“Dr. Fauci and Birx and All of These People that Frankly Made Nothing But Mistakes” – President Trump on the Doctors Who Used COVID-19 to Destroy Freedom

President Trump last night discussed the two doctors who encouraged him to shut down the government rather than use a risk-based approach to the China coronavirus.  His comments were in an interview with Maria Bartiromo.

The Daily Caller reported on the President’s remarks:

Bartiromo began by mentioning President Joe Biden’s primetime address on Mar. 11, in which he claimed the coronavirus was “met with silence for days, and weeks, and then months.” She noted that he made no mention of Operation Warp Speed, the Trump administration’s partnership with private companies to quickly develop and distribute a vaccine. She then asked Trump how he felt about “not getting any credit” from the Biden administration.

“So when you go to the Covid issue, we did a great job. We get very little credit for it. I closed the country far earlier. Dr. Fauci and Birx and all of these people that, frankly, made nothing but mistakes, they didn’t want to do it. They didn’t want to close it to China,” Trump responded. “I closed the border to China. I closed the border to Europe, Italy, and all of these countries that were having tremendous problems long before they wanted me to do it.”

“If you look at Biden, he didn’t want to do it months afterwards, and then ultimately he admitted that he made a mistake in saying that. If I didn’t do that, we would have had hundreds of thousands of more lives gone,” Trump concluded.

Of course doctors Fauci and Birx were incompetent when it came to dealing with the China coronavirus:

DeSantis Champions High Quality Civics Literacy

In January 2020, Republican Governor Ron DeSantis announced the Florida Civics and Debate Initiative (FCDI) with The Marcus Foundation to elevate civic knowledge, civic skills, and civics disposition for middle and high school students. However, the pandemic delayed the implementation of the program. During his Wednesday press conference, DeSantis reinforced his commitment to high quality education and to the teachers who pursue excellence in his state.

Among DeSantis’ first initiatives as Governor were the elimination of Common Core from the Florida curriculum, the signing into law of “milestone civic literacy legislation,” and a significant Executive Order in 2019 to make Florida a leader in vocational and technical education by the year 2030. The results of the Florida audit of the career and technical education (CTE) programs can be found here.

In 2020 he committed to and succeeded in the passage of legislation that took the average minimum salary for teachers in Florida from the bottom half of states to the top five. In addition, The Marcus Foundation earmarked $5 million to increase Florida student’s access to speech and debate program. “Before the initiative was created, there were 11 school districts in Florida that participated in debate. In FCDI’s first year, Florida now has 59 active teams in 30 different school districts across the state.”

The Florida Department of Education states as their mission for Civic Literacy as one which “prepares students to become civically engaged and knowledgeable adults who make positive contributions to their communities. Florida students will graduate with sufficient knowledge of America’s civics, particularly the principles reflected in the United States Constitution, so as to be capable of discharging their responsibilities as American citizens.” A list of some of the resources for the program is listed below:

De Santis wants to make Florida the leader in civics education with his $106 million proposal. He is requesting that the state legislature take up the proposal during the current legislative session using the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER) through the CARES Act. “The curriculum prioritizes the development and support of high-quality civics education and rewards classroom teachers who take part in it,” explained DeSantis.

The Florida Education Department will create a Florida Civics Seal of Excellence, the symbol of the proposed professional development program which will provide a series of modules and credentials that will be available to Florida teachers. Those teachers who complete the modules will receive the Civics Seal of Excellence and a $3000 bonus. Civics will be ideally incorporated into multiple subject areas, not just history. The state will bring in some of the best experts in the country to support teachers in Florida classrooms.

$16.5 million will also be dedicated to additional training, professional development, and classroom support for principals and teachers seeking to elevate civics education in their schools. It would also include $6.5 million toward a career pathways program to launch pilots for public service incubators to develop partnerships between secondary schools and government institutions. Through these public service partnerships, “professional and volunteer pathways” will be created to give students experience with the role of public service, “to inspire the next generation of public servants.”

