Trump Scores Huge Victory for Minorities the Establishment Media Doesn’t Want To Report


Friday brought yet more solid economic news for President Donald Trump, this time when it came to minority unemployment.

According to the Washington Examiner, Hispanic unemployment hit another record low in July, dropping to 4.5 percent from 4.6 percent in June. That’s yet again the lowest number since statistics began to be kept on Hispanic unemployment back in 1973.

That was against an overall rate that was slightly higher than it was in June, with 3.9 percent unemployed as opposed to 3.8 percent, according to Independent Journal Review.

And that’s not all. The growing economy has also lifted up other workers typically at the margins of society. For instance, unemployment for workers without a high school diploma also hit a record low in July.

“As economists, we worried these workers would be shut out forever,” Betsey Stevenson, professor of economics at the University of Michigan, told The New York Times.

“But the long duration of the recovery has pulled them back in. As the economy adds more jobs, employers have had to dig a little deeper.”

“You definitely get the sense that employers are willing to look at workers they haven’t looked at in the past,” Martha Gimbel, director of economic research at Indeed.com, added, saying her site had seen more searches for jobs that didn’t require a high school degree.

“This is an indicator that low-skilled workers are seeing opportunities for themselves in the labor market,” she said.

When the president took over from Barack Obama, Hispanic unemployment was at 5.9 percent against a low of 5.4 percent during his entire presidency. However, that number had been trending downward since 2011.

It wasn’t long before the White House issued a tweet praising job growth in general, given the 157,000 new jobs the economy created in June.

The president also retweeted a Drudge headline about the news:

Do you think that this is good news for the Trump administration?

And, of course, you can imagine the tears hitting the laptops in newsrooms across the country every time a job report that isn’t bad. This is the kind of news they loathe reporting. Which is why the president has to toot his own horn on this:

Not that he minds, of course. But in a country where good news seems to get lost in the wash as so-called scandals take up all the air in the newsroom, it’s helpful to remember that Donald Trump has done so much winning in 19 months that the media is tired of winning. In fairness, it didn’t take long.

Young Black Conservative Turns Uppity Millennial into Stammering Mess


Ah, vox pop interviews. Why do they always seem to turn out so badly for liberals?

Yes, the classic man-on-the-street feature, so commonly the province of local TV news, has been turned upon liberals with surprising effect by groups like Campus Reform.

Now, a video taped by a young, black conservative — in which he confronts a millennial who definitely isn’t for Donald Trump — is going viral in a major way.

The video begins with the young millennial (who, it must be noted, doesn’t seem terribly sober) exclaiming about Trump: “He’s racist as f—, he’s a f—ing … dude.” (I don’t think he thinks Trump was a “dude,” merely using it as an exclamation.)

The conservative then asked the millennial if he could give an example of this.

And boom went the dynamite.

Do you think millennial voters are uninformed?

“Bush did 9/11, f—ing like, can I give an example of like, how he’s racist?” the millennial said, turning into a stammering mess.

It’s almost like Alex Jones if he were anti-Trump and into Schedule I substances as opposed to Super Male Vitality. Anyway, yes, an example is what he asked for, but the conservative was willing to give him a prompt.

“I’m a black person, how has Donald Trump hurt me as a black person?” he asked.

The millennial played around with his hair and rolled his eyes. “With his white privilege,” he stated.

“You know that the unemployment rate in the black community is the lowest it’s ever been under the Trump administration?” the conservative responded.

“Jesus f—ing Christ, dude,” the millennial said. “Really?”

“More black people have jobs now than under President Obama,” he responded.

The millennial just shook his head.

“You know all the cities that black people suffer in the most are all Democratic cities?” the conservative continued.

“I didn’t know it,” the millennial responded.

And of course, he had a Starbucks iced coffee — with a plastic straw! J’accuse!

Now, I wouldn’t put it past this video to be a fake. We certainly can’t verify it’s provenance. However, what I will say is that, if it is a fake, it’s a damned good fake — and both members deserve acting jobs for accurately dramatizing how millennial liberals interface with the facts. Bravura!

