A six-year-old boy’s mom says his femur is “shattered” after a Labor Day shooting in Mayor Bill de Blasio’s (D) New York City.
The New York Postreports that Maxwell Cesc-Dinho, was shot around 3 a.m. “near Crown Street and Nostrand Avenue,” while exiting a cab with his mother.
The shooting that wounded Maxwell occurred “just a short distance from J’ouvert celebrations,” and was the result of two people firing into a crowd, ABC 7 reports.
The bullet that struck Maxwell went through both of his legs, ripping the muscle in one leg and striking the femur in the other.
He had to have surgery. “[The] surgery went well. They had to give him some antibiotics and stuff, but he’s doing a lot better,” his mother said.
The mother was also received a gunshot wound to her foot.
She reacted to the shooting by lamenting what she sees as a loss of morality among the youth. She said, “Young people are at a loss. I’m a Christian, and I truly believe that as adults, we need to get kids back into church and raise them with morals.”
She added, “That’s what a lot of young people don’t have — they don’t have morals, they don’t have values for life and I think that’s a lot of what’s going on.”

Portland police arrested dozens of rioters in the city over last weekend’s protests, which were dominated by Antifa activity and continued violence against police officers.
Over 50 people were arrested as a result of Saturday’s protests in the Democrat-run city. Demonstrators tossed firebombs, rocks, and commercial grade fireworks at police. Fifteen more were arrested in the protests taking place the following night, as rioters set fires and blocked roads.
Journalist Andy Ngo posted several mugshots of the most recent arrestees, many of whom were quickly released without bail.
Deidra Rose Watts, formerly known as David, was among those arrested on Sunday. Watts is reportedly “part of the #antifa press crew” and has since been released without bail.
Similarly, Gerald Kohler, 19, and Lucas Angell-Atchison, 25, were also arrested as a result of last weekend’s protests, and both were quickly released without bail as well:

In September of 2018, Sen. Kamala Harris smeared then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh with decades-old sexual assault allegations by Christine Blasey Ford, despite the fact that all witnesses in the ‘case’ – including a lifelong friend, disputed her account.
Fast forward 24 months to Monday, when Harris spoke with accused rapist Jacob Blake – who was paralyzed after being shot four times by a Kenosha, WI police officer while reaching for a weapon during an attempted arrest for violating a restraining order for an alleged sexual assault to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Harris spoke with Blake’s family, and Blake from his hospital bed, telling the accused rapist she was ‘proud’ of him, according to the family’s attorney, Ben Crump.
According to the probable cause statement on May 3, 2020 a Kenosha police officer responded to the very same address where Blake was shot at on August 24, 2020 for a report that an ex-boyfriend had broken into the residence and stole vehicle keys, a vehicle debit card before fleeing.
The complainant is listed in the report only by initials met with officers, crying, visible shaken and dressed only in a nightgown.
The victim explained to police the previous evening she had left at approximately 8pm to attend a party in Milwaukee and had rented a vehicle for the weekend because she didn’t think her vehicle would make it up there and back because of mechanical issues.
The victim said she had her sister spend the night and watch her kids when she was gone.
She said she returned back home at about 4.11am, her sister was sleeping in the living room on the couch with numerous children. She said she took her son with her into the first bedroom down the hallway and went to sleep.
The report states at about 6am the victim was woken up by Jacob Blake.
Blake was standing over her saying, ‘I want my sh*t.’ As the victim laid on her back, Blake, ‘suddenly and without warning, reached his hand between her legs, penetrated her vaginally with a finger, pull it out and sniffed it, and said, ”Smells like you’ve been with other men.”
The officer noted in the report the victim had a very difficult time telling him this and cried as she told how the defendant (Blake) assaulted her and then the defendant immediately left the bedroom.
Meanwhile, in 2015, Blake was arrested after allegedly pulling a handgun at a Racine County bar, resisting arrest, and becoming combative during a traffic stop.
And Kamala Harris, who would be a heartbeat away from the presidency if Biden wins in November, is proud of this man.

Less than two weeks ago, during a news conference, Breitbart News asked Garcetti if he was “sticking with his version of the ‘Green New Deal’ for the city despite electricity blackouts elsewhere in the state due to the inadequacy of solar and wind power at peak demand.”
Oh. Hell. Yes, he said — in so many words.
According to our reporting at the time, “He said he was confident that the city’s solar and wind power projects would meet L.A.’s needs because they were also building battery storage capacity. And he said that the recent wildfires across the state proved the need to continue efforts to reduce the impacts of climate change.”
Pathetic.

