Just like Spygate in the US, far-left NGOs are trying to bring down the conservative government of Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel. Israeli representative Ariel Kallner has revealed that these radical anarchist organizations are being funded by the EU – nothing short of a declaration of war on a sovereign state.

The leftist organizations protesting outside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s house in Balfour Street in Jerusalem are financed from abroad, mainly by the EU and Germany, as NGO Monitor’s Itai Reuveni has stated.

On Sept. 30^th, Likud MK and chair of the Caucus on Combating Delegitimization & Anti-Semitism Ariel Kallner wrote to German ambassador Dr. Susanne Wasum-Rainer to complain about German funding for left-wing Human Rights Defenders Fund (HRDF), which provides legal defense to the violent protestors.

„Recent reports in the Israeli media unraveled the (HRDF) legal counsel being provided, among others, to a minority of violent protestants demonstrating in front of the official residence of the Prime Minister of Israel. This minority has been highly criticized for its bellicose behavior, first threatening and oft-injuring police officers, and finally ignoring mask-wearing and social distancing rules, thus endangering general public health,” Kallner wrote.

Writing in Israel National News, EU Parliament Budget Rapporteur Joachim Kuhs (AfD) said, “I am appalled and shocked by these revelations, and will examine this  thoroughly, including the classified files. If these accusations are true, this will be reprimanded in my budget report.”

As Chairman of the Knesset Caucus on Combating Delegitimization, Kallner wrote: “I would like to express my sincere concern about this intervention in Israel’s internal affairs that constitutes an undermining of its sovereignty.”

“I find it inconceivable that the State of Israel would fund legal protection for demonstrators against the German Bundestag, even less a violent minority harming law-enforcement officers and overall public health”, Kallner wrote. “Therefore, I enjoin you to muster the necessary effort in monitoring, tracing and halting the funding for HRDF and other relevant Israeli NGOs.”

In her answer of Oct. 5, German Ambassador Dr. Susanne Wasum-Rainer denied the allegations: “Rest assured that the Federal German Government does not support or fund any violent or illegal activities of civil society organizations, neither in Israel nor in other countries. Any organization or project funded by the Federal German government has successfully passed a thorough and transparent screening process.”

Writing on Facebook, Kallner said the German ambassador’s response “couldn’t be more condescending”: “The only reason why we know how much Germany has passed to the  Human Rights Defenders Fund and other Israeli organizations, is the Israeli transparency law that requires Israeli associations to report support from foreign countries. No stage of the German funding process on its own part – starting with the organization’s choice, or decisions on budget and project – is transparent.”

The pro-Israel Alternative for Germany (AfD) party posed a formal query to the German government July 13, asking how much funding Berlin provides to which NGOs in Israel and the PA. In its answer Aug. 7, the German government answered that this funding is Classified, because “organizations of civil society are victims of threats and repression” in Israel. It was not clear who the German government was accusing of “threats and repression” except for Israeli authorities.

According to NGO Monitor, Human Rights Defenders Fund received €58,940 from the German government 2018. According to the EU Financial Transparency System, HRDF received €299,988  from the EU 2019.

According to press reports, the NGO HaMoked – Center for the Defense of the Individual is also involved in the legal defense of violent anti-Netanyahu protestors. According to NGO Monitor, HaMoked received €884,164 from the tax-funded church charity Misereor Germany in 2018, and €667,049 from the EU.

When German foreign minister Heiko Maas visited Israel in June, angry victim’s families protested German and European financing for HaMoked, which defends terrorists and murderers, as Arutz Sheva reported.

According to NGO Monitor, HaMoked is funded by the EU (2018: €667,049; 2017: €605,615) and by Miseror Germany (2018: €884,164).

The NGO  „Standing Together“, which is organizing the violent protests outside the family home of the Israeli Prime Minister, is also financed by the German government and the party foundations of the German Left and Green parties, Kallner said, based on information from the Israeli Registrar of Associations. „Standing Together“ was funded by the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation (Left Party) with €38.825, the Heinrich Böll Foundation (Greens) with €10,075 and the German government’s Civil Peace Service (ZFD) with €11,200.

