Cowards Surrender, Americans Fight for Justice

Cowards Surrender, Americans Fight for JusticeDespite widespread and compelling evidence that Democrats perpetrated massive voting fraud on the American people, many supposed conservative pundits, writers, and personalities are declaring Biden the winner.  Before the recounts, lawsuits, and investigations are concluded, these geniuses, you know, the ones that brought us President McCain and President Romney, are belly up for the corrupt-o-crats in the Democrat party and their sycophant Never-Trumpers.  Even GW Bush has kicked the voter to the curb declaring the election was “fundamentally fair” in a call to Biden.  I guess he is a deep state kind of guy now.  Let me get this straight:

The Trump campaign has released 234 pages of affidavits regarding alleged voting regularities in Michigan. Here’s what they say.

In recent days, the Trump campaign has touted a number of affidavits collected from poll workers in Michigan that they say proves the existence of widespread irregularities in the Michigan vote counting process, and which they plan to attach as an exhibit to an expected lawsuit that will challenge the certification of the vote in Michigan.

The campaign released those affidavits Tuesday to some members of the media (thanks to Brad Heath of Reuters for providing me with a copy). The full .pdf file of exhibits can be read here. I have endeavored to separate the actual allegations of fraud in this post. Keep in mind that, at this point, these are mere allegations that have not been tested by cross-examination or any other form of investigation.

3. EXHIBIT 1 (affidavits) (compressed).pdf

By my count, the 234 pages contain affidavits from 101 individuals. The majority of them appear to be handwritten impressions of the counting process.

Here, by my count, is a complete list of actual allegations that raise the potential of voter fraud from these affidavits:

  • Alexandra Seely claimed that she challenged 10 votes at a given table and that those challenges were not recorded. She claims that poll workers would not take out the "log" to record her challenges.
  • Articia Bomer claimed that "At approximately 4:50am I witnessed a man spraying a chemical on a ballot counting machine. He then placed twenty-seven ballots into the machine and I noticed tape on the top of the ballot where a ballot number would normally be. Throughout the night I witnessed him insert these same 27 ballots at least five times." Note that this could have been repeated attempts to get the machine to scan ballots that would not scan rather than the same 27 ballots actually being counted five times.
  • Betty Tyson claimed that she saw poll workers reviewing rejected ballots and curing where an erroneous or defective mark had made the ballot unreadable by the machine. She claims that some of the workers "added votes where there was no X or [check mark]," but does not specify how many.
  • Multiple affidavits raised as their sole complaint that they witnessed ballot duplication (transfer of correct voter data from a damaged or defective ballot to another one that can be read by a machine) being done and that there was not a GOP observer present for that process. It is unclear whether Michigan law requires this, but it seems certain that best practices would have been to avoid such a scenario. The number of ballots that are damaged in machines is, by all accounts, very small.
  • A number of the affidavits claim that GOP poll workers were not permitted to access records that were necessary to properly challenge some ballots.
  • Cythnia Brunell claimed that, at the table she observed, she believed 11 ballots would have been rejected due to irregularities she believed had occurred, but only four were. The other seven were scanned through the counting machine. It is unknown what the ultimate disposition of those votes was.
  • David Piontek claims that he saw an unnamed poll worker scan six ballots from the "problem ballot" file and that the computer declared them an "unlisted person." According to Piontek, the worker manually entered the ballots into the system and assign each voter a fictitious birthdate of 1/1/1900. A Jeffrey A. Gorman also stated this issue in his affidavit. The fictitious birthdate issue has been explained ad nauseam, but these allegations do raise at least the possibility that non-registered voters had their votes counted. This accusation was also noted in several other affidavits. Best estimate is that approximately 100 of these ballots were identified throughout the course of the affidavits.
  • Jacqueline Zaplitny alleges that, "I was told to observe the computers that were identifying ballots that showed ‘error’. I was told [to] view the people that were ‘determining the intent of the voter.’ There were multiple ballots that were ‘corrected’ on ballots that should have been overvoted and not counted." Without seeing the ballots in question, it is difficult to determine the validity of this claim.
  • Michael Cassin, who identified himself as an independent poll watcher, said that he made six challenges to ballots that were not recorded in the log. A handful of other affiants raised similar contentions, although some of their challenges are, just by the way they are described, things that could not be challenged (e.g., one worker described trying to challenge a poll worker taking a pile of ballots off a table and moving it somewhere else).
  • Patricia Rose alleged that she witnessed a poll worker attempt to run a batch of 50 ballots through a machine four times due to the machine jamming. According to her affidavit, "The ballot stack she was feeding in kept getting jammed. Rather than stop and go seek the assistance of a supervisor or technical support person, she removed the remaining ballots in the in-feed tray, and kept taking the scanned ballots off the top feed and adding them back to the stack, reinserting the whole stack again, and scanning them in again." The affiant was able to identify a number of batches where this happened, but was unable to say whether those votes had actually been counted multiple times, or whether the machine had been reset in-between each batch. This allegation was repeated regarding a different batch by Glen Sitek.
  • Multiple affiants claimed that signature verification was not being done, or that they did not see it being done, on absentee ballots.
  • Whitney Meyers claimed that, "On the street in front of the Department I witnessed workers with ‘Detroit Elections’ aprons on collecting ballots from cars. I witnessed multiple drivers in cars drop off multiple ballots, including more ballots than people in the car." Meyers did not explain how she arrived at this conclusion or whether she brought it to anyone’s attention at the time. She also indicated that she saw a worker accept at least one ballot after the polls closed at 8pm. She also alleged that an unnamed individual placed "ballots" (did not specify or estimate how many) into one of the ballot drop boxes after 8pm and before the box could be locked.
  • William Henderson alleged that eight ballots went missing from a given batch that he identified, but he does admit that it’s possible they were located elsewhere and counted appropriately there.
  • Brett Kinney claims that he successfully challenged a group of ballots, which were initially set aside as being problem ballots but were subsequently processed. It is not clear whether this was done because these challenges were ultimately rejected, or for some other reason.
  • Anita Chase claims that she checked the voter records and discovered that her deceased son, identified as Mark D. Chase, voted twice since he passed away, including in the 2020 election.

