
We didn’t outlaw gay sex when the AIDS virus had a fatality rate of 100 percent, we educated the public on the risks and allowed people to make their own decisions. In that same spirit, we should not be outlawing or restricting ANYTHING in the face of a virus with a 996 out of 1000 survival rate, much less the First Amendment.
But there the First Amendment dangles, by the skin of one measly vote…

The Pentagon will keep its decades-old tradition of ensuring troops deployed overseas, including war zones, get a taste of home with all the trimmings this Thanksgiving.
In a press release issued earlier this week, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) that manages the Pentagon’s global supply chain as the nation’s combat logistics support agency revealed:
This year, service members around the world received an estimated:
• 9,000 whole turkeys
• 51,000 pounds of roasted turkeys
• 74,000 pounds of beef
• 21,000 pounds of ham
• 67,000 pounds of shrimp
• 16,000 pounds of sweet potatoes
• 19,000 pounds of pies and cakes
• 7,000 gallons of eggnog
• And many other holiday treats
Army Col. Eric McCoy, the DLA Troop Support Subsistence Director, said in a statement:
Food is emotional, and this year more than ever, it’s so important that DLA Troop Support got the turkeys, hams, and all the trimmings to our troops wherever they are stationed. Our supply chain takes the holidays very seriously. Our troops are far away from home, and they definitely look forward to this meal. Disappointing them is not an option.
Although the coronavirus pandemic changed the way service members consumed their meals, it did not stop Thanksgiving, one of the greatest American traditions.
DLA noted:
This year, Thanksgiving will be different for our service men and women throughout the world. While meals may be switched to grab-and-go style takeout instead of large group gatherings in dining facilities, the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Subsistence supply chain is making sure that warfighters everywhere are able to have a home-cooked meal with all the trimmings this holiday.
DLA Troop Support Commander Army Brig. Gen. Gavin Lawrence acknowledged the Chinese virus will make the holidays feel different for troops at home as they are for their families at home. At the state and local level in the U.S., government leaders have placed restrictions on who can come to their private home to eat, asserting that such rules are necessary to keep stem the spread of the disease.
Still, members of the DLA worked with vendors both locally and across the world to make sure that military foodservice professionals had all the essentials to prepare a festive holiday meal for troops away from home this holiday.
DLA Gen. Lawrence declared:
The holidays will look quite different this year for everyone. I’m proud that our workforce is doing everything possible to make sure our warfighters get a proper holiday meal, especially since many of us will not be able to be with our family and friends. We want to make sure they get that taste of home no matter where they are in the world.
For more than 50 years, DLA Troop Support has been providing traditional Thanksgiving food to field kitchens, dining facilities, and galleys to locations in the United States as well as the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Korea, Japan, Qatar, Honduras, and other locations around the world where our service members are deployed.
It takes months for the planning and preparing of the troop’s holiday meal, which this year started in March, coinciding with the coronavirus and making it just that much harder to make it a reality.
“Many ingredients for the meals are on hand at prime vendor locations by September, and the overseas locations start receiving high-volume items, like the turkeys and more than 131 tons of trimmings, in October,” the DLA added.
At the Pennsylvania state senate hearing on election fraud on Wednesday, requested by State Senator Doug Mastriano, it was revealed that "47 USBV cards were missing."
Frank Gaffney, executive chairman and founder of the Center for Security Policy, appeared on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with special guest host Jerome Hudson on Wednesday and invited Americans to use Thanksgiving as an opportunity to rededicate themselves to American values of freedom and liberty.
Gaffney urged listeners to read a “Thanksgiving declaration” available at the Great America Party website, laying out America’s founding principles.
“It is an expression of the principles of the Make America Great Again movement,” Gaffney remarked. “[People can] download this statement and share it at their Thanksgiving tables. This is a moment when those of us who believe in this country’s exceptionalism and its founding with the grace of God and the rights that we enjoy, thanks to our Creator, those inalienable rights.”
Gaffney continued, “This is a moment for us to have a refounding, and we think if people will share this [declaration], … we think there’s real opportunity by getting the founding principles right to have sensible people in the Democratic Party, sensible people in the Republican Party, sensible independents, sensible people in the MAGA movement coming together behind a refounding of our country and a reaffirming of those principles.”

The statement holds, “To paraphrase the founder of one of the United States’ most important political parties, Abraham Lincoln, the Great America Party looks forward to contributing to unifying and giving voice to the aspirations of Great Americans of every race, creed and background across this country for a new birth of freedom under a government truly of, by and for the people, so that this constitutional Republic, under God, shall not perish from the Earth.”

