GA Poll Watcher, IT Expert, Non-Trump Supporter Affidavit: Sudden Surge of 20,000 Mail-In-Votes For Biden In Early Hours On Nov 5, While Approx. 1,000 Votes For Trump Disappeared

On Monday, Senator David Perdue (R-GA) and Senator Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) called on GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to resign, citing the management of Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.

Shortly after calling him out, GA Sec. of State Raffensberger announced there would be a hand-count, audit, and re-canvassing of Georgia’s vote.

100 Percent Fed Up – Meanwhile, former NYC Mayor and federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani has revealed a curious connection between GA Republican Governor Brian Kemp and Dominion voting machines that were hastily installed over objections from GA state evaluators.

On November 2019- AJC reported – Dominion, based in Denver, rushed to install 30,000 voting machines for 7 million Georgia voters before the March 24 presidential primary, the largest rollout of elections equipment in U.S. history.

With a presidential election on the line in 2020, Georgia is switching to a new voting company, Dominion Voting Systems, that state evaluators ranked second-best and that critics said will leave elections vulnerable.

Dominion won Georgia’s $107 million elections contract this summer because it was the lowest bidder — not the best, according to score sheets from six state evaluators. The nation’s largest elections company and the state’s existing provider, Election Systems & Software, received the highest technical score but lost the contract because of its $143 million price tag.

Now, in another interesting twist related to the Dominion Voting Machines, Paul Sperry of Real Clear Investigations writes about a stunning finding by an IT professional who is admittedly not a Republican or a Trump supporter, who was working as a poll challenger in Fulton County, GA.

Real Clear Investigations – A curious thing happened as Fulton County, Ga., election officials counted mail-in ballots at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena in the days after the election. In the early hours of Nov. 5, a surge of some 20,000 mail-in votes suddenly appeared for Joe Biden, while approximately 1,000 votes for President Trump mysteriously disappeared from his own totals in the critical swing state, where Biden holds a razor-thin lead.

A poll watcher noticed the suspicious shift in votes while monitoring the interim election results on the Georgia secretary of state website.

“I concluded from looking at these results that this was an irregularity since there was no obvious reason for President Trump’s totals to have decreased while former Vice President Biden’s totals increased dramatically,” Voter GA co-founder Garland Favorito swore in an affidavit he filed this week with the secretary of state’s office.

Favorito suspects a variety of factors, including that votes were “artificially inflated” for Biden while using the same Dominion Voting system used by Antrim County, Mich., which erroneously transferred 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden. Last year, Georgia contracted with Dominion to automate vote tabulations in all 159 of its counties.

“The software appears to have thrown votes from Trump to Biden here too,” he said in a RealClearInvestigations interview. “Or Biden ballots were manufactured.”

The large disparity of gains between the two candidates “was something I had never witnessed before in my years of election monitoring,” said Favorito, a career IT professional who has been a leading advocate for election integrity in the state over the past two decades. He says he is not a Republican or Trump supporter.

Favorito, who lives in the Atlanta area, said the Fulton County shift was so dramatic it seemed as if someone had “dumped” a huge batch of mail-in ballots for Biden into the system overnight.

“One candidate could not go up by 20,000 and the other do nothing — in Fulton County or any county in Georgia,” he asserted. “That’s just not going to happen.”

Added Favorito: “I think they’re going to find the root cause of the irregularity was something electronic, and I think it’s going to change the results substantially.”

He suggested it may have been the result of a software or equipment malfunction or possibly even vote-swapping “malware” infecting the system. Of greatest concern, however, is the possibility of intentional misconduct by an election official or worker.

“There’s always the chance it was an inside job,” Favorito said, though both Republican and Democratic officials in the state say they have found no credible evidence of election fraud.

He said he also sent his affidavit to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections for investigation but has not heard back. The board did not respond to requests for comment.