This list constitutes the entire body of potential actual fraud allegations raised in the affidavits. The testimony contained in these affidavits clearly pertains to fewer than 1,000 total ballots, although it should be noted that numerous affiants complained that they were not able to see what was happening because they were required to maintain six feet of social distance or because people were in their way.

Some (most?) of the allegations in the affidavit concern allegations that GOP poll watchers were treated differently (worse) than Democratic poll watchers, or that the majority of the people in the room were Democrats or were friendlier to the Democrats. Although these allegations are at least potentially relevant politically (albeit they are not tremendously surprising in Wayne County), they do not directly pertain to the issue of voter fraud, so I have not included them in this list, although you may certainly peruse them and draw your own conclusions.

The material in the affidavits alleging an "atmosphere" of intimidation and hostility toward the GOP poll workers is voluminous. I would estimate that it constitutes a significant portion of the material in the affidavits. I have not repeated most of it here because it does not directly establish or allege voter fraud.

Reading between the lines, some of the frustration experienced by the poll workers and refusal to entertain further complaints may have been come by honestly. The affidavits are rife with complaints about things that were, in fact, done properly and in accordance with the law.

For example, one affiant described at length how she insistently and repeatedly attempted to challenge a group of ballots that had already been placed in a "problem" ballot box (i.e., they had already been successfully challenged). This is, again, not the fault of people who got about 10 minutes of training in the procedures, but you can imagine that the cumulative effect of these challenges (which appear to have been quite voluminous, just based on the people who submitted affidavits) may have led to some short fuses and unwillingness to explain the same thing to each of the 200-plus watchers who were present.

Additionally, a large portion of the affidavits’ contents centers on complaints regarding the counting process and what poll watchers viewed as selective enforcement of social distancing measures like six feet distance and mask wearing. Again, these complaints are in the affidavits and can be perused at leisure, if you are interested. They are not proof of voter fraud.

The affidavits contain many complaints that poll workers were not able to see as well as they would have liked due to having to remain six feet away from the tables due to COVID-19 social distancing measures. Many of the affiants claim that poll workers intentionally blocked their view of certain aspects of the counting process. These claims are difficult to evaluate without having been present in the environment.

