To Protect Illegals from Deportation, Denver Decriminalizes Pooping on the Pavement

Although a bit uncivilized, it stands to reason that Denver, the first US city to legalize social marijuana, felt it was imperative to decriminalize the non-violent act of urinating or pooping on the pavement.  After all, studies show that occasionally cannabis smoking has a laxative effect on the body.

Runny innards aside, statewide, it’s still against the law to borrow a vacuum cleaner from a neighbor or to mutilate a rock in a state park.  Therefore, the passage of Denver’s public elimination ordinance means that if a hiker happens upon a boulder in one of Denver’s state parks he or she is prohibited from etching a heart with an arrow into the stone.

However, if a lactose intolerant hiker eats too much queso fresco at lunch, and can’t make it to the park restroom in time, the non-violent crime of using a rock as a toilet will no longer get that person a one-way ticket back to a country where E-Coli is spread on more than cilantro.

Likewise, if a homeless illegal migrant should happen to squat on the sidewalk in front of a Denver residence, borrowing a wet/dry shop-vac from a neighbor to clean up the walkway could result in the person using the suction device having to pay $1,000 fine, or having to spend the night in jail.

Unlike criminal vacuum-borrowers and lawless rock-desecrators, henceforth, in Denver, vagrant illegals, who came to America from countries Donald Trump less-than-tactfully described as sewers, will be able to freely spread diversity like organic fertilizer in a multicultural garden

Then again, decriminalizing public defecation is just one step forward in the global advancement of diversity.  Speaking on behalf of the city’s ruling, Mark Silverstein, Director for the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado, said that the decision to permit public pooping was made because “Many times it becomes a deportable offense if you’ve been convicted of even a minor ordinance violation that’s punishable by a year in jail.”

What’s confusing for those who regularly use restrooms is that a better life was supposed to be the excuse undocumented travelers gave for coming to America, to begin with.  How does permitting people to leave human excrement on the sidewalk cultivate an environment unlike the one migrants came from?  And if the culture illegals left behind ends up being foisted upon America – how does that improve anyone’s life?

Yet pro-illegal immigrant activist-types seem to believe it is “soft bigotry” to insist illegals assimilate by finding their way to a restroom like the rest of the civilized world.  Ironically, by allowing in Denver what is common for 40-million people in Pakistan, the left not only encourages unsanitary conditions, they also tacitly insinuate that people from certain countries are incapable of learning to use the bathroom.

And who’s the bigot?

Denver, Colorado has a larger illegal migrant population than Philadelphia and San Francisco, which is probably why the progressive sanctuary city was inspired to embrace a global mindset and allow illegals to reminisce about home-and-hearth by dropping their draws and crouching on the footpath outside of Starbucks.

Instead of raising the standard, Denver city leaders lowered the bar and opened their minds by allowing destitute illegal immigrants to open their bowels on the sidewalk.  The result of this particular progressive legislation is that another American city is being turned into the type of feces-strewn sewer those on the left incessantly argue Americans are responsible to help illegal immigrants escape.

Recently, it’s even been alleged that President Donald Trump coined Haiti a “sh*thole” country because, due to lack of sanitation, Haitians do what Denver has just made legal — they relieve themselves on the street.

Offended Trump-haters reacted by charging the President with racism and xenophobia for speaking the truth.  After all, why would Denver have to allow public pooping for immigrants if immigrants didn’t come from countries where pooping publicly was the norm?

To protest Trump’s perceived insult, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi accused the POTUS of wanting “to make America white again.” To stress the point, Nancy decided to show her disapproval by announcing she’ll be bringing potty-trained illegals to the State of the Union address. Think of it, since Barack Obama lionized unlawfulness and convinced people who entered America dishonestly that they were victims with rights, people who should be detained and deported now have the gall to show up at the State of the Union to taunt America’s Chief Law Enforcement Officer.

Thus far, President Trump has not responded by threatening to bring a posse of ICE agents to the SOTU or by proposing that an empty cargo plane will be at the ready fueled and aimed toward countries where public defecation is a national pastime.