ZFD is a project of the German Foreign Aid ministry, which purports to aim to “prevent violence”. According to NGO Monitor ZFD works with the shady lawfare NGO “Society of St. Yves” in Israel, which floods Israeli courts with lawsuits to force illegal Arab settlements in Israeli areas, as Naomi Linder Kahn of Regavim states. The “Society of St. Yves” has been supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Angela Merkel’s Christian Democrats in the past.

Angela Merkel intervened personally with the Israeli government in 2019 to prevent the demolition of illegal Bedouin settlement Khan al Ahmar. On Oct. 19, EU representative in the PA Sven Kühn von Burgsdorff visited a PA school constructed illegally on Israeli territory with EU funding, on a trip sponsored by radical left-wing NGOs B’Tselem and Breaking the Silence,   as the Jerusalem Post reports. B’Tselem and Breaking the Silence are also sponored by the EU, German government and party foundations, as NGO Monitor reports. So the EU helps the PA seize Israeli territory and then sends its representative on a photo op sponsored by radical anti-Israel NGOs.

Sven Kühn von Burgsdorff was highly criticized in Israel in Spring for stating that Palestinian groups on the EU terror list can still apply for funding. NGO Monitor wrote a letter of protest to EU Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen in April. On June 9, Maciej Popowski of the European Commission Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations office replied that “allegations of the EU supporting incitement or terror are unfounded and unacceptable and we strongly object to any such suggestion. Strict monitoring and control mechanisms make sure that all individuals involved in EU funded  actions exclusively pursue the objectives and activities approved for EU funding.”

„If there is clear evidence that any organization has made an inappropriate use of EU funds, the European Commission will take the appropriate measures such as recovery of the funds, exclusion of the entity from future EU financing, prosecution, etc.  The Commission has received recently a number of requests for clarification on the matter. I can assure you that we took immediate action, including asking the EU Head of Delegation to Israel and EU Representative to the West Bank and Gaza Strip to look deeply into the matter. This internal review process is ongoing. If there is any concern, the European Commission would act immediately. Let me also reiterate that there is no terrorism financing from EU funds. If it ever happens, despite all safeguards in place, it will not be tolerated and will have to be rectified,” Popowski wrote to NGO Monitor.

The fact that the EU Representative to the West Bank and Gaza Strip Sven Kühn von Burgsdorff was holding photo ops at illegal PA/EU settlements sponsored by radical anti-Israel, pro-BDS NGOs like B’Tselem and Breaking the Silence would seem to contradict this letter. Perhaps the European Commission does need to “act immediately”.

It is now just a few days until America finally renders its fateful choice for President on on Election Day 2020.  But  Democrat manipulations to buy time to conduct as much voter fraud as possible have made it more like Election MONTH 2020.

As President Donald Trump tirelessly barnstorms the country, firing up voters from all walks of life at increasingly massive rallies that epitomize political Americana, Democrat Joe Biden is staggering around the political stage, desperately hoping to run out the clock and avoid any of the exploding controversy around his treasonous secret business dealings with the communist Chinese, among other appalling revelations.

Biden’s campaign communications team – also known as the entire corporate “mainstream” media and all major social media and information platforms – are scurrying about crazily in an unprecedented suppression and censorship rampage to ensure that the growing body of authenticated evidence of Joe Biden’s active complicity in his son Hunter’s influence pedaling in Ukraine, China and Kazakhstan receives zero coverage, effectively bamboozling the American electorate.

While his cynical media protectorate shields the doddering Delaware Democrat from long-overdue exposure of his appalling corruption and greed, Biden cowers in the basement bunker of his sprawling multimillion dollar estate in Chateau Country, Delaware. Biden’s “campaign” is now pretty basic: no rallies, no press conferences, no exposure to media questions, no impromptu (or any) interaction with actual voters, and not a peep about any of the sludge now bubbling up out of the Biden Crime Family sewer.

