Trump Legal Team Holds Presser: ‘Trump Won In A Landslide. We Are Going To Prove It’

Members of President Donald Trump’s legal team claimed to the American public at a press conference held Thursday that Trump won the election “in a landslide,” if it had not been for fraudulent votes and other shady dealings. They also promised they would “prove it.”

Former New York City Mayor and lawyer to the president, Rudy Giuliani, said that in states including Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona, the legal team has found “more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election, in terms of provable, illegal ballots.”

Mr. Giuliani cited general “lawsuits” and “affidavits” to support his claim, adding that he hopes to make more affidavits public.

He also claimed there was voter fraud in “big cities” controlled by Democrats. “The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill a library,” Giuliani said.

The recount in Georgia, he said, will tell the American people “nothing” since signatures are not being inspected. And in PA, Giuliani alleged, 682,770 ballots “were put in, cast, and weren’t inspected,” which he said should be void. There were “two different standards” in parts of the state of PA when it came to clouting ballots, referencing so-called “cured” ballots, the lawyer added.

Former Michael Flynn attorney Sidney Powell voiced her own outrage over allegedly illegal actions that swayed the election.

“This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating and the most unpatriotic act I can even imagine for people in this country to have participated in in any way, shape, or form,” Powell said. “And I want the American public to know right now that we will not be intimated.”

“We are going to take this country back,” she promised, adding, “President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it.”

Attorney Jenna Ellis emphasized that this press conference would act at the legal team’s “opening statement,” noting that hard evidence will be presented in court.

She also lambasted the press, referring to the mainstream media as the “court of public opinion” and bashing them as biased. “I would strike 99%” of the journalists if they were her jury, she said, and “I would be allowed to because of the fake news coverage you provide.”

The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday that Trump’s legal team has pending suits in multiple states and are working to halt election result certifications:

Mr. Trump’s legal campaign—which is now led by the president’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani—is still pursuing court challenges in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada, in some cases asking that results from entire counties or states be thrown out. On Wednesday the campaign transferred $3 million to Wisconsin for a partial recount. On Thursday, the campaign withdrew its lawsuit in Michigan.

Georgia is expected to release the results of its recount at noon on Thursday. Mr. Biden leads Mr. Trump in the state by more than 12,700 votes in the latest count. Michigan must certify the results by Monday, as must Pennsylvania, where Mr. Giuliani appeared in court earlier this week to ask a judge to block certification of the vote count. Nevada must certify results by Tuesday.

“No evidence has emerged of widespread fraud, and several of Mr. Trump’s lawyers have told judges across the country that they don’t believe such fraud occurred,” the Journal said.

Top pathologist Dr. Roger Hodkinson told government officials in Alberta during a zoom conference call that the current coronavirus crisis is “the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public.”

Hodkinson’s comments were made during a discussion involving the Community and Public Services Committee and the clip was subsequently uploaded to YouTube.

Noting that he was also an expert in virology, Hodkinson pointed out that his role as CEO of a biotech company that manufactures COVID tests means, “I might know a little bit about all this.”

“There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians, it’s outrageous, this is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public,” said Hodkinson.

The doctor said that nothing could be done to stop the spread of the virus besides protecting older more vulnerable people and that the whole situation represented “politics playing medicine, and that’s a very dangerous game.”

Hodkinson remarked that “social distancing is useless because COVID is spread by aerosols which travel 30 meters or so before landing,” as he called for society to be re-opened immediately to prevent the debilitating damage being caused by lockdowns.

Hodkinson also slammed mandatory mask mandates as completely pointless.

“Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence base for their effectiveness whatsoever,” he said.

“Paper masks and fabric masks are simply virtue signalling. They’re not even worn effectively most of the time. It’s utterly ridiculous. Seeing these unfortunate, uneducated people – I’m not saying that in a pejorative sense – seeing these people walking around like lemmings obeying without any knowledge base to put the mask on their face.”

The doctor also slammed the unreliability of PCR tests, noting that “positive test results do not, underlined in neon, mean a clinical infection,” and that all testing should stop because the false numbers are “driving public hysteria.”

Hodkinson said that the risk of death in the province of Alberta for people under the age of 65 was “one in three hundred thousand,” and that it was simply “outrageous” to shut down society for what the doctor said “was just another bad flu.”

“I’m absolutely outraged that this has reached this level, it should all stop tomorrow,” concluded Dr. Hodkinson.

Hodkinson’s credentials are beyond question, with the MedMalDoctors website affirming his credibility.

“He received his general medical degrees from Cambridge University in the UK (M.A., M.B., B. Chir.) where he was a scholar at Corpus Christi College. Following a residency at the University of British Columbia he became a Royal College certified general pathologist (FRCPC) and also a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists (FCAP).”

“He is in good Standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, and has been recognized by the Court of Queen’s Bench in Alberta as an expert in pathology.”

Rudy Giuliani Blasts Media for Failing to Report Evidence: 220 Affidavits in MI Case Alone, ‘Triple-Counted’ Ballots


Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s lawyer, blasted members of the establishment media during a Thursday press conference, contending that they are failing to do their job by “falsely” reporting a lack of evidence in Trump’s election disputes in key swing states.