Either way, back in Denver, San Francisco, and even New York City, illegals that weren’t asked to attend the SOTU will continue to be coddled by city ordinances that have chosen to overlook resettled migrants transforming what were once iconic cities into poop-strewn public latrines. And so, once again, liberal politicians have aided and abetted the progressive destruction of cities where pooping on the pavement is no longer considered a crime but an inescapable expression of cultural diversity.

Breaking: Andrew McCabe quits as deputy FBI director, effective immediately; Update: “Removed”?

My goodness. The timing of this announcement on Memo Day, when McCabe reportedly features in the memo, is mighty interesting.

What are we about to find out that might make Andrew McCabe’s continued tenure at the FBI untenable?

Trump Jr is preemptively spiking the football:

Strange yet possibly true: The timing with the big memo vote is a pure coincidence and this was McCabe’s plan all along. Remember this WaPo story from December? The Post reported at the time that McCabe was planning to retire “early next year” but to use up his accumulated leave to remain on the payroll until March, when he’d qualify for a federal pension. The president didn’t like that:

Well, here we are. It’s “early next year” and, just as WaPo said, McCabe’s using his vacation time as a glide path to taxpayer-remunerated retirement. Memo Day is a very strange moment for him to execute his plan, but it really might be coincidental.

Or … it might not be. From Fox News:

It may not be The Memo that McCabe is worried about. The Memo is a partisan document; the DOJ’s IG report isn’t. Democrats can spin for McCabe on the former but not the latter. Also, a source quoted in the December WaPo piece claimed that McCabe had around 90 days of leave time saved up. If that’s true he could have quit at the start of the new year and easily made it to March. Why quit now?

If it’s coincidences you’re after, how’s this for a coincidence?

Follow the timeline. Trump and Sessions have been leaning on Chris Wray to dump McCabe for awhile now, with Wray allegedly resisting to the point where he threatened to quit if they didn’t back off. Then, yesterday, he finally reads the Nunes memo. Now, 24 hours later, with the House set to vote on whether to release the memo, McCabe suddenly decides it’s time to end his career with the Bureau even though allegedly he had enough vacation time amassed to have done that weeks ago.

That’s a lot of coincidences. Too many, maybe:

“Forced,” huh? I’ve said it before myself but I agree with Noah Rothman here, that McCabe should have recused himself from the Hillary Emailgate probe given the appearance of impropriety from his wife accepting political donations from Terry McAuliffe’s operation. It’s a black mark on his record but it’s already priced into his reputation, which makes me think it’s not the reason why McCabe is being forced out. What is? Stay tuned.

Update: If you’re invested in the “pure coincidence” theory, here’s something important from Fox:

If that’s true then McCabe couldn’t have gone on leave weeks ago. Today was the first available day to do so — coincidentally, Memo Day. But we still have that report of him being “forced out” and the curious timing of McCabe departing a day after Wray finally read the memo.

Update: “Removed,” says Fox News.

Top FBI official Andrew McCabe has been “removed” from his post as deputy director, Fox News is told, leaving the bureau after months of conflict-of-interest complaints from Republicans including President Trump.

Lefties will claim that’s unreliable because it’s coming from the Trump fans at Fox. But … CNN is reporting the same thing:

Something happened over the weekend, apparently, to make McCabe a liability. Chris Wray reportedly read Nunes’s memo this weekend. Hmmmm.

Update: Did Trump drop the axe on McCabe? Nope, says Sarah Huckabee Sanders. It wasn’t us.

Lara Trump: If Hillary Wants to Read Something, Maybe She Can Read the 33K Missing Emails

Lara Trump: If Hillary Wants to Read Something, Maybe She Can Read the 33K Missing Emails

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Outnumbered Overtime,” President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law and campaign senior adviser Lara Trump was asked about Hillary Clinton reading an excerpt from Michael Wolff’s “Fire and Fury” at the Grammys. She said if Clinton wanted “to read something,” she should read the “33,000 missing emails that she has somewhere that no one has heard about.”

Partial transcript as follows:

FAULKNER: I want to talk about something that came up at the Grammy’s last night. Hillary Clinton reading from the tell-all book ‘Fire and Fury’ looked a little out of place, maybe a little thirsty. Some who were watching with me at my place said, ‘What was that about?’ What were your thoughts as you saw her?

