North Carolina governor caught on hot mic telling Joe Biden they’ll drag disgraced Senate candidate across the line

The Democratic governor of North Carolina was caught on a hot microphone moment telling presidential candidate Joe Biden that they would drag a disgraced candidate across the line to keep a seat in the Democratic column.

Gov. Roy Cooper was meeting with Biden on the campaign trail when the comments were accidentally caught.

Cal Cunningham’s campaign to unseat Republican Sen. Thom Tillis was roiled when inappropriate texts between him and a Californian public relations strategist were published. Cunningham is married with two children.

Cooper promised Biden that they would drag him across the line in the election despite the "frustrating" scandal.

"Thanks for coming out, you didn’t have to do this," Biden said in the video as they are both wearing masks.

"No I wanted to, I wanted to express my strong support for you, and I think we’re all going to get across the line," said Cooper in the video on the tarmac. "I think Cal’s going to get across the line, too."

Biden’s reply is unintelligible in the video.

"I know that’s frustrating, but we’ll get it across," Cooper responded.

Cunningham addressed the texts and apologized to the voters and his family, but said that he would stay in the race.

"I have hurt my family, disappointed my friends, and am deeply sorry," Cunningham said in a statement on Oct. 2.

"The first step in repairing those relationships is taking complete responsibility, which I do," he continued. "I ask that my family’s privacy be respected in this personal matter. I remain grateful and humbled by the ongoing support that North Carolinians have extended in this campaign, and in the remaining weeks before this election I will continue to work to earn the opportunity to fight for the people of our state."

Later, the sexting partner told the Associated Press that she and Cunningham had an intimate physical relationship in addition to the text exchanges.

Then, allegations emerged of a second affair between Cunningham and an unidentified woman in a separate report from National File on Oct. 5.

Polls showed Cunningham still remained ahead of Tillis even after the damaging sexting scandal.

North Carolina’s Senate race is the most expensive Senate race ever, with more than $242 million spent on ads, according to Advertising Analytics, the Associated Press reported.

The report by the Senate Finance and Homeland Security Committees was released last month and it was devastating.

Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Yelena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.

Until today we didn’t know why Yelena Baturina paid Hunter millions of dollars.

OAN reporter Jack Posobiec has the answer.

Jack Posobiec met up with Matthew Tyrmand, the investigative reporter who had received a tranche of emails from Hunter Biden’s associate.

According to emails and documents, Yelena Baturina laundered funds into the US in avoidance of sanctions, Devon Archer claimed the firm received $200 million.

The New York Post is publishing separate emails found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop which revealed a massive pay-to-play scheme involving Joe Biden.

Rapper 50 Cent has taken to Twitter to endorse President Trump after losing his mind over the Biden-Harris tax plan, which would result in a top tax rate of 62% in New York City.

"WHAT THE F*CK! (VOTE ForTRUMP)  IM OUT," tweeted the rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III. "F*CK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway," he added.

"I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya fucking mind."

The New York-based rapper may want to reconsider his opinion of Trump, however – as the president received the NAACP’s Ellis Island Medal of Honor in, while then-Senator Joe Biden worried in 1977 about his children growing up in a ‘racial jungle’ if schools were desegregated, before going on to write the 1994 crime bill which would incarcerate record numbers of blacks for petty crimes.

If Biden wins, 50 might want to buy a few more Lamborghinis to stow his cash.

FNC’s Baier: Hunter Biden’s Emails Unlikely to Be a Question at Next Presidential Debate


Anchor Bret Baier said Monday on Fox News Channel’s “The Daily Briefing” that presidential debate moderator NBC News White House correspondent Kristen Welker will not ask about Hunter Biden’s emails. Therefore, it will be up to President Donald Trump.

Perino said, “There’s this other issue that Peter Doocy just mention that Joe Biden hasn’t responded to questions about the emails that were found on laptops purported to be Hunter Biden’s. Now it doesn’t seem like Joe Biden will be taking any questions before the debate this Thursday. So how do you think this will play out? Can they starve this story to death?”

Baier said, “Listen, it requires other news organizations to cover it, and that really hasn’t been picked up outside of a few.”

Perino said, “The CBS News reporter was the one that asked him and got that kind of blow-off from Joe Biden the other night.”

Baier said, “Yeah, but I don’t know if CBS has done an in-depth look at the emails or the authenticity or the whole story, they may be asked the question. I haven’t seen the piece that they’ve done about it. Obviously, The New York Post is following up on it. I think in the debate, it likely won’t be a question from the moderator Kristen Welker.”

He added, “I’m sure that the president is going to bring it up. His people are already saying that he will. Listen, it all matters about how this all comes together. It can be authenticated. We have at least one email where the people on the email chain received it. They say May of 2017. You have the Director of National Intelligence saying it’s not a Russian disinformation campaign for operation. That’s what he said on air this morning. So you have pieces of this puzzle, but still not a full puzzle.”

Trump Announces Sudan’s Removal From Terror List, Paving Way For Israel Peace Deal

President Trump indicated via a Tweet Monday afternoon that he is removing Sudan from the official terror blacklist as the Arab League nation is inching closer toward normalizing ties with Israel.

The president indicated that Sudan, which has long been on the list based on allegations of providing covert support to Islamic militants that have carried out attacks on Americans, has agreed to set aside $335 million for payments for American victims of terrorism in the region.