Joe Biden’s former White House stenographer said the vice president’s public speaking ability has deteriorated significantly since leaving office to the point where he’s "not the same Joe Biden."
"It is a complete difference from what he was in 2017," Mike McCormick, who worked as a White House stenographer for 15 years and with Biden from 2011 to 2017, told the Washington Free Beacon in an interview. "He’s lost a step and he doesn’t seem to have the same mental acuity as he did four years ago."
"He doesn’t have the energy, he doesn’t have the pace of his speaking," McCormick said. "He’s a different guy."
McCormick’s recent book Joe Biden Unauthorized recounts his time working with Biden and takes a critical look at the former vice president, including the time he says Biden was "humiliated" by Russia’s Vladimir Putin in 2011.
McCormick—who often traveled with Biden and transcribed his speeches, public conversations with foreign leaders, and off-the-record media briefings for the official White House record—said the vice president had a talent for connecting with audiences when he was in office and almost always veered off script from his pre-written speeches. Biden’s physical stamina and cognitive health have come under scrutiny during the 2020 election, due to a series of speaking appearances in which the 77-year-old has appeared to lose his train of thought, struggled to finish a sentence, or forgotten where he is.
"He’d just make a big joke out of it, and go straight from the hip. And notice, he’s not doing that anymore," he said. "He read that [Democratic National Committee speech] verbatim … it’s not Joe Biden anymore."
The Biden campaign did not respond to a request for comment.
McCormick said Biden also seems to get "lost" during interviews now, a problem he said seems more pronounced since leaving the White House.
In recent interviews, Biden seems to have been reading directly from a teleprompter when answering questions, including instructions from his staff, such as "END QUOTE" and "TOPLINE MESSAGE."
He has also made odd statements, telling one online audience that when he was a patient at Walter Reed Hospital, the nurses would "breathe in my nostrils to make me move."
President Trump has nicknamed him "Sleepy Joe," and the Trump campaign released a video ad last month suggesting that he is suffering from cognitive decline.
While McCormick says Biden was a more articulate speaker in the White House, his tendency to ramble sometimes caused him problems with foreign adversaries.
During Biden’s first visit with then-Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in March 2011, McCormick said the former KGB leader "publicly humiliated" the vice president by cutting off his microphone during their press conference—an incident that McCormick said never made it into media coverage of the trip.
Biden’s staffers at the time "made a big deal about how Putin really dominated the conversation [with] Obama" in a prior meeting, said McCormick. They indicated that Biden, with his decades of Senate foreign policy experience, wasn’t going to let Putin get the upper hand.
But during the public portion of the meeting in Moscow—as Biden launched into a soliloquy about his visits to Russia during the Cold War—his microphone was abruptly cut off mid-sentence, the press lighting was switched off, and Putin’s aides ushered the media out of the room, said McCormick.
"[Putin’s] message was unmistakable: I’m in charge of the room, I’m in charge of my country, and I’m in charge of the reset," wrote McCormick in his book. "As you might imagine, the vice president’s staffers were furious with the Russians. I was instructed to have the transcript reflect how the vice president had been cut off in mid sentence."
The official White House transcript of the meeting includes the sudden ending: "VICE PRESIDENT BIDEN: There’s a reason, Mr. Prime Minister. Mr. Prime Minister, I’ve been around a long time. The first time I was here—the second time I was here, I was meeting with President Brezhnev. We were trying to pass SALT II—END"
"He basically got body slammed by Putin, really. I mean, I don’t know how else to describe it," McCormick told the Free Beacon. "To me it was like, here’s our great foreign policy expert and he just got punk’d. And Vladimir Putin just had no fear or respect for him."
A 12-year-old Colorado Springs seventh grader was suspended after he allegedly lifted a toy gun into view while moving it from one place to another during his virtual class.
KDVR reports that the boy, Isaiah Elliot, was in virtual class August 27, 2020, for Grand Mountain school when an art teacher saw the gun “flash” across the screen.
The teacher told the school principal about seeing the gun, and the principal, in turn, suspended Isaiah and called the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Newsweek reports that Isaiah was suspended for five days over the incident.
The sheriff’s report on the incident indicates the art teacher “assumed it was a toy gun but was not certain.” The gun appears to have been an airsoft toy gun with black grips, which is used to shoot rubber BBs. The gun had a green slide that said, “Zombie Hunter”.
KDVR reported Isaiah’s mom, Dani, claimed the school did not notify her that the sheriff had been called until deputies were already on their way to the family’s home.
Dani said, “For them to go as extreme as suspending him for five days, sending the police out, having the police threaten to press charges against him because they want to compare the virtual environment to the actual in-school environment is insane.”
Isaiah’s father, Curtis, said that the sheriff showed him a replay of video showing Isaiah and the toy gun. Curtis indicated the video showed Isaiah “sitting at home on his sofa when he momentarily picks up the toy gun on the right side of where he’s sitting and moves it to his left side, not realizing that in the process his teacher and fellow students saw him move the gun across the computer screen.”
Curtis said, “[The toy gun] just flashed across the school computer screen for maybe one or two seconds at the most.”

