The European Union bureau chief and columnist for Chinese-state run media outlet China Daily lodged a profane insult at U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) on Thursday in a tweet.

Blackburn, a respected conservative senator who is a hawk on China tweeted Thursday, “China has a 5,000 year history of cheating and stealing. Some things will never change…”

Chen Weihua, EU Bureau Chief and columnist for China Daily, then responded to her tweet with, “B*tch”:

Chen then followed up with another tweet that said, “This is the most racist and ignorant US Senator I have seen. A lifetime b*tch”:

Chen later retweeted his one-word reply to Blackburn.

Blackburn responded a couple of hours later in a statement.

“From Tiananmen Square to the Uyghur genocide, Communist China is an expert at slaughtering populations. America will not bow down to sexist communist thugs,” she said.

Chen Weihua works for the government-owned China Daily, reliably cranking out articles with headlines such as “White House must concentrate on fighting outbreak, not China-bashing” and “Washington must stop making decisions which undermine WHO.”

In other words, his journalistic output nicely coincides with the People’s Republic of China’s propaganda plans, from deflecting blame for the coronavirus away from Beijing to defending Beijing’s minions at the World Health Organization.

Chen has previously tweeted, “Trump and Pompeo are not even good liars.”

Pinkerton noted that Chen bashes the president and his administration reliably, but also “eagerly” echoes top Democrats and leading Never Trumpers.

Chen has also called Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), another leading China hawk in the Senate, “ignorant.”

Hawley responded, “#China not happy about my call to confront their economic imperialism by ending the WTO & replacing it with system that’s good for American workers. I love being insulted by #China state-run press.”

Pinkerton noted that Chen has been the beneficiary of many liberal programs in the U.S.

Chen lists on his blue-checkmark verified Twitter bio he was a John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford and a World Press Institute Fellow at Macalester College in Minnesota. He also listed the Freedom Forum in Washington, DC.

During a portion of an interview with CBS on Thursday, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe stated that as “an economic threat and a technological threat,” China is a threat “that the United States hasn’t had to deal with before.” He also said that the U.S. loses $4,000 to $6,000 per household every year to Chinese economic espionage.

Ratcliffe stated, “China intends to dominate the world economically, militarily, and technologically. They intend to be the world’s superpower. We’ve had challenges before, Nazi Germany, Russia as the Soviet Union, the Iron Curtain. But this is different. Because China — those were primarily military threats. China is an economic threat and a technological threat, and that’s something that the United States hasn’t had to deal with before.”

He also said that the government estimates that America loses “about $500 billion a year, which would impact every American household $4,000-$6,000 a year as a result of what China is doing on the economic espionage front.”

During a portion of an interview with CBS on Thursday, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said his message to the Biden team on China is that China is “our greatest adversary.” And “the greatest threat that this country has faced since World War II.” Ratcliffe further warned that the coronavirus pandemic is an instance where Americans have had their lives “impacted irreparably as a result of China’s actions. They’re just beginning. It’s going to get worse.”

Ratcliffe said, “They are our greatest adversary. We need to recognize China for the threat that they are. It’s the greatest threat that this country has faced since World War II. It’s our greatest challenge. Every generation has a challenge, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, the Iron Curtain. This generation’s challenge is China’s intent to replace the United States as the world’s superpower. They have threatened the U.S. way of life. We’ve seen that with COVID, that is a result of the actions of the Chinese Communist Party. Americans’ lives have already been impacted irreparably as a result of China’s actions. They’re just beginning. It’s going to get worse.”

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Thursday told CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge that the communist Chinese government is using blackmail, bribery, and covert operations to target lawmakers on Capitol Hill as part of a broad effort to influence policymaking.

A partial transcript is as follows:

CATHERINE HERRIDGE: You wrote a piece for the Wall Street Journal and you say China is targeting members of Congress with six times the frequency of Russia and 12 times of Iran. What is behind Beijing’s aggressive approach?

DNI JOHN RATCLIFFE: They want laws and policies out of the United States that are favorable to China and what they are really trying to do is through blackmail, bribery, overt and covert operations, trying to make sure only laws that are favorable to China are passed.

HERRIDGE: What you been to Capitol Hill [sic] and have you briefed this threat information to lawmakers?

DNI RATCLIFFE: I was so troubled by what I saw from the position of director of national intelligence that I briefed both the House and the Senate Intelligence Committees on this information, which they found surprising and troubling.

