Ian Smith, co-owner of Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, New Jersey — who’s been battling far-left Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy over coronavirus shutdowns since the spring and said he’s racked up over $1 million in fines — has a new message for Murphy and other state officials.
"We have been open against unconstitutional shut down orders since May," Smith wrote in a now-viral Instagram post over the weekend. "Not once have we flinched, and the petty tyrant of New Jersey governor Murphy has tried everything he could possibly think of to ruin us. Over seven months later we will open our doors every single day."
He added: "No government official will ever tell me that I am not able to provide for my family. I do not answer to public servants – no matter what threats or punishments they impose. I am a free man. I do not ask for permission. I do not ask for forgiveness. You work for us. The only way you’ll ever close these doors is when you close my casket."
The post comes with video in which Smith is seen holding up pieces of paper — which he presents to the camera and then discards one by one, "Subterranean Homesick Blues"-style — that send the same overall message.
"We have had our business license stripped," the messages Smith holds aloft say. "We have had our doors locked and barricaded. We have been arrested and have over 60 citations."
Smith’s silent message adds that on the day of the recording, Atilis passed 84,000 visits — but the gym won’t require masks and "never will." The clip ends with four printed words: "No science. No shutdown."
Just after Smith walks out of camera frame, someone is heard hollering, "F*** you, Murphy!"

When contacted about Smith’s new message, Murphy’s office told TMZ it had "nothing to add."
Smith emphasized on numerous occasions that his gym uses safety protocols, including proper sanitation and social distancing to mitigate the risk of spreading the coronavirus.
He told Fox News that he disputes the effectiveness of lockdown policies adopted across the nation put in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus and is saddened by harms inflicted on businesses.
"What’s happening to the middle class and small businesses in America is nothing short of a complete tragedy, and I would go so far as to call it criminal," Smith said. "You’re putting people out of business for good."

An Ohio woman received a birthday card from her mother this year — except her mother passed away two years ago.
According to Newsweek, Katrina Jones of Youngstown, Ohio, recently discovered a birthday card in her mailbox.
Confused, she quickly opened the card, which was dated June 20, 2015.
"To what do I owe this honor?" she asked of the card, which was not just five years late in arriving, but six months late in celebrating her birthday.
The return address, she said, was her mother’s address.
"Then I looked at the handwriting, and I said, ‘That’s my mother’s handwriting,’" she recalled.

She opened the card and found birthday regards and a note with a Bible verse scrawled on it.
The note read, "I know the thoughts I have toward you sayeth the Lord. Thoughts of peace and not of evil."
The verse, from Jeremiah 29:11, reads, "For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare, not for woe!"
Jones said that she and her mother wondered about the missing card all those years ago, and never expected it to turn up on her doorstep two years after her mother’s death.
"I do remember many years ago and I think I’m safe to say it must have been 2015 and I remember her asking, ‘Hey, did you get a card from me?’" Jones recalled.
"Someone told me at work ‘It wasn’t meant for you to receive it back then,’ it was meant for me to receive now," she added.
Jones, a customer service representative at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, shared the post on her LinkedIn page, writing, "It took 5 1/2 years for me to receive a birthday card and note from my mother. The message was right on time."

An anti-lockdown protester staged a one man demonstration in a California branch of Costco, telling shoppers, “Don’t let them do it!”
“Don’t let them do it! You know why we’re under this lockdown right now – because all the information that’s coming out about COVID, they know it’s a farce,” said the man.
“You must not do this, if you continue, this is the life that you will have,” he added.
The protester continued to address shoppers via a bullhorn as staff tried to intervene.
“Governor Newsom doesn’t have the right to shut us down or make you wear a mask!” said the man as two other customers walked up to give him a fist bump.

“We’ve got to stand up for ourselves because this Governor is gonna keep us locked down until we do something about it – are you gonna let this happen?” he asks.
The backlash against Governor Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home order is growing after it was revealed that Sheriffs in counties that represent 40 percent of California’s population say they won’t enforce his coronavirus restrictions.
Newsom’s shutdown of children’s playgrounds and outdoor dining has prompted fury, with business owners saying they are being unfairly punished.
In a viral video, Angela Marsden, owner of the Pineapple Hill Saloon & Grill, explained how she obeyed all the instructions for outdoor dining but now faces financial ruin while a movie company was allowed to set up its own eating section in a nearby parking lot.
“I’m losing everything,” a tearful Marsden says in the clip.
“Everything I own is being taken away from me and they set up a movie company right next to my outdoor patio, which is right over here.”
Governor Newsom’s rampant hypocrisy was also exposed when he was caught on camera unmasked eating indoors at a Michelin star restaurant with a group of 12 people while telling Californians they could only celebrate Thanksgiving outside.

Two days later the actual votes were tabulated–only 3 people voted for two different candidates for a total of six votes. The disappearance of 657 votes is not “human error.” That is machine manipulation. It happened to the school board and it happened to Donald Trump.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Monday announced a signature audit in Cobb County.
“We stand ready to answer each and every question out there,” Raffensperger said. “Every Georgian should have faith in our elections.”
The audit should take two weeks to complete according to Raffensperger.

