Complete List of Suspected Fraud Issues in 2020 Election Sorted by State with Recommended Actions on How to Address

(Below is a list of articles to date where potential fraud has been identified in the 2020 election and actions recommended to be taken to address issues known to date.  The issues and recommendations are categorized by state with an overall section first identifying all the actions to be taken across the states followed with additional actions to be taken at each specific state.)

UPDATE: Benford’s Law Has Been Used to Prove Election Fraud in the Past – Joe Biden’s Numbers in Michigan are 99% Flawed — No Surprise that Tech Giants are Banning This Information

Biden’s vote numbers in Michigan do not match Benford’s law at a 99.999% significance level.

Benfords law has been used on many occasions to prove election fraud (2000&2004 elections, 2003 California gubernatorial election, etc.).

Let me know if you would elaboration but the numbers can be computed in a spreadsheet using data taken from Michigan’s election data tracker from individual precincts. For context, Biden scored a 0.0000017 and trump scored a 0.58.

While Benford’s Law is not 100% proof that fraudulent data has been manufactured, “In the United States, evidence-based on Benford’s law has been admitted in criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.”

It was also used to determine fraud in the 2000 and 2004 U.S elections. I conducted a Chi-test comparing Michigan’s precinct vote counts to Benford’s law and found that Biden/Haris votes returned a, 0.000017% (Statistically significant, especially with a very large sample) whereas Trump/Pence votes returned a score of,
53.059791% and whilst looking at my data set I noticed there were 0 write-in votes in Michigan.

Very odd stuff.

Covid Skips Dems? Notre Dame Crowd Shamed, But Biden Block Party Celebrated

When Notre Dame football fans rushed the field after their team beat #1 Clemson in a college football double-overtime thriller on Saturday, portions of the press focused not on the game but lecturing the fans for their irresponsible behavior during the coronavirus pandemic. But Biden fans throwing nationwide block parties were apparently immune from the virus.
Yahoo! sports reporter Jack Baer was appalled: “Notre Dame fans storming the field after Clemson upset set off COVID-19 alarm bells.”
In the most precarious season of college football history, in which games have been canceled and spectators have been outright banned at some programs, it’s hard to think of a sight worse, as far as the COVID-19 pandemic goes, than what followed Notre Dame’s upset win over No. 1 Clemson.
As soon as Clemson’s last attempt to score in double overtime fell short, Notre Dame fans rushed the field as if their team wasn’t playing in a pandemic that reached a new peak this week in the United States.
This is the postgame sight that greeted college football fans as well as a nation waiting for a delayed post-election “Saturday Night Live”:
Baer paused to show a photo tweet from Yahoo! Sports showed the Notre Dame post-game crowd on the field. (And was our whole "nation" really that excited to see SNL, or just the liberal portion?)
…the coronavirus doesn’t care that they had reason to be excited. It remains dangerous, a virus that has killed more than 200,000 Americans and continues to spread at record rates….
Hopefully, Saturday’s game won’t be seen as a super-spreader event, but the field-stormers at Notre Dame — as well as the school administrators that allowed them into the stadium with no evident plan to stop them from crowding — certainly seem to have done the best they can to create one.

The sobering realities of our daily case numbers didn’t stop Notre Dame fans – mostly students by the look of it – from pouring onto the field after the No. 4 Fighting Irish staged one final stop in double-overtime to pull the upset on No. 1 Clemson at Notre Dame Stadium. 
But as NewsBusters Curtis Houck has documented, not all mass gatherings are shamed as potential super-spreader events. You can join in a massive lefty block party for Joe Biden after his apparent victory over Donald Trump, and the networks will celebrate along with you, with very few discouraging words like “masks” or “virus.”
The New York Times wasn’t in the mood to spoil the mood of the pro-Biden partiers. Neither was USA Today, who lectured the Notre Dame field-rushers, going to hector the Biden throngs dancing in the streets.

Wisconsin Poll Workers Allegedly Altered Thousands Of Invalid Ballots: Report

Poll workers in Wisconsin – a state Joe Biden won by just over 20,000 votes – illegally filled out witness information on thousands of otherwise-invalid mail-in ballots from across the state, according to to WISN, citing multiple sources to the "Dan O’Donnell Show."

Absentee ballots are required to be signed by a witness, who must also list their address – or the ballot is considered invalid.

According to the report, the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) told poll workers to ‘add a missing witness address’ to a ballot – while some poll workers allegedly took it one step further by signing for non-existent witnesses. In doing so, the workers may have invalidated thousands of ballots.

County and municipal clerks and poll workers across Wisconsin may have unlawfully altered witness statements on thousands of mail-in ballots across the state, "The Dan O’Donnell Show" has learned.

Wisconsin Statute 6.86 provides that an absentee ballot must be signed by a witness, who is also required to list his or her address. If a witness address is not listed, then the ballot is considered invalid and must be returned to the voter to have the witness correct.