Breitbart News senior technology correspondent Allum Bokhari appeared on a special episode of the Jesse Kelly Show to discuss his book, DELETED: Big Tech’s Battle to Erase the Trump Movement and Steal the Election.

Bokhari’s book details “countless leaks” from inside Google, Facebook, and Twitter, proving their efforts to sway the 2020 election against President Trump.

Bokhari told Kelly that nothing was done to address the Big Tech problem because political elites and the deep state benefit from Silicon Valley censorship.

Calling the book “maybe one all should have read” before the election, Kelly asked if Bokhari had a “crystal ball” that predicted Big Tech’s election interference.

“While I don’t have a crystal ball, I do have a network of sources inside Silicon Valley who were relentlessly warning me, year after year, that Big Tech was absolutely set on swaying the outcome of this election,” said Bokhari.

“We got countless leaks, countless smoking guns from inside these companies. We got Google search blacklists, we got their ‘Good Censor’ briefing document, we had sources telling me about how they use hidden ‘quality scores’ to downrank certain media — confirmed today by the New York Times by the way… So there’s just a mountain of evidence.”

“What really annoys me is that even though we had all this evidence, over the past four years, outlined in this book, months before the election – years before the election in some cases – nothing was done about it. All the politicians and institutions that are meant to defend the public interest against corporate abuses of power like this, they stood by and did nothing as these tech giants subverted democracy.”

“The wider political establishment; the deep state, the NGOs, the mainstream media, political elites – they realized how powerful these platforms were in 2016, how dangerous they were to their power by allowing these emergent movements to come out of nowhere and supplant them.”

Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook corporation discriminated against thousands of American graduates as it tried to hire foreign workers via the federal green card process, according to a December 3 lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

“The Department of Justice’s lawsuit alleges that Facebook engaged in intentional and widespread violations of the law by setting aside positions for temporary visa holders instead of considering interested and qualified U.S. workers,” Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division said in a statement.

“The lawsuit alleges that Facebook refused to recruit, consider, or hire qualified and available U.S. workers for over 2,600 positions that Facebook, instead, reserved for temporary visa holders,” the statement said.  The DOJ added:

The positions that were the subject of Facebook’s alleged discrimination against U.S. workers offered an average salary of approximately $156,000. According to the lawsuit, and based on the department’s nearly two-year investigation, Facebook intentionally created a hiring system in which it denied qualified U.S. workers a fair opportunity to learn about and apply for jobs that Facebook instead sought to channel to temporary visa holders Facebook wanted to sponsor for green cards.

In its investigation, the department determined that Facebook’s ineffective recruitment methods dissuaded U.S. workers from applying to its PERM positions. The department concluded that, during the relevant period, Facebook received zero or one U.S. worker applicants for 99.7 percent of its PERM positions, while comparable positions at Facebook that were advertised on its careers website during a similar time period typically attracted 100 or more applicants each. These U.S. workers were denied an opportunity to be considered for the jobs Facebook sought to channel to temporary visa holders, according to the lawsuit.

The discriminatory behavior alleged by the DOJ is reportedly widespread among Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 companies, partly because visa fraud and anti-American discrimination are enabled by loopholed federal laws.

The legal process used by corporations to get green cards and work permits for their foreign workers is “highly susceptible to fraud,” a November report by the Department of Labor’s Inspector General (IG) said.

“The H-1B visa [worker program] has no requirement for employers to prove they first tried hiring American workers,” said a December 3 tweet from U.S. Tech Workers, a group that campaigns against the visa worker program. “But the Employment-Based Green Card process does … [so] companies like Facebook need to find ways to turn down Americans so their [H-1B] foreign worker can get a Green Card.”

For example, in June, Breitbart News reported:

Facebook has a policy of favoring H-1B workers over Americans, and encouraging hiring managers to favor Chinese and Korean visa workers over other visa workers, according to a leaked document released by Project Veritas.

“When hiring for HR positions, it’s important to prioritize H-1B visa workers, and this will stimulate the process of diversification of the workplace,” says the March 2020 document, titled “Diversity Initiative.”

Federal data shows that the company includes a large population of H-1Bs, including many Indian H-1B workers. The memo says that “priority may be given to H-1B applicants from China and Korea to foster larger communities of diverse workers at Facebook.”

