Members of President Donald Trump’s campaign Thursday allegedly were not being permitted to observe ballot counting in the Philadelphia Convention Center despite a court order issued earlier in the day allowing them to do so.

What are the details?

A Philadelphia court ruled Thursday morning that poll watchers were allowed to be within six feet of ballot counting at the Pennsylvania Convention Center rather than the previous 20-foot perimeter, KYW-TV reported.

Pam Bondi and Corey Lewandowski of the Trump Campaign presented the order, which went into effect at 10:30 a.m., the station said, adding that the pair said it allows them access inside and up to six feet of the vote-counters. KYW reported that they then walked inside the convention center.

However, two videos posted to social media show Trump campaign representatives — including Lewandowski — declaring that they were being blocked from observing the count:

Lewandowski said in the above clip that Philadelphia officials "refuse to honor the judge’s order" giving them access and that it "flies in the face of democracy." He added that "the attorney for the city said they are going to evaluate … the judge’s order."

A woman who said she’s an attorney representing Philadelphia stated in the above clip that the city is "evaluating" the judge’s order and determining "what the order means" and "when they’re ready to talk to you about it, they will." The woman also said the city isn’t violating the court order by its actions.

Ballot counting in Philadelphia was halted for about an hour Thursday morning due to legal challenges, KYW said in a separate story. It isn’t clear if above videos were recorded when counting was paused or not.

However, TheBlaze looked at the livestream referred to in the above tweet just before 4:30 p.m. Thursday, and it didn’t appear to show poll watchers standing within six feet of ballot counters.

Still, Republican Philadelphia City Commissioner Al Schmidt told KYW that representatives from both the Trump campaign and from Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign were watching the vote count.

"They’re observing all of it," Schmidt noted to the station.

None of the three Philadelphia commissioners on Thursday immediately responded to TheBlaze’s request for comment on the allegations that Trump officials were being prevented from observing the vote count despite the court order allowing them to do so.

The Associated Press reported late Wednesday that Trump’s campaign sued to stop the Pennsylvania vote count over lack of "transparency" and was seeking to intervene in the Supreme Court case. Fox News said the lawsuit was meant to overturn a SCOTUS decision that allows Pennsylvania to continue counting mail-in ballots received after Tuesday until Friday, as long as they were postmarked by Nov. 3.

An NBC News reporter said Thursday she incorrectly tweeted that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overruled the lower court’s decision favoring the Trump campaign and added that the state’s high court hasn’t "weighed in" on the case yet.

Pennsylvania officials on Thursday were still counting mail-in ballots for Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Winning the state’s 20 electoral votes would put Biden above the 270-vote threshold that determines the winner of the election.

A registered Democrat and poll watcher at the Philadelphia Convention Center overseeing ballot counters detailed corruption at the highest levels in the city of Philadelphia.

“They will not allow us within 30 to 100 feet to supervise the ballots being counted,” poll watcher Brian Mchafferty said. “This is a coup against the President of the United States of America and I want to call out the Mayor of Philadelphia, James Kenny…the Attorney General Josh Shapiro who tweeted that there was no way that Donald Trump would win president of the United States of America….”

He continued, “I can’t believe what I’m seeing right before my eyes. This has nothing to do with Joe Biden or Donald Trump. This has to do with our democracy and I will tell you, there is corruption at the highest levels in the city of Philadelphia.”

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who is in Philly fighting the corruption, is aware of this shocking video from a Philly poll watcher.

President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Pennsylvania on election night by nearly 700,000 votes but the crooked elections officials in Philadelphia keep finding hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots for Joe Biden.

Republican observers were barred from entering the Philadelphia vote counting center even after receiving the appellate court order.

The Philadelphia Sheriff is not enforcing the appellate court order, according to Corey Lewandowski who is on the ground in Philly.

This is a banana republic.

Pam Bondi said the counting machines were moved far away from observers, defying the court order allowing GOP observers to be no more than 6 feet away from officials counting ballots.

