There is some good news today, but the nightmarish dimensions of the problems facing the American Republic are also coming into horrifying focus. Alcoholics and others who embrace a 12-step solution to intractable addiction problems tell us that we have to hit bottom before we can take effective action. Well, the nightmare unfolding may be our collective version of hitting bottom and recognizing the real problem.
First, the good news:
Despite the media chorus and the likes of Chris Christie urging capitulation, the lawsuits contesting key states are alive and well, and following the legal and constitutional channels.
President Trump’s campaign said it scored two victories Monday in its effort to contest results in several key battleground states, as Michigan state legislators agreed to hold a hearing into election irregularities while a federal appeals court expedited proceedings to consider Trump’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania.
The developments were announced by Trump campaign senior legal counsel Jenna Ellis, who said the GOP-led Michigan House would hold its hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

“Well, this is all about going to court. Traditionally in Wisconsin, when you have a recount, all you do is take the ballots and feed them back from machines and count a second time. That’s not what the petition that the Trump campaign filed. It’s more about trying to disqualify tens of thousands of ballots that were cast by people who are following the orders or the advice, the directions, they were given by state and local election officials,” says Ross.
The Trump campaign has several different arguments it is trying to bring before the courts but all center around procedural matters of absentee voting that have been in place since before the 2016 election.
“The Trump campaign is arguing that these voters did not follow the letter of the law, therefore their vote shouldn’t be counted. That’s kind of an unusual request and I don’t know how far it’ll get with the courts but that’s where we’re heading eventually,” he says.
Georgia
For anything to have even a remote chance of changing when it comes to the outcome of the Electoral College, the current status of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia must change.
… the approach seems to be a normal election contest that will take place in Georgia state court, and the evidence may be coming into focus that gives the Campaign a legitimate chance to reverse the outcome. The margin of Biden’s win in Georgia is only 12,500 votes, and the Trump campaign has requested a machine recount which they are entitled to under Georgia law given the narrow margin. After that, I am expecting that the Campaign will file a Petition to Challenge the election as explained in more detail below.

After some confusion, it looks like the Trump recount effort is aligning with the Loeffler/Purdue campaigns, on which depends control of the Senate and the fate of the Republic, probably. Newsmax:
Sens. David Perdue, R-Ga., and Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., endorsed President Donald Trump’s call for a second round of the election results in the state, insisting on a signature match of absentee ballots with those on voter registration lists.
After some strife and confusion, it is now being acknowledged that two different theories of election fraud are being independently followed by the Trump legal team headed by Rudy Giuliani, and the Sidney Powell independent effort pursuing the voting machine fraud. Breitbart reports:
Monday, during an appearance on Fox Business Network’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani responded to a question about his team’s decision to announce a break with Sidney Powell on Sunday.
Giuliani attributed it to his pursuit of a different theory than Powell’s approach and proceeded to lay out his effort.
“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” he said. “Our theory of the case to get to the Supreme Court now in four places — and it’s soon going to be in two others, and there’ll be an overall lawsuit — is basically misconduct of the election by state officials in at least five or six different states in which the misconduct of the election involved depravation of constitutional rights for the president. For example, in one part of the state, you could fix a ballot, Democrat part. Other part of the state, you couldn’t fix a ballot. One part of the state, the ballots were examined. The other part of the state, they didn’t care if the ballots were examined. In Pennsylvania, there are 680,000 unexamined ballots that virtually were put in secretly by Democrats alone. That’s outrageous. That is misconduct of the election.”

These efforts are all crucial. If they succeed and President Trump prevails in proving and obtaining effective remedy for the stolen election, then the following nightmares can be addressed.