I have omitted all of the complaints contained in the affidavits about poll workers being insulted, etc. This behavior should not have occurred, and you can read all about it in the affidavits if you wish. In most cases, it is not clear, however, who leveled the insults, nor what the context of the conversation was. Ultimately, those complaints are beyond the purview of this article.

I have also summarily omitted complaints about the number of poll watchers allowed in the location, and complaints about the boarding up of windows and/or cheering of people who were ejected. By all accounts, including the admission of the Trump campaign, the Trump campaign had more than 130 observers present and on site at the TCF Center during the entire duration of counting. Additionally, the controversy over whether the windows should have been boarded up in order to prevent people outside from filming what was going on inside is not directly relevant to allegations of voter fraud. Probably the most common complaint in the affidavits is from people who were not, in fact, allowed into the counting facility. Ultimately, the argument about how many people should have been allowed in the room is beyond the purview of this article.

I have also omitted some allegations that are, on their own terms, completely unsupported by eyewitness testimony and are mere conjecture on their own terms. For example, one affiant complained that s/he was completely unable to see what was happening with a particular batch of ballots, but then followed that up with a statement of belief that the people s/he could not see were illegally altering ballots.

Additionally, some of the allegations appear to be borne out of failure to understand how the process was supposed to be carried out. For instance, one of the affidavits complains that when the computer identified a "duplicate" ballot (which presumably refers to a situation where someone has voted in person and also requested a mail-in ballot), the ballot was removed from the pile and then passed to the next person at the table. However, that is exactly what was supposed to happen to those ballots: they were supposed to be removed from the rest of the pile and considered as a provisional ballot until a check could be performed to determine whether the mail-in ballot was ever received.

Where an affidavit raises a complaint for which there is an obvious, non-fraud explanation (for instance, the complaints about 1/1/1900 birthdays), or where it complains about things that happened exactly as they should have (e.g., "I observed ballots that should have been duplicated due to being torn, stained or damaged. A supervisor instructed the workers to run damaged ballots through the tabulator and only to duplicate rejected ballots") I have omitted it. I do not, by the way, blame any of the affiants for raising these issues; many of them make clear that they responded to calls for volunteers on Facebook and received very little training.

Many of the allegations present an incomplete picture, from which it is impossible to draw any conclusions at all. For instance, numerous affiants complained that people who showed up to vote but who had requested a mail-in ballot were allowed to vote. This was proper procedure, and their in-person ballots were supposed to be provisional until it could be determined if they had turned in a mail-in ballot or not. Most of the affiants raising this complaint do note that the ballots were set aside, as is proper, but have no information about what was revealed when these provisional ballots were checked against the mail-in list.

Also, it should be noted that the affidavits contain numerous complaints about lack of security at the counting location, and I have also not included those. Having personally worked as an observer for elections before, I will say that none of the complaints strike me as representing unusual behavior (I don’t recall having my ID checked and I certainly don’t recall being searched or having my belongings searched when I entered a poll location); however, perhaps many of these complaints should lead to reforms in the security process for counting votes.

Notably, many of the affiants also complained about batches of ballots being left unsecured on or underneath tables; however, none of the affidavits contains any testimony about these boxes being tampered or destroyed or added to in any way.

TheBlaze has reached out to officials for the State of Michigan and Wayne County for comment on the issues raised by the affiants.

Georgia Secretary of State Announces a ‘Full, By-Hand Recount in Each County’

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) on Wednesday announced that the state will conduct a “by-hand recount in each county” in the Peach State.

“At 1 p.m. today, I will make the official designation of which race will be the subject of the RLA [risk-limiting audit]. At that time, I will designate that the RLA will be the presidential race,” Raffensperger announced, emphasizing that the RLA, in this case, will require a by-hand recount. Typically, an RLA involves officials examining “a statistically meaningful sample of ballots.”

“The audit is mathematically designed to catch anomalies that would arise from misconfigured machines, procedural errors, or intentional attack,” as NBC News reported.

However, due to the narrow margins, Raffensperger is requiring a “by-hand” recount in all 159 counties.

