Lawmakers from 20 Countries Back Israel, Sign Pro-Annexation Letter


TEL AVIV — Lawmakers from 20 different countries in Europe, Africa and Latin America signed a letter on Wednesday endorsing Israel’s plan to extend sovereignty over parts of the West Bank, The Jerusalem Post reported.

The letter, signed by the chairs of the Israel Allies Caucuses in their respective countries, said the parliamentarians support Israel’s right to apply Israeli law over parts of the West Bank and the Jordan Valley.

“We affirm that the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria have been a key part of the biblical and ancestral homeland of the Jewish nation for centuries,” the letter reads, referring to the West Bank by its biblical name.

“We maintain that Israel applying Israeli civil law to already existing Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria is appropriate and recognizes the democratic wishes of those communities.”

The parliamentarians also called for freedom of access to key biblical sites to members of all religions, including “the Tomb of the Patriarch and Matriarchs in Hebron, the site of Jacob’s dream in Beit El and the tabernacle’s resting place in Shiloh, among many other religious sites.

“We believe that the application of sovereignty to these communities in Israel will not affect the Palestinian people negatively but rather bring the possibility for peace and prosperity closer to the region. Applying Israeli law to already existing Jewish communities in Israel can be part of a realistic regional peace plan which recognizes current realities.”

The European signatories included Israel Allies Caucus leaders Slovakia, Wales, Finland, Italy, Romania and the Netherlands. Slovakian MP Peter Kremsky, who heads one of the largest Israel caucuses in Europe with 30 MPs, said the area in question has “always been an important part of Israel and Israeli history.”

“I fully support this statement and believe in peace for all people living in these territories,” Kremsky said.

Zambia, Malawi, Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Madagascar and Kenya were represented among the African signatories.

“I am proud to stand in support for Israel’s legal, biblical and historical right to apply sovereignty to the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria,” MP Joyce Chitsulo, chair of the Malawi Parliamentary Israel Allies Caucus.

“The Israelis living in these established communities since 1967 deserve to live under domestic Israeli governance instead of military control. The time has come to accept the current reality on the ground.”

Latin American representatives from Argentina, Colombia, Suriname, Mexico, the Domincan Republic and Guatemala also signed the letter.

Congressman Fidel Reyes Lee, chairman of the Guatemalan Parliamentary Israel Allies Caucus, said:

We want to send a message of support to the State of Israel from the Guatemalan Congress, regarding the application of Israeli civil law to already existing Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. Guatemala has always been on the side of the Jewish people and the State of Israel at the most important moments in its history, and here we are from the Guatemalan Congress reiterating our unconditional support for the State of Israel.

The report cited Israel Allies Foundation president, Josh Reinstein, as praising the parliamentarians for their “bold statement” endorsing the plan.

“This is not just an American phenomenon, all over the world millions of Bible-believing Christians are waiting with bated breath to finally realize the dream of sovereignty in Israel’s heartland,” Reinstein said. “The courageous leadership of our parliamentary chairmen as demonstrated by their bold statement in support of sovereignty is a testament to the strength of faith-based diplomacy.”

Extinction Rebellion Extremists Block Aeroplane at Swedish airport


Just days after storming an airport runway in Paris, Swedish members of the extremist climate change group Extinction Rebellion blocked an SAS airlines flight at Sweden’s Ängelholm–Helsingborg Airport.

Just as European airlines are starting to recommence services after being wiped out by Coronavirus lockdowns, radical greens seem determined to prevent the industry from recovering. Several activists took to the runway on Monday at around 7:30 pm and got in front of an SAS Airlines aircraft that was making a domestic flight. The protest group stated that they were opposed to bailouts for the airline.

“SAS flights blocked by rebels. No crisis packages for dirty industries! Activists physically block a domestic flight and demand that no taxpayers’ money will be spent on saving the aviation industry,” the group said.

Swedish police reported that at least ten activists were present at the scene and cleared them away shortly after 8 pm. One of the protesters is even said to have glued his hands to the aeroplane.