DeSantis said that coursework that features critical race theory has no place in the Florida education system. “Let me be clear: there’s no room in our classrooms for things like critical race theory,” DeSantis said. “Teaching kids to hate their country and to hate each other is not worth one red cent of taxpayer money.” He added, “They’re trying to make people view each other based on race, I want to do the opposite, I want to treat people as individuals. I want to treat people based on character, but when you put this curriculum in, it ends up creating more divisions.”

DeSantis said that a solid grasp of the United States Constitution has become a “lost art.” Coursework featuring ideology sold as facts have become the norm in universities, according to DeSantis.“Having graduating kids with the foundational knowledge to understand what makes America unique understand the principles that people have fought for, is really really important and especially in a time where, you know, we have so much political bitterness,” DeSantis said.

Doctors Forced to Provide Cross-Sex Hormones Under Equality Act Could Send Teenagers Into Premature Menopause

Dr. Michelle Cretella, executive director of the American College of Pediatricians, is sounding alarm bells about the fact that, if passed, the Equality Act would punish medical doctors, psychologists, and other mental health professionals who do not go along with a confused minor’s “gender identity.”

The scary part of this is that those who are prescribed cross-sex hormones following puberty-blocking drugs could end up going through a premature menopause or andropause and all the ailments that come with it.

“That is what happens when health professionals medicalize childhood gender identity by prescribing puberty blockers to halt pubertal development at its earliest, visible signs,” Dr. Cretella wrote at the Post Millennial along with Natasha Chart, executive director of Women’s Liberation Front.

“Health professionals then prevent this normal and critical developmental stage altogether by administering cross-sex hormones throughout the sexual maturation window,” they continued, adding that these teens are likely to experience “conditions of old age — a girl is sent into menopause, or a boy put into andropause — decades before their time.”

Breitbart reports that “during a Heritage Foundation webinar, Cretella observed the surge in activism in the lucrative field of transgender medicine has led to the ‘gaslighting’ of many more children and teens.”

The pediatrician explained studies show that nearly 100 percent of children who are given puberty blockers to stop normal puberty then go on to request cross-sex hormones, “which means we are sterilizing a great number of emotionally troubled youth.”

“And we already have girls, physically healthy girls, who are being referred for double mastectomies at age 13,” she asserted. “This is institutionalized child abuse. We’re taking emotionally troubled youth, psychologically abusing them by reinforcing their gender, sexual confusion, and then experimenting on them with toxic drugs and mutilating surgeries.”

DeSantis Takes On Critical Race Theory: ‘Teaching Kids To Hate Their Country’ Not Worth ‘One Red Cent Of Taxpayer Money’

Florida is purging the teaching of “critical race theory and other unsubstantiated theories” from its public schools.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis updated the public on his state’s new educational priorities in a press conference on Wednesday. The governor said that the state’s civic education should focus on “foundational principles” rather than narratives such as critical race theory that views all of history through the lens of race, and suggests that racism still infects almost every institution in the U.S. today.

Critical race theory has gained traction recently, being prominently displayed in The New York Times’ ‘1619 Project,’ which reframed the history of the United States as a country entirely built on slavery rather than on the principles of the Declaration of Independence.

“Florida civics curriculum will incorporate foundational concepts with the best materials, and it will expressly exclude unsanctioned narratives like critical race theory and other unsubstantiated theories,” DeSantis said. “Let me be clear, there’s no room in our classrooms for things like critical race theory. Teaching kids to hate their country and to hate each other is not worth one red cent of taxpayer money. So we will invest in actual, solid, true curriculum and we will be a leader in the development and implementation of a world class civics education.”

DeSantis has ordered his state Department of Education to develop a Florida Civic Seal of Excellence to be awarded to teachers, along with a $3,000 bonus, who complete a course on teaching traditional American concepts and principles, according to News4JAX.

The governor’s announcement is similar to other moves being made by states and localities to block critical race theory from being taught in public schools. West Virginia Republicans introduced a bill to the state House last month that would ban the narrative from education curriculum.