For example, Washington would later blame Sudan in part for funding operations related to the deadly al-Qaeda twin bombings of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998, which had killed 224 people, including 12 Americans. Another 5,000 people were injured in the major attacks. Sudan was known have given safe-haven to Osama bin Laden at one point.

This means Sudan is likely to become the third Arab League member state to normalize ties with Israel, after the UAE and Bahrain inked historic, unprecedented agreements to establish peaceful diplomatic relations and economic cooperation. 

The timing is also crucial, given that just weeks before the Nov.3 election, the White House could tout this as a major foreign policy win.

Talks between Sudan and Israel have been underway for some time, but full diplomatic recognition has recently been stalled after Sudan officials accused the US of threatening the country with remaining on the terrorism list if it didn’t accept the normalization deal with Israel. 

Sudan has been on the State Department’s list going all the way back to 1993, amid the lengthy rule of strongman Omar al-Bashir, who was toppled by Sudanese Army coup d’état in 2019.

During the post-9/11 ‘war on terror’ Sudan became under even more scrutiny.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Sudanese Governing Council Chairman Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan will are expected to meet in Uganda.

Concerning the 1998 embassy bombings, Voice of America has recently detailed that "Leading up to the attacks, the Sudanese government harbored the al-Qaeda militants, providing them with Sudanese passports and allowed them to transport weapons and money across the border into Kenya."

"Sudan had also given safe haven to Osama Bin Laden leading the U.S. State Department to place the country on a list of state sponsors of terrorism in 1993," the report underscored.

The image and another from Joe Biden’s ceremonial office ran in a Russia Today broadcast in 2014.

The room in this photo which ran in the Russia Today segment appears to be the Vice President’s ceremonial office.

Documents released last week by The New York Post show that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

The footage is from Russia Today back in 2014 when Russia went to war with Ukraine.

The attorneys for Rosemont Seneca Partners — Hunter Biden and Devon Archer’s company — later wrote Burisma and told them to remove the photo from their webpage!!

Here is a copy of that letter.

Devon Archer was convicted of misusing proceeds from a $60 million bond sale involving the Oglala Sioux Tribe.

Supreme Court Rejects Republican Challenge to Pennsylvania Vote-by-Mail Changes; 4-4 Split; Roberts Sides with Liberals


The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a Republican application to stay the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to grant the Democratic Party’s request to make several changes to mail-in voting that critics have decried as vulnerable to fraud.

As Breitbart News reported last month, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled … that ballots received three days after Election Day will still be counted — even if there is no evidence they were postmarked on time.”

Republicans sought a stay.

The Supreme Court, however, split 4-4 on the request, leaving the decision of the lower court in place. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the Court’s liberal minority; the remaining four conservative justices sided with the Republican request.

The Court currently has only eight justices, due to the passing last month of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

President Donald Trump has nominated Judge Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ginsburg.

In an interview with Breitbart News Daily earlier this month, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) pointed out the need to have a ninth judge before the election to decide close election cases.

Cruz said Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s possible confirmation to the Supreme Court would provide the ninth justice needed to avoid a four-four division over post-election legal battles.

“It’s one of the reasons why it is so important that the Senate confirm Judge Barrett, because if the Supreme Court only has eight justices, eight justices can divide four to four,” Cruz noted. “An equally divided court has no authority to decide anything. So if we have this chaos of litigation, if the Supreme Court is equally divided, there is no resolution and we’re in a constitutional crisis.”

Cruz warned, “If the Supreme Court is divided four-four, there is no answer. You just sty in the chaos, and and that’s why I think it is so important to have fully functioning court.”

Cruz concluded, “There were four justices in Bush versus Gore that were happy to say keep on recounting, keep counting until you find find more Al Gore votes, and that’s dangerous.”

Barrett is expected to be voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee this week and to be confirmed by the full Senate next week.

Pennsylvania is considered a key battleground state in the 2020 presidential election.

Court Rules Ghislaine Maxwell Can’t Keep Epstein Deposition Details Secret


Ghislaine Maxwell will not be allowed to keep details secret regarding previous a deposition she gave about her relationship with deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, a U.S. appeals court ruled Monday.

Reuters reports:

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said there was a presumption the public had a right to see the April 2016 deposition, which was taken in a now-settled civil defamation lawsuit by Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s accusers. In its unsigned order, the appeals court also said U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska in Manhattan did not abuse her discretion in rejecting Maxwell’s “meritless arguments” that her interests superseded that presumption. Lawyers for Maxwell did not immediately respond to requests for comment, including whether they plan a further appeal.

Maxwell was arrested in July on charges related to the sexual abuse of young women by Epstein and has since been held at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. She pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Monday’s ruling comes after the attorney general of the U.S. Virgin Islands subpoenaed flight logs listing the names of all the people transported on Epstein’s aircrafts — a development that has sparking panic among the elite who once socialized with the deceased investor.

U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George has filed a lawsuit against the Epstein estate, accusing it of human trafficking, aggravated rape, and prostitution, the Mirror previously reported. George has sought “complaints or reports of potentially suspicious conduct” written by Epstein’s pilots.

Among Epstein’s most famous guests aboard his private jet is allegedly former President Bill Clinton, Fox News said in May 2016.

Clinton has denied he ever visiting Epstein’s Caribbean residence.