“There are many more affidavits here. I’d like to read them all to you, but I don’t have the time. You should have had the time and energy to go look for them,” Giuliani said, telling the reporters in the room that it is, quite literally, their job.

“It’s your job to read these things and not falsely report that there’s no evidence. Do you know how many affidavits we have in the Michigan case? Two hundred twenty affidavits. They’re not all public, but eight of them are,” Giuliani continued before laying out the claims made by four affiants alone.

They reported an incident that “under any other circumstances would have been on the front page of all your newspapers if it didn’t involve the hatred that you have, the irritation — pathological hatred — that you have for the president,” Giuliani said.

The former New York City mayor detailed their claims of a truck pulling up to the Detroit Center in the dead of the night, which they say was filled with ballots in garbage cans, paper bags, and cardboard boxes.

“The people thought [the truck] was food, so they all ran to the truck. It wasn’t food. It was thousands and thousands of ballots, and the ballots were in garbage cans, they were in paper bags, they were in cardboard boxes, and they were taken into the center,” he said.

Giuliani said the ballots were put on tables. At the time, “they thought all the Republican inspectors had left,” but two remained, as well as an employee of Dominion.

The affiants claimed that “every ballot that they could see, everything they could hear, these were ballots for Biden.”

“When they saw a ballot, these were ballots only for Biden, meaning there was no down ticket. Just Biden. Many of them didn’t have anything on the outer envelope because these ballots were produced very quickly, very swiftly,” he explained.

Giuliani added that those ballots are expected to be “a minimum of 60,000, maximum of 100,000” and said many of them were “triple-counted.”

“I didn’t see that. I don’t know that, but for the fact that three American citizens are willing to swear to it, and we’re not going to let them go to court and do that?” he asked:

We’re going to let this election go by when there are in this case 60 witnesses that can prove what I’m saying to you and other acts of fraud in Michigan? I mean, what’s happened in this country if we’re going to let that happen? What happened to this country if we’re going to cover that up? We let Al Gore carry on an election dispute longer than this one has been going on for one state.

The issue expands far beyond Michigan, he added.

“This happened in Pennsylvania. This happened in Michigan. Michigan probably, right now, if I count up the affidavits, just one case alone … the case we dismissed today because that case was attempting to get the Wayne County Board of Supervisors to decertify,” he said.

“Well, they did. They decertified. That case has 100 affidavits,” he said. Those allege the improper counting of ballots, people voting three and four times, as well as changing and backdating ballots “to the point of at least 300,000 illegitimate ballots that we can specifically identify.”

On Wednesday, two Republican members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers in Michigan rescinded their votes to certify the election results, alleging harassment and bullying.

“The margin in Michigan was 146,121, and these ballots were all cast basically in Detroit, that Biden won 80-20. So you see a change as a result in the election in Michigan if you take out Wayne County, so it’s a very significant case,” Giuliani added.

Professor finds Bible in classroom — then notifies school’s Bias Incident Reporting Team about it

Bible-carrying students and staff at George Mason University, take heed: You might not want to leave your copies of the Good Book sitting in classrooms unattended — because their very presence just might get documented by your school’s Bias Incident Reporting Team.

So it’s like this: In November 2019, a professor found a Bible and an accompanying CD in her classroom, the College Fix reported.

Apparently unable or unwilling to put them aside for the owner to pick up later, the professor gathered the items and then reported them to the school’s Bias Incident Reporting Team, the outlet said.

And how did the Bias Incident Reporting Team respond? The Fix said the team classified the incident as "discrimination" and "harassment" against "religion."

Seemingly to shore up her case, the professor included photographs of the Bible in her report, the outlet said, adding that the Bias Incident Reporting Team collected the items in question. The outcome of the report wasn’t made clear.

More from the Fix:

The incident was one of 12 filed with the school’s bias reporting website between January 1, 2019 and January 1, 2020 and obtained by The College Fix through an open records law request. The documents provided by the university were redacted to protect the privacy of students involved.

The reports were obtained as The Fix continues to investigate the types of complaints that are lodged through bias response teams at college campuses across the nation. Nearly two dozen universities have been included in the investigation so far since it launched in 2019.

According to George Mason’s Campus Climate website, students and professors are encouraged to report and "act of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, violence or criminal offense committed against any person, group or property that appears to be motivated by prejudice or bias."

According to the school, "bias" could mean "negative feelings and beliefs with respect to others race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age social class, political affiliation, disability, veteran status, club affiliation or organizational membership."

The outlet said a George Mason spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment about the Bible incident.

Anything else?

The Fix noted a September 2019 incident involving a communications professor who allegedly asked a student to give up an accommodation that allowed late submissions of completed assignments. The student said the professor made him or her feel "very unsafe" because the professor implied the student was "taking advantage of disability services," the outlet said.

Then the professor allegedly asked the student about the nature of the special accommodation, after which the student said it’s "not something that I feel comfortable sharing," the Fix noted.

"She also pulled my [study] partner out of the room and tried to pressure her into making me present," the student added, according to the outlet. "My partner currently has a concussion, and the professor claimed that she was faking."

