School reportedly forces 9-year-old to remove ‘Jesus loves me’ mask. Now her parents are suing.

The parents of a Mississippi third grader are suing a school district after they say an elementary school principal violated the child’s free speech and discriminated against her on the basis of religion.

What’s a brief history?

According to the New York Post, the principal at Simpson Central School in Pinola directed the child, 9-year-old Lydia Booth, to remove her face mask, which said "Jesus Loves Me," in October.

WLBT-TV reported that school officials advised the child that the mask went against district policy.

Immediately following the move, the school issued a statement on new mask policies, revealing that no masks displaying "political, religious, sexual, or any inappropriate symbols, gestures, or statements that may be offensive, disruptive, or deemed distractive to the school environment" would be permitted within the district.

The Booth family insists that the school not only singled out Lydia for her beliefs — which were evident based on her mask — but also changed the policy to prohibit such masks only after they objected to their child’s forced removal of the mask.

What’s happening now?

On Monday, the Alliance Defending Freedom filed a federal lawsuit on Lydia and her family’s behalf, insisting that the district violated the child’s right to free speech.

Alliance Defending Freedom Attorney Michael Ross said, "Public schools have a duty to respect the free expression of students that the First Amendment guarantees to them. Other students within the school district have freely worn masks with the logos of local sports teams or even the words ‘Black Lives Matter.’ This student deserves an equal opportunity to peacefully express her beliefs."

Alliance Defending Freedom Attorney Tyson Langhofer told WBRC-TV that the move is unfair.

"When the school is discriminating against individuals who want to wear masks expressing religious beliefs but are allowing students and faculty to wear masks expressing messages with other beliefs and that’s not allowable in the First Amendment," Langhofer said.

"[Lydia has] told her parents she wants to be a missionary and that’s why she wants to wear this mask. It made her really sad when she was forced to remove this mask, because the message means something to her and it’s her choice to wear it," he added.

An attorney for the Simpson County school board told the station that the district has not yet been served in the suit, and provided no further comment.

A Republic, If You Can Keep It

Many of you have witnessed the abject fraud and manipulation taking place across the country over the past few days. It began in Michigan and Wisconsin after President Trump had significant leads in the state. It then moved to Pennsylvania, where he had an even more significant lead. After they began to chip away there, we had the news media attempt to sway the election by calling the state of Arizona for Joe Biden before a huge swath of the votes were counted, and refuse to call Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia for President Trump, as they rightly should have.

Now, they are miraculously “finding” ballots all over states where the President was significantly leading in the vote tally, and they are blocking windows and removing Republican poll watchers from polling locations, while wearing “Biden/Harris 2020 Masks” as they do it.

I do not have to tell you that there is an ongoing coup to steal the country right now. That much is clear. We know the media and social media companies are complicit, if not participants.

However, they don’t ever count on the overwhelming will and resolve of American patriots.

Many are feeling hopeless right now, and I completely understand. They are not even trying to hide it this time. Independent researchers have already identified a number of ballots in MI cast by people who died in the ’80s. Already we are seeing Joe Biden pick up scores more votes than his down-ballot counterparts. It is nearly statistically impossible that all of this is true.

The Trump campaign and its legal team must immediately mount challenges and demand an audit of all votes that are being tallied and counted in any state where there has been evidence of fraud.

If a ballot was cast by a dead person, it is invalid.

If a ballot was cast after Election Day and had its postmark altered in any way, it’s invalid.

If a ballot was cast by someone who isn’t a legally registered voter? It’s invalid.

If a ballot was cast in one person’s name more than one time? It is invalid.

We must demand election integrity. Republican poll watchers must flood every precinct and do their civic duty. They must know their rights. They must request to review the ballots.

In states like PA, where President Trump just this morning won an amazing legal victory, Republican watchers must demand they be allowed to see EACH and EVERY single vote counted while they were locked out of the building and 100 feet from where these shenanigans were going on.

If when challenged a counted ballot cannot be reproduced? We have a problem. It should be fairly easy to do this—there should be an army of certified people ready to audit the rolls and the votes.

I think once you do that, you will find that the suddenly “found” tranche of 23,000 ballots that ALL went to one candidate aren’t as sturdy as they would like. The problem with fraud this rampant? They aren’t employing their best to carry it out.

I will bet they haven’t covered their tracks with receipts the way they should have. I bet they rushed through their scam. And I think it’s a safe bet that if President Trump sticks this out—if he keeps fighting for the American people, this will be exposed.