“With the margin being so close, it will require a full, by-hand recount in each county. This will help build confidence,” he said, adding that it will be “an audit, a recount, and a recanvass all at once.”

“It will be a heavy lift, but we will work with the counties to get this done in time for our state certification,” he continued.

“We have all worked hard to bring fair and accurate counts to ensure that the will of the voters is reflected in the final count and that every voter will have confidence in the outcome whether their candidate won or lost,” he added.

Raffensperger’s announcement follows a request from Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA), who is leading the Trump campaign’s recount team in the Peach State.

In a November 10 statement, Collins formally requested a “full hand-count of every ballot cast in each and every county,” attributing the request to “widespread allegations of voter irregularities, issues with voting machines, and poll watcher access.”

His statement reads:

As we begin the recount process, there are three things we are formally requesting today from Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. First, there must be a full comparison of absentee ballots cast and in-person and provisional ballots cast throughout the state. Second, there must be a check for felons and other ineligible persons who may have cast a ballot. Third, and most importantly, the Secretary of State should announce a full hand-count of every ballot cast in each and every county due to widespread allegations of voter irregularities, issues with voting machines, and poll watcher access. We can — and we will — petition for this in court after statewide certification is completed if the Secretary of State fails to act, but we are hopeful he will preemptively take this action today to ensure every Georgian has confidence in our electoral process.”

President Donald Trump trailed former Vice President Joe Biden by roughly 14,110 votes as of Wednesday morning.

Nolte: Fox’s Contempt for Trump Supporters Exposed in Off-Air Video

Watch this video of Fox News anchor Sandra Smith as she expresses her elitist contempt after a Trump supporter dares question The Mighty Fox News Channel’s decision to declare His Fraudulency Joe Biden the winner of a hotly contested presidential election.

Watch Smith’s face especially…

So Fox invites this woman on, her name is Cleta Mitchell, she’s a lawyer out of D.C., and for very good reason — the votes are not yet counted, the election is being legally contested — she politely questions the decision of the corporate media to declare Biden a winner before a single state is certified, and here she is being mocked like some kind of stupid rube for daring to question The Mighty Fox News.

Look at Smith’s face… Listen to her, “What? What is happening? Like, Trace, we’ve called it.” The incredulity that anyone would dare question the unelected, proven liars at Fox News when they tell the public who their next president will be!

Fox  News is worse than CNNLOL.

At least CNNLOL hates us to our face.

Fox News laughs at us, mocks us, betrays us over and over and over again while posing as “fair and balanced,” while posing as “different from the mainstream media,” while posing as one of us.

Look at Fox News over the closing days of this election…

Chris “The Proven Liar” Wallace rigged the first presidential debate.

Fox deliberately called Arizona early, even though more than a week after the election that state is still too close to call.

Fox News lied about President Trump not disavowing racists.

Fox News deliberately interrupted Trump and allowed Biden to interrupt Trump during the first presidential debate and then lied about it.

Fox News released one rigged poll after another.

During the first presidential debate, Chris Wallace demanded both candidates wait for the certified winner, and now Wallace and Fox are ridiculing those waiting for a certified winner.

And now we know what Fox News thinks of Trump supporters when Fox believes no one is watching them.

Anyone who is still watching Fox News is being laughed at by Fox News, and you’re not just being laughed at by Fox News because you support Trump, you are being laughed at by Fox News because you are a sucker who still watches Fox News.

There is no doubt in my mind that Fox News just howls with laughter and ridicule at those faithful Fox News viewers who allow themselves to stabbed in the back over and over and over again.

At least CNNLOL despises you to your face.

Fox News is literally — literally! — making faces at you behind your back.

Stop being a sucker.

Stop watching Fox News.

Trump’s Director of Election Day Operations Tweets Photo of Republican Poll Watchers on ‘NO ENTRY’ List in Philly

The Trump campaign’s director of election day operations has tweeted a photo of a list of Republican poll watchers on a “no entry” list in Philadelphia.

Included on the list was Corey Lewandowski, a senior advisor to the campaign, who was denied entry.

“Look at this. I was DENIED access even with a court order. What are they hiding in Philly. Election Fraud,” Lewandowski tweeted in response to the photo shared by Mike Roman.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that “Trump’s campaign filed a federal lawsuit Monday seeking to stop elections boards and the state from certifying results that were tabulated while its watchers couldn’t observe.”