According to the Fix, the student also said "this teacher has a pattern of discrimination which goes against George Mason’s code of ethics" and "is not a safe person to have in the classroom."

CA Judge Orders San Diego Strip Clubs To Reopen As Churches Fight For Same Right

A judge ordered strip clubs reopened in San Diego earlier this month, leading a lawyer from a law firm representing multiple churches in California to protest what he described as “a constitutional travesty.”

San Diego Superior Court judge Joel R. Wohlfeil issued a temporary restraining order against Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom and San Diego County that orders them to cease any action that prevents such establishments from “being allowed to provide live adult entertainment,” according to The Washington Free Beacon.

The court found that the entertainment at the two strip clubs involved in the case is “constitutionally protected speech” and concluded that “the harm to [the strip clubs] if the Application is denied is greater than the harm to [the government] if the Application is granted.”

Paul Jonna, an attorney with the Thomas More Society, which is representing several churches in California that are fighting to maintain their right to peaceably assemble, told the Free Beacon: “If you’re going to accept that argument that dancing nude is protected speech that’s so significant that it overcomes the government’s interest in regulating its citizens with COVID-19 orders, then obviously the divine worship of God, which is expressly mentioned in the First Amendment, should be held to a higher standard.”

In a statement provided to The Daily Wire, Jonna went on:

This is a constitutional travesty that must be immediately rectified. As one California judge aptly noted – you can’t treat a church like a hair salon because churches are entitled to greater protection under the Constitution. And you certainly can’t treat a church like a strip club. In California, churches are being treated worse than strip clubs. The constitutional right to worship God is infinitely more important than any right to entertainment.

“We will not rest until we fully vindicate the fundamental constitutional right to worship God without government interference,” Jonna added.

Pastor John MacArthur, who pastors Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, 120 miles north of San Diego, has been battling state and local authorities in court after he reopened his church in July. In response, the county has seemingly targeted him for retribution.

In October, MacArthur cut a video that laid out the double standards for churches compared to abortion clinics, strip clubs, and marijuana dispensaries.

As The Daily Wire reported:

“Today’s current crop of politicians are trampling on the Constitution and on the resolve of citizens to demand their rights under the pressure of a manufactured fear,” MacArthur asserted. “The reality is that the COVID data just doesn’t match the government’s COVID narrative.” Even if an individual catches COVID-19, MacArthur claimed, “You have a 99.99% chance to survive COVID. It’s just not what they’re saying it is.”

“That absolutely does not warrant shutting down anything,” MacArthur continued. “But especially, absurdly and arbitrarily, churches that have a special protection from the Constitution. Oh, and at the same time, leaving open abortion clinics, strip clubs, and marijuana dispensaries.”

“And by the way, the Health Department is on record as saying they are going to allow riots and protests without regard for the mandated health and safety ordinances. This is obviously targeted discrimination. Leftists and secular government officials have no tolerance for biblical Christianity, so they’re using COVID as an excuse to shut us down.”

Another Michigan Witness has come forward to describe the voter fraud and vote integrity intimidation she witnessed while volunteering at the TCF Center/Cobo Hall in Detroit on election night and the day after. This comes on the heels of word that the Wayne County results are being officially certified after the Republican members were accused of racism, and received repeated death threats and threats against their children.

Kristina Karamo saw the 3:30am Biden Ballot Dump that is being repeatedly denied by the mainstream media. Her statement stands in contrast to the whitewashing going on elsewhere in the media that is seeking to ‘debunk’ all similar testimonies of witnesses who describe witnessing Detroit voter fraud in favor of Joe Biden.

Karamo saw that there was no effective review of signatures on those ballots at the counting boards. She describes seeing ballots that should have been spoiled, instead counted for Biden, with poll workers saying “I think that should go to the Democrat.” Her challenges to bad ballots were IGNORED.

She also describes that GOP Poll Challengers would not be hired by the City of Detroit, helping to explain what other witnesses have also described: a completely lopsided ratio of Democrats to Republicans, ensuring that Republicans could not protect the integrity of the ballot counting process in Detroit. Karamo describes calling and attempting to apply several times to be an official poll worker and being denied, even though the Clerk lied and told her that not enough Republicans had applied.

According to Karamo the Republicans were systemically denied access to observe the vote count.

“They were like Demons!” Karamo says.

Wisconsin Elections Commission, After Seeing Trump’s Recount Objections, is Trying to Change the Recount Manual at Emergency Meeting Tonight to Make Objections Harder to Make

Breaking tonight from Andrew Hitt, the Chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin:

“The Wisconsin Elections Commission, after seeing President Trump’s recount petition and objections, is trying to change the recount manual at an emergency meeting tonight at 6 pm to make objections harder to make,” Hitt said.

“This must be stopped.” he added.

As reported earlier, the Trump campaign announced Wednesday that it has filed for a recount in two Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee and Dane.

The campaign said it paid a three million dollar filing fee for the recount in the two counties, which the state has acknowledged receiving. A statewide recount would cost about $7.9 million.

The deadline for filing is 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Now Wisconsin elections officials are trying to change the recount manual at the last minute to make it harder for Trump’s legal team to make objections!