“About ten people manifested at the site, five of them in connection with the plane and the others in the terminal building,” police said. The police press statement added that those who blocked the plane had tickets for the flight and were not on the runway illegally, but added it was a crime to prevent the aeroplane from taking off.

The incident comes just days after Extinction Rebellion members in France stormed a runway at Paris’s Orly airport and blocked a passenger flight to Corsica.

The group demanded that all domestic flights in France be ended, a position that is backed by the French government of President Emmanuel Macron who made cancelling domestic flights a requirement for Air France to receive coronavirus bailout cash.

As Breitbart London’s James Delingpole noted at the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown, radical greens in Europe celebrated the destruction of the economy as a template for a new world order dominated by green policy. One television scientist enthused over the mass house arrest of millions of people and enforced business shutdown as showing “what a future with less pollution and more active wildlife could be like.”

Extinction Rebellion, which is known for its past radicalism, also has links to Swedish climate change activist teen Greta Thunberg. Earlier this year, a British regional counter-terrorism police unit was criticised for placing the group on a list of extremist organisations in a youth safeguarding guidance document. Following an expose by the left-liberal Guardian, Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) backed down from the move, saying that they do not believe Extinction Rebellion is an extremist organisation and will be reviewing its inclusion in the guidance document.

In the Most Moving Hannity of All Time, Father of a Son Who Was Killed in the CHOP Zone in Seattle Shares His Pain Over Losing His Son

In one of the most moving Hannity Shows ever, the father of a son slain in the CHOP zone in Seattle spoke out.  It was a very emotional interview for Hannity and viewers who could see the pain the father felt after losing his son so senselessly.

Hannity held one of his most riveting interviews of all time last night when he brought on his show the father of a teen slain in Seattle’s CHOP zone a few weeks ago.  Hannity provided the father ample time to share his story and feelings about losing his son so senselessly.

Horace Lorenzo Anderson revealed he was not allowed to see his son in the hospital after his son was shot, and he was not allowed to see his sons body for a week after he died.  Mr. Anderson said he has not been contacted by law enforcement, the mayor, the governor or any politician about the matter.  Mr. Anderson cried and shared the feelings of a loving father who had suddenly lost his son.

Mr. Anderson was shown a video of police begging the people of CHOP to let them in along with emergency personal to assist in his son’s emergency care the night he was shot in CHOP.  The father had not seen the video and was visually moved.  Mr. Anderson had a good friend at his side.

Mr. Anderson and his friend could not understand what took the city of Seattle and the state of Washington so long before they tore down the boarders surrounding CHOP and took the whole nightmare down.  Mr. Anderson’s son died as a result.

Lone Women’s Soccer Player Who Refused To Kneel For Anthem Releases Statement On Why She Stood

On Wednesday, professional women’s soccer player Rachel Hill, who comes from a military family, posted a lengthy statement to social media explaining why she chose to stand for the playing of the national anthem before the Chicago Red Stars’ most recent game.

The entire Red Stars team wore “Black Lives Matter” t-shirts at pre-game; Hill, however, was the lone player to stand during the anthem.

“When I stood for the national anthem before the Chicago Red Stars’ most recent game, this was a decision that did not come easily or without profound thought,” she explained. “Before the game, I was completely torn on what to do. I spoke with friends, family, and teammates — of all races, religions and backgrounds — with the hope of guidance.”

“I chose to stand because of what the flag inherently means to my military family members and me, but I 100% support my peers,” Hill said. “Symbolically, I tried to show this with the placement of my hand on Casey’s shoulder and bowing my head.”

Hill’s statement, which can be read in-full below, goes on to underscore her support for “the black lives matter movement,” noting that as a “white athlete” she needs to step up and fight inequality.

“What the black community goes through on a daily basis in this country is unacceptable. The pain. The hurt. Facing racism, prejudice, and social injustice — it must change,” the soccer player’s statement said, adding, “I support the black lives matter movement wholeheartedly. I also support and will do my part in fighting against the current inequality. As a white athlete, it is way past due for me to be diligently anti-racist. 