Instead, multiple sources tell "The Dan O’Donnell Show," municipal clerks and vote counters across the state simply filled out witness signatures themselves. Acting on false and unlawful advice from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), these clerks may have inadvertently invalidated thousands of absentee votes. –WISN

"The statute is very, very clear," said retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman – who served as a Milwaukee poll watcher on Election Day. "If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it’s not valid. That ballot is not valid."

"In defiance of and direct contradiction to the statute, the Wisconsin Elections Commission gave guidance–that is, cover–to all 72 county clerks and turned the statute on his head," Gableman added. "They said, ‘Gee, we know the law says an absentee ballot without the witness address is not valid, but county clerk, you have a duty to go ahead and look up on your own the witness’ address if there’s no address on the absentee ballot."

According to the report, the WEC informed voters that "your witness must sign and provide their full address (street number, street name, city) in the Certification of Witness section," adding "if any of the required information above is missing, your ballot will not be counted."

On October 19, the WEC instructed clerks to ‘simply fill in the witness address themselves so that the ballot would not be invalidated.’

"Please note that the clerk should attempt to resolve any missing witness address information prior to Election Day if possible, and this can be done through reliable information (personal knowledge, voter registration information, through a phone call with the voter or witness)," wrote the WEC, adding "The witness does not need to appear to add a missing address."

Last week the Trump Campaign demanded a recount in Wisconsin after Biden won the state – with campaign manager Bill Stepien claiming ‘There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results."

Self-Described Dem Party Worker, Detroit Resident, Brags On Facebook: “I work for Wayne Co, MI and I threw out every Trump ballot I saw. Tens of thousands of them and so did all of my co-workers”

Kiel Fauxton has 3 Facebook accounts.

Kiel Fauxton, who lists “Detroit, MI” as his residence on Facebook, also lists the “Democratic Party” as his employer on at least one of his Facebook pages.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Two days ago, Fauxton made fun of people who expressed concern over an alarming message he posted on one of his Facebook pages: “Time to come clean. I work for Wayne County, MI, and I threw out every Trump ballot I saw. Tens of thousands of them, and so did my coworkers. I regret no…”(see more)

Facebook users screenshotted his message and posted, “This fool needs to be arrested,” and “Fair election work from a self-proclaimed Marxist.”

Fauxton did not refute his statement but instead asked, “Why do they always say ‘self proclaimed Marxist” you can just say marxist”

 

We cannot confirm the authenticity of his claim, but we can confirm that after Fauxton’s message started to circulate on Facebook, two of his three accounts went missing. The original message we got on Facebook when we clicked on his account said that the content isn’t available, but now two of his accounts, including the one where he bragged about stealing Trump ballots,  have disappeared. The account that lists Fauxton as a Cuban resident is still active.

Fortunately, before Facebook shut down two of his accounts, we were able to capture several screenshots.

In the post below, Fauxton reposted a photo that was originally posted by “Mandy Leigh,” who said, “There’s something inherently funny about this picture of a bunch of college Republicans “protesting” to try to stop the ballot count. Fauxton, the guy who just bragged about throwing out tens of thousands of Trump ballots, mocked the group of young Republican kids, saying, “Detroit really showin up”

 

Missing Trump ballots aren’t a myth, as the media would like you to believe. On Thursday, 100 Percent Fed Up wrote about Detroit resident Audrey Lee, who requested an absentee ballot on the same day as her daughter.

Audrey and her daughter both got their ballots on the same day. The mother and daughter filled out their ballots on the same day. Audrey voted for Trump, and her daughter voted for Joe Biden. They both drove together to deliver their completed ballots to a ballot drop box located at the Grace Grace Church in Detroit. Audrey placed her ballot in the dropbox first, and then she dropped her daughter’s ballot in the dropbox. After the election, the Joe Biden vote by Audrey’s daughter was recorded as “received,” Audrey’s ballot, however, had a line where the date under “Ballot received” should have been recorded.

According to Lee, when she went to the website to recheck her status, on the following day, her status on the Wayne County, MI government website changed to show that the clerk has not yet recorded receiving her absentee ballot application.

The great Sidney Powell was on Mornings with Maria and she unloaded on the monstrous amount of Democrat voter fraud in the 2020 election.  But during this discussion Maria Bartiromo dropped a bomb as well.

During her discussion with Sidney Powell, Maria Bartiromo shared the following about the firm that runs the application used in Michigan where thousands of Trump votes were switched to Joe Biden.

Maria Bartiromo: I’ve also seen reports that Nancy Pelosi’s longtime Chief of Staff is a key executive of that company. Richard Bloom, Senator Feinstein’s husband is a significant shareholder of this company.

Bartiromo is correct.  Bloomberg reported in April, 2019 that:

Dominion Voting Systems — which commands more than a third of the voting-machine market without having Washington lobbyists — has hired its first, a high-powered firm that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Also Democrat Feinstein’s husband does have a major stake in Dominion:

We also know that Dominion has ties to the Clinton Foundation:

(Powell mentioned that they may have stolen votes even from Democrats like Bernie Sanders in order to get the outcomes they wanted.)

The fact that the Dominion voting machines flipped votes to Biden in at least two instances in Michigan alone is reason to audit all states where Dominion is used.
