A Facebook fact-checking partner determined that President Donald Trump did not tell people to inject themselves with disinfectants to cure the coronavirus. Lead Stories, a fact-checking outlet run by former CNN employees, took a video from popular Facebook page March for Science and found it to be a “false accusation.”

Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, incoming president of Young America’s Foundation, told Breitbart News in an exclusive Friday interview that he believes the mission of the organization is more important now than ever before.

“You talk about training young freedom fighters, training them about the importance of individual freedom, strong national defense, core conservative principles, free enterprise. Those things are more at risk than ever before,” he said.

He said even if President Trump is reelected, “This is a battle where the odds are stacked against us and we’ve got to be in a position where we’re the ultimate freedom fighters.”

“I think after this coronavirus, many young people are going to be questioning why they need to be paying tens of thousands of dollars to sit in ivory towers when a lot of learning can be done virtually and through other formats,” he said, and predicted changes in higher education as a result.

Walker believes there is a “teachable moment” when it comes to how law enforcement has been clamping down on alleged violators of social distancing and stay-at-home orders.

“A classic example a lot of young people could relate to, out in California, where they pushed sand inside of a skateboard park,” he said, and credited the “young entrepreneurs” who made it a dirt track.

“It is a good reminder that the government, left to their own devices, absolute power corrupts absolutely,” he said, adding that there is a connection to be made between those viral moments and rights.

“We can point out the suspension of common sense,” he said. “Yes, we’re all concerned about health. We want to be sure people are healthy and safe. But whether it’s that, or it’s the church congregation, each individually sitting in their own cars, getting ticketed for listening to the radio in a parking lot; whether it’s going into a Walmart and being able to buy milk and eggs, but not seeds, but you can go buy a lottery ticket or get an abortion. All those things. I hope the more we just point out the inconsistency, the suspension of common sense, that’s something anyone, but particularly young people, can relate to.”

“If you don’t have checks and balances on the government they’re going to come, and the examples we give of places like Venezuela aren’t that far off when we look at some of these jurisdictions across America,” Walker said.

China has a major reason for pushing the fake news story that the Wuhan coronavirus was created randomly in a wet market. 

Former New York Mayor and Trump supporter and Trump personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani interviewed former US Attorney Joe diGenova and his attorney wife and partner, Victoria Toensing, about corrupt Joe Biden’s activities in China and around the globe. 

At the 12:00 mark, Joe and Victoria state that the Bidens are more corrupt than the Clintons.  A very shocking statement, indeed.  The interview was excellent.

After Rudy interviewed Joe and Victoria, he brought in K. T. McFarland, who at the 30:00 minute mark, revealed why China continues to claim the China coronavirus came from a wet market:

One of the reasons that they keep insisting, despite mounting evidence that it came from a lab in Wuhan, they keep insisting, no, no, it came from a wet market, or maybe it was America who did it.  They cannot admit culpability for the following reason, if they do, then there’s a clause that they put into the Phase 1 US-China Trade Deal, where in essence in this trade deal it said we would lift sanctions, we would lift the tariffs on them and then they would buy a lot of agriculture and other goods from us.

But there’s a clause that’s in there, a get out of jail free clause, which says, however, if there is a natural occurring disaster, the two parties will renegotiate.  In other words, China doesn’t necessarily want to keep the terms of the deal.  And so it’s very important for everybody, for them, to say, well, it’s a naturally occurring disaster coming out of the wet lab.  It wasn’t China who did that.

So not only do they give themselves an out for the trade deal, that they were pressured into signing, but they also will give themselves an out if companies and countries and individuals, all come to the International Courts and try to sue China.

The Bidens are corrupt and China will do anything to get out of their trade deal with the US.  Their plan may just work out.  We will know in November.

Small Businesses In Catch-22 Begin Revolt: ‘Defy State’s Stay-At-Home Order Or Face Collections’

As some states begin hesitantly reopening aspects of their economies, many small business owners find themselves in a Catch-22, as one Atlanta fitness studio operator who says he lost a family member to a likely coronavirus-related illness describes. 

“I am in a Catch-22,” Ramese Long – who had only opened his gym in January of this year – lamented, saying “I am anxious to get open. However, rolling the dice medically, I don’t think is a good idea.”

States like Georgia, Colorado, Florida, Texas and a handful of others have stay-at-home orders expiring by end of this month, and have signaled that restrictions will begin to be rapidly lifted. Colorado, Minnesota and Montana are among those planning further to drastically ease social distancing guidelines. And Tennessee plans to go so far as to allow restaurants to welcome diners at 50% capacity starting Wednesday, according to Governor Bill Lee.

But as decision-making regarding freedom to open or close is set to be transferred back to the individual businesses, it’s unclear just how fast things will actually get back to normal.