On Thanksgiving Day, we thank God for the abundant blessings in our lives. As we gather with family and friends to celebrate this season of generosity, hope, and gratitude, we commemorate America’s founding traditions of faith, family, and friendship, and give thanks for the principles of freedom, liberty, and democracy that make our country exceptional in the history of the world.
This November marks 400 years since the Mayflower and its passengers faced the unknown and set sail across the Atlantic Ocean. Propelled by hope for a brighter future, these intrepid men and women endured two long months at sea, tired and hungry, to arrive in a new world full of potential. In the winter weather that greeted their arrival, they lost nearly half of their fellow travelers to exposure, disease, and starvation. Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104-page lawsuit in Georgia alleging massive voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Sidney Powell’s lawsuit contained allegations of numerous irregularities, anomalies, old fashioned “ballot stuffing,” violations of Georgia’s Election Code, unlawful audit procedures and use of voting machines to manipulate votes.
Many witnesses testified they saw ballots marked for President Trump being put into Joe Biden piles and pre-printed “pristine” ballots that went 100% for Joe Biden.
One affiant testified they saw “counterfeit” ballots with darker colored watermarks that went 100% to Joe Biden.
When the Elections Director was alerted to the counterfeit ballots they brushed off concerns and said the watermarks were darker because of the use of different printers.
On page 35 of Sidney Powell’s filing, the affiant testified about “the use of different paper for ballots, that would constitute fraud stating”:
I noticed that almost all of the ballots I reviewed were for Biden. Many batches went 100% for Biden. I also observed that the watermark on at least 3 ballots were solid gray instead of transparent, leading me to believe the ballot was counterfeit. I challenged this and the Elections Director said it was a legitimate ballot and was due to the use of different printers. Many ballots had markings for Biden only, and no markings on the rest of the ballot.
Another affiant (same witness who gave sworn statement in Wood v. Raffensperger) explained she observed batches of pristine ballots with different texture paper with machine-stamped bubbles that went 98% for Joe Biden:
Most of the ballots had already been handled; they had been written on by people, and the edges were worn. They showed obvious use. However, one batch stood out. It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper – it was if they were intended for absentee use but had not been used for that purposes. There was a difference in the feel.
These different ballots included a slight depressed pre-fold so they could be easily folded and unfolded for use in the scanning machines. There were no markings on the ballots to show where they had com~ from, or where they had been processed. These stood out.
In my 20 years of experience of handling ballots, I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device. By my estimate in observing these ballots, approximately 98% constituted votes for Joe Biden. I only observed two of these ballots as votes for President Donald J. Trump.”

On Thanksgiving Day Christian leader Rev. Franklin Graham posted to Facebook he is thankful for President Donald Trump’s appointment of three conservative Supreme Court justices.
Graham reflected on the High Court’s ruling Wednesday night “in favor of churches and against government overreach in the state of New York.”
In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court granted an injunction against New York Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s restrictions on worship services. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and Agudath Israel of America, an Orthodox Jewish group, had filed a request for an emergency injunction against the governor’s pandemic directives that restricted worship services to ten people in some areas and 25 people in others.
Newly confirmed Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the conservative majority, while Chief Justice John Roberts joined with the liberal wing of the Court.
“Justice Neil Gorsuch strongly criticized the court’s previous approach,” Graham posted, citing Gorsuch’s concurring opinion:
It is time—past time—to make plain that, while the pandemic poses many grave challenges, there is no world in which the Constitution tolerates color-coded executive edicts that reopen liquor stores and bike shops but shutter churches, synagogues, and mosques.

"The Fraud Was Executed By Many Means": Sidney Powell Releases Kraken With Dual Lawsuits In Michigan, Georgia Tyler Durden

Sidney Powell has finally released the Kraken – filing two lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia late Wednesday alleging massive schemes to rig the election for Joe Biden.
In Georgia, Powell claims in a 104-page complaint filed in the US District Court in Atlanta that the purpose of the scheme was "illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States."
"Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing" has been "amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose," the suit continues, adding that "Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia."
"This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and ‘rigged’ the election in Georgia for Joe Biden."
According to Just the News, Powell’s allegations include that:
At least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. "Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded," the suit said.
Kemp and Raffensperger "rushed through the purchase of Dominion voting machines and software in 2019 for the 2020 Presidential Election" without due diligence and disregarded safety concerns.
"There is incontrovertible physical evidence that the standards of physical security of the voting machines and the software were breached, and machines were connected to the internet in violation of professional standards and state and federal laws."
Fulton County election workers used a claim of a water leak to evacuate poll watchers and workers for several hours on Election night, even as "several election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM.
State officials in a settlement with Democratic parties made changes to election procedures that violated both state law and the U.S. Constitution.
The suit asks for over a dozen remedies, including an injunction blocking the state’s certified results – in which Biden ‘won’ by 12,000 votes – from being transmitted to the Electoral College.
Powell’s suit also demands an audit where signatures are matched, the impounding of various election machines and video surveillance from vote-counting areas.
In Michigan, Powell filed a 75-page complaintseeking to set aside the results of the election, claiming that "hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots" enabled by "massive election fraud" facilitated Biden’s win in the state.
"The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as president of the United States," the suit alleges, adding that the most "troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy” involved “systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’"
The complaint alleged “an especially egregious range of conduct” in Wayne County and the City of Detroit and similar conduct throughout the state, which it attributed to direction from Michigan state election officials. It noted that the “same pattern of election fraud and voter fraud writ large occurred in all the swing states with only minor variations” in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
The complaint cited eyewitness and expert testimony to allege that there were enough ballots identified to overturn and reverse the election results. It also said results of the election cannot be relied on because the entire election process was “riddled with fraud, illegality, and statistical impossibility.”
The suit claimed that election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems used by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers helped facilitate the fraud.
“The Dominion systems derive from the software designed by Smartmatic Corporation, which became Sequoia in the United States,” the complaint reads.
“Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election,” it added, citing a whistleblower’s affidavit alleging that the Smartmatic software was used to manipulate Venezuelan elections in favor of Chavez.
“A core requirement of the Smartmatic software design ultimately adopted by Dominion for Michigan’s elections was the software’s ability to hide its manipulation of votes from any audit,” the complaint alleged.
The complaint cited a former electronic intelligence analyst under the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, who declared that the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran to monitor and manipulate elections, including the 2020 U.S. general election.
Another part of the complaint said that a former U.S. Military Intelligence expert had analyzed the Dominion software system and concluded that the system and software “were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China.”
“By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” the filing said.