“They were completely in the dark, completely unable to oversee the vote count, as was their legal right,” Kayleigh McEnany, an adviser for Trump’s campaign and the White House press secretary, said while explaining that poll watchers who were legally permitted to observe the count were blocked and put behind barriers.

Project Veritas Has Recordings of Fed Agents Interrogating and Intimidating PA USPS Whistleblower Who Exposed the Backdating Ballots Scheme

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe has put out a video stating that his organization has obtained recordings of federal agents interrogating the USPS whistleblower who exposed a scheme in Pennsylvania to backdate late ballots.

O’Keefe said that some of the recordings will be released as soon as this evening.

“The recordings are explosive evidence of retaliation, ‘scaring’ him,” O’Keefe wrote. “Whistleblower has received a letter putting him on suspension without pay.”

The whistleblower, Richard Hopkins, previously revealed, through Project Veritas, that an Erie, Pennsylvania postmaster ordered mail-in ballots that came in after Election Day to be backdated to November 3. He stated that he specifically overheard Postmaster Robert Weisenbach Jr. speaking to another employee about the scheme.

Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by Election Day to be considered valid and counted, per US law.

The Gateway Pundit will provide updates as the news from Project Veritas unfolds.

Woman Who Voted For Trump In Texas Shocked To Find She Also ‘Voted’ Via Mail-In-Ballot In California

Woman Who Voted For Trump In Texas Shocked To Find She Also ‘Voted’ Via Mail-In-Ballot In California

Tyler Durden

Tue, 11/10/2020 – 16:48

Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Summit News,

A woman who says she voted in person for President Trump in Texas was shocked to discover that voter records showed she had also apparently voted in Orange County, California via mail-in ballot.

The woman gave permission for her name to be revealed and is happy to talk to law enforcement or Trump campaign lawyers involved in current election litigation.

Amanda Murphy moved from California to Texas a year ago and voted for Trump in the 2020 election.

However, when she checked voter records on the official voterstatus.gov website, it showed that Murphy had been registered as a “permanent vote-by-mail voter” in Orange County with a party preference of Democrat and that she had been mailed a ballot on the 5th of October.

The records also show that this mail-in-ballot had been received and accepted in Orange County on November 3rd, despite the fact that the woman had not voted in California.

Murphy says she has never voted by mail in her life and that the last time she voted in California was in 2012 for Barack Obama.

The woman was further surprised to learn that records also say she voted in 2016, when she didn’t vote at all.

Screenshots from the official voterstatus.gov website back up Murphy’s claims.

The Trump administration is currently pursuing litigation in a number of states in an effort to investigate allegations of vote fraud in numerous key swing states.

CNN Suddenly Thinks It’s Important to Accept Election Results

On CNN’s New Day, the leftist network completely dismissed Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud and election interference in the 2020 presidential election. Rather than report on the ongoing investigation, we are apparently supposed to trust CNN’s judgement and credibility on this one.
Appearing on the program in the 7:00 a.m. ET hour, Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter wildly announced: “People’s Facebook feeds, tens of millions of Americans on Facebook and Twitter, are seeing this nonsense. All across television and social media…There is no one at Fox News that is saying this is crazy. This is irresponsible. This is dangerous.”
Given the extremely negative coverage given to Trump during the 2016 campaign and all the credence it gave to the Russian collusion hoax, CNN’s credibility on this matter is very suspect. A 2019 MRC study showcased that 19.5% of broadcast network coverage on the Trump presidency was about Russia collusion. In 2018, CNN specifically hyped wild accusations in the later debunked Steele dossier 77 times in five days. The partisan network does not seem to care about promoting false narratives when it is against Trump.
Co-host Alisyn Camerota didn’t let that hypocrisy stop her from declaring: “Conservative media is fueling President Trump’s baseless claims of widespread election fraud.” A question CNN failed to answer in their coverage: Why were unfounded claims of Trump campaign collusion with Russia in 2016 so much more credible than the current claims?
Rather than learn from their mistakes and actually report the news, Stelter remarked: ““The story is all of these propaganda shows telling the audience there might have been mass voter fraud and that President-Elect Joe Biden is not the President. It is everywhere.” Isn’t that exactly what CNN did for the past five years?
To push the same narrative during the show’s 6:00 a.m. ET hour, CNN claimed that the actions of Attorney General Bill Barr opening the door to further investigations was disgraceful. Guest Elie Honig remarked: “I have to confess, I thought that Bill Barr already dragged DoJ to the bottom. Now we’ve found a new low.”
CNN host Laura Jarett remarked: “I think it’s a dangerous and transparent effort to give credence to some of the fanciful claims that we have heard from the President, his lawyers, and his allies.” So just further investigating these claims is now dangerous. The double standard is staggering.