"For small-business owners, it can come down to life-or-death decisions, for their firm, for their employees and for their customers," Bloomberg writes. "The tasks at hand are concrete: how to rearrange a restaurant to allow for social distancing and where to buy noncontact infrared thermometers. While many owners are struggling to obtain financial aid and simply get by every day, they wrestle with daunting questions: Is my business model viable at half-capacity and will the customers come back?"

Yet other states, considered to have been more hard-hit by the pandemic such as New York, New Jersey, Oregon and Washington, have yet to suggest any level of a timetable as to when businesses might resume. 

Some health officials are advancing models which call for state-wide lockdowns to continue all the way into late June and early July. Researchers behind a University of Washington model that’s now making waves say that no state should open their economies before May 1.

While some sit on the fence in terms of the health risks of welcoming clients and customers – or at least fearing they won’t come back over negative perceptions – others in more restrictive states have taken matters into their own hands. 

For example, despite California hair salons and barbershops being ordered closed across the state since March, at least two are making local and national headlines for defying the order:

After more than a month without income, two business owners in Auburn have decided to defy that order and reopen their doors to customers anyway. 

For Clip Cage owner Breann Curtis, it was either defy the state’s stay-at-home order or face collections.

“I have to do what I have to do. I’m fighting to provide for my children and myself and my family right now,” explained Curtis.

A local FOX affiliate describes that the hair salons have lost thousands in income as debts are mounting. 

They’re forced into a ‘defy or die’ situation, where they’ve out of desperation opted to open while implementing a vigorous sanitization regimen: 

“It’s been very hard. I’m pregnant. I have children at home,” said Curtis.

Closing shop in March meant she could no longer work to support her family, missing out on thousands of dollars in lost income.

She’s not the only salon owner who reached their breaking point.

Tisha Fernhoff runs the Beauty Bar Salon in the same Auburn shopping complex and also made the call to open her doors.

“How much longer am I supposed to go down the rabbit hole before I just throw in the towel and go back to work?” Fernhoff told FOX40.

They say they were denied applications for the Paycheck Protection Program. Meanwhile it’s unclear whether they’ll suffer legal backlash from local authorities. 

In many instances across the US, police have visited local business – especially ones where people come into close contact like hair and nail salons, or gyms and massage parlors – to order them closed. 

But as some states reopen, it’ll be all the more temptation for many businesses still in neighboring restricted states to take the early initiative and defy state and local closure orders.

It was a shocking news-break Friday as reports indicated evidence had emerged supporting former Senate aide Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations against presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential primary nominee Joe Biden.

Potentially more shocking, however, were Saturday morning developments that seemed to suggest that — just like that — the American left’s zero-tolerance, “Believe All Women” approach to sexual assault allegations against prominent figures in the D.C. political establishment had been put to rest.

According to The Intercept, video was found this week in the archives of CNN’s “Larry King Live” revealing an on-air phone call in 1993 in which a female caller complained that her daughter had had nowhere to turn for help with unspecified “problems” while working for a “prominent senator.” The caller is believed to have been Reade’s now-deceased mother.

Receiving incredibly little attention from the establishment media, Reade came forward in March with allegations Biden had, while she was a staffer in his office in 1993, forced himself upon her in private in a hallway in the Capitol complex, kissing her and penetrating her with his fingers.

Confirmation the “Larry King Live” caller was, in fact, Reade’s mother would support Reade’s claims that she had confided in others and considered coming forward shortly after the alleged assault would have taken place.

Still, the news about the phone call wasn’t enough to stop Democratic senators, and former bitter primary opponents, from expressing support for Biden just 24 hours later on social media.

Likely still vying for a vice presidential nod, the senators were eager Saturday morning to kiss the boots of their good friend Biden, joining him in promoting a campaign event titled S.O.U.L. of the Nation Saturday.

Coming on the one-year anniversary of Biden’s campaign announcement, “SOUL Saturday” — for service, outreach, unity and leadership — is described as a day dedicated to celebrating American “communities’ heroes” in a time of crisis.

Coincidentally, the event also plays on Biden’s running narrative regarding his candidacy — which he describes as an attempt to “reclaim” the soul of America from the hands of mean, old President Donald Trump.

And wouldn’t you know it, Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Kirsten Gillibrand and Cory Booker had no problem slapping on fake smiles, painting their former opponent with rehearsed compliments and quoting his campaign slogans.

“I’m so grateful to be teaming up with [Joe Biden] to recognize all of the heroes fighting for us on the front lines,” Booker wrote in a Twitter post alongside a promotional video. “The biggest thing you can do today is a small act of kindness for someone else — so please, join us in this day of service.”

“Today I’m joining my friend [Joe Biden] and people across our nation who are coming together to take part in #SOULSaturday,” wrote Harris, whose most notable moment of campaign popularity came from insinuating Biden was an old racist.

