Pitiful: ‘View’ Turns Religious Christmas Song Into Impeachment Anthem

This ranks up there in the things no one wants to see. Joy Behar, co-host of The View celebrated her birthday with an impeachment-themed rendition of “Joy to the World” on Monday’s show. Behar loved the bastardized version of the religious Christmas carol so much she even joined in the merriment.

MUST SEE VIDEO: Landowners and Businessmen Get Choked Up Thanking “We Build the Wall” for Protecting Their Property

In May it took one weekend for the “We Build the Wall” organization to build their first half mile of border wall near El Paso, Texas.

For months the liberal media mocked “We Build the Wall” founder and organizer Brian Kolfage and his noble plan to use private donations to help build the much-needed security wall between the US and Mexico. Brian raised over $20 million in private donations from over 260,000 individuals to build a border wall on the US southern border.

On Monday the group released a video of two American business owners who were crying tears of joy after the latest project was completed. Jeff Allen told “We Build the Wall” that he can bring his little girl with him to the area now. What a moving story!

The We Build the Wall organization is planning their next projects on the US southern border with Mexico.

Kroger Donates $500,000 Facility to Competitor so Community Won’t Be Left Without a Grocery Store

For nearly two years, the residents of Orange Mound, a neighborhood in Memphis, Tennessee, have been without a proper grocery store.

When Kroger, the major grocer in Orange Mound, closed its doors in 2018, residents were forced to travel farther away — a 30-minute ride by city bus — to purchase groceries.

But city leaders and two competing grocery chains worked together to come up with a solution that will restore a full-service grocer to the neighborhood.

“[Residents] have been crying out for the last 20 months because they didn’t have a full-service grocery story in the heart of the community,” Memphis City Councilwoman Jamita Swearengen told the Memphis Business Journal. “It’s very difficult to catch a bus with a lot of groceries in hand.”

Kroger had hoped that Superlo Foods, a competing grocery chain, would take up residence in the vacant building, but Superlo was not in a financial position to purchase the building and open another store.

Kroger hoped to find a buyer for the facility, but ultimately, corporate leaders put the needs of the people above the need for a profit by donating the $500,000 vacant building to Superlo.

City leaders, including Swearengen and Memphis mayor Jim Strickland, worked with the presidents of Superlo and Kroger to make the deal happen. The city is assisting with the deal, giving Superlo a $100,000 grant to get the store up and running.

Kroger Delta Division President Victor Smith said this is the first time that Kroger’s has donated a building to a competitor in the company’s 136-year history.

“[Since arriving in December], I’ve heard a lot about this one important promise we made to the community … to bring a grocer back to historic Orange Mound,” Smith said. “We can drop the competition for a moment.”

The two grocery stores made the announcement on Sept. 30, the camaraderie evident between Superlo president Randy Stepherson and his Kroger rival Smith.

The two men stood proudly behind the community of Orange Mound, happy to announce the historic decision.

“I’d never expect to be standing in the lobby of Kroger Delta Division headquarters with [a Kroger] sign behind me,” Stepherson said with a laugh.

“I’d like to commend Kroger, this one time, for what they’ve done for the community.”

Stepherson hopes to open the new Superlo store by the end of the year.

Exclusive — Stephen Miller Warns America: ‘Do Not Be a Bystander to History’; the ‘Fate of the Future of the Country’ Is ‘in Your Hands’

Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to President Donald Trump, told Breitbart News Sunday on Sunday evening that if the American people get involved, they can make a massive difference in the fight to stand alongside President Trump amid leftist Democrat and deep state efforts to impeach him.

Miller’s comments came at the end of the interview, after he discussed immigration and exposed the deep state’s “saboteurs” throughout government, who are attempting to undermine Trump because he is actually delivering for American workers and families.

“It gets to the heart of all these issues, which is you have a president who is fighting for you and fighting for your family against this execrable Washington swamp like no one has ever done before,” Miller said. “Every day, hour by hour, I am blessed and fortunate enough to see it up close and firsthand. No one has ever fought harder for you or more valiantly for you from the Oval Office than this president. We need to support him right now more than ever in the face of radical leftist Democrats and socialists and their allies in the media and in the permanent bureaucracy.”

Miller said the reason why the deep state and Democrats are coming after Trump is because their livelihoods as part of the permanent swamp in D.C. are at risk because Trump is changing the order of things in Washington.

“He keeps his solemn promises to the American people,” Miller said. “These saboteurs within and without the government, as I said earlier, are like parasites feeding off the nation, feeding off its wealth, feeding off its vitality, feeding off its freedom for their own personal enrichment at all of our expense.”

Miller warned Americans, too, that now is the time to fight back.