TRUMP: I would use ‘tell-all book’ very loosely, it’s a ridiculous book. I find it so despicable, so sad that Hillary Clinton feels she needs to validate herself, put herself back out there by doing something this ridiculous. If she wants to read something, maybe we can all read the 33,000 missing e-mails that she has somewhere that no one has heard about for a long time. It was just really disgusting, I thought.

Woke Grammys See 20% Ratings Crash, Possible ‘All-Time Low’

Woke Grammys See 20% Ratings Crash, Possible ‘All-Time Low’

Ratings for Sunday’s politically-charged 60th annual Grammy Awards broadcast on CBS dropped dramatically from a year ago, reportedly reaching “an all-time low.”

Initial numbers, Deadline reports, show a 20% decline from last year’s Grammy ceremony:

With a 12.7/21 in metered market ratings, the Recording Academy’s big hootenanny was also way down from the early numbers for the LA-based February 13, 2017 59th annual show. By way down, I mean a just over 20% decline from last year to what looks to be an all-time low for the ceremony.

Music’s biggest night saw a series of political gestures in support of the #MeToo and Time’s Up anti-sexual harassment movements, as several stars wore white roses on their garments as a show of solidarity. Rapper Kendrick Lamar, who dominated the night winning five Grammys, kicked off the Madison Square Garden event with an explosive performance of his hit song “XXX,” which featured American flags on giant screens above him and military fatigue-clad background dancers marching and dancing behind him.

The rapper’s performance was interrupted by comedian Dave Chappelle, who addressed the crowd, saying, “Hi, I’m Dave Chappelle. And I just wanted to remind the audience that the only thing more frightening than watching a black man being honest in America, is being an honest black man in America.”

Lamar later endorsed rapper Jay-Z for President during his Best Rap Album acceptance speech.

Perhaps the #MeToo moment of the night saw singer Janelle Monae give a fiery speech — “We come in peace but we mean business, and to those who would dare try and silence us, we offer you two words: Time’s Up” — before introducing singer Kesha, who performed her hit song “Praying.”

Immigration took center stage with singer Camila Cabello’s pro-amnesty speech, saying America was “built by dreamers” and “for dreamers.”

Cabello later introduced U2, who performed their political anthem “Get Out of Your Own Way” near the Statue of Liberty.

Hillary Clinton made a surprise appearance toward the end of the show, reading excerpts of the anti-President Donald Trump book Fire and Fury, which was part of a skit for Best Spoken Word Album.

Among the more surprising takeaways from the night were Jay-Z going home empty-handed, after being hyped to win big and only one female artist winning a major award on a night that heavily promoted gender politics.

Check out all the highlights from the 60th annual Grammy Awards here.

Gun Maker Sick of Liberals, Abandons Calif. for Freer State

Another gun manufacturer has decided to vote with its feet. In this case, beating feet away from a state government that is openly hostile to the Second Amendment as well as from runaway tax-happy bureaucrats who never met a business they didn’t want to over-regulate.

According to Bob Adelmann of The New American, yet another manufacturing company has decided to pack up its entire kit and caboodle and leave the socialism-friendly confines of California.

Perhaps subconsciously borrowing from President Trump’s catchphrase, Weatherby, Inc., is sending the message to the world that it has every intention of Making Weatherby Great Again.

As it turns out, Weatherby manufactures high-end, top-quality custom rifles and shotguns for the discerning shooter. The gun maker is also obviously sick of being under the thumb of Gov. Jerry Brown, a Democratic controlled State Senate and State Assembly.

As Adelmann notes, company president Adam Weatherby, grandson of the founder of Weatherby Inc., dropped quite the bombshell in an announcement regarding his Paso Robles, California-company.

TRENDING: How Convenient: FBI Finds 5 Months of “Lost” Text Messages

(Check out the announcement Weatherby made during the 2018 SHOT show last week in Las Vegas.)

In a statement, Weatherby made it clear why the company was moving:

“We wanted a place where we could retain a great workforce, and where our employees could live an outdoor lifestyle.

