President Donald Trump unleashed a torrent of criticism at the White House against former Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday.

“Joe Biden’s entire career has been a gift to the Chinese Communist Party,” Trump said.

The president spoke during an evening press conference in the White House Rose Garden on China.

“Joe Biden and President Obama freely allowed China to pillage our factories, plunder our communities, and steal our most precious secrets,” Trump said.

But Trump’s criticism of the former Vice President did not stop at China.

The president repeatedly referred to a list of Biden’s policy proposals on several issues, including infrastructure, immigration, energy, law enforcement, and education.

“Biden’s gone radical left,” Trump said.

Trump ridiculed Biden for putting Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Bernie Sanders in charge of his energy program.

“In other words, he wants to install the Green New Deal into our country,” he said, referring to the widely mocked proposal from Ocasio-Cortez.

He also ripped Biden’s son Hunter Biden for his discharge from the military and for serving on the board of a China-backed investment firm.

Trump noted that Biden would stop limitations on immigration and accepting refugees, as well as offering amnesty to illegal immigrants in the country.

“Everyone gets amnesty, mass amnesty,” Trump said about Biden’s future presidency.

He said that Biden and the Democrats would pursue open border policies if he won the presidency.

“They’re going to rip down the wall. It’s hard to get that built, and now it’s almost completed,” Trump said.

Trump also berated Biden for failing to fix America’s infrastructure and roads and bridges.

The president spoke for nearly an hour before taking questions, as he repeatedly touted his own record on the issues in question.

“We could go on for days,” Trump said.

Corporate media figures expressed surprise that Trump used the Rose Garden for a sharply political speech.

“There’s never been a time when two candidates have been more different,” Trump said.

A four-time deported illegal alien, previously convicted of child sexual abuse, has been arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Utah.

Roberto Montes-Lopez, a 37-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested by ICE agents on July 2 after he was released from the Weber County Jail in Utah. Montes-Lopez had been serving a prison sentence for second-degree felony child sexual abuse.

In June 2015, after returning illegally to the U.S. for the fifth time, Montes-Lopez was convicted and sentenced to no more than 15 years in prison for the child sex crimes. Montes-Lopez has a criminal record dating back to 2004.

“Law enforcement’s common goal is to keep communities safe and keep dangerous predators off the streets,” ICE official Sylvester Ortega said in a statement.

“The arrest of a criminal alien like Montes-Lopez, whose criminal history spans nearly two decades, demonstrates why cooperation is so important between agencies,” Ortega said. “These partnerships will continue to protect the community from criminal illegal aliens that hurt the citizens of this country.”

Between 2004 and 2011, Montes-Lopez was deported four times from the U.S. In January 2012, Montes-Lopez was prosecuted for felony illegal re-entry.

Montes-Lopez’s rap sheet also includes:

• 2005 conviction for drug possession and distribution
• 2011 convictions for use of a firearm by a restricted person
• 2015 convictions for money laundering and drunk driving
• 2020 conviction for possession and distribution of heroin

ICE officials say Montes-Lopez will remain in custody until he is deported for the fifth time.

Ghislaine Maxwell cried as she was denied bail on Tuesday and learned she must stay locked up until her trial next summer, as Jeffrey Epstein’s accused madam pleaded not guilty to the sex trafficking charges brought against her.

The 58-year-old wiped tears away and hung her head as she learned her fate, wearing a prison-issued brown top and with her normally short hair now long and swept back into a bun, appearing via video link.

U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan denied Maxwell’s proposal of a $5 million bond co-signed by two of her sisters and backed up by more than $3.75 million in property in the UK.

A peaceful crowd gathered in the nation’s capital on Tuesday for an “emancipation celebration,” where speakers called for not only preserving the Freedman’s Memorial in Lincoln Park that has been targeted by protesters but for President Donald Trump to establish a National Garden there and rename it Unity Park.

“I  salute President Trump for signing the executive order to establish a new national garden of American heroes,” Star Parker, founder of the Center for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE), said at the event. “He stated that the garden would include statues of American heroes from all walks of American life.” She continued:

So in addition to being her today to rally and campaign this historical and sacred treasure we at UrbanCURE propose that President Trump select this location at Lincoln Park to be the home of his new national garden — the one he envisions — and that the park be renamed Unity Park to not only capture the theme of American heroism that illuminates all ethnicities in our nation but also to shine a light on our one set up principles and on our one God.

Parker and others spoke with the statue titled “Emancipation” as a backdrop, where placards were also placed along the fence that the National Park Service constructed to protect the statue. “If no police — then no peace,” one placard read. “Not all black Americans agree with Black Lives Matter,” another read.

“Before BLM demands that white folk learn black history, perhaps black folk like D.C. Mayor Bowser and congressional Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton need to learn more black history,” Parker said in announcing the event.

She also addressed the controversy over the memorial, which shows President Abraham Lincoln with one hand holding the Emancipation Proclamation and the other hand above the head of Archer Alexander, a former slave who served as a model for the statue.

“Archer Alexander is not kneeling; as a track star prepared to run a dash, the kinetic motion in this figure shows him just emancipated to stand and run his race as a free man,” Parker said.