“So do not be a bystander to history,” Miller said. “This is happening now. The chance for extraordinary victory is here and now, but we have to win this battle, and we have to be successful in implementing these policies and beating back the Adam Schiffs of the world and the deep state and the fake news media and the corrupt news media.”

He also gave Americans advice about how to fight back, including making their support of Trump clear to their elected representatives and senators and posting Breitbart News articles on social media. If the public rallies to Trump’s side, Miller said, the American people can yet again defeat the globalist forces who want to perpetrate more destructive policies upon them—and the “fate” of the country itself lies in the hands of the people.

“Everyone has it in their power to make a difference, whether it’s writing to lawmakers, whether it’s posting important Breitbart articles on social media, whether it’s showing up and attending events with people who are supportive of the president and showing your own encouragement, or whether it’s talking to your friends and neighbors and just making sure they’re all engaged and informed,” Miller said. “But all of these things cumulatively multiplied by thousands and thousands and thousands of people is going to make an extraordinary difference. So it’s in your hands, to each and every one of your listeners, the fate of the future of the country.”

Chicago Police Officers Told Not To Cooperate With DHS On Immigration Issues: Memo

Police in Chicago were warned not to cooperate with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on issues of immigration.

The Chicago Police Department (CPD)sent a memo, obtained by Fox News, to officers in late September telling them to wait for a supervisor to arrive before assisting DHS. Upon arrival, the supervisor will direct CPD officers to leave the scene, “if the request is to assist with an immigration arrest or detention. Fox News confirmed the authenticity of the memo but could not determine whether Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot was behind the directive.

Several sources within the CPD told Fox that the new policy puts both departments at risk.

“See what happens when that happens and a DHS agent is injured because of a lack of response by CPD. Sickening what’s happening here,” one source told the outlet.

“You’ll not find a single real police officer that would refuse to assist another agency,” said another.

Chicago is one of at least 36 sanctuary cities in the United States that refuse to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an agency within DHS. In addition to dozens of cities, whole counties and states are also considered to be sanctuaries for illegal immigrants.

A DHS spokesperson told Fox that the memo to Chicago police officers was dangerous.

“The Department of Homeland Security is deeply concerned with the dangerous anti-law enforcement direction given by the leadership of the Chicago Police Department. The men and women of ICE put their lives on the line every day to protect the citizens of this country from dangerous criminals,” the spokesperson told the outlet. “Failing to support fellow law enforcement officers upon request for assistance not only places our heroic police officers in greater danger but keeps criminals on the streets and makes all of our communities less safe, specifically the great City of Chicago.”

The CPD told the outlet that law enforcement would assist a federal agent who is in danger but would not assist in the arrest. Instead, they will “advise and leave the scene.”

The new policy for CPD came around the same time that a Virginia police officer was suspended for cooperating with ICE.

The officer was suspended after responding to a vehicle crash. During routine license checks, the officer discovered that one of the drivers had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear for a deportation hearing. The officer notified the ICE contact listed on the notification of the warrant, who was nearby. The officer then arrested the driver and turned them over to the ICE agent.

Fairfax County Police Chief Edwin Roessler Jr. said in a statement that officer violated a department order requiring them to ignore such a notification unless the person in question is “being taken into custody for any other violation of law.” Roessler emphasized in his statement that officers are extensively trained on this distinction and that the suspended officer “deprived a person of their freedom, which is unacceptable.”

The arrested driver spent three hours in custody and was released.

University of Maryland Students on Communist China: ‘They Must Be Doing Something Right’

Students at the University of Maryland were interviewed about their feelings on the 70th anniversary of communist China. Multiple students were sympathetic to the communist government, including one who commented that it “must be doing something right” to have lasted seven decades.

In a series of interviews with Campus Reform, students at the University of Maryland offered some shocking perspectives on the 70th anniversary of communist China. Some students even said that they were “proud” of the anniversary.

“I think we should be proud of that and happy about that,” one student said. “We are really proud of that,” his friend chimed in.

“If it’s been working for 70 years, they must be doing something right,” another student said.

“It’s pretty somber…a lot of people have been living in poverty because of Mao’s revolution,” one student said.

Not every student offered praise for communist China and Mao Zedong. “I think that his methods were insane, that he was incredibly violent,” one student, that identified as a “leftist,” said. “He was very against spiritualism and religion, which I also don’t agree with.”

“I think there is a bias in education in America,” one student countered.”We don’t really learn about the communist revolutions in Russia and China, and even Cuba. We hear about Hitler and all that. But we don’t hear about all the people’s lives that have been lost because of communism.”

Breitbart News has reported that The Communist Manifesto regularly ranks amongst the more frequently-assigned college textbooks. Data compiled by the Open Syllabus Project, which catalogs more than 1.1. million college course syllabi, The Communist Manifesto is the third-most assigned college textbook in the world, falling only behind a book on grammar and Plato’s Republic.