We wanted to move to a state where we can grow into our brand. Wyoming means new opportunities.”

Do you think Weatherby is making the right move?

Starting in 2019, it’ll be “goodbye Golden State, hello Cowboy State.”

While Weatherby starting anew in Wyoming might not be that big of a hit to the smoldering wreck that is the California economy, the gun manufacturing company will surely be quite the boon to Sheridan, Wyoming (population 17,444).

Weatherby is looking to bring somewhere between 70 and 90 new jobs to Wyoming, but perhaps more important to the townsfolk, a yearly payroll of roughly $5 million.

And Weatherby isn’t the only job creator pulling the plug on Democrat Party-controlled states.

RELATED: Supermarket Under Fire After People See How Meat Was Delivered to Store

The New American also cites the following companies bidding perhaps a less-than fond hasta la vista to their current business-unfriendly states:

    • Magpul Industries, which pulled out of increasingly anti-gun Colorado in 2013 and moved its factories to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
    • Beretta, which left Maryland for Tennessee in 2016.
    • Remington Arms, which moved from New York to Alabama in 2014.
    • Colt and Sturm Ruger, which moved to Texas and North Carolina respectively.

Apparently a motivating factor in Weatherby’s decision to relocate would be the seemingly never-ending stream of new taxes and state regulations emanating out of Sacramento.

As reported by Edmund DeMarche of Fox News, two elected Democrat lawmakers have introduced a bill that would take away half of the Trump Tax Break from certain California-based companies:

“Calling the Trump administration’s tax reform plan a “middle-class tax increase,” two California lawmakers introduced a bill that would force large companies to fork over half of their expected savings to the state.

“Assemblymen Kevin McCarty and Phil Ting, both Democrats, introduced Assembly Constitutional Amendment 22, which calls for a 10 percent surcharge on companies with a net earnings over $1 million. The plan could potentially raise billions for the state’s social services programs.”

But wait! Hasn’t the state government already given a new and hefty tax on the job-creators? Yep, sure did.

As reported by CNN back in 2012;

The measure (Prop 30) creates three new personal income tax brackets for rich residents and adds a quarter-cent to the sales tax. The higher tax rates, which hit single filers making $250,000 and up and married taxpayers earning at least $500,000, last for seven years, and push the top tax rate to 12.3% for filers earning $500,000 and above, or $1 million per couple. It is effective starting with the 2012 tax year.

Please share on Facebook and Twitter. Especially if you live in a state that would welcome refugee businesses seeking economic freedom.

Mike Pence Speech ‘Rocks’ Israel’s Parliament? It’s Not What the New York Times Reported

Americans were used to stories about how Barack Obama drew standing ovations in every country he visited. So it was a bit surprising to see this Jerusalem Post headline from Tuesday: “Pence Speech Rife with Biblical References Rocks the Knesset….VP Pence’s Biblical speech to Knesset met with multiple standing ovations.”

Post reporter Lakav Harkov said the room was packed, and very appreciative:

During his speech, Pence waxed poetic about Israel and Jewish history.

“As I stand in Abraham’s Promised Land, I believe that all who cherish freedom and seek a brighter future should cast their eyes here and marvel at what they behold…How unlikely is Israel’s birth; how more unlikely is her survival,” he said.

Pence said the Jewish people held on to the hope of returning to their homeland over a 2,000 year exile, “through the darkest and longest nights.”

“Tomorrow, when I stand with my wife Karen at Yad Vashem to honor the six million Jewish martyrs of the Holocaust, we will marvel at the faith and resilience of your people, who just three years after walking in the shadow of death, rose up from the ashes to resurrect yourselves, to reclaim a Jewish future and rebuild the Jewish State.”

Speaking on Israel’s upcoming 70th Independence Day, Pence said the Shehechiyanu (“who has granted us life”) blessing, said to thank God on momentous occasions.

Pence’s blessing was met with a standing ovation from nearly all of the MKs present, as were several other points in his speech.