Every once in a while Biden’s handlers (controllers) prop him up and drag him out to a contrived platform appearance somewhere in Pennsylvania just a short drive from the Biden bunker/compound, where the cognitively-impaired 78 year old bumbles his way through jumbotron teleprompted remarks to some small highly-screened group of voters, from a safe distance of course (no handshaking, baby kissing, or even elbow bumping), just so his media army can show the world proof of life.

Before going dark (and into hiding) Biden explicitly promised (threatened) to raise taxes (a bit of bravado that didn’t not work out so well for another former Democrat Vice-President running for the top job four years too late, Walter Mondale). In a bit of uplifting optimism, the mask-pusher from Scranton-Claymont predicted a “dark winter” for America – nothing like gloom and doom to inspire a country suffering under Democrat lockdown mania. In short, Biden is doing the worst thing any political candidate can do – he’s sitting on a lead, trying to run out the clock. Biden’s effort is so lifeless and lackluster that I am reminded of something President Nixon used to say to me: “Stone, in politics the only thing worse than being wrong is being boring.”

Donald Trump, by contrast, has stolen (or brilliantly rewritten) a page from the last landslide Republican president, Ronald Reagan, by bombarding Democrat strongholds with an upbeat message of hope and sunny optimism. The endlessly-energetic Trump  lays out his impressive record and reassures voters that, contrary to Joe Biden’s vision of a Dark Winter for America, ‘the best is yet to come.’

Touting his extraordinary record of job creation and wage growth, this president dominates the political stage as a happy warrior, but also one who is equally fearless in excoriating the Democrats and their propaganda fluffers in the corporate mainstream (fake news) media. His tireless come-from-behind effort is interesting, entertaining and inspirational.

His Trump Rallies are becoming the stuff of political legend. But even moreso, they are presidential campaign rocket fuel. While the President draws strength and resolve from the enormous crowds of fired-up Americans who flock to see him, they, in turn, are infused with his infectious energy, moved to action by the confidence and enthusiasm he imparts with his every word and his commanding presence.

Democrats know their candidate is weak and that his ‘supporters’ have the intensity of a room full of dental patients waiting for a tooth extraction. Their sum total of their message is “we hate Trump”, higher taxes, more regulation and a re-constituted reign of error by the Democrats’ bellicose, ossified political lifers, only now with a burgeoning splinter of aggressive proto-communist zealots driving their demagogic ideology.

Desperate Democrat power-seekers and their Trump-deranged RINO fellow travelers know Biden’s lead is dwindling (if he ever really had one, given the Trump-hate media and political class’s pathological inability to utter so much as a breath that does not denigrate or diminish the object of their endless scorn and vicious hatred). The leftist Democrat shock troops are already torquing up their (well-organized, well-funded) mob violence on the streets of New York and Philadelphia – a glimmer of the diabolical plans by which they will to go to any lengths and use any means necessary to defeat Donald Trump…or destroy the country in the process.

They are already in the process of resorting to widespread voter fraud to stop the quickly rising Trump and have troweled up a practical army of at least 600 sleazy lawfare specialists from the bottom of the Democrat lawyer cesspool, eagerly scheming to pressure election boards to ratify various Democrat election-stealing fraud schemes like ballot harvesting. While this noxious army of political ambulance chasers swarm over the land seeking to manufacture delay, disarray and uncertainty until or unless they can rig the defeat of Donald Trump, the Biden Democrat-fomented criminal street mobs will augment this chaos-driven pressure with violent “protests” and destructive riots.