As noted by The Daily Wire last week, two full rosters of women’s soccer teams — the Portland Thorns and the North Carolina Courage — took a knee during the playing of our national anthem, as well.

Hill, an open Christian, ended her post by highlighting the call for her to love her neighbors as herself:

I do the best I can each day to show love and respect towards every human being. Through my faith I’ve been taught that love always works, and the command I follow is to “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Galatians 5:14. I pray for recognition of the dignity and worth of all people. In this moment the black community needs us. I am ready to help with meaningful action that leads to everlasting change. Do I have all the answers to this? No. But we must start somewhere, and that’s my intent.

I will continue to learn and grow through each of these valuable conversations, with the hope of creating change to someday reach equality.

SEE IT: Same Day L.A. Mayor Says ‘Avoid Gatherings’ For July 4th, LAPD Posts Photo Of Thousands Gathered For Protest

On the same day that Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) posted a series of warnings to residents about maintaining mandated social distancing measures, including wearing face masks and avoiding gatherings with “anybody except for those you live with,” the Los Angeles Police Department posted a photograph of thousands gathered in the city for a social justice protest.

On Wednesday, Garcetti, whose profile photo on Twitter is now a picture of him wearing a black face mask, posted a series of reminders and warnings ahead of the July Fourth weekend.

“COVID-19 has taken control, and we need to take control back. That’s what we did in March, April and May, when we sacrificed, stayed safer at home and saved lives — we need that same commitment to flatten the curve now,” the Democratic mayor wrote in one of several COVID-19 themed posts (below). “We were the first major city to require face coverings, and we must continue to wear them,” he added in another tweet. “Gathering with anybody except for those you live with may spread this virus. And that’s why more businesses and places where people gather indoors are closing or must operate differently.”

“This 4th of July weekend, please wear face coverings and avoid gatherings,” he wrote in a post pinned to the top of his page. “This is a critical time in our fight against COVID-19. Beaches, piers, and beach bike paths in the City and County of L.A. will be closed from Friday, July 3 to Monday, July 6.”

“We will begin posting the COVID threat level at http://Coronavirus.LACity.org/ThreatLevel using the colors red, orange, yellow, and green. Today we’re at orange — the risk of infection remains high and you should stay at home as often as you can and only leave for essential activities,” Garcetti warned residents in another post. Prior to that post, Garcetti noted that the risk level had become high enough that California Gov. Gavin Newsom had “announced that indoor dining at restaurants is no longer allowed in our county.”

On the same day Garcetti was ordering residents to stay home, LAPD posted a photo and subsequent traffic advisory that one local reporter noted has resulted in blowback for officials.

“LAPD is monitoring a peaceful protest between City Hall and the Hall of Justice,” Commanding Officer Rick Stabile tweeted Wednesday along with an image of thousands gathered for the protest. “Please adhere to social distancing protocols,” Stabile added.

“TRAFFIC ADVISORY: There is a protest in the area of Temple and Spring Street in Downtown LA,” LAPD HQ posted regarding the massive protest Wednesday evening. “Please avoid the area, if possible, as there are street closures and heavier traffic than usual.”

“LAPD just posted this photo of people protesting tonight,” wrote KTLA’s Christina Pascucci, as noted by Twitchy. “People are messaging me, asking how this is allowed, with no social distancing, when hours ago Governor [Newsom] said we shouldn’t even see our family for a July 4th gathering this weekend, unless we live with them.”

Ahead of his series of warnings about maintaining mandated social distancing measures on Wednesday, Garcetti also pledged the city’s support for the focus of the protests: social justice and radical police reform.

“We cannot let this moment come and go without positive change in our cities and our country,” he tweeted Wednesday. “We must reform policing and further invest in wealth building and health building in the Black community.”

Violent CHOP Goes Down, But the Media Told Us It Was a Fun ‘Street Festival!’