“Let’s use this moment to show our appreciation for those on the front lines and connect with our friends and neighbors. We’re all in this together.”

Of course, no such pleasantries were made regarding then-D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Brett Kavanaugh by any of the aforementioned senators at the time of his 2018 Supreme Court confirmation.

In fact, Booker, Harris and Klobuchar were all clearly using their positions on the Senate Judiciary Committee at the time of the Kavanaugh proceedings as a springboard for their eventual failed White House bids.

During the Kavanaugh hearings, Democrats suggested every woman and every sexual assault allegation should be taken at face value. A simple accusation was enough to warrant disqualifying someone from any job or higher office, regardless of the flimsiness of the evidence provided.

This is not to say sexual assault allegations should be taken lightly or ignored. To the contrary, they should be heard and investigated with the utmost seriousness and empathy.

But presumption of innocence and all manner of due process were flung to the wind when Christine Blasey Ford, Ph.D., came forward with consistently uncorroborated claims Kavanaugh had assaulted her at a party in high school.

One allegation led to more and more still, each one less credible than the last.

Stories of a high school-aged Kavanaugh taking part in methodically planned date-rape rings and thrusting his genitals upon an unsuspecting woman at a Yale University party were all welcomed by Democrats and the media as though they were equally valid — because, once again, you had to “Believe All Women.”

That is why Gillibrand repeatedly told the media and the nation that Ford had “no reason to lie,” according to CNN.

That is why Klobuchar used her time questioning the judge as an opportunity to grandstand, assassinating his character with implications that his collegiate drinking habits somehow made him a sex criminal as well.

But I guess it’s too much to ask the same level of scrutiny be applied to Biden, even hours after the allegations against him seem to have taken on teeth.

A crowd of people gathered in Frisco Saturday afternoon, choosing to ignore social distancing practices. They believe reversing the fall of the state’s economy is the top priority.

A feeling shared by Salon A La Mode owner Shelley Luther.

“And if they want to lock those doors, I’ll put chairs out here and my stylists can work out here on the patio, gladly,” she said.

She was served a citation from the city of Dallas, and a cease and desist letter from Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins on Friday. Still, she said she’s not leaving.

A line formed before she opened again on Saturday. It’s unclear what actions officials will take.

“Everything’s been vague because they’re all looking at each other saying, what do we do, because this is unprecedented,” Luther added.

She’s had steady lines of support.

“She’s, you know, fighting the good fight for all of us,” customer Lynne said. “As a business owner, every single day matters. It’s utterly agonizing to look at a pile of bills and get more bills and know that you’re getting further and further behind.”

A news organization reached out every Democrat in the Senate to ask about the sexual assault allegations against presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

No one would say a word.

“Every Democrat in the Senate has refused to acknowledge the sexual assault allegations against 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden that were brought forward by a former staffer, even after new evidence lends credibility to the alleged assault,” the Daily Caller reported Saturday.

“The Daily Caller contacted every Democrat in the Senate, asking them if they would even consider the allegations by Biden’s accuser, Tara Reade, who has accused the then-senator of kissing her, touching her and penetrating her with his fingers without her consent in 1993. Each Senate office was given 24 hours to respond but not one did.”

The Caller’s efforts to get Democrats to weight in on the allegations came after new evidence emerged that backs up Reade’s claim about being sexually assaulted by then-senator Biden in 1993.

Reade told reporters that at the time of the harassment and assault by Biden she told various people including her mother, a close friend, and her brother.

Reade has alleged that when she was 29 and working as a staffer for Biden, he forced her up against a wall, forcibly kissed her, put a hand up her blouse and skirt, and penetrated her with his fingers. Biden has denied the allegations.

Speaking to The Intercept, Reade explained that her mother even called in to “Larry King Live” on CNN and discussed her daughter’s experience on Capitol Hill.

That video has now surfaced.

“On August 11, 1993, King aired a program titled, ‘Washington: The Cruelest City on Earth?’ Toward the end of the program, he introduces a caller dialing in from San Luis Obispo, California. Congressional records list August 1993 as Reade’s last month of employment with Biden’s Senate office, and, according to property records, Reade’s mother, Jeanette Altimus, was living in San Luis Obispo County,” the Intercept reports.

During the call, her mother asked King for advice on what her daughter should do, though she did not discuss Biden by name. Reade’s mother has since passed away.

The clip from the King episode was playing last week online but Google has since removed the episode from its Google play catalog.

First it was omission, now it is outright collusion with the Biden presidential campaign. First, CNN kept hidden their own footage that links Biden to a sexual assault. CNN would have succeeded in keeping that hidden but for the MRC that also had, and released, the footage. After being exposed and forced to report on the story they had for years, within a day CNN has now taken it down again, trying to expunge the evidence from their online platforms.