From all of the polling I have examined, this presidential race may be as close as the Bush v Gore race in 2000 and the 1960 contest between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. Bush v. Gore was, of course, resolved in the U.S. Supreme Court. Kennedy versus Nixon was resolved by the magnanimity and patriotic fidelity of Vice-President Richard Nixon. Attorneys for Nixon had already gathered more than enough evidence of widespread and systematic Democrat voter fraud in Illinois and Texas (which was extremely well-documented at the time in a detailed series of articles in The New York Herald Tribune), but Nixon selflessly decided against putting the country through the agony of a divisive, drawn-out legal process to eliminate the fruits of Democrat fraud and honestly determine who was the rightful President. Interestingly, American war hero and straight arrow, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, joined a number of prominent Americans urging Nixon to wage a no holds-barred legal challenge to the questionable victory of Democrat John Kennedy.

If my premonition of a razor-thin margin of victory by one candidate or the other turns out to be accurate, it is absolutely imperative that the Trump Campaign, the Republican National Committee and the “Stop The Steal” organization of Republican lawyers working to ensure the integrity of this election, ready to sort out the what and the who of the Democrats’ election fraud, immediately mobilize around one effort. They must have voters lined up and ready who have standing to file the appropriate legal petitions, pleadings and motions to challenge questionable results and expose fraudulent activities wherever they have occurred. They must be prepared to collect and submit persuasive hard evidence detailing all voter fraud and expose those who planned, paid for, solicited or perpetrated these crimes.

As I said, Democrats have an illegal ballot harvesting plan in full swing and are coordinating with the foreign-funded domestic terror groups BLM and Antifa to foment violence and political instability in order the steal the 2020 election. Behind all of this organized Democrat corruption is a sleazy legal trickster and Democrat hatchet man  named Norm Eisen, who actually wrote a manual or guidebook outlining how he was behind the same type of violent insurrection in other countries – and how he plans to use the same tactics to hijack our election next Tuesday. Eisen’s international trademark is a scenario in which insurrectionist forces engineer various contrivances to loudly contest a national election, while also mobilizing massive protests in support of seizing the election in their favor. These astro-turfed riots are falsely portrayed as “peaceful protests” or acts of civil disobedience, when they are in fact violent destructive mobs.

Eisen wrote a detailed “how to” book for radical revolution, literally called the “Playbook”. This diabolical manual for mass manipulation lays out scenarios for the overthrow of democratically elected governments overseas, which Eisen sought to topple. It includes plans for engineering election fraud scenarios and then using election fraud as the pretext to engineer mass protests intended to cast doubt on the legitimacy of election result.

This un-American slimeball Eisen has been a chief architect of the underhanded, dishonest and even seditious impeachment efforts waged against President Trump, as well as over 180 frivolous or malicious lawsuits against Trump and his political allies. He had already authored ten articles of impeachment against President Trump before the President’s phone call to the President of Ukraine, which Democrats absurdly distorted, misrepresented and inflated into their laughable grounds for impeachment, had even taken place. Eisen was Special Counsel to the Democrats for the impeachment process he had himself engineered.

This ruthless lawyer thug and Democrat zealot Eisen will employ the usual Democrat  lawfare tricks to try to steal or overturn the 2020 election, with street thugs as his Plan B. Republicans must be prepared to fight this effort both in the courts and through mobilization of legitimate peaceful protests.

The big stash of ballots that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar got caught with trace directly to Eisen’s ballot-harvesting operation. This is but one strand in a sprawling vote fraud web which can be traced, and proved if necessary, to similar criminal operations underway in Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia and Arizona.

I firmly believe, and can look to their long history of engaging in it, that Democrat criminals are, and will be, engaging in widespread voter fraud in various forms including mail-in voting abuse, illegal ballot harvesting, multiple votes cast by one individual, votes cast in the name of persons who are deceased or no longer reside in the voting jurisdiction and manipulation of computerized voting machine tabulations. I know that there will be credible evidence of this everywhere it is perpetrated, if for no other reason than, while Democrat masterminds like Eisen may be crafty little manipulators who slither around in the shadows undetected, the average Democrat thug hired, or otherwise willing, to carry out the necessary election fraud tasks is going to reflect the Democrat base in being either sloppy, stupid, or both, and will leave a trail of evidence behind.

