Psaki Won’t Answer If Biden Supports ‘Unlimited Number’ Of Unaccompanied Minors Coming Entering U.S.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki refused to answer a question about whether Democrat President Joe Biden takes “any accountability” for the border crisis that is unfolding on his watch and refused to state whether the administration supports an “unlimited number” of unaccompanied minors illegally entering the U.S.

“A lot of Americans are saying that, you know, the surges are happening under President Biden’s watch after he reversed some previous policies,” CBS reporter Weijia Jiang said. “So does the administration take any accountability for what’s happening?”

Instead of answering the question, Psaki immediately deflected, demanding to know who the Americans were who were saying that. When Jiang highlighted that Trump was one of the people who was pointing out that the crisis is unfolding on Biden’s watch, Psaki snapped back that the Biden administration does not listen to the former president.

Fox News reporter Kristen Fisher asked Psaki if there were “any discussions” going on inside the administration about reversing the policy “of allowing all unaccompanied children in the United States.”

“Nope,” Psaki responded.

“None at all?” Fisher responded. “So I guess is the plan then to take in and safely and humanely find a home for an unlimited number of unaccompanied children?”

Psaki refused to answer whether Biden supporters letting in an “unlimited number of unaccompanied children,” and instead suggested that people needed to “as human beings” have more compassion for the unaccompanied minors who are “overwhelming the administration’s stretched resources,” according to a report.

“These kids are coming, they are fleeing prosecution, they are fleeing difficult circumstances in their home country,” Psaki responded. “When they come here, all we’re talking about here is ensuring that they are treated safely, they are not trafficked, they are not sent back on a unsafe journey.”

Psaki also refused to answer whether Biden would “acknowledge that there’s a crisis” on the border.

New York Democratic leader indicates 3 accusers isn’t enough to demand Cuomo’s resignation, 4 is the magic number

It was only a few years ago that Democrats championed the #MeToo and #BelieveAllWomen movements. However, there is a new motto according to one Democratic leader: Believe all women – as long as there are more than three accusers.

You may have learned that "three is the magic number" from "Schoolhouse Rock," but New York Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D) declares that four is the magic number when it comes to the number of women coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D).

This week, a third woman accused Cuomo of sexual harassment. Anna Ruch, a former Obama administration employee and Biden 2020 campaign staffer, claimed that Cuomo touched her bare back after meeting the New York governor at a wedding in 2019. He also touched her face and allegedly asked Rauch if he could kiss her, she told the New York Times.

Lindsey Boylan, a former Cuomo staffer, claims that the Democratic governor asked his aides to play strip poker, as well as kissed her on the lips and touched her legs without consent.

Charlotte Bennett, a 25-year-old former Cuomo aide, said he sexually harassed her and was grooming her. "He asked me if I believed if age made a difference in relationships and he also asked me in the same conversation if I had ever been with an older man," Bennett said.

Despite the three credible accusers with evidence, Stewart-Cousins said there would need to be at least a fourth accuser for her to call on Cuomo to resign.

Stewart-Cousins appeared Thursday on the Albany public affairs television program, "Capital Tonight," where she was asked what it would take for her to call for the resignation of Cuomo.

"Any further people coming forward, I think it would be time to resign," she told Spectrum News host Susan Arbetter.

"I am at a place, and we are all at this place, where it’s always hard when you think something is resolved, and find that there is still so much work to do," she added. "I applaud women who have been through this for coming forward."

Stewart-Cousins said that she may ask Cuomo to step down after New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) completes her investigation into the accusations against the governor. The investigation could take weeks to complete.

Bennett gave an interview to CBS News this week, where she said, "I understood that the governor wanted to sleep with me, and felt horribly uncomfortable and scared."

Stewart-Cousins was asked about Bennett’s interview on New York 1’s "Inside City Hall."

"It’s heartbreaking in a number of ways," she told NY1. "The fact that we are here at this time in 2021 really having this conversation."

"I didn’t get a chance to see the entire interview but it’s clear that you know she’s traumatized in a profound way," she added.

Only a few months ago, Stewart-Cousins spoke out against sexual harassment. In November, she held a news conference where she pledged to, "Protect women’s rights and health care options and combat sexual harassment."

In 2019, Stewart-Cousins wrote on Twitter, "No one should have to endure sexual harassment or mistreatment in the workplace. For too long, our state was held back from making real progress in the fight against sexual harassment."

"Thanks to the new @NYSenDems, major strides were made in combating this inappropriate behavior and addressing the priorities of the survivors of sexual harassment," she tweeted.

In 2018, Stewart-Cousins wrote an op-ed for The Journal News, titled "Senate GOP foils #MeToo moment with insult and intimidation." In a tweet promoting the article, she wrote, "Check out my op-ed on the need to truly confront #SexualHarassment."

Cuomo issued a statement on the allegations, but skirted taking any blame. Instead, Cuomo said, "I acknowledge some of the things I have said have been misinterpreted as an unwanted flirtation. To the extent anyone felt that way, I am truly sorry about that."

"I now understand that my interactions may have been insensitive or too personal and that some of my comments, given my position, made others feel in ways I never intended," Cuomo said.

Cuomo stated he "never inappropriately touched anybody" and "never propositioned anybody."

Supreme Court Dismisses “Sanctuary City” Cases At Request Of Biden’s DOJ

Supreme Court Dismisses "Sanctuary City" Cases At Request Of Biden’s DOJ

Authored by Tom Ozimek via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),

The Supreme Court has dismissed three pending requests to hear challenges to the Trump administration’s order to withhold millions of dollars in law enforcement funds from so-called sanctuary jurisdictions—states and cities that refuse to cooperate with Department of Homeland Security efforts to deport people residing in the United States illegally.