Those who remember 2000, or who have researched it, will know that the media are treating the 2020 election in a  drastically different manner. Back then, it was the Republicans trying to steal the election and commit voter fraud. Granted, the two elections are not exactly the same, but the media coverage clearly changes based solely on which side of the argument their preferred Democratic Party candidate happens to be on at the time.
To be fair, it remains to be seen if there is any more validity to the claims of voter fraud and misconduct, than there was about the litany of other scandals and claims made about Trump. But for CNN to come out and say trust them on this one after their track record is ridiculous.
Rather than report on the facts, which is an open investigation, CNN is just shoveling out DNC talking points.

New Day
11/10/20
6:15 AM ET
JOHN BERMAN: So, Alisyn, we’ve been together a while now. I have to say this morning –
ALISYN CAMEROTA: You are breaking up with me?
BERMAN: I’m not breaking up with you. I know we had differences. So this morning you came in and looked at the situation facing the country today. I could just tell; you think things this morning are different. Why?
CAMEROTA: I have reported on Donald Trump for more than a decade. Well before he was President. And I know that concession and admitting defeat is not in his DNA. I knew that wouldn’t happen. Some people that he would somehow concede when he lost, that was not possible. But some people thought there were guardrails, enough guardrails built into our constitution or our government where people would, you know, have to say it is time. No. The guardrails have come down over the past four years. And so the Attorney General, now he’s put one of the cronies in for the Department of Defense. I just see it all playing out. And in some ways, I think and we’ll talk to our experts about this, that the Biden team has been a little slow on the uptake to see that this is what was always planned. I don’t know if it was planned, but always built in to their system that they weren’t going to go lightly.
BERMAN: One thing you said this morning is this is not a drill. What’s going on now is not a drill. This is all very real. The Attorney General overnight changing the rules of the Justice Department allowing for investigations into these bogus allegations of voter fraud. The guy in charge of the election division resigned in protest overnight because he thought what the Attorney General is doing is so bad. … Laura, I want to start with you on the actions taken by the Attorney General, specifically what he did, why they’re so precedent shattering, and what it means that this guy Richard Pilger the Election Crimes Head resigned.
LAURA JARRETT [CNN Host, “Early Start”]: I think it’s a dangerous and transparent effort to give credence to some of the fanciful claims that we have heard from the President, his lawyers, and his allies. It is one thing to go down to four seasons total landscaping and make a bunch of nonsense claims, but it’s another thing bring the full weight of the Justice Department and its prosecutors behind you. What he’s done overnight is overturned of decades and says you don’t disturb the voting count and look into voting irregularities until the results are certified. They should have no role before it’s certified. Well now Barr is saying you can go after it before it’s been certified. He said don’t go after things that aren’t grounded in fact. He is sending a signal to the prosecutors and certainly sending a signal to this President who has been banging a drum about all they election fraud with literally no evidence in court. Literally, no evidence so much so that almost every judge has said there is nothing to see here.
CAMEROTA: Ever since Bill Barr gave that misleading statement about the Mueller report, the feeling among some in your field is he has been caught hook, line, sinker. So here we are yet again. He is trying to pacify, I guess, at best, the President and delaying the certification. And so what does this mean? What happens now?