The President’s lawyers and a supporting network of diligent attorneys willing to join the fight against this criminal effort to steal the presidency and more, must be prepared and organized to collect and catalog credible evidence showing the Democrats’ systematic vote fraud campaign, while preserving all available legal options to challenge the results, even if (when) the fake news media works overtime to stampede the public into rubber-stamping a fraudulent election, stealing the presidency if not the Congress too.

To pull off their version of a “color revolution”, Democrats and their fake news propaganda machine in mainstream media have set up a cynical diversionary effort. In recent weeks, corporate-owned Democrat shill media has been in overdrive falsely and maliciously smearing and defaming a fraternal organization called the “Proud Boys,” an extraordinarily small group of mostly young men of all races and identities (the national chairman is a black latino of Cuban descent) who are essentially a drinking society. Truly vile Democrat stooges in media have published libelous and slanderous statements falsely labeling these men as “white supremacists.” Having absolutely ZERO evidence to substantiate this defamation, all they do is cite a criminal front group run by leftist zealots called the “Southern Poverty Law Center” or SPLC (an organization whose name is three lies in one).

The radical leftists behind this shady defamation factory disguised as a public interest group are neither neutral nor objective, and are a credible arbiter of absolutely nothing on this planet. They have been a malicious propaganda generator against anyone with views that are anything right of the Chamber of Commerce. This evil organization was essentially setup as a money-making scam for left-wing fundraiser Morris Dees, used to fleece well-intentioned low-dollar liberal donors of their money, thinking they were sending money to fight extremists on the right, like Gerald Ford. Meanwhile, they defame as a Nazi or Klansman anyone who doesn’t actively profess twisted hard left doctrine or bow down before the likes of Elizabeth Warren.

That said, their lies about the Proud Boys have been fodder for a despicable smear campaign by the corporate Democrat media which has progressed to totally-false utterly-fabricated insinuations that the Proud Boys are going to suppress votes by menacing , harassing and assaulting voters at polling places.

I predict here and now that no Trump-supporter anywhere of any kind will in any way intimidate or harass voters at the polls, nor even attempt such conduct. Because the left always accuses their opponents of whatever crimes or treachery in which they are themselves engaged, or planning to engage, I am concerned about the Norm Eisen – Mark Elias – Neal Katyal scheme to steal the 2020 election and the presidency, using Black Lives Matter and Antifa to intimidate and harass Trump voters at the polling places in order to suppress the Trump vote – particularly among older citizens.

The head Democrat election thief Eisen calls his ballot fraud/lawfare/street violence operation (what else?) a “Voter Protection Project”. It is anything but that, but one must acknowledge how clever these liberals can be in their nefarious scheming and scamming.

BLM and Antifa have demonstrated beyond question that they have the numbers, funding, structure and organization to stage such violent suppressive incidents at carefully selected polling locations around the country. The notion that Antifa is, per Joe Biden in the first presidential debate, merely “an idea” or “ideology” and not an actual organization is, aside from being lunacy, disproved by their criminally violent and well-organized actions in recent months. Someone is paying for trucks, buses, U-Hauls and pallets of bricks, as well as the lawyers who show up instantaneously with bail money whenever one of these violent terrorists is arrested.

That America is awash with dark money to fund these terrorist operations and the insurrection they seek to foment is beyond question at this point. These are the thugs who will lead the wave of violence that Mr. Eisen and his cohorts have planned to use the pressure tactic against the vote counters, while Mr. Katyal and his band of manipulative lawyer thugs badger and threaten them with legal maneuvers.