After five shootings and two deaths in the last three weeks, the CHOP zone was finally taken down by Seattle authorities on Wednesday. But if it were up to the lefty news media, that zone and other protest areas in big cities would probably still be up and running as they brazenly attempted to soft-sell them as fun “street fairs” full of messages of “peace and community.” 
The following is a look at some of the more absurd attempts by lib reporters to portray the protest zones as peaceful fun-filled “street festivals.” 
 
“A Street Fair?” Sounds Like Fun! Bring the Kids! 
 
 
“After multiple nights of violent clashes, police in a show of de-escalating tensions in the Capitol Hill district boarded up their station and left. Now the area called the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, or CHAZ, is controlled by mostly peaceful protesters….The autonomous zone has turned into an almost street fair-like atmosphere with free food, art displays, and outdoor movie nights. But there have been some reports of armed people patrolling the street in lieu of police.”

Report: Ghislaine Maxwell, Longtime Associate of Jeffrey Epstein, Arrested


Ghislaine Maxwell, a longtime associate of the late Jeffrey Epstein, has been arrested in New Hampshire and may appear in federal court Thursday, according to emerging reports.

NBC New York cites “senior law enforcement sources” who claim that Maxwell is in FBI custody for crimes related to Epstein’s alleged sex crimes.

Jobs Report Shows U.S. Economy Roaring Back; 4.8 Million Jobs Created In June, Unemployment Rate Falls 2.2%

Newly released statistics on Thursday showed that the U.S. economy regained 4.8 million jobs in June and that the unemployment rate fell from 13.3% to 11.1% as the country continues to recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

“These improvements in the labor market reflected the continued resumption of economic activity that had been curtailed in March and April due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and efforts to contain it,” the Bureau of Labor Statistics said in a statement. “In June, employment in leisure and hospitality rose sharply. Notable job gains also occurred in retail trade, education and health services, other services, manufacturing, and professional and business services.”

According to the report, black unemployment dropped from 16.8% to 15.4% and Latino unemployment dropped from 17.6% to 14.5%.

“We’re in the beginning of a slow recovery,” Marianne Wanamaker, a labor economist at the University of Tennessee, told The Wall Street Journal. “I think the recovery will stall out if we don’t get control of the virus.”

While things are looking up, some economists were quick to caution that the U.S. was not out of woods yet in terms of being in a dire economic environment caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

“The big picture is this is still an emergency,” Lisa Cook, economics professor at Michigan State University, told The Wall Street Journal. “There are small businesses and other businesses that are permanently closing.”

The Labor Department report highlighted the following key statistics:

The unemployment rate declined by 2.2 percentage points to 11.1 percent in June, and the number of unemployed persons fell by 3.2 million to 17.8 million. Although unemployment fell in May and June, the jobless rate and the number of unemployed are up by 7.6 percentage points and 12.0 million, respectively, since February. …

The number of unemployed persons who were on temporary layoff decreased by 4.8 million in June to 10.6 million, following a decline of 2.7 million in May. The number of permanent job losers continued to rise, increasing by 588,000 to 2.9 million in June. The number of unemployed reentrants to the labor force rose by 711,000 to 2.4 million.

The number of unemployed persons who were jobless less than 5 weeks declined by 1.0 million to 2.8 million in June. Unemployed persons who were jobless 5 to 14 weeks numbered 11.5 million, down by 3.3 million over the month, and accounted for 65.2 percent of the unemployed. By contrast, the number of persons jobless 15 to 26 weeks and the long-term unemployed (those jobless for 27 weeks or more) saw over-the-month increases (+825,000 to 1.9 million and +227,000 to 1.4 million, respectively).

MSNBC’s Steve Ratter, who used to work in the Obama administration, responded to the jobs report by saying in part, “There’s no other way to look at this but as good news and we all of course want good news. Economists have had a particularly difficult time in forecasting numbers, including jobless numbers as we saw last month, they got a bit closer this month, but there were surprises to the upside. Getting the unemployment rate down to 11% is definitely better than any of us expected.”