The time is now to hold your republican representatives to the fire. The time is now for you to make sure they make the noise they need to make. For far too long we have accepted this. We haven’t infiltrated our local polling locations. We have not volunteered. We have not played their game better than they have.

Everyone in the United States should want FAIR elections. Everyone should want the law to be followed. There should not be a push to abandon the rules when the rules don’t suit you.

I fear that if we are not successful in this push to save the nation, we are not going to have a nation left to save. Get involved. It’s the 2nd American Revolution, and we have to win again.

Georgia Democrats Going Door-to-Door to Fix Flawed Ballots, Told to ‘Minimize’ Helping Republicans


The Georgia Democrat Party trained activists Wednesday night on how to go door-to-door to fix ballots rejected on Election Day.

Called ballot “curing,” the party is able to identify individuals who had defective ballots due to incorrect marking, mismatched signatures, or some other flaw. They are then visiting those voters in person and encouraging them to fix their ballots to count for the Democrats.

Breitbart News observed the training, called “Ballot Rescue Team In-Person Voter Outreach,” which took place Wednesday night and was conducted by Jessi Grass and Kim Hood, two out-of-state activists who are working on gathering votes in Georgia.

“We are still voting,” Grass told the group. She said the party is able to collect corrected ballots until 5:00 p.m. Friday.

Hood assailed vote integrity measures such as a signature on a ballot, calling it a “tool of voter suppression.”

She argued a determination on a mismatched signature is made by “someone who is not a handwriting expert.”

Another slide, titled “Vote-By-Mail Ballot Issues,” identifies problems that could spoil a ballot — as well as a candidate for curing. The problems include:

  • Missing a signature
  • Signature mismatch issue
  • First-time voter did not provide required ID

Grass said that the activists need to have a “case worker mentality” and “empathize” with voters, telling them the activist is just trying to make their vote count.

But they made it clear they only want to help Democrat voters, so if an activist visits the home of a voter who said they cast a ballot for a Republican, they should leave and not assist them. The party’s intent is to “minimize knocking on doors of Republicans.”

Several critics also attended the training, and Grass defended the practice when one questioned it.

The names of the voters who cast an uncounted ballot is “public record” as the state releases the list.

Another slide, titled “Signature issues on the Ballot,” recommended taking a picture of the voter’s ID to send to election officials:

“If signature is missing or a mismatch, ballot will not be accepted,” the slide read.

“The Cure: send a copy of their ID; include a signed affidavit to the county [election office],” it said.

Grass said 5,000 such names were released on Wednesday, and more would be made public on Thursday and Friday mornings.

The training indicated the vote, or supporting documentation, could be submitted by email or text:

“Submit affidavit and ID to their county registrar (photo sent via email count!),” it read.

Their work “hopefully will turn the presidential race,” Grass said.

According to the New York Times, 96 percent of ballots have been counted in Georgia and Trump has a narrow 49.6 percent to 49.2 percent lead.

Trump currently has an 18,540-vote lead in the Peach State.

A message to the Georgia Republican Party, seeking clarity on whether it was conducting a similar program, was not immediately returned.

Trump Camp Notches Win in PA State Court: Election Boards Must Set Aside Mail-In Ballots Lacking Identifying Info for Voter and Not Count Those Votes Until Court Rules Further

The Trump campaign on Thursday notched a win in Pennsylvania state court.

The court, at President Trump’s request, issued an interim order to Pennsylvania election boards to:

  • (a) set aside certain mail ballots that lack identifying info for the voter, and
    (b) not count those votes until after ct rules further

Via Supreme Court reporter for The Hill, John Kruzel:

President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Pennsylvania on election night by nearly 700,000 votes but the crooked elections officials in Philadelphia keep finding hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots for Joe Biden.

Republican observers were barred from entering the Philadelphia vote counting center even after receiving the appellate court order.

The Philadelphia Sheriff is not enforcing the appellate court order, according to Corey Lewandowski who is on the ground in Philly.

This is a banana republic.

Pam Bondi said the counting machines were moved far away from observers, defying the court order allowing GOP observers to be no more than 6 feet away from officials counting ballots.

Project Veritas Wednesday night released a bombshell video of a Michigan USPS whistleblower detailing a directive from superiors to back-date late mail-in ballots as received November 3rd so they are accepted.

“Separate them from standard letter mail so they can hand stamp them with YESTERDAY’S DATE and put them through” – the whistleblower said.

James O’Keefe said, “Every single vote that was sent by mail should be subject to investigation. It is clear that the USPS cannot be trusted.”