British Police Asked if Iraqi Paedophile Can Date 12-Year-Old to Be ‘Culturally Sensitive’


A British police officer called a charity to ask if it were acceptable for an Iraqi man to date a 12-year-old girl because he wanted to be “culturally sensitive” when dealing with a suspected paedophile.

An unnamed police detective called the charity Karma Nirvana, which tackles forced marriage and other forms of ‘honour-based’ abuse, after he had arrested a 26-year-old Iraqi man who said that in his culture, it was acceptable for him to be in a relationship with a child, according to the charity’s call logs seen by The Times.

According to the call log, the policeman said “the accused is stating that it is ‘completely acceptable in my culture to be with a 12-year-old’.”

The record added that the officer “‘just wished to know if it is accepted in Iraqi culture to be with a 12-year-old girl’ as he wished to be ‘culturally sensitive’”.

The charity advised that he deal with the Iraqi in the same way they would deal with any other suspected child sex predator.

Karma Nirvana said that this call showed the dangers of authorities filtering serious crimes through a ‘cultural sensitivity’ lens, for fear of being perceived as racist.

Jasvinder Sanghera, the charity’s founder, said that “We’ve got a number of professionals who are turning a blind eye. They don’t want to rock the multicultural boat.”

The revelation is one of many to be released by The Times after it published a series of reports detailing authorities “turning a blind eye” to forced and underage marriages by predominately South Asians.

It was revealed this week that government officials had been handing visas to the husbands of girls who have been forcibly married, raped, and impregnated abroad, allowing them to settle in Britain permanently; at times the victims were mentally disabled.

Of the 3,800 reports of forced marriages or children and young people at risk of being forced into marriage, over the past three years to the government’s Home Office, the police have charged less than 80 suspects and the judicial system has convicted suspects in just three cases.

Irony alert: EPA finds ethanol is environmentally damaging

Amid growing demands from the corn lobby that the government mandate even more ethanol be blended into the nation’s gasoline supplies, new finding call such proposals into question. One of the chief claims of the corn lobby is that ethanol is a more “green” type of energy because it’s renewable. From there, the argument is extended to claim that it’s better for the environment all the way around. But the conclusions of a study underlying the latest EPA report on the environmental impact of ethanol (seven years in the making, dating back well into the Obama administration) concludes that the opposite is true. Ethanol produces significant negative impacts on the environment, in some cases worse than the gasoline it’s supposed to be replacing. (Public News Service)

A long-delayed report from the Environmental Protection Agency finds that requiring ethanol made from corn and soybeans to be part of the nation’s gas supply is causing serious environmental harm.

Federal law requires the EPA to assess the environmental impact of the fuel standard every three years, but the new report, issued in July, was four years overdue. According to David DeGennaro with the National Wildlife Federation, the report documents millions of acres of wildlife habitat lost to ethanol crop production, increased nutrient pollution in waterways and air emissions and side effects worse than the gasoline the ethanol is replacing.

“In finding that the Renewable Fuel Standard is having negative consequences to a whole suite of environmental indicators,” DeGennaro said, “the report is a red flag warning us that we need to reconsider the mandate’s scope and its focus on first-generation fuels made from food crops.”

President Donald Trump and senators from agricultural states are urging the EPA to allow an increase in the mandated ethanol content of gasoline.

Some of the negative effects aren’t specific to ethanol, such as the loss of wildlife habitat from expanded corn production. That would happen no matter what you were growing or building in formerly forested areas. But the increased runoff of nutrients and chemicals used in this type of farming are impacting water supplies far beyond anything caused by the occasional oil spill from a tanker car or pipeline.

The bigger surprise is the fact that ethanol production and combustion significantly increases the production of nitrous oxides (Nox). This combines with oxygen in the atmosphere when exposed to sunlight, producing ozone. Now, when we have ozone far up in the atmosphere it helps shield the planet from the sun’s natural radiation, which is a good thing. But ground-level ozone produces no such benefit and actually contributes to the formation of smog and leads to respiratory ailments for many people.

