California Strip Club Granted More Rights than Churches

San Diego, California—An interesting recent development in California showcases how churches are indeed being unconstitutionally discriminated against.

On November 6, 2020, the Honorable Joel R. Wohlfeil of the San Diego Superior Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining Governor Newsom and San Diego County from enforcing their COVID-19 restrictions against Pacers Showgirls. In issuing the order, the court found that the strip clubs’ entertainment is “constitutionally protected speech.” The court concluded that “the harm to [the strip clubs] if the Application is denied is greater than the harm to [the government] if the Application is granted.”

WATCH: Rebel News Reporter Escorted From Dominion Building After Discovering That They Share Office Floor With Soros-Linked Group

Rebel News journalist Keean Bexte was escorted from the Dominion Voting office in Toronto after uncovering that they share a building with a George Soros-linked group.

Dominion Voting, who supplies voting machines to multiple swing states, has been under fire since it was revealed that their machines created a 6,000 vote swing in a single Michigan state county.

Bexte visited the Dominion Voting building located at 215 Spadina Avenue in Toronto in an effort to get some answers. He discovered that the vote tabulation company shares an office floor with an organization called Tides, which recently changed its name to Make Way.

Bexte wrote that the organization is0 “an extreme left eco-radical charity that directs cash supplied by George Soros to smaller groups and organizations to advance the globalist agenda of Soros.”

The close proximity of these organizations has left Bexte with many questions, including whether or not radical employees of George Soros able to access the same desks, filing cabinets, servers, and Wi-Fi of Dominion Voting and if any extra security protocols taken to ensure no voting data or proprietary information is protected.

When he attempted to get those answers, he was escorted from the building.

“Further to the suspect office floor sharing, Dominion Voting also showed their hand when documents surfaced showing they donated between $25,000 and $50,000 to Hillary Clinton’s personal foundation, a charity tied closely to the Tides Foundation. George Soros actually donated over $9.5M to Hillary Clinton’s election campaign,” Bexte reports.

“They’re Certifying…Their Own Fraud and Their Own Complicity in Fraud” – Sidney Powell to States Who Want to Certify Their Results

State’s be warned…

We reported earlier that Attorney Sidney Powell, a member of President Trump’s legal team and General Michael Flynn’s attorney, reported that the Kraken was already released a few days ago, and we are starting to see signs of it now:

We’re not really sure what she means above but we do know that she shared some relevant information on the Rush Limbaugh Show on Monday, hosted by Mark Steyn.  Powell shared the following starting at the 54:20 minute mark below:

Powell: I am livid about all of it. I am livid about the level of corruption.  I am livid that the FBI and CIA haven’t done anything about the complaints they received which just makes me want to know even more who’s been paid what, and, [and,] who is responsible for all of this and who’s paid whom to get their Biden election.

Steyn: And as you say to those who say ah, give it up, there’s nothing to see here?  What do you think – I take it you agree this case ultimately is going to wind up in front of those nine guys on the Supreme Court.  Do you think they’re going to be as eager to sweep it under the rug?

Powell: I don’t think so Mark.  I think the evidence is gonna be so overwhelming and I would warn any state right now that thinks they’re going to certify this election to rethink it very seriously because what they’re certifying is their own fraud and their own complicity in fraud.  And I even might mount a class action suit to sue them themselves for their participation in it.  It’s ridiculous.

Earlier today in Virginia it was reported:

Virginia’s Board of Elections has delayed certifying the state’s election results until later this week to provide more time to a voter registrar’s office that had a COVID-19 outbreak.

State officials announced the delay Monday to wait for certification from the voter registrar’s office in Richmond, Richmond Times-Dispatch reported. Richmond General Registrar Kirk Showalter announced last week that COVID-19 cases were discovered there and said the office will close until Friday out of an abundance of caution.

The Board of Elections was slated to certify the results Nov. 16. State officials said they have already received local certifications from 132 other cities and counties in the state.

Chris Piper, the commissioner of the state’s Department of Elections, told the board that Virginia “had an incredibly successful election” with no major issues reported on Election Day.