The J-Post also reported that Pence was protested at the start of the speech with members of the Knesset holding up signs that said “Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine.” They were immediately ejected by ushers. “Holding up signs or other props in the Knesset is prohibited in all plenary sessions, and when a foreign dignitary speaks, there is a zero-tolerance policy against heckling.”

Now, for fun, let’s compare that to the New York Times coverage. On Tuesday, Times reporter Ben Hubbard could never find any space to refer to multiple standing ovations. He opened with the bland talk of a violated consensus:

BEIRUT, Lebanon — Vice President Mike Pence said on Monday that a new United States Embassy to Israel would open in Jerusalem before the end of 2019.

Mr. Pence’s statement, made to the Israeli Parliament during a trip to the Holy Land, follows President Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital last month, a move that overturned decades of American policy and international consensus on the status of the holy city.

And Hubbard ended with Pence being shunned by Christians:

Mr. Pence has spoken of protecting Christian minorities in the Middle East, but he has been widely shunned by those same Christians for his embrace of the Israeli position on Jerusalem.

No Arab Christian leaders have agreed to meet with him during his visit, and he is not scheduled to visit Christian holy sites like the city of Nazareth, the West Bank town of Bethlehem or the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, where tradition holds that Jesus was crucified.

Mr. Pence canceled his last planned trip to the Holy Land before Christmas after Christian Arab leaders declined to meet with him.

A day later, on Wednesday, check out how Times correspondent Isabel Kershner mentioned the “numerous standing ovations” in the middle of negativity in paragraph 13:

Still, when Mr. Pence told the Israeli legislators that the Trump administration was committed to achieving a lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians and would support a two-state solution to the conflict if both sides agreed, Mr. Netanyahu, who jumped up for numerous standing ovations, did not applaud.

Neither did the Palestinians.

Enraged by Mr. Trump’s decision on Jerusalem, a move that overturned decades of American policy and defied international consensus on the holy city’s status, they boycotted Mr. Pence’s visit.

NYC Mayor claims guy who pleaded guilty to bribing him didn’t bribe him

One of the stranger tales of political corruption to be seen in a while just took yet another turn toward the bizarre. In New York City, a man by the name of Harendra Singh pleaded guilty to trying to bribe the Mayor of the Big Apple, Bill de Blasio, during his 2013 election bid. That information had remained sealed until just this month. The bribery in question allegedly took the form of Singh bundling and otherwise raising more than $25K for de Blasio’s campaign coffers. In exchange, he was looking for a better lease arrangement for his restaurant in Queens.

It should be noted at this juncture that those funds were actually raised and donated to de Blasio’s campaign. It’s also worth mentioning that Singh wound up with a favorable lease for his eatery. Not that I’m insinuating that those two facts are causally related, mind you.

Somehow Singh took the fall while no charges were brought against Hizzoner. But now that the cat’s out of the bag, does de Blasio have some sort of explanation for how all this might have happened? Of course he does! As the NY Post revealed this week, the Mayor is confident that Mr. Singh lied about trying to bribe him. Why would he confess to something he didn’t do? Well… that part gets a bit more complicated.

“This guy to save his own skin struck a plea deal with the federal prosecutors. That’s what this is. He agreed to certain charges for his own self-preservation,” the mayor said on WNYC radio. “But I’ve been 100 percent consistent. What he said happened did not happen, period.”

When host Brian Lehrer noted that the mayor appeared to be implying that the criminal justice system allows people to plead guilty to something they didn’t do, de Blasio emphasized that his administration was not charged with anything by federal or state prosecutors.

In some ways it sounds as if de Blasio is saying that people plead guilty to bribery all the time when they didn’t actually do it. And maybe he’s got a point because – and make sure you’re sitting down for this part – this isn’t the first guy to plead guilty to bribing him. A man named Jona Rechnitz already made the same plea deal.

Since I’m not a lawyer (nor do I even play one on television), my poor brain becomes easily confused when facing such situations. So there were donors who were charged and pleaded guilty because they shoveled money into the Mayor’s campaign while wanting something in return. But the Mayor wasn’t guilty? I suppose that’s why they called it “attempted bribery” in the article, but this must be some advanced legal terminology. Bribery is the act of improperly giving a public official money to get something in return. But, assuming that all of the contributions were properly recorded and didn’t exceed campaign finance law limits, if you turn over all that money and get nothing in return, wouldn’t those just be donations as opposed to “bribes” under the law?