The most important United States Attorney is the one heading the Washington, DC district. That important post is currently occupied by an acting US Attotney named Michael R. Sherwin, not confirmed by the Senate. And he is declining to investigate an outrageous, murderous attack on a sitting United States Senator. Rand Paul tweeted yesterday:
Reports indicated that some of the thugs were followed to expensive hotels, making it obvious that they enjoyed funding from unknown sources. Nothing could be more destructive of our political order than organized bands of thugs, financed and dispatched to where “muscle” is needed, with their backers enjoying immunity. David Horowitz has written a defining account of how the Democrat party came to be taken over by the hard left, intent on turning the Republic into a one party state where dissent is punished, basically, our version of East Germany. David was right there when it started with the anti-Vietnam War movement, where the radicals infiltrated academia, politics, cultural institutions, media, and eventually corporations. I was there, too, to a lesser extent than David, and I confirm everything he says. In my own case, I watched in amazement as the mighty Harvard University, capitulated to the left after radical students took over University Hall, housing the president’s office. The strategy was to concede and hope to co-opt the radicals. In the end, it was Harvard and the establishment that it represents that was coopted.
I urge you to read David’s account in its entirety. His first two paragraphs send the basic message, that we have “hit bottom” (my term), so we must recognize that we are “in a war” (his term) so that we can – at last – fight back effectively.
By now it should be obvious – even to conservatives – that we are in a war. It is a conflict that began nearly fifty years ago when the street revolutionaries of the Sixties joined the Democrat Party. Their immediate goal was to help the Communist enemy win the war in Vietnam, but they stayed to expand their influence in the Democrat Party and create the radical force that confronts us today. The war that today’s Democrats are engaged in reflects the values and methods of those radicals. It is a war against us – against individual freedom, against America’s constitutional order, and against the capitalist engine of our prosperity.
Democrat radicals know what they want and where they are going. As a result, they are tactically and organizationally years ahead of patriotic Americans who are only beginning to realize they are in a war. The Democrats’ plan to steal the 2020 election was hatched many years ago when Democrats launched their first attacks on Voter I.D.s, and then every effort to secure the integrity of the electoral system. Those attacks metastasized into an all-out assault on Election Day itself with early- and late-voting grace periods, and a flood of 92 million mail-in ballots, hundreds of thousands of which were delivered in the middle of the night to be counted behind the backs of Republican observers after Election Day had passed.

I rarely recommend readers invest more than 2 or 3 minutes in a video. I find that the message in most videos could be more quickly grasped in print. But this video by Paul Joseph Watson is very entertainingly and effectively put together, explaining how “They think you’re stupid.” He focuses on “The Great Reset” the name that the left has chosen for its hiding-in-plain-sight plan to use the Coronavirus scamdemic as the excuse the re-order our political economy putting the governments controlled by oligarchs in charge of everything, doling out rewards to a dependent populace.
Watson’s quick cutting between outright admission of The Great Reset, and then suppression of mention of it as conspiracy theory, is priceless, and cannot be equaled in effectiveness by the printed word.
Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum where oligarchs commune with officialdom is not shy about proclaiming the plan. He even wrote a book about it:

As Summit News’ Steve Watson detailed earlier, globalist general James Mattis has called on Joe Biden to ‘eliminate’ the America first policy instituted by President Trump where foreign policy is concerned, claiming that it has ‘damaged’ US national security.
Mattis, who served as Secretary of Defense under Trump from 2017 until last year, is still annoyed that Trump refused to carry on the endless war policy in the middle east, instead ordering troop drawdowns.
In an op-ed published by Foreign Affairs, Mattis writes that “The United States today is undermining the foundations of an international order manifestly advantageous to U.S. interests, reflecting a basic ignorance of the extent to which both robust alliances and international institutions provide vital strategic depth.”
“In practice, “America first” has meant “America alone.” That has damaged the country’s ability to address problems before they reach U.S. territory and has thus compounded the danger emergent threats pose,” Mattis also claims.
The retired four star general then effectively calls on Joe Biden to take America back to the mire it was in after the Bush and Obama administrations.
“In January, when President Joe Biden and his national security team begin to reevaluate U.S. foreign policy, we hope they will quickly revise the national security strategy to eliminate “America first” from its contents, restoring in its place the commitment to cooperative security that has served the United States so well for decades,” Mattis writes.
“The best strategy for ensuring safety and prosperity is to buttress American military strength with enhanced civilian tools and a restored network of solid alliances—both necessary to achieving defense in depth,” he adds, echoing the neo-conservative advocation of interventionism and ‘peace through strength’ (war) doctrine.
Mattis also threw in a dig at Trump’s coronavirus response, noting “The pandemic should serve as a reminder of what grief ensues when we wait for problems to come to us.”
Mattis earlier this year compared Trump to a ‘Nazi’, and called the President a threat to the Constitution, yet here is is literally calling for the next President to ‘eliminate’ America first.
It is no surprise that such characters are again circling the halls of power with the prospect of a Joe Biden presidency.