Twitter Censors Tweet About Trump Legal Win in Pennsylvania

Twitter promised on Nov. 2 that it would label tweets that declared a premature victory, but it appears that the platform has escalated to labeling “legal” victories as well. 
The company placed an interstitial, or filter, over Senior Advisor to the Trump campaign Jason Miller’s tweet regarding the campaign’s victory today in a Pennsylvania appellate court. Users wanting to see the tweets then have to click “view” in order to see the censored tweets.
Miller tweeted: “Massive legal victory in Philly just now. More to follow shortly,” after a judge in Pennsylvania allowed the campaign “close-up observation of the counting of ballots in the battleground state of Pennsylvania,” according to the New York Post. The win is undeniably a legal victory. How important it is would be opinion — except on Twitter. 
The interstitial said “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process. Learn More.” Twitter has turned off comments and likes on Miller’s tweet, but the platform does still allow quote tweets for the post. The interstitial placed over the tweet said, “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process. Learn More.” 
Just since Nov. 4, Twitter has censored five tweets from President Donald Trump regarding potential election fraud. On Election Day alone, the platform censored content from six different conservatives’ verified accounts. Now, it appears that declaring any victory, even a legal victory, can be flagged as “misleading.” What would Twitter think of the Sweet Victory song from Spongebob?

Shhh: Twitter Donations to Dems Now Exceed 99 Percent

The harbingers about Twitter’s Orwellian censorship of President Donald Trump and conservatives during the election have already come true. Donation records may help explain the reason.
A recent study found that Facebook employees/PACs and Twitter employees contributed over 90% of their contributions of $200 or more to Democrats. Twitter employees, in particular, have since increased their donation disparity in favor of Democrats to almost 100 percent.
Open Secrets records show that for “all federal candidates,” donations of $200 or more from Twitter employees have gone 99.33 percent to Democrats ($574,601) and — wait for it — only 0.67 percent ($3,897) to Republicans. The top recipient, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, received a lion’s share of $157,051, or a whopping 27 percent of Twitter donations to “all federal candidates” ($578,498). Perhaps this explains why Twitter was so keen on censoring multiple Trump tweets yesterday as the election was entering its second day of chaos.
Oh, but the donation records don’t stop there. For “congressional candidates” alone, Twitter employees donated $352,016 to Democrats and a laughable $624 to Republicans, or 0.15 percent of the total Twitter employee donations to congressional candidates.
It appears that the platform will do anything to help Democrats attain victory. A recent MRC study found that Twitter had censored the president (including his campaign accounts) 64 times since he was elected, while Biden (including his campaign accounts) wasn’t censored at all. 
A report from yesterday also found that Twitter was censoring at least six top conservative verified accounts while the election was underway, including the president and his campaign. Others that were censored included The Daily Wire writer Matt Walsh, actor James Woods, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton and Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk.
If that wasn’t bad enough, during the election, multiple Twitter employees were melting down over the possibility of a potential Biden loss.
The Global Director of Culture and Community at Twitter, God-is Rivera, tweeted when polls were closing: “I’ll never get over it. Time after time this country cuts its nose to spite its face and will obstruct evolution, growth, and even it’s own well-being to uphold the destructive caste system this country was built on. It’s shameful.”
When some media outlets began calling the state of Florida for Trump, Twitter engineering manager Amro Mousa tweeted: “I’m just gonna come out and say it: Florida does not deserve Disney World.”
When the Trump campaign declared victory in the state of South Carolina on Twitter, the platform put a warning label that read: “Official sources may not have called the race when this was Tweeted.” 
The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam tweeted today that his own publication was allegedly being censored by the platform:
Twitter has restricted @TheNatPulse. as millions flock to read our live blog. None of these stories are ‘misleading,’ nor false, and voting is now over. Twitter is restricting access to verified information from accredited journalists about the massive fraud out there.
After the Hunter Biden bombshell was dropped by the New York Post, a 219-year-old newspaper, Twitter locked the publication out of its account for 17 days. The Post was unlocked October 30. Twitter even locked the White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, the Trump Campaign, and even the House Judiciary (a part of the United States government) for sharing the Post story.

Breaking: Republican John James Is Not Conceding Senate Race in Michigan

On Tuesday night Republican Senate Candidate John James was winning big in Michigan US Senate race.

But Democrats came back with a miraculous surge of votes on Wednesday and were able to take the lead from John James.

Today John James released a statement.
He is not conceding the race.