Stray Bullet Crushes Young Man’s Army Dream Until Branch’s Former Top Man Steps In

An upstanding young man’s dreams of joining the military were dashed when he was hit by a stray bullet. All of this changed when the Army’s former top man stepped in and set things straight.

Although Nasair Boston-Epps grew up in a rough Philadelphia area, he did everything to live life right and stay positive.

According to American Military News, Boston-Epps is a cadet at the Philadelphia Military Academy and is a star player on the school’s rugby team.

Boston-Epps didn’t just apply himself in academics, either. After school, he would head to his job at McDonald’s and work to earn a paycheck. Walking to his shift one evening, everything changed.

A stray bullet hit Boston-Epps.

The young man was determined to not let the wound stop his dream of joining the military.

Boston-Epps’ family history is full of other men who served their country, and he wanted to follow in their steps. His father, grandfather and great-great-grandfather were all veterans, having taken part in three wars between them.

Despite the wound nearly killing him, Boston-Epps eventually made a full recovery.

The wound would come back to haunt him when he tried to join the Army. The young man was informed that his bullet wound was a disqualifying condition, regardless of his own doctors clearing him.

Boston-Epps wouldn’t be discouraged this easily and showed up at the recruiting station on a regular basis to talk with the Army recruiter. The Philadelphia Inquirer even ran an article chronicling the young man’s journey.

In a twist of fate, it wasn’t Boston-Epps’ uncommon determination that eventually landed him a spot in the army, but the Inquirer article that ended up in the hands of a former Army leader.

Patrick Murphy, the former undersecretary of the Army appointed by former President Barack Obama, once held the highest civilian position in the Army. After learning about Boston-Epps, he quickly had the military re-evaluating the young man.

After taking a second look, Army physicians agreed Boston-Epps’ past injuries shouldn’t keep him from serving his country. The story of his dedication was also making an impression on Army brass.

This is exactly the type of person we are looking for in the United States Army,” said Lt. Col. Brendan Toolan, commander of the Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Battalion. “This is a kid who had a goal of joining the military and made it happen, and a lot of it was sheer determination.”

If every young man were as driven as soon-to-be Pvt. Boston Epps, our nation would look much different than it does today.

Thankfully instead of losing a good man to a mountain of red tape and regulations, it looks like the United States Army is going to gain an outstanding soldier who is virtually guaranteed to leave a positive mark on the branch.

Group of Kids Grab Bikes and Help Police Find Missing 97-Year-Old Woman with Dementia

A group of 10 and 11-year-old kids from Roseville, California, have been credited with finding a missing 97-year-old woman with dementia who had wandered away.

Glenneta Belford, 97, is mostly nonverbal and has dementia. She went missing on Sept. 30, prompting a police search.

When police from the city of Roseville asked for the public’s help in locating Belford, a group of bicycle-riding neighborhood kids rose to the challenge.

According to CNN, Hope Claiborne, 11, and her friend Makenna Rogers, 10, were playing in the neighborhood when they heard the call over loudspeakers that a 97-year-old woman had gone missing.

The girls ran to get Hope’s brother, Kashton Claiborne and his friend Logan Hultman, both 10, to help with the search.

“My friends Hope and Makenna were playing and they heard a helicopter saying a 97-year-old lady was missing,” Logan told CNN.

“So, they came to grab me and my friend Kashton and told us about the missing lady. We all grabbed our bikes and started searching.”

The kids rode their bicycles all over the neighborhood, through parks and down block after block until they stumbled upon a confused and disoriented Belford. The junior detectives did all the right things, calling police with the information and waiting with the woman until help arrived.

“She was talking to herself and kept saying ‘Go away, go away, I’m talking to my friend,’ but nobody was there,” Logan said. “Hope called 911 and we waited with her until they arrived.”

Roseville police officers were thrilled with the kids’ detective work, publicly praising the children on Facebook.

“As it turns out, they were the team to locate the missing 97-year-old,” Roseville police wrote on Facebook. “Our surprised dispatchers took the initial call from this team of junior detectives, which helped connect officers to the missing person.”

“This proves a great point, age is just a number and anyone can help out in a time of need,” the department wrote.

Hope and Kashton’s father, Daniel Claiborne, was proud of his kids for helping with the search, and admitted he doubted their seriousness.

“I doubted them [when they told me they were going to go find her],” Claiborne told CNN. “I was like, ‘Yeah, OK, go have fun, be safe on your bikes,’ and they were like, ‘No Dad, seriously, we are gonna find her, we’re gonna get our friends, we’re gonna find her.’”