If these two men didn’t get anything for all that cash, why in the world would they plead guilty? They could simply claim to be enthusiastic supporters. There’s something really strange going on down in the Big Apple right now. And you should keep an eye on it just in case the national Democratic Party actually starts taking de Blasio seriously about his presidential aspirations.

Tens of Thousands Participate in Walk for Life West Coast

Tens of thousands of pro-life activists gathered in Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco on Saturday for the 14th annual Walk for Life West Coast.

KQED reported some 50,000 activists were expected to participate in the San Francisco event that mirrored the March for Life held January 19 in the nation’s capital. The pro-life events are held each year on or about the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s ruling in the case of Roe v. Wade, when the high court created a right to abortion though none existed in the Constitution.

Wearing a pink jacket, Walk for Life West Coast co-founder Eva Muntean emphasized that abortion hurts both babies and women.

“We’re here to proclaim that abortion hurts women,” she told the crowd of activists. “We’re here to take back the narrative that abortion is a right and personally, I’m here to take back pink!”

Last weekend, thousands of feminists wearing pink “pussyhats” marched in the city against President Donald Trump’s pro-life agenda. Also, Planned Parenthood—the nation’s largest provider of abortions—uses pink as its signature color.

“No matter who is mayor, no matter who is governor, no matter who is president, we are not going away,” Muntean said. “We will not rest until every life is protected in America.”

Participants celebrated with Mass and a rally prior to the Walk from the Civic Center Plaza, down Market Street, and on to Justin Herman Plaza on the Embarcadero beside San Francisco Bay.

“I’m here to support the pro-life movement,” Sacramento resident Eunice Carver said, reports KQED. “I come from a southern state and they didn’t have abortion, and so I’ve always stood by pro-life.”

Salvador Rodriguez, 81, said he has participated in every Walk for Life West Coast since 2005.

“Abortion is terrible,” he said. “We’ve got to give the babies a chance.”

Former pro-abortion-turned-pro-life speakers headlined the rally prior to the Walk.

As National Catholic Register reports, the speakers included Terry Beatley, the founder of the Hosea Initiative, a group that carries on the work of former abortionist and co-founder of NARAL Bernard Nathanson, who eventually became a pro-life Catholic.

Beatley met Nathanson in 2009, when he was terminally ill with cancer. He shared with her the abortion lobby’s “eight-point propaganda campaign” to convince Americans to legalize abortion. Part of the campaign was a “Catholic strategy” to nullify the Church’s opposition to abortion.

“Hearts and minds are changing to the point where abortion is no longer acceptable to many Americans,” she told the Register.

Dr. John Bruchalski, a former abortionist who returned to the Catholic faith also delivered an address.

Rev. Clenard Childress, a Protestant pastor from New Jersey, spoke about how abortion has particularly affected the black community.

Childress noted that while the pro-life movement has made significant strides, “the final surge may prove to be the most difficult.”

“There must be a presence in the public square continually demanding the right to life for the last segment of our society that has been denied access to the American dream,” he said.

A recent Marist poll released last week found that 76 percent of Americans—including 92 percent of Republicans, 78 percent of independents, and 61 percent of Democrats—would restrict abortion to, at most, the first trimester of pregnancy.

Additionally, 51 percent of Americans identify as “pro-choice,” but even 60 percent of those agree with substantial restrictions on abortion.

The poll also finds that 63 percent would prohibit abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy, while 60 percent oppose the use of taxpayer dollars to fund abortions.

Adam Schiff Goes Into Overdrive – Attacks POTUS Trump For Wanting the FISA Memo Released to Public

Adam Schiff Goes Into Overdrive – Attacks POTUS Trump For Wanting the FISA Memo Released to the Public

Last week, the House Intelligence Committee quietly voted to make available to fellow House members “a memo documenting abuse of the FISA program,” reports Fox News’ Chad Pergram.