This information comes along at the same time that the President has been unwisely promising corn growers in Iowa and surrounding states that he would push to expand the use of E-15 blends year round. This is a bad move from all but the angle of political calculation. The Renewable Fuel Standard needs to be scaled back (preferably eliminated), not expanded. And if basic considerations of the damage it does to marine equipment and small engines, on top of burning too hot and producing less energy by volume than gas isn’t a good enough reason, perhaps the damage to the environment will convince you.

Records Reveal Twitter is Run by Democrat Donors and Far Left Activists Seeking to Influence 2018 Elections

Records of Twitter’s top executives, board members and major shareholders reveal they have all donated overwhelmingly to Democrat candidates including Obama and Hillary Clinton.

According to Paul Sperry, the records show Twitter sought to influence Congress and various federal agencies on behalf of far left causes while simultaneously working against Trump’s policis.

The lobbying records I reviewed, moreover, show Twitter has sought to influence Congress and federal agencies on behalf of Democratic causes and against President Trump’s policies.

Federal Election Commission records show that Gadde, for starters, has given exclusively to Democratic candidates, including the maximum donations allowed to both Clinton’s and Obama’s campaigns. In 2016, he gave $2,700 to Democratic candidate Kamala Harris of California, who won her US Senate bid.

Twitter CEO and co-founder Jack Dorsey also donates only to Democrats. And in 2017, he and executive chairman Omid Kordestani together donated $530,000 to the ACLU to fight Trump’s executive order imposing a temporary travel ban on immigrants from high-risk Muslim countries, which Dorsey called “upsetting” but which the Supreme Court recently ruled constitutional. All told, Twitter gave $1.6 million to the anti-Trump ban effort.

Kordestani is a big Democrat donor, contributing the maximums to Clinton and Obama, as well as to former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. In 2011, moreover, the Tehran-born exec gave $35,800 to the Obama Victory Fund and another $30,800 to the Democratic National Committee.

Also snubbing Republicans is Twitter Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal, who has given exclusively to Democrats, including several thousands of dollars to Obama and former presidential candidate John Kerry. Segal has also contributed to DNC coffers.

Then there’s former Twitter CEO, current board director and major stakeholder Evan Williams. He’s shelled out more than $600,000 for the Democratic Party and Democrats running for federal office, FEC records show. Meantime, he has stiffed Republicans and the GOP.

What’s more, Evans in the past two presidential races pumped an additional $750,000 into Priorities USA Action — the largest Democratic Party super PAC — which contributes to leftist groups to help them turn out the vote for Democrats. Priorities USA is heavily funded by billionaire Trump-hater George Soros.

Last week, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) filed a complaint against Twitter with the Federal Election Commission after it was revealed that his own account was being shadowbanned by Twitter.

Rep. Gaetz argued earlier this week that he believes that Twitter may have illegally donated to the campaigns of his opponents by prejudicing against his content and limiting his social media visibility. An investigation from the far-left Vice Magazine found that only conservatives users were being subjected to the Twitter search limiting that impacted Gaetz.

“So I believe that Twitter may have illegally donated to the campaigns of my opponents by prejudicing against my content,” he added.

Twitter is also censoring prominent pro-Trump accounts including: Mike Cernovich, Jack Posobiec, Paul Joseph Watson, TGP’s Jim Hoft, TGP’s Cassandra Fairbanks, TGP’s Cristina Laila, TGP’s Lucian Wintrich and Laura Loomer among others.

Twitter released a disingenuous statement last Thursday night in response to a recent study by the leftist website VICE News which found that Twitter is censoring top pro-Trump lawmakers.

Twitter actually admitted they do shadowban users by blocking tweets from accounts users choose to follow from showing up in their feeds. ‘You have to go directly to their profile to see their posts,’ Twitter admitted in their blog post.

On Thursday, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) sent a letter to the Chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee, Greg Walden demanding Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey be called in to publicly testify on Twitter’s shadowbanning of conservatives.

Of course Twitter is shadowbanning conservatives; their executives have a lot of skin in the game and have a vested interest in helping Democrats win elections.