Twitter slapped warning labels on several of President Trump’s tweets on Thursday after the tweets encouraged voters who submitted ballots by mail to visit their polling stations on Election Day in order to verify their vote had been counted. Twitter deemed the messages a violation of its policy against advocating illegal election activity.
Preventing users from reading the posts without first viewing a warning that the tweet “violated the Twitter rules about civic and election integrity,”the social media behemoth conveniently neglected to disclose its partnership with two groups financed by leftist donors deeply involved in voter participation efforts, including drives pushing mail-in balloting.
In light of concerns that use of mail-in voting without voter identification would allow for rampant fraud, Trump’s tweets encouraged voters who submitted ballots by mail to verify their vote had indeed been counted.
In a thread of tweets, the president suggested signing and mailing in ballots as early as possible, and then suggested going to the polls to verify the mail-in vote had been counted. “VOTE,” he wrote, adding that it “is a citizen’s right to do”:
Based on the massive number of Unsolicited & Solicited Ballots that will be sent to potential Voters for the upcoming 2020 Election, & in order for you to MAKE SURE YOUR VOTE COUNTS & IS COUNTED, SIGN & MAIL IN your Ballot as EARLY as possible. On Election Day, or Early Voting,..
Writing in the second and last tweets on the issue, Trump continued:

Twitter blocked the visibility of the last two tweets, stating:

Twitter neglected to disclose that it is a “Premier Partner” of Vote Early Day, an election advocacy group that educates voters about their option to cast ballots prior to Election Day, including via vote-by-mail, as Breitbart News previously reported.
Analysts have posited that proposals such as vote-by-mail help the Democrat Party, as left-wing operatives have adoptedmeans such as paying homeless voters, taking advantage of the elderly, posing as registered voters, and printing counterfeit ballots.
With mail-in voting making authentication more difficult, fears abound over the prospect of large-scale voter fraud, especially due to past mishaps.
Referring to mail-in voting without checks and balances or the requirement of providing identification as “a national ballot harvesting,” Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA) recentlyexplained how “the Democrats are trying to use the postal service as a way to steal the upcoming election.”
“Ballots will be sent out to people who have been deceased for years and years,” Hice said. “That is an ingredient for absolute disaster and fraud in every way.”
Vote Early Day’s homepage promotes mail-in balloting, telling potential voters that “more states are adopting additional Vote Early options, such as vote-by-mail, and we are expecting these changes to increase voter turnout. We want everyone to know their options.”
The organization even suggests voters “throw a party or parade” so “friends can come together to fill-in their mail-in ballots.”
The website states:
Through parties at the polls and community parades to early voting sites, organizations across the country will inspire more Americans to vote early. Even in states without in-person early voting, friends can come together to fill-in their mail-in ballots.
The group’s mission statement includes mail-in options [emphasis added]:
When Americans vote early, they ensure that last minute problems will not prevent them from casting their ballots – and help shorten voting lines on Election Day for everyone. But voting early rules – both for in-person and by-mail options – vary widely all over the country, causing confusion and preventing voters from casting their ballots. We’re here to make voting early easier. Given our current conditions with COVID-19, having multiple options to safely cast your ballot is critical.
Vote Early Day openly states it is supported by one organization: “Vote Early Day is a holiday for all Americans supported by a project at New Venture Fund.”
The New Venture Fund (NVF) is, in turn, managed under an administrative agreement with the shadowy, massively funded Arabella Advisors strategy company which pushes the interests of wealthy leftist donors.
Arabella specializes in sponsoring countless dark money pop-up organizations advocating progressive policies and designed to look like grassroots activist groups, as exposed in a recent extensive report by conservative watchdog Capital Research Center.
Billionaire activist George Soros’s Open Society documents that it provided financing to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, one of four nonprofits run by Arabella Advisors, another being the NVF. Arabella nonprofits also evidence close financial workings with initiatives for the Democracy Alliance, another network of highly influential donors, including Soros.
Other listed media companies that are “Premier Partners” of Vote Early Day are BuzzFeed, MTV, Univision, and USA Today.
More “Premier Partners” include leftist groups such as the League of Women Voters, the Democracy Fund, Alliance for Youth Organizing, and Rise.
Becoming a “Premier Partner” for Vote Early Day, as Twitter did, requires activism on the part of each partner organization, including a commitment to the following (below are all direct quotes):
Agree to include their name or logo in public materials (e.g. press release and website);
Share their Vote Early Day activation plans with the Steering Committee in advance;
Report back successes and feedback;
Commit to a flagship on-the-ground activation, mobilize a national network of at least 50 partners, or reach 1 million people through digital or platform integrations
Vote Early Day is not Twitter’s sole involvement in election advocacy.
The social media giant, along with Google and Facebook, is also a 2020 partner for the National Voter Registration Day, which claims it “wants to make sure everyone has the opportunity to vote.”
The National Voter Registration Day also pushes mail-in ballots, saying it seeks to educate citizens to “request mail-in ballots, learn about early voting options, and more.”
Amid the coronavirus pandemic, National Voter Registration Day says it is working on “incorporating supplemental resources and messaging in our toolkits, posters, and trainings about how to vote by mail.”
The National Voter Registration is sponsored by the Democracy Fund, a charitable foundation created by eBay founder and liberal billionaire Pierre Omidyar.
Omidyar’s self-styled “philanthropic investment firm,” the Omidyar Network, is also a funder of the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) at the Poynter Institute for Media Studies, which has partnered with Facebook to draft principals in an initiative to help determine whether a certain news story is “disputed.”
The Omidyar Network has partnered with the Open Society on projects, and it has given grants to third parties using the Soros-funded Tides Foundation as a “fiscal sponsor.” Tides is one of the largest donors to left-wing causes in the U.S.
Breitbart News extensively reported a slew of other progressive groups tied to Soros money who have been working overtime to push mail-in voting.
This is not the first time Twitter has labeled Trump’s tweets concerning mail-in ballots while failing to disclose its partnership with two groups financed by leftist donors that are engaged in a massive voter participation effort, including drives pushing mail-in balloting.
Breitbart News previously reported in late May that Twitter, for the first time, put a fact-check label on tweets from Trump, using the controversial tactic to label messages in which the president claimed there is “no way” that “mail-in ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent.”
Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG) sent a memo to employees on Friday announcing the members of an “inclusion committee” that will shape the makeup and culture of the company, as well as the content it produces, according to a copy of the memo obtained by The Daily Wire.
UFEG is a subsidiary of NBCUniversal and includes the animation studio DreamWorks, the film studio Universal Pictures, as well as several other influential entertainment shops. The memo, which was sent to UFEG staff, as well as to the employees of its affiliates, outlined its push to “increase diversity, equity and inclusion” company-wide.
UFEG studios are major players in the movie industry. Though it was not owned by NBCUniversal at the time, DreamWorks put out “How to Train Your Dragon” in 2010 and the succession of hits in the “Shrek” series. Since it was bought by NBCUniversal in 2016, the animation studio has created “The Boss Baby,” released in 2017, and “How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” in 2019.
The memo said the company will focus on five “pillars” of their agenda of diversity and inclusion: workforce strategies and practices, culture and belonging, creative partners and storytelling, business partners and practices, and social transformation. The company says that it will begin making business and partnering decisions based off its goals of diversity and inclusion as well.
One of the company’s aims is to “create strategies and leverage existing NBCU resources to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are implemented in how core business is conducted, including vendors, consultants and business partners,” the memo says.