A massive pro-Trump Facebook group named "Stop the Steal" was shut down by the social media company after quickly amassing over 360,000 followers since it was created on Wednesday. The group described itself as pledging to "do whatever it takes to ensure the integrity of this election for the good of the nation."

Amy Kremer, a former Tea Party activist and co-founder of Women for Trump, started the Stop the Steal Facebook group. The group page was run by the Women for America First, an organization led by Kremer that describes itself as: "Engaging, inspiring and empowering women to make a difference."

The description of the now-deleted page reads: "Democrats are scheming to disenfranchise and nullify Republican votes. It’s up to us, the American People, to fight and to put a stop to it."

On Thursday morning, Kremer warned that "Facebook is flagging almost every post as false," and added that the social network is "probably going to shut us down."

Shortly before 2 p.m., Kremer announced that the Stop the Steal Facebook group had been removed.

"Wow. @Facebook just shut down the @america1stwomen #StoptheSteal group The group wasn’t even 24 hours old and had over 350K members," Kremer wrote on Twitter. "The left is trying to steal an election and Social media is complicit. This is outrageous!"

According to a screenshot of the group’s page, it had attracted 365,000 followers in 22 hours. Reuters noted that the page was adding 1,000 new members every 10 seconds.

"The group was organized around the delegitimization of the election process, and we saw worrying calls for violence from some members of the group," a Facebook spokeswoman said in a statement.

The group was organizing protests and called for "boots on the ground to protect the integrity of the vote."

Before Facebook banned the Stop the Steal group, several media outlets were calling for the page to be de-platformed:

• Media Matters wrote an article with the headline, "Right-wing influencers are using the #StopTheSteal hashtag to buoy Trump’s attempts to undercut democracy."
• Rolling Stone stated that the group was "spreading dangerous misinformation" in an article titled, "Pro-Trump ‘Stop the Steal’ Group Is Rapidly Expanding, and Facebook Is Letting It."
• Mother Jones published an article titled, "A Massive "Stop the Count" Facebook Group Has Ties to Republican Operatives."

When Facebook users clicked on the group’s page, they were encouraged to sign up for updates through the StolenElection.us website. The domain for the site is registered to the Liberty Lab, which was involved in Newt Gingrich’s 2012 presidential campaign.

Social media censorship of conservatives has been a hot topic. During testimony before the Senate last month, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg claimed that he was not aware that the company’s head election integrity official had previously worked as a policy adviser to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Twitter has slapped a label on any tweet that makes claims about election results before they’re officially called and any other "misleading information."

A woman monitoring the ballot counting in Detroit has asserted that at least 130,000 ballots, all for Joe Biden, were brought to the center in three vehicles at 4 a.m.

In the testimonial, originally posted to Facebook Live, the woman says that people who were there counting ballots throughout the evening were ready to shut down when suddenly a white van, a Chrysler 300 and a Ferarri, pulled up with over 130,000 additional ballots.

“As they started counting the ballots, he was astonished that every single ballot, literally 100 percent of 130,000 ballots, were all Biden ballots that hadn’t been delivered to the precinct before the cut off time,” she explained.

“We literally have people that watched it happen,” she continued. “We have poll challengers that have been barred from being able to go into this room to challenge ballots. We’ve had GOP members removed from the room.”

She explained that there is a large disparity between Democrats and Republicans being allowed into the ballot counting room, ever since the mystery ballots showed up.

The woman explained that the governor and Department of Health and Human Services claimed that the room was over capacity, and that is why they weren’t allowing the proper number of Republican watchers in — which are required to be allowed by law.

Additionally, she said that she has seen and heard about poll contesters that are being harassed and intimidated.

“It’s really heartbreaking that this is what we have stooped to and allowed as a country,” she said. “It is disgusting what is happening in Detroit.”

“It’s about major fraud on a major scale… that was very well organized,” she added.