An expert on twitter with the name @redpillx2 shared his results on Twitter on how the 2020 election was fixed for Joe Biden. We agree with his overall thesis – that the major election fraud occurred in the data maintained and massaged within the voting system used for the 2020 election.
The election fraud in the 2020 campaign occurred across the country and it appears that 3rd Party candidates’ accounts were used in the big shift of votes from Trump and the 3rd party candidates to Biden within the system. Here is what we shared:

First we’ll do an example of a non-cheaty state so we know what that looks like. So, what this stuff is: 3 party % of all votes (trying to see a steal). He performed further analysis on a number of states and in Illinois he shows that the election data was bizarre which suggests fraud in the Land of Lincoln.
The numbers in Illinois are massive – something very strange and unexpected is going on there especially with the weird stair step pattern:

In the middle of the night 3rd party votes increased by more than 2% of the total votes in Illinois. But later in the night the results evaporate and apparently flow to the Biden campaign. This is one way the votes were passed from President Trump to Biden.
The more you look into the data from the 2020 election, the more we find questionable acts that seem to always benefit Biden. This indicates massive election fraud.

Glenn has had enough of exposing scandal after scandal, just for everyone to look the other way: Benghazi, Hillary Clinton’s emails, Joe and Hunter Biden’s dealings in Ukraine and China…the list goes on, but no consequences are ever paid. So while the mainstream media has called the election for Joe Biden, and insists no one can question it, Glenn gives a rallying cry to conservatives. Many of the over 71 million people who voted for President Trump are split between frustration and an urge to do something. The New York Times put its rank anti-anti-communism in a 3,000-word explainer on the front page of the Sunday Business section. Reporters Amy Qin, Vivian Wang, and Danny Hakim produced a pathetic attack on critics of the Chinese Communist Party: “Partners in Misinformation – The American far right and critics of China are pushing unsubstantiated pandemic claims.” The online subhead: “Steve Bannon and a fugitive Chinese billionaire see an opportunity to push their agendas.” Bannon is the former Trump advisor, and the billionaire is Guo Wengui.
The expose centered on Hong Kong researcher Dr. Li-Meng Yan, making the rounds of right-leaning media speaking out against China’s despicable and dangerous lack of virus response in early 2020.
By September, Dr. Yan had abandoned caution. She appeared in the United States on Fox News making the unsubstantiated claim to millions that the coronavirus was a bio-weapon manufactured by China.
Overnight, Dr. Yan became a right-wing media sensation, with top advisers to President Trump and conservative pundits hailing her as a hero. Nearly as quickly, her interview was labeled on social media as containing “false information,” while scientists rejected her research as a polemic dressed up in jargon.
Her evolution was the product of a collaboration between two separate but increasingly allied groups that peddle misinformation: a small but active corner of the Chinese diaspora and the highly influential far right in the United States.
Each saw an opportunity in the pandemic to push its agenda. For the diaspora, Dr. Yan and her unfounded claims provided a cudgel for those intent on bringing down China’s government. For American conservatives, they played to rising anti-Chinese sentiment and distracted from the Trump administration’s bungled handling of the outbreak.
The Times could have written “rising anti-Communist” or “rising anti-totalitarian” sentiment, but they intend to smear conservatives as cynical bigots.
Both sides took advantage of the dearth of information coming out of China, where the government has refused to share samples of the virus and has resisted a transparent, independent investigation. Its initial cover-up of the outbreak has further fueled suspicion about the origins of the virus.
That previous paragraph is about as tough as it got on Communist China. No mention of the virus lies and coverups, no mention of the late Dr. Li Wenliang, who warned his colleagues about the emerging virus but was told by the police to stop “making false comments.”
The media outlets that cater to the Chinese diaspora — a jumble of independent websites, YouTube channels and Twitter accounts with anti-Beijing leanings — have formed a fast-growing echo chamber for misinformation. With few reliable Chinese-language news sources to fact-check them, rumors can quickly harden into a distorted reality. Increasingly, they are feeding and being fed by far-right American media.