The West Virginia legislation banned “divisive concepts” such as “one race or sex is inherently superior to another race or sex,” the “United States is fundamentally racist or sexist,” “an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously,” and “an individual should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment solely or partly because of his or her race or sex.”

The bill echoed an executive order issued by former President Donald Trump that sought to purge critical race theory education from the federal government. President Joe Biden rescinded the Trump order on his first day in office.

Earlier in February, a New York branch of the Chinese American Citizens Alliance denounced critical race theory as “a hateful, divisive, manipulative fraud” and called for it to be expunged from American education and culture.

“CRT appears in our workplaces under the cover of implicit bias/sensitivity training. It infiltrates our schools pretending to be culturally/ethnically responsive pedagogy, with curricula such as the New York Times’ 1619 Project and Seattle’s ethnomathematics. Hate groups, with allies in politics, the press and education, pass CRT off as anti-racism and diversity, equity and inclusion, but CRT is exactly the opposite. From its very roots, CRT is racist, repressive, discriminatory, and divisive,” an open letter by the group said.

“We need to recognize CRT through its fraudulent packaging, call it out, resist. Parents need to watch for CRT in schools, talk to each other, and organize,” the letter continues. “On the political front, President Trump issued an executive order to ban CRT indoctrination at the Federal level. President Biden rescinded that order upon taking office, so our best hopes now rest with the states, several of which have proposals to ban CRT indoctrination.”

As Congressional GOP push the line that President Biden created the current border crisis thanks to his early executive actions on immigration and a ‘pathway to citizenship,’ and White House officials insisting it isn’t a crisis, let’s first take a trip down memory lane and review what Biden said during the first Democratic primary debate.

In response to a question on immigration, Biden said that he would make sure there would be an "immediate surge to the border." While it’s unclear from his answer who exactly would be doing the surging, he also insisted that ‘people seeking asylum deserve to be heard.’

Fast forward to today, as the border crisis – which is exactly what it is – worsens:

As Summit News’ Steve Watson detailed earlier, the crisis at the border continues to accelerate, as CBS News reported Tuesday that there are now more than 13,000 unaccompanied migrant children being held in prison like cells by US authorities.

The report notes that many more are being turned back every day, and that there are now so many trying to cross the border that the US is on track this year to encounter more illegal immigration than in the past TWENTY YEARS.

The kids are being held in squalid conditions, sleeping on concrete floors without any sunlight for up to five days, according to the report, well over the legal limit of 72 hours.

When asked again yesterday if he has plans to go to the border, Biden replied “not at the moment”.

Kamala Harris, who decried “babies in cages” during the presidential campaign, also avoided the issue telling reporters as she traveled “I haven’t been briefed on anything today about it.”

Thousands of migrant children are set to be housed at the Dallas convention center, with talk of juvenile centers also said to be being prepared:

The new revelations come as DHS head Alejandro Mayorkas announced an EXPANSION of the Central American Minors program, which he said “creates a lawful pathway for children to come to the United States without having to take the dangerous journey. Under this expansion, children will be processed in their home countries and brought to the United States in a safe and orderly way.”

In other words, the Biden administration is opening the floodgates even further, which will do nothing to stem the flow of migrants who believe they can now walk into the US unhindered.

In fact it will encourage more illegal immigration.

The New York Times reported that migrants are gathering in huge numbers at the border because they expect a Biden presidency to mean they will easily be able to get across.

“Biden promised us that everything was going to change,” one of the migrants, Gladys Oneida Pérez Cruz. told The New York Times. “He hasn’t done it yet, but he is going to be a good president for migrants.”

As previously reported by CBS News, just under one month ago there were only NINE children being held in Border Patrol facilities, yet now there are over 13,000.

This is an unprecedented crisis caused directly by the undoing of President Trump’s border policies and the Biden administration either refuses to address it, or blames Trump himself.

In fact, they are putting out “leaks” that reveal their intentions to continue an open border policy, with the intention to integrate 117,000 migrant youths and children this year alone.