News of the FISA memo spread like wildfire on social media. Trump supporters pushed a #ReleaseTheMemo campaign after GOP Reps came forward demanding the document be released to the American public. Schiff even blamed ‘Russian bots’ for pushing the campaign.

Ranking member of the House Intel Committee and suspected leaker, Adam Schiff (D-CA) is desperate to keep this FISA memo under wraps as he is at the center of covering up the FISA abuse that took place under the Obama administration.

Schiff fiercely worked to block Chairman Nunes from exposing the illegal unmasking and FISA abuse that took place during the 2016 presidential election, hitting him with a bogus ethics probe for 8 months.

Time is up; the FISA memo is going to be released to the public any day now and Adam Schiff is in overdrive as panic sets in he is about to be exposed for his corruption.

President Trump supports transparency therefore he wants the FISA memo released to the public.

On Saturday, Schiff tweeted out a Washington Post article titled, ‘Trump sought release of classified Russia memo, putting him at odds with Justice Department‘.

The Washington Post claims Trump is at odds with his own Justice Department in his desire to release the FISA memo to the public:

On Wednesday, as Republicans were clamoring to make public a secret document they think will undercut the investigation into Russian meddling, President Trump made clear his desire: Release the memo.

Trump’s directive was at odds with his own Justice Department, which had warned that releasing the classified memo written by congressional Republicans would be “extraordinarily reckless” without an official review. Nevertheless, White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly relayed the president’s view to Attorney General Jeff Sessions — although the decision to release the document ultimately lies with Congress.

Schiff is in full blown panic mode, tweeting out the WaPo fake news hit piece, he said, “It comes as no surprise that @POTUS would place his own interests ahead of the country. But it is tragic that so many Republican Members of Congress would choose to help him do so.”

The truth is the American public has a right to know what the dirty Democrats and Deep State did to install Hillary Clinton as the 45th president of the United States. The top brass of the FBI and DOJ are beyond corrupt and this FISA memo will expose every last one of them.

It is in America’s interests to have this FISA memo released. It is in the Deep State’s interest to keep it under wraps.

Trey Gowdy hints at what damning information is found in secret FISA memo

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), one of the leading House Republicans, hinted at the contents of the secret “FISA memo” that details alleged government surveillance abuses during an interview on “Fox News Sunday.”

What did he say?

Since news of the memo broke, Republicans have called for the memo’s public release, as has President Donald Trump. They say the American public needs to see what the memo contains, and more importantly, what the government is doing. They say the four-page memo offers evidence the Obama administration used the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to spy on the Trump campaign and transition team.

Democrats, on the other hand, say the memo is filled with classified, biased information meant to undermine the Department of Justice and special counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia investigation.

Through a series of well-crafted rhetorical questions, Gowdy hinted at the contents of the memo, which he helped write, in his interview with Fox News anchor Chris Wallace on Sunday.

First, Gowdy made it clear the memo isn’t biased. He explained it is the “distilling” of thousands of pages of documents given to House investigators.

“If you think your viewers want to know whether or not the dossier was used in court proceedings, whether or not it was vetted before it was used, whether or not it’s ever been vetted. If you are interested in who paid for the dossier. If you’re interested in Christopher Steele’s relationship with Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, then, yes, you’ll want the memo to come out,” Gowdy explained.

One of the central questions surrounding the dossier is whether or not it was used — or how heavily it was relied upon — to obtain a FISA court surveillance warrant against Carter Page, a Trump campaign official.

Wallace asked Gowdy about that, but the House Oversight Committee chairman didn’t definitively answer, explaining that if he did, he would be disseminating classified information.

“I will just ask you again, are you interested in whether or not the world’s premier law enforcement agency relied on a work product produced, paid for by the Democratic National Committee?” Gowdy asked.

“Do you want to know whether or not the primary source in these court proceedings had a bias against one candidate? Do you want to know whether or not he said he’d do anything to keep that candidate from becoming elected president?” he added.

Meanwhile, Gowdy said he wants the FBI to review the document before it’s released.

“I want the bureau to know everything that’s in the memo. I think you’ll be surprised. It is not a hit piece on the department and the FBI. I would not have participated in it if that’s what it was,” he explained.