In recent days the Democrat propaganda fake news media juggernaut has taken on the practice of distorting virtually everything I say, ever since the Soviet-style show trial I was put through in Washington D.C. This has only escalated since President’s humanitarian act of justice and mercy, commuting the outlandish sentence slapped on me by the vicious partisan judge who made sure I would never receive a fair trial and sought to incarcerate me immediately in a prison rife with COVID-19 cases, literally putting my life at great risk to sate their partisan malice. The President’s clemency by which I was able to escape certain death in a federal penitentiary has degenerate leftist zealots feeling denied the fruits of their lawless abuses of power and corruption of our courts as their illegitimate tool for political score-settling. Many will surely attack me for revealing the truth in this article.

Since they now twist and distort anything I say publicly, let me state it clearly and unequivocally: I renounce violence of any kind as a solution to any dispute over the outcome of the election taking place just days from now. If there is credible evidence of voter fraud sufficient to distort the election results, and the fake news media and violent shock-troops of the Democrat Party should attempt to stampede the country into accepting the illegitimate election of Joe Biden as president, the dispute must nonetheless be settled in the courts, not in the streets.

Leave it to mainstream media to run a puff piece on the woman caught on hidden video encouraging and engaging in various voter fraud activities. The video, launched by Project Veritas and James O’Keefe, showed Raquel Rodriguez offering to buy people off to vote the way she wanted them to, admitting that Trump was right and that voter fraud was rampant, admitted to bringing in 7000 votes, possibly all fraudulently, and openly admitted that what she’s doing is illegal and she could go to jail for doing it.

Now News 4 San Antonio is running tear jerker stories on Rodriguez in an attempt to gain public sympathy for her.

In the interview, she tries to play it off that she was just lying, “just BS’ing” with the undercover PV operative, and everything was taken out of context. Of course the News 4 reporter, Yami Virgin, has to accuse Project Veritas of working a “coordinated disinformation effort” lie that has been perpetrated by the apparently fake news, New York Times in order to try to discredit the videos.

This is Raquel Rodriguez. She is the woman in the center of what has now become a national story on an alleged voter fraud scheme.

“First, everybody who knows me directly, they know what I do for the community, they know what I do for people, but I’m not like a monster like they make me out to be,” Rodriguez said to us.

In their story, they showed this undercover video of Rodriguez claiming that several candidates had paid her money to engage in various forms of voter fraud, including helping harvest ballots here in Bexar County.

Ballot harvesting is when a third-party gets a complete ballot and delivers it to an election official or a post office.

The allegations were wide ranging, and included ballot harvesting, but also included buying gifts for voters and persuading them to change votes.

“It was just conversation, like the b-s-ing,” Rodriguez claims. “They were pulling me and I was pulling their strings that’s how I saw it. Little did I know what they were doing but I knew something was wrong and I just went with it.”

Now, Rodriguez claims that it was all a lie. But why?

In an exclusive interview Rodriguez gave to the southside live stream show Carpenters Apprentice – Rodriguez claims she was just playing along with the undercover’s game.

“99 percent was bs to make a sale,” Rodriguez claims.

Rodriguez now tells you, the voter, should believe her.

“I expect people to believe me now, I’m here telling you my story, I have nothing to hide anymore,” Rodriguez said.

Earline Andrews has voted in nearly two dozen US elections. Today she told FOX and Friends that she proudly voted for President Trump.

Her niece Rayline Binion, who joined her on the show, told the FOX and Friends Weekend crew that she also proudly voted for President Trump.

The New York Post’s recent revelations (sourced from emails, files, and other documents on Hunter Biden’s laptop) pointing to a massive behind-the-scenes influence-peddling operation involving members of the Biden family (as reported here, here, here, and here) were dramatically confirmed by Tony Bobulinski during an interview with Tucker Carlson on Oct. 27.

Bobulinski, one of Hunter Biden’s business partners, stated that he was vetted by Joe Biden to run the Biden’s China business in two separate meetings. Bobulinski further stated that as part of the initial deal, the Chinese company CEFC which is involved in the partnership with the Bidens, sent $10 million to JP Morgan-Chase to capitalize on the new joint company BHR Partners. Half of the money was the Chicoms’ capitalization investment in BHR, and the other $5 million was provided as an unsecured loan direct to the Biden family. After the money was transferred, BHR was founded to include two U.S. entities: Thornton Group LLC and Rosemont Seneca Partners. (Hunter Biden was a founding partner of the latter.) Bobulinski also stated that his partners James Gilliar and the Biden family also had business dealings in Oman, Luxembourg, Romania, France, and Kazakhstan and that the only qualification they had in those dealings was trading on the Biden name.