YouTube Removing Videos By Well-Liked Chemist And Pseudoscience-Debunker ‘Thunderf00t’ Tyler Durden

The name "Thunderf00t" is the alias of Phil Mason, a British chemist and video blogger who has become well-known for posting YouTube videos that criticize, among other things, pseudoscience. We have written about him here, specifically, for debunking several of Elon Musk’s worst ideas (i.e. Musk’s rocket roadster and his Boring Company tunnel idea).
His day job is as a scientist in the field of chemistry and biochemistry at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. His tongue in cheek, yet starkly accurate criticisms, have earned him over 950,000 subscribers on YouTube and an aggregate total of more than 220 million views.
And now, YouTube appears to have had enough of him.
Mason has once again taken to the platform and posted a video on Thursday of this week explaining that several of his videos exploring and debunking various theories about the coronavirus had been taken down off the site.
"So, YouTube has deleted another one of my videos – just, zoom – gone!" Mason starts out by saying. He says the videos are being pulled down without YouTube issuing him strikes.
Mason said that YouTube has pulled down 3 videos in two months for "debunking coronavirus conspiracy theories".

"They’ve been storing ammonium nitrate for 10 years, just so they could blow it up now?" he asks.
"Meanwhile the doctor makes these claims in a gazillion videos," Mason says, "and his videos are still up".
Mason explains his other videos have been taken down for debunking "idiots who don’t know anything about science".
"What are you boys on?" he asks YouTube.
Regardless of your thoughts on whether or not Mason is on the right side of the arguments he is making, one can’t ignore what appears to be a growing, asymmetric, strong arm of censorship that continues to protrude from the country’s top tech titans.
Heading into the election, we have already seen Twitter censor the President, Facebook mull the ideas of pulling down news articles and now, once again, YouTube selecting which global experts are allowed to have a say in matters of current events.
Facebook Removes ‘Patriot Prayer’ Pages Days After Member Killed By "100% Antifa" Gunman Tyler Durden

As Mark Zuckerberg continues to cave to the ‘woke mob’ driving the corporate advertiser boycott of his business, Facebook has reportedly removed several pages related to the "Patriot Prayer" group, a conservative group that has been routinely identified as "white supremacist" by left-wing reporters with an agenda.
Described by RT as "a mainstay at pro-gun rallies and street protests", the group received attention from the national media last weekend when a rumored member was shot and killed by a man who described himself as "100% Antifa" in an interview. The shooter, Michael Forest Reinoehl, was himself shot and killed by police after confessing to the shooting in an interview with – who else? – Vice News.
A Facebook spokesman told Reuters the company pulled the pages as part of “ongoing efforts to remove Violent Social Militias from our platform." That’s presumably a reference to street brawls between members of the group and armed left-wing groups.
Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson tweeted about the victim, addressing him by the name "Jay", and claiming to have known him through the group. Gibson’s own personal page was also caught up in the ban.
He raged at Facebook for the timing of the ban: "Antifa groups murdered my friend while he was walking home, and instead of the multibillion dollar company banning Portland antifa pages they ban Patriot Prayer and myself,” Gibson said in a statement on Friday. “People can sign up at PatriotPrayerUSA.com for future events."
Facebook updated its policies last month, promising to ban any groups who "pose significant risks to public safety, including offline anarchist groups that support violent acts amidst protests, US-based militia organizations and QAnon."
While Facebook says it removed over 980 groups, 520 pages and 160 ads from the platform under the new guidelines, including “some who may identify as Antifa,” conservative critics argue the bans skew in one direction and largely target those right-of-center, despite the platform’s claims of impartiality.
The shooting in Portland hasn’t gotten nearly as much media attention as a shooting allegedly perpetrated by 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who had ‘blue lives matter’ posts on his social media pages – prompting the media to label him a white supremacist as well.

Zuckerberg has been doing everything he can to appease the growing crowd of pundits blaming him for single-handedly destroying American democracy by hoodwinking the American people into electing Trump. All of this, of course, was orchestrated by the grand puppetmaster himself, Vladimir Putin. Earlier this week, he announced a ban on "new" political ads during the final week before the election, a completely technical and, as far as we can tell, uunremarkable, change that serves only to stand as evidence that the company "did something" to take on this imaginary threat.