UrbanCure has also launched a petition drive to collect 10,000 signatures to counter Bowser and Holmes Norton’s petition calling for the memorial to be removed.

“This Emancipation Memorial was literally paid for by former slaves,” the petition website stated. “Help us preserve this historic statue in Lincoln Park that Black Lives Matter, liberals and Antifa want to destroy. Help us sustain the deep history of African Americans and the freedom they fought and died for.”

The family of a one-year-old killed by a gunman in Brooklyn Sunday night is in mourning and searching for answers.

“You took my son’s life,” Davell Gardner Sr. told Fox News contributor Lawrence Jones. “I can’t get that back. I can’t hold him no more. I can’t hear him calling me ‘daddy’ no more. I can’t kiss him no more. I can’t play with him no more.”

His son, Davell Gardner Jr., was sitting on a small chair at an outdoor cookout when two men stepped out of a dark-colored SUV and allegedly began shooting from across Raymond Bush Park in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, the New York Daily News reported.

Davell Jr. suffered a shot wound to his stomach and died at the hospital on Monday.

Davell Jr.’s grandmother also shared some words about the “cowards” that murdered her son.

“For the cowards that did this, you should be ashamed of yourself because everybody talks about Black Lives Matter. What about baby lives? What about teenager lives?” she asked. “You took an innocent child from [his] mother and father as well as the grandparents and I don’t think it’s fair.

Mayor Bill de Blasio commented on the shooting on Monday, calling for a moment of silence during a press briefing.

“This is so painful,” Mayor Bill de Blasio said at a news briefing on Monday, before calling for a minute of silence. “It’s not something we can ever look away from.”

In New York City this past weekend, shooting deaths far outnumbered deaths from the coronavirus.

Pro-life activist Ryan Bomberger said on Tuesday at Lincoln Park in the nation’s capital that “ideological slavery” is the bondage that needs to be broken today.

Bomberger was one of several speakers who joined Star Parker and her Center for Urban Renewal and Education’s (CURE) emancipation celebration in front of the Freedman’s Memorial at the park that has been targeted for removal by protesters, including the political group Black Lives Matter.

“This country was transformed by people, black and white, who believed that we are all created equal,” said Bomberger, the co-founder of the Radiance Foundation. “The emancipation memorial should be a reminder to never see any group as non-persons, whether born or unborn.”

“And that America’s history is best relayed by reality, not revised by mob mentality,” Bomberger said. “Here in America we still desperately need emancipation for ideological slavery.”

Bomberger spoke passionately about preserving true history and fighting those who would revise it.

“Today we stand in solidarity against chaos and anarchy and those who try to tear down truth under the guise of racial justice,” Bomberger said. “There is no justice without truth.”

“I will fight for both,” Bomberger said. “May God emancipate the soul of our nation.”

Bomberger’s life’s mission was sown before his biological mother gave birth to him after she was raped. His mother gave him “the beautiful gift of adoption” and he was raised in a Christian home with 13 siblings — ten of whom were adopted.

Bomberger and his wife, Bethany, have four children, two of whom were adopted.

Appearing Tuesday on MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Reports, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) blamed President Donald Trump for her city’s ongoing gun violence, claiming the crisis is a “direct result” of failed leadership by the federal government.

A partial transcript is as follows: 

ANDREA MITCHELL: I want to also ask you about the violence this past weekend in Chicago, at least 60 shootings. The president jumped all over this, comparing it to — saying the city is worse than Afghanistan. your reaction as you’re trying to come to grips with all of this?

MAYOR LORI LIGHTFOOT: Well, look, if you go back over many years, President Trump has said a lot of disparaging things about the city of Chicago. He likes to use us as a political punching bag. But if the president was really committed to helping us deal with our violence, he would do some easy things. One is, he would push for universal background checks. He would push for an assault weapons ban. He would push to make sure that people who were banned from getting on airplanes can’t get guns. This is the kind of thing that federal leadership can do. […]

As long as we are challenged with having states surrounding us, notably Indiana, that has very lax gun laws, where somebody can drive across the border and literally load up a vehicle with military-grade weapons and bring them back to the city of Chicago, we’re going to continue to be challenged,” she continued. “We’re doing an all-hands-on-deck strategy. We’re really focusing on the root causes of the violence. But fundamentally we have too many illegal guns on our street, and that is a direct result of a failure of federal leadership, which is why we need change in November. And we need the kind of leadership that Joe Biden is going to bring to our country.

Lightfoot’s remarks come after at least 60 people were shot, 13 fatally, over the weekend in Chicago. NBC News recently reported that shootings in the Windy City have soared 76 percent since last year, while “nearly all the bloodshed [is] concentrated in the city’s predominantly Black and brown communities on the South and West Sides.”

On Independence Day weekend, at least 70 were shot, 14 fatally, in Chicago.

Earlier July, President Trump offered federal assistance to help combat Chicago and New York City’s surging gun crime.

The president wrote on Twitter at the time: Chicago and New York City crime numbers are way up. 67 people shot in Chicago, 13 killed. Shootings up significantly in NYC where people are demanding that @NYGovCuomo & @NYCMayor act now. Federal Government ready, willing and able to help, if asked!”