The Augusta Chronicle reported Georgia officials will conduct a signature audit of absentee ballot envelopes in Cobb County.
Georgia officials will conduct a signature-match audit of absentee ballot envelopes in Cobb County to promote faith in the election system ahead of next month’s U.S. Senate runoff elections, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced on Monday.
The audit comes in response to a “specific allegation” the mail-in signature verification process was not followed properly in Cobb for the Nov. 3 general election, Raffensperger said at a news conference. He did not give details on the allegation.
Re-checking the envelope signatures in Cobb also aims to boost confidence in the integrity of the high-stakes Senate runoffs on Jan. 5 amid fraud claims from President Donald Trump and his allies that have injected doubt into Georgia’s election system, Raffensperger said.
The Democrats used Covid as a vehicle to flood the 2020 election with record number of absentee and mail-in ballots in order to steal the election.
Georgia saw a record 1.3 million absentee ballots cast in the November election and officials didn’t properly verify the signatures.
President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Georgia by 110,000 votes on election night when corrupt Democrat elections official stopped counting ballots at 10:25 PM and kicked out GOP observers from the State Farm Arena tabulation center.
A couple weeks ago Trump’s legal team showed a video from the State Farm Arena tabulation center when poll workers were told to leave at 10:25 PM.
A few “workers” stayed behind and were seen pulling suitcases full of ballots out from under tables to be tabulated!

Several recount workers, including Democrats, have described odd batches of pristine absentee ballots with perfectly marked bubbles all for Joe Biden.
“These difference ballots included a slight depressed pre-fold so they could be easily folded and unfolded for use in the scanning machines. There was no markings on the ballots to show where they had come from, or where they had been processed. These stood out.”
“In my 20 years’ of experience of handling ballots, I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device. By my estimate in observing these ballots, approximately 98% constituted votes for Joseph Biden. I only observed 2 ballots as votes for President Donald J. Trump.”

The Arizona GOP said in a statement that “as the legal proceedings arising from the November 3 presidential election continue to work their way through our nation’s judicial system, the Arizona Republicans who pledged to choose President Trump and Vice President Pence in the Electoral College convened on December 14 to cast their votes and send them to Congress where they are to be opened and counted beginning on January 6.”
“Of course, there is precedent for our Republican electors meeting on December 14, even as the Democrat electors for Arizona also meet elsewhere,” the statement continued. “Democrat electors pledged to John F. Kennedy convened in Hawaii in 1960, at the same time as Republican electors met, even though the Governor had certified Richard Nixon as the winner. In the end, Hawaii’s electoral votes were awarded to President Kennedy, even though he did not win the state until 11 days after the electors cast their votes.”
The state party added that “the legitimacy and good sense of two sets of electors meeting on December 14 to cast competing votes for President and Vice President, with the conflict to be later sorted out by the courts and Congress, was pointed out by prominent Democrat lawyers Van Jones and Larry Lessing in an essay published last month on CNN.”

“Given that the results in Arizona remain in doubt, with legal arguments still to be decided, just as the Democrat electors met in Hawaii in 1960 while awaiting a final resolution to the state’s vote, so too the Republican electors have agreed to meet this year on December 14 as we await a final resolution of Arizona’s 11 electoral votes.”
Republican Party of Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward added that “it is imperative that the proper electors are counted by Congress.”
The Electoral Count Act (ECA) of 1887 says each chamber of Congress will separately decide which slate of ‘dueling electors’ to accept.

It appears to be yet another case of crime suspects getting charged with murder when their accomplices are fatally shot by the crime victim.
A Louisiana homeowner had just about all he could handle last Tuesday morning when four men carrying guns invaded his residence in Lacombe, WVUE-TV reported. Lacombe is about an hour’s drive north of — and directly across Lake Pontchartrain from — New Orleans.
Thing is, the homeowner also had a gun — and used it far more successfully than the quartet of intruders. The homeowner, in fact, shot all four suspects, killing two of them during the ensuing shootout.
The St. Tammany Coroner’s office identified the dead suspects as 25-year-old Renard Causey Jr. and 21-year-old Justin Hill, WVUE added.
But now the two suspects who survived the shooting — Renard Causey Sr. and Jason Leblanc — both face charges of first-degree murder, armed robbery, and home invasion, the station reported in a follow-up story.
Both men will be booked after they are released from a hospital, WVUE reported.
The homeowner’s 4-year-old daughter apparently was struck by a bullet in the crossfire, the station said, adding that family members said she received an operation and is expected to be OK.
The homeowner also is expected to be OK, and WVUE added that deputies say the homeowner won’t face charges at this time. A relative told WVUE the homeowner may have been pistol-whipped before he fired at the intruders.
St. Tammany Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the incident, the station said.
WVUE said the community on Palmer Drive is close — the kind of place where everyone either is related or has known each other for years — and many are stunned by what happened.
"It was late morning and we heard patrol cars, one after another and detective cars and then there would be ambulances," Shannon Bordelon told the station. "There were several dozen emergency vehicles involved."
Neighbors aded to WVUE that they waited 24 hours to learn about the shooting, but sheriff’s officials said they didn’t want to put out information sooner that might impede the investigation.