As the new year began, Mr. Wang was doing what he did best: attacking the Chinese Communist Party on YouTube. He railed against China’s crackdown on Muslims and pontificated on the U.S. trade war.
What’s so suspect about "railing" against China’s mistreatment of millions of Muslims? Sounds like something the paper would support. Does defending Communist China trump religious freedom at the Times? It seems to on the opinion page at least.
Mr. Bannon and Mr. Guo have been on a mission for years to, as they put it, bring down the Chinese Communist Party.
Only the Times could spin opposition to a totalitarian regime as a negative. The paper certainly won’t be helping out: The paper has notoriously swallowed CCP propaganda about the coronavirus since March 2020.
Mr. Bannon pivoted his podcast to the coronavirus. He was calling it “the C.C.P. virus” long before Mr. Trump started using xenophobic labels for the pandemic. He invited fierce critics of China to the show to discuss how the outbreak exemplified the global threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party.
The paper has also gone after The Epoch Times, which also dares to strongly criticize the Chinese Communist Party. Tech reporter Kevin Roose made a Sunday front page with a hit piece on the Falun Gong-associated newspaper: “How an Obscure Newspaper Became a Bullhorn for the Far Right.”
The Times itself never goes after the Chinese Communist Party with the same vigor as it reserves for critics of the CCP, not even when it’s covering the country’s mass detention of its Muslim Uighur population.

Patrick Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock.com, went on with Christopher McDonald of “The McFiles” to discuss the “drop and roll” strategy Democrats used to steal the 2020 election from President Donald Trump.
President Trump set all new records for a sitting US president in a presidential election. President Trump’s coattails were deep and wide, winning at least 14 GOP seats in the US House, holding the senate and picking up seats in several state legislative bodies.
But it wasn’t enough to beat Joe Biden. As we previously reported Democrats used the “Drop and Roll” technique to steal the states they needed for an improbable win with a senile candidate who hid in his basement all year.

Patrick Byrne discussed this technique with Christopher McDonald, “The used the ‘drop and roll’ technique. .. I think the Democrats have a long history of using black people in very pernicious ways… They’re using the black people as they have done for so many years… At a certain point in the election counting they essentially freeze and see how many ballots they need to get up over the guy who is actually winning and from then on they just set, whatever new batch that comes in is pre-figured. There are some states where they found 53 data points in a row. This will all be revealed in charts that will be coming public tomorrow.”

This was after Coomer was found to be a Trump-hating Antifa sociopath.
In 2016 Coomer told the Illinois States Board of Elections that it was possible to bypass election systems software during the vote counting process.

And now there is a new video of Eric Coomer telling Colorado officials in 2015 that there is no way on the Dominion system can certify if it is reading official ballots from a random piece of paper.

I found on the Colorado Secretary of State’s YouTube channel. The video features a presentation by Dominion back on November 17, 2015, to representatives from each county in Colorado. It is literally “a Dominion Sales Pitch”. In the video Eric Coomer among others from Dominion provide very detailed descriptions of how and what makes the Dominion voting system the best. If you fast forward to the 56 minute mark in the video you will hear Eric answer a question from Connie Ingmire (She had served as the Morgan County Clerk and Recorder for many years, but she was not in that capacity at the time of the recording of the video). Connie asks Eric “How do you know it is an official ballot” – does it contain a “Watermark”. Eric’s answer confirms that their system was not being designed to in my words “root out fraudulent ballots.”
Coomer basically says there are other ways to again in my words “prevent” “fraudulent ballots” from being counted.
It is quite clear in the video that Dominion wanted Colorado to become their “model” client of a state. Dominion officials state in the video they wanted to go to other states including Michigan and promote their “relationship” with Colorado. (A review of a pilot/ demonstration project involving Denver and Mesa Counties that had been conducted prior the meeting featured in the video.)