The document also says that foreign applicants can be favored over American graduates. “Although not mandatory, we recognize that the priority of H-1B applicants in favor of American applicants is for the greater good of company culture,” the document reads.

Corporate bias in favor of foreign workers sidelines millions of American graduates and denies them good jobs in Fortune 500 companies.

The hiring of foreign contract workers has also displaced millions of American professionals and has forced many into retirement or alternative careers, including real estate and journalism. In particular, the CEO-imported laborforce of Indian workers, managers, and subcontractors has also imported India’s workplace culture, pay scales, and labor practices into the U.S. white-collar labor market.

From 2016 to 2019, the median or midpoint income of college graduates fell by two percent, according to a September report by the federal reserve., even as wages for blue-collar jumped sharply.

The salary drop happened as companies have created a huge and captive third-class workforce of roughly 600,000 foreigners who must keep working for the companies that sponsored them for green cards.

Video evidence that appears to show stashed cases of ballots in Georgia was played during a legislative hearing on Thursday.

President Donald Trump’s attorney, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, presented bombshell evidence from surveillance cameras that appeared to catch cases of “absentee and military” ballots being pulled out from under a table to be counted in Fulton County, Georgia.

The alleged incident occurred at 10:30 p.m. at State Farm Arena after counting allegedly stopped when the observers and other workers were told to go home.

The woman testifying said she witnessed four “suitcases” be pulled out from under the table. That occurred after a supervisor “with blond braids” told poll workers to leave the room. Four people, including the woman with the braids who told the others to leave, stayed behind to continue counting votes, according to the allegation.

“So what are these ballots doing there separate from all the other ballots and why are they only counting them whenever the place is cleared out with no witnesses?” Jacki Pick, a Trump legal team volunteer, asked the Georgia Senate.

Pick said the unobserved counting went on from 10:30 p.m. until about 1:00 a.m. The attorney alleged the counting resumed only after the Republican observers and members of the media left the room.

Jenna Ellis, a member of Trump’s legal team, said it indicated “fraud.”

“Thousands of ballots pulled from under a table in suitcases and scanned,” she said about the “shocking” evidence.

Pick estimated the number of ballots tabulated after observers and the media left the room “is beyond the margin of victory,” which is allegedly fewer than 13,000 votes. She said she used the video evidence to confirm details alleged in affidavits filed by the Republican observers.

A spokeswoman for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel told Breitbart News on Thursday that ballot counting observers who have alleged fraud should file police reports.

Over 100 witnesses have sworn affidavits detailing what they say are violations of Michigan election law that occurred at the TCF Center in downtown Detroit on Election Day and the days after.

After four hours of testimony before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday by observers who were at the TCF Center and six hours of witness statements before the Senate Oversight Committee on Tuesday, Nessel lashed out at critics of Detroit’s disputed counting process.

“Last night, America watched in horror as Michigan Republicans used tax dollars to sponsor an event wherein (state Rep.) Matt Hall called witnesses ‘brave’ and ‘courageous’ for calling Detroit ‘one of the most corrupt cities in America’ and making baseless, debunked attacks on our elections,” Nessel wrote on Twitter.

Hall praised Detroit city employee Jesse Jacob for testifying before the committee on Wednesday. She alleged supervisors told absentee ballot workers to change dates, ignore signature matching requirements, and several other violations of the law.

“You have embarrassed our state and defamed Michigan’s most populous city. I call on [Michigan GOP Chair Laura Cox] to renounce these statements or take any ‘evidence’ of election law violations to [Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy], [U.S. Attorney Matthew Schneider], or [Michigan Attorney General] for investigation. At long last, put up or shut up.”

Breitbart News asked Nessel’s office if the attorney general considers affidavits “evidence” and whether she has read any of them personally.

“Our attorneys have reviewed every elections-related case that we’ve defended,” Nessel spokeswoman Kelly Rossman McKinney told Breitbart News late Thursday.

“We have seen no credible evidence of fraud – an opinion shared by the judges who have heard these cases to date and have been unpersuaded by these claims. Moreover, neither the Republican Party – nor any of the witnesses who appeared before the Legislature yesterday – have filed a police report with our office,” she said.

“Affidavits cannot be used in a criminal proceeding in place of live testimony from a witness who allegedly observed criminal conduct,” she claimed. “We continue to urge anyone with credible evidence of fraud to file a complaint with a law enforcement agency so that it can be investigated.”