“After a request from the Biden administration yesterday, the Supreme Court just dismissed three pending cert petitions (requests to hear a case) about the Trump administration’s effort to withhold money from so-called sanctuary cities,” the SCOTUSblog Twitter account noted.

In 2017, President Donald Trump signed an executive order that called on U.S. agencies to withhold federal funds from sanctuary jurisdictions, many of which are governed by Democrats. Part of Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration, the order made federal money to state and local governments conditional upon their giving U.S. immigration officials access to their jails and advance notice when illegal immigrants were being released from custody. Lower courts were divided on whether the policy was lawful.

After taking office, Biden rescinded Trump’s 2017 executive order, in another course reversal by the new administration on various Trump policies that had been challenged in court and were heading to the Supreme Court for consideration.

Given Biden’s decision to revoke Trump’s sanctuary city order, which effectively moots the associated policies, the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed letters with the Supreme Court in all three related cases, seeking their dismissal and noting an agreement had been made with the parties that were challenging Trump’s action.

The three cases involve New York City, San Francisco, and various states including California and New York, with lawyers representing the various jurisdictions in the three cases saying they agreed with Biden’s DOJ that the cases should be tossed.

In a statement, New York Attorney General Letitia James expressed satisfaction with the move.

“We’re pleased that despite the Trump administration’s attempts to exact revenge on cities and states through vindictive policies and continued litigation that we were able to work with the Biden administration to dismiss this case in the Supreme Court,” James said. “We look forward to continuing to work with the administration to ensure state and localities never have to choose between protecting their autonomy and protecting the public’s safety.”

Proponents of sanctuary city policies argue they improve public safety by increasing trust between immigrant communities and law enforcement, while opponents say such policies pose a threat to public safety by making it more difficult to deport criminals who reside in the country illegally.

Last month, the Supreme Court canceled oral arguments in two other cases after Biden changed course from Trump. Both were appeals by the Trump administration—one defending funding of the U.S.-Mexico border wall and the other defending the “remain in Mexico” asylum policy.

The administration also has asked the court to cancel an upcoming argument on a policy introduced under Trump backing work requirements for people who receive healthcare under the Medicaid program for the poor.

The administration last month told the justices the Obamacare healthcare law should be upheld, reversing the position taken under Trump.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE Coming Out of Georgia… STAY TUNED

The 2020 election was stolen from President Trump but perhaps no effort was as large and corrupt as the steal in Georgia.

The corrupt Republican Governor and his Secretary of State and their election director, Gabe Sterling, were perhaps the worst in the country.

We told Governor Kemp that his effort to run for office in 2022 was probably not a good idea based on his activities in the 2020 election.

You will soon know why.

Here is a teaser video.

More to come…

Sidney Powell spoke of this earlier.

We told Kemp not a good idea to run.
But some people feel they are above the law.

Video Of How Kyrsten Sinema Voted Against $15 Minimum Wage Goes Viral, Leftists Erupt In Anger

A video showing Krysten Sinema voting against a $15 minimum wage went viral on Friday because of her body language as she voted against it.

As Sinema voted no she bobbed down while giving the vote a thumbs down.

Sawyer Hackett, former senior adviser for failed Democrat presidential candidate Julian Castro, tweeted out a video of Sinema voting no and wrote: “Did Sinema really have vote against a $15 minimum wage for 24 million people like this?”

WATCH:

A reporter with far-left HuffPost wrote: “Jesus this is disrespectful.”

“Primary her and make this the campaign video,” a left-wing activist wrote.

A columnist with a local Arizona newspaper commented, “Kyrsten Sinema really did this. Her thumb down is equivalent to a middle-finger up to the people who voted for her. Astonishing.”

A socialist group wrote: “Not only do some democratic senators vote against a living wage, they do it with glee.”

“Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Jon Tester of Montana, Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire voted against proceeding, though the tally remains open,” Politico reported. “So did two close Biden allies, Chris Coons and Tom Carper of Delaware. Sen. Angus King (I-Maine), who caucuses with the Senate Democrats, also opposed it.”

In a statement, Sinema said:

I understand what it is like to face tough choices while working to meet your family’s most basic needs. I also know the difference better wages can make, which is why I helped lead Arizona’s effort to pass an indexed minimum wage in 2006, and strongly supported the voter-approved state minimum wage increase in 2016. No person who works full time should live in poverty. Senators in both parties have shown support for raising the federal minimum wage and the Senate should hold an open debate and amendment process on raising the minimum wage, separate from the COVID-focused reconciliation bill. I will keep working with colleagues in both parties to ensure Americans can access good-paying jobs, quality education, and skills training to build more economically secure lives for themselves and their families.

Arizona’s other Democrat Senator, Mark Kelly, “voted to allow the effort to overrule the Senate parliamentarian, who has decided the measure to raise the wage from $7.25 an hour cannot be considered as part of the COVID-19 legislation,” AZ Central reported. “The aid package is advancing in the 100-member Senate through budget reconciliation rules that bypass the typical 60-vote threshold needed to pass legislation.”

“I’ve talked with Arizonans struggling to make ends meet, and while improvements need to be made to this proposal, I believe hard working Arizonans deserve a raise,” Kelly said. “This COVID relief package is going to bring a lot of immediate help to Arizona families and small business owners, and I’ll continue working with Republicans and Democrats to raise the minimum wage in a way that works for Arizona’s economy, families, and small businesses.”

Josh Hammer: Biden and Fauci Are the Ones with ‘Neanderthal Thinking,’ Not Us

On Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves announced they would be lifting their statewide mask-wearing mandates, business capacity limitations and various other COVID-19-related restrictions. “COVID still exists,” Abbott said, “but it is clear from the recoveries, from the vaccinations, from the reduced hospitalizations and from the safe practices that Texans are…