ELIE HONIG: Yeah Alisyn. I have to confess, I thought that Bill Barr already dragged DoJ to the bottom. Now we’ve found a new low. I just want to make sure people understand this, I worked at DoJ for eight years. This is not normal. This is dangerous. DoJ, as a DoJ alum, it’s painful to watch this. And I know that other DoJ alums feel the same thing. This policy has been in place for decades. And the purpose couldn’t be more simple. Keep prosecution out of politics. Keep politics out of prosecution. Prosecution is one of the most powerful authorities that our government has. You have the ability to take away someone’s liberty. Everyone at the Justice Department does or should recognize that has no place in politics. These resignations, by the way, the resignations are completely abnormal. In the eight years I worked there under both parties, two Republican AGs, one Democratic AG, this never came up. The concept of prosecutors resigning off a case, it wasn’t even a thing. And now with tonight with yesterday’s resignation, we’ve seen seven dedicated career nonpartisan prosecutors resign off of four different cases. Michael Flynn, Roger stone, the Durham investigation and now this. That is not normal. The reason they all resigned is because they’re protesting Bill Barr’s political weaponization of the Justice Department.
BERMAN: Going read a line out of the memo, this is p108. Barr writes, while most allegations purported election misconduct of are such a scale they would not impact the outcome of an election and thus an investigation can be deferred. That is not always the case. Laura, the reason I read that is because this memo sort of littered with these hedges and outcomes much like Mitch McConnell’s statement is littered with hedges and outlaws. The court will decide this. We’ll move on. One thing that people seem to be betting on is that this will work itself out. They’re backing the President now because they want him to throw him a bone. They don’t want to upset the Georgia runoff elections. But it will work itself out. But how do we know that? When will it work itself out? When will it stop enough for the GSA, the General Services Administration head, Emily Murphy, to say okay, Joe Biden, can you have that money? It’s no longer clear to me that there is a singular event that turns this switch off.
JARRETT: Well, the courts are the only really guardrail left to Allison’s point. The other guardrail is the norms. They have all come down. The court is the only one to stop this at some point. You know, the election results are going to be certified. That’s not in dispute. But they can put out these, you know, sort of frivolous claims to try to delay things as best as they can, but so far, the courts are not going for it. But to McConnell, to say let this play out in the courts as if that doesn’t have any consequence to the public confidence in this result, it fuels the same type of misinformation and disinformation that we’re seeing on Fox, that we’re seeing when people actually go talk to voters like Donie O’Sullivan who went on the ground and talked to voters. And they’re repeating the same misinformation and talking points that we’re hearing on a daily basis. So for him to say let it all play out, isn’t benign. To let it play out while the house is burning on fire is not okay.
CAMEROTA: Whether you go to talk to the people who know the, you know, the Michigan Secretary of State, the Wisconsin state elections commission, the Nevada Attorney General, the people on the ground, they say we have no evidence of widespread –
BERMAN: Look to any governor of Georgia yesterday on this show, a Republican who will have every reason to say I’ve seen it everywhere. He said, nope. Haven’t found a thing.
CAMEROTA: So Elie, what can team Biden do now?
HONIG: Yeah. So, look, first of all this is all about the narrative. There is no question about it. Right? Bill Barr is trying to prop up this phony narrative of false information for months now. He’s made all sorts of public proclamations that have gone nowhere. This is just the latest piece of that. If you don’t think it matters, look at yesterday’s court filing in Pennsylvania. They specifically referred to an announcement Bill Barr made about six weeks about this Pennsylvania case involving nine ballots that went missing. Turned out to be false number crime involved whatsoever. Guess what? It made its way into a court filing yesterday as proof. That is not proof. That is fabrication. Yesterday’s announcement it took Rudy Giuliani about an hour to start Trumpeting it as some kind of proof, it’s not fact! This is not proof! What can the Biden team do now? Look to some extent, they are reliant on the norms and reliant good people in the good government to do the right thing. I don’t think Bill Barr has shown any ability to do that.
JARRETT: But it is not up to him right Elie? The prosecutors on the ground are going to be the ones that have to uphold the integrity of the Justice Department and say can you put out whatever memo you want but we’re the ones that bring the cases and we don’t see any there.
HONIG: 100%.
CAMEROTA: We know there are still good people in government. And good people in the courts and we are relying on them to do the right things. Laura, Elie, thank you both very much for all of your expertise with this.