Follow the Money

Many independent journalists are examining the obvious corruption and influence-peddling aspects of the scandal as well as Joe Biden’s past denial of knowledge of those activities and their potential impact on the 2020 election. Others, such as Bob Anderson at The Federalist, have been attempting to find out where all the money went. As Anderson reported on Oct. 28:

• While former Vice President Biden did release his federal tax returns from 2016-2019, these are essentially shell documents with no detail regarding the majority of his income earned since leaving office. In total, $13.5 million of Joe and Jill Biden’s $17 million flowed to their tax returns via upstream S corporations CelticCapri Corp (his), and Giacoppa Corp (hers), with more than 90 percent from his entity.
• Prior news reports rationalized the Bidens’ use of S corporations as a means of reducing their Social Security and Medicare taxes, a common tactic of taxpayers with substantial income from non-W-2 sources. At this time, however, we can’t determine if any foreign income was reported through CelticCapri.
• We also don’t know how much income from foreign sources has flowed through Hunter Biden’s bank accounts.
• Multiple law enforcement sources recently confirmed that the FBI seized Hunter Biden’s laptop in late 2019 as part of a federal money laundering investigation, although the agency declined to move forward reportedly based on how the material was obtained.

Where did all the money go from these various Biden family (and associates) foreign business adventures? Did some of that foreign money flow into Joe Biden’s own S corporations? What is the status of the federal money-laundering investigation now that Bobulinski has come forward with his own evidence and files to augment the information found on Hunter Biden’s laptop? Does the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) have records of some of the relevant financial transactions that would be direct evidence of money laundering?

The FinCEN

Here is the original purpose of the FinCEN from the agency’s history posted here as stated in 1970:

Our overall aim is to build a system to combat organized crime and white-collar crime and to deter and prevent the use of secret foreign bank accounts for tax fraud and their use to screen from view a wide variety of criminally related financial activities, and to conceal and cleanse criminal wealth.

The agency was not formally established until 1990 when the mission functions that were dispersed in various Treasury Dept. organizations were consolidated into the FinCEN. The mission was later modified by the 2001 Patriot Act to include requirements to track terrorist funding worldwide. Here is today’s FinCEN mission statement:

The mission of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network is to safeguard the financial system from illicit use, combat money laundering and its related crimes including terrorism, and promote national security through the strategic use of financial authorities and the collection, analysis, and dissemination of financial intelligence.

The FinCEN derives its authority through enforcement of the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970, which was originally passed “to prevent financial institutions from being used as tools by criminals to hide or launder their ill-gotten gains.”

The law requires banks and other financial institutions to provide documentation, such as currency transaction reports, to regulators. Such documentation can be required from banks whenever their clients deal with suspicious cash transactions involving sums of money in excess of $10,000. The act grants authorities the ability to more easily reconstruct the nature of the transactions.

Two key tools are used by the FinCEN to track large and/or suspicious financial transactions: The Currency Transaction Report (CTR), and the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR). CTRs are standard reports by banks and other financial institutions of all transactions over $10,000. SARs are filed when banks and other financial institutions suspect suspicious activity in a given account. The SAR initiates an investigation by the FinCEN, with a goal of identifying bank customers who are involved in money laundering, fraud, or terrorist funding. Banking customers are not required to be informed that CTRs are filed (the CTR is common knowledge and common practice), but a SAR is filed if a customer is informed and then declines to complete the transaction. Here is where it gets interesting:

Not all transactions greater than $10,000 need to be reported with a CTR. Recent legislation has identified certain groups known as “exempt persons.”