With 75% of the vote reported, President Trump was leading the Presidential race on Election Night, 52% to Biden’s 45% in Virginia.  Then late at night five 300,000 + votes for Biden occurred (two appeared to be reversals) that ultimately gave Joe Biden the lead in the 2020 Presidential Election.  After this point the remaining votes were all recorded at the exact same ratio of 55% to Biden and 45% to President Trump.  The consistency of the vote pattern after Biden was given the lead are virtually impossible with a probability of basically nil – never.

But go ahead Virginia, certify your results but something tells me you might have a hard time explaining your votes recorded during the election while balancing the votes recorded to voters by precinct in court.

ONE MORE TIME: We Don’t Know the Real Number of Active COVID Cases or Actual Deaths But We Do Know Young Americans Have Almost No Chance of Dying from the China Coronavirus

What is clear about the China coronavirus today is that we have no idea how many people currently have it and no idea of who really died from it.

In Rhode Island which is seeing testing going up, 70% of recent tests are retests – this may not indicate an increase in cases but only in increase in tests. Students, individuals who will certainly never die from the China Coronavirus, are tested as schools are back in session. These individuals are likely retests and not related to an increase in incidents:

But it’s perhaps impossible to really know the number of new cases with the coronavirus today because the CDC counts both individuals who currently are found with the virus, as well as individuals who are identified today who have had the coronavirus in the past, as individuals classified as new coronavirus cases:

We know that only 6% of the deaths recorded as China coronavirus deaths are solely related to the coronavirus only.  The remaining deaths recorded as coronavirus deaths are related to individuals who on average had 2 to 3 comorbidities along with the coronavirus:

We do know that children have a higher risk of drowning than dying from the coronavirus:

Now there is an effort by the Democrats to push for more shutdowns and mask wearing.  They claim their position is based on science but like virtually everything the Democrats claim, this is not true nor is it based on science.  The CDC stated that there is no evidence masks prevent an individual from contracting the China coronavirus:

Clearly it would be smarter to protect the high risk individuals – the elderly and those with multiple comorbidities – and let the rest of the population move on with their lives.

BREAKING: President Trump Fires Director of Cybersecurity Chris Krebs For Highly Inaccurate Claim 2020 Election Was “Most Secure in American History”

President Trump on Tuesday evening fired Director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Chris Krebs.

A few days ago CISA director Chris Krebs rebuked President Trump’s claims that votes were deleted and changed by voting machines and tabulation software.

“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.” the DHS cybersecurity agency said in one of the most ridiculous claims yet.

“There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in a statement released last Thursday.

“While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too,” the members of Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council Executive Committee said. “When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”

President Trump Tuesday night promptly fired Chris Krebs!

President Trump followed up with a third tweet addressing the 2020 election.

“The only thing secure about our 2020 Election was that it was virtually impenetrable by foreign powers. On that, the Trump Administration takes great credit. Unfortunately, the Radical Left Democrats, Dominion, and others, were perhaps more successful!” Trump said.

BANANA REPUBLIC: Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rejects Trump Campaign’s Claim GOP Observers Lacked Access to Vote Counting Centers

President Trump was up by nearly 700,000 votes on election night in Pennsylvania when all of a sudden vote counting came to a halt.

Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Arizona and Georgia stopped counting ballots on election night.

This is when crooked officials in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh got to work stealing the election for Joe Biden.

Millions of ballots appeared within a few days and hundreds of thousands of ballots were counted for Joe Biden as officials blocked GOP poll observers from having access to the vote counting centers.

GOP poll observers and lawyers for President Trump’s campaign were blocked from observing the process despite a court order from an appellate judge.

According to the court order, GOP observers must be allowed within 6 feet of the ballot counting.

Observers were forced to stand 30 to 100 feet away from the ballot counting and resorted to using binoculars.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday said all the state law requires is observers be allowed “‘in the room’ where ballots are counted. The law does not set a minimum distance between them and the counting tables…The legislature didn’t provide one, and the court can’t, either.”

GOP observers using binoculars could not see the ballot counters.

What is the point of allowing poll watchers in the vote counting centers if they cannot properly observe what the ballot counters are actually doing?