ALISYN CAMEROTA: Conservative media is fueling President Trump’s baseless claims of widespread election fraud. Here’s just a little sample.
TUCKER CARLSON [Fox News Host]: We don’t know how many votes were stolen on Tuesday night. We don’t know anything about the software that many say was rigged. We don’t know. We have to find out.
LAURA INGRAHM [Fox News Host]: There’s no question that mass mail in voting, it’s been an unmitigated disaster. We must never again allow Democrats foist this on our country given what we’re seeing days and days later.
SEAN HANNITY [Fox News Host]: They want you to believe this week’s vote and vote counting process is totally normal and aboveboard. Do you really believe that? They want you to ignore the irregularities, lack of transparency, the serious instances where the law was broken?
LOU DOBBS [Fox News Host]: Biden’s campaign says they’re defending the election. They deny what they’re really doing which is stealing it.
CAMEROTA: CNN’s Chief media correspondent Brian Stelter joins us now. Brian, it’s just the alternate universe.
BRIAN STELTER [CNN Host]: Yeah.
CAMEROTA: Writ large there.
STELTER: Two parallel Americas. It cannot be more stark. And if you’re not seeing what’s going on in right-wing media, you’re missing half the story. People’s Facebook feeds, tens of millions of Americans on Facebook and Twitter, are seeing this nonsense. All across television and social media. And there’s no one in charge. No one in charge except President Trump setting the tone and then others falling in line. There is no one at Fox News that is saying this is crazy. This is irresponsible. This is dangerous. The Murdoches are letting this run rampant all over Fox News. And there are moments where, you know, once every 24 hours there will be some pushback on the lies about voter fraud. But that is not the story. The story is all of these propaganda shows telling the audience there might have been mass voter fraud and that President-Elect Joe Biden is not the President. It is everywhere. This is being said everywhere. If you want to see the hypocrisy, look at this video that Daily Show produced over the weekend. This is a video from the daily Show talking about how Fox talked about the 2018 midterms and who are the sore losers then?
[Shows Video Clip]
KAYLEIGH MCENANY [Then RNC Spokesperson]: Democrats are being sore losers. They refuse to acknowledge they lost the election. So what do they do? They cry malfeasance, wrong doing, criminality, fraud.
INGRAHM: Democrats more so than Republicans seem to have a problem conceding defeat. Either the election system broke down or some mystery votes are hide something where.
NEWT GINGRICH [Former Speaker of the House]: You know, whole series of Democrats who just said wrongly, if our candidate doesn’t win, they stole the election.
SEAN HANNITY: Ramping up election conspiracy theories, accusing Republicans of outright stealing the election. Kind of rich.
STELTER: I think it’s pretty clear the take away is there. But, this is deeper than hypocrisy. It is about a test for American democracy that was passed last week but is still under way. Because as I said, tens of millions of people are indulging this fantasy that the election is not over and Trump could actually prevail through the supreme court or through a bunch of legal challenges in states. Trump is in denial. The pro Trump media is in denial. Lots and lots of people are consuming this stuff as a result it’s the new birtherism. It’s this new lie that is an attempt to delegitimize a Democratic President.
CAMEROTA: And Brian, the problem is that everybody now, I mean, we’re all so entrenched in our own media bubbles that all of those people, the tens of millions of people for whom that’s their only source of information, they! Believe! It! And that’s where we are today. That’s where we are. Brian, thank you very much for showing us that baled hypocrisy.

EPIC! GOP Senator Ron Johnson Gives Perfect Answer When Asked if He Has “Congratulated” Joe Biden Yet (VIDEO)

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) gave the perfect answer when asked if he has “congratulated” Joe Biden.

A reporter on Tuesday asked GOP Senator Ron Johnson if he has congratulated the media’s pretend president-elect Joe Biden.

“No” Johnson said.

“Why not?” the reporter said.

“Nothing to congratulate him about,” Johnson said.

Mic drop.

WATCH:

In 2000, Democrat Al Gore fought in court for 37 days over “hanging chads” and “dimpled chads” in Florida.

The media cheered Al Gore every step of the way but ultimately the Supreme Court ruled in George Bush’s favor.

Suddenly the media has no interest in covering President Trump’s lawsuits and allegations of voter fraud in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Nevada.