The three categories of “exempt persons” are:

• Any bank in the United States.
• Departments or agencies that fall under federal, state, or local governments, including any organization that exercises government authority.
• Any corporation whose stock is traded on the NYSE, Nasdaq, and American Stock Exchange (excluding stocks listed on the Emerging Company Marketplace and under the Nasdaq Small-Cap Issues heading).

Speculation

That “exempt persons” business means that a lot of financial transactions of greater than $10,000, made by customers like the Bidens and their business associates through the exempted groups, are simply not reported. What is the likelihood that SARs are ever initiated by banks doing business with and for U.S. politicians? Probably only those transactions to and from foreign banks known for or suspected of money laundering in countries like those mentioned by Bobulinski in his interview with Tucker Carlson. Luxembourg is a red flag in that regard. Hunter Biden has also been linked to financial transactions with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh, and Chinese nationals. Are there other SARs being examined by the FinCEN as part of the FBI-led joint task force investigating Hunter Biden’s money laundering? Almost certainly. Look for past Latvian and Cyprus bank transactions to be discovered, too.

Then there is this bank transaction record from April 2014 that includes Privat Bank (Ukraine/Burisma). Morgan-Stanley is an investment bank focusing on “capital investments and wealth management” that handled Rosemont Seneca (Hunter Biden’s company). These payments from Privat were recorded monthly.

Here’s a statement from April 2014 showing transactions received from Privat (Hunter’s monthly Burisma retainer fee) and also Deutsche Bank (Germany). Note the latter transaction is more than $3 million. What was the original source of those funds? Kazakhstan? Or was that part of the $3.5 million received from the wife of the former mayor of Moscow?

What other bank records are there that show Hunter Biden’s financial transactions with different foreign banks? What previously filed SARS on Chinese financial transactions with the Bidens does the FinCEN have in hand? There is an active investigation currently underway to unravel the money laundering operations that may have supported the Bidens’ overseas business empire. And the FinCEN has everything.

In reality, the FinCEN collects ALL financial data: holdings, transfers, income, outflow, savings account data (virtually EVERYONE’S savings and expenditures). It was being collected worldwide long before NSA started vacuuming up phone and internet data. How is this information collected? Some is cooperative through treaties via CTRs and SARs while others are collected through NSA general collections, which are automatically scoured for banking data. In hostile or non-cooperative countries, the monthly data is turned over via recruited assets and forwarded to the receiving U.S. agencies. This kind of collection is important and is one of the reasons HUMINT (human intelligence) will never be obsolete. The financial collections run alongside collections of phone/cell data. (Referred to as “tapes” due to the media when the programs started, but now usually hard drives or via insertion of Trojan Horse “taps.”) Correlating the two collection streams is undoubtedly the kind of investigative action that is well underway by that joint FBI task force — with FinCEN participation.

The 2016 movie The Accountant, starring Ben Affleck as an autistic hitman, provided a stylized Hollywood version of FinCEN operations and capabilities. Some $2 trillion worth of FinCEN files from 2000-2017, however, were recently leaked that gave a real glimpse into how criminals move and launder money through the international banking system. There is a high probability that some of those files contained information linked to key figures in the U.S. political class. But those 2,500 or so files that were leaked are only a tiny fraction of what the FinCEN has in its databases. What else does the FinCEN have that can connect the dots on the financial transactions of the Biden family’s overseas businesses? Did Joe Biden’s S corporations receive any of that foreign money?

The Bottom Line

There is a LOT of financial transaction information available at the FinCEN, and the real task is compiling it in a way that correlates those transactions and associated personal communications to illuminate the scheme and plan(s) being executed by the perpetrators. The status of the money laundering investigation involving the Bidens must be publicly pursued by the Senate Banking, Homeland Security, and Judiciary Committees after the election. After the nearly year-long investigation by the FBI’s joint task force, some conclusions should be available and forthcoming to the public. (Developing)