Favorito suspects similar surges in Biden ballots may have taken place during the counting of mail-in ballots on other nights, including Election Night. On Nov. 3, Fulton County elections officials informed observers that they were shutting down the tabulation center before midnight, only to continue counting throughout the night while no one was watching.

“Fulton County elections officials falsely announced that the counting of ballots would stop at 10:30 p.m.,” Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer complained in a recent Tweet. “Officials unlawfully resumed the counting of ballots after our observers left the center.”

Favorito fears that what he observed on Nov. 5 was not an isolated incident. “There could have been multiple 20,000-batch irregularities,” he said, “but they never got reported because they cleared out the observers.”

He does not rule out “ballot harvesting” as the culprit behind the sudden surges of mail-in votes for Biden.

He said the hundreds of drop boxes Raffensperger agreed to distribute at shopping centers and other cities throughout the state may have encouraged third parties to collect ballots in the name of other voters and stuff them into the boxes, which is illegal.

Dr. Anthony Fauci unveiled his latest coronavirus mitigation guidance for Americans: “Do what you’re told.”

Yes, in the so-called "Land of The Free," an unelected career bureaucrat – clearly terrified to ask Americans to take personal responsibility for their actions – defines the next stage on the road to tyranny: "OBEY!"

As NYPost reports, the longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has repeatedly clashed with President Trump and his administration, who have dismissed him as “a bit of an alarmist” amid the pandemic.

Fauci said it was unfortunate that America’s scientists had been “lumped into politics” and that people were unwilling to follow their guidance because society was so “divisive.”

In an interview Thursday, the coronavirus task force member and infectious disease expert pushed back on the notion that scientists were “authoritarian” for promoting strict lockdowns and social distancing measures… at the same time as telling Americans to lose their "independent spirit" and "do what you’re told!"

Fauci said the nation could avoid another round of economically devastating lockdowns if people simply washed their hands, wore a mask and remained socially distant… (emphasis ours)

REPORTER: “So  – more specifically – how do we avoid or mitigate the next one?”

FAUCI: “Well, there are a number of things we can do. First of all, we’ve got to think globally.

Pandemics are global, so we have to pull together globally. There’s a thing called the Global Health Security Network, or agenda, that was established several years ago. We need to strengthen that. We need to strengthen our international collaborations. We need to have people speaking to each other in surveillance.

It’s got to be open and transparent. When you do that, you can detect it early and respond early. Scientific approaches, technologies, are going to allow us to do what we did with this outbreak, rapidly make a vaccine. We can do even better than that, but you can’t do science alone. It’s got to be public health and classic science.”

REPORTER: “So, are there countries that you — there are countries that seem to be doing well. Are there countries now that hold up as models for a pretty good response to this?”

FAUCI: “You know, the answer is yes, but right now it seems that every country is suffering. We are often compared with countries that are not comparable to us. We are not a little island of 5 million people that we can shut off.

We’re not a country that would accept if a ruler tells us ‘You must do this.’

I was talking with our U.K. colleagues just today who were saying the U.K. is very similar to where we are now in outbreak because each of our countries have that independent spirit, we don’t want to be told what to do.

Well, I understand that, but now is the time to do what you’re told. (Laughter) And I think it really is something that we should be doing right now.”

Election Witnesses: Kanye’s Michigan Votes Were Stolen by Joe Biden

Thousands of Kanye votes stolen!

Votes that were clearly marked for Kanye West were, instead, given to Joe Biden in Michigan, witnesses allege. 

Kanye started a low-key run for President over the past year, failing to fulfill the many onerous and restrictive ballot access requirements in many states, including Michigan. Michigan requires independent candidates for President to collect 12,000 petition signatures in order to appear on the ballot, a requirement that Kanye did not meet back in July.

But many still preferred Kanye, and voted for him. 

Those votes were primarily given to Joe Biden, according to witnesses, who said poll workers joked about it as they physically altered ballots to remove votes for Kanye, and instead add them to the Democrat totals.

“The Secretary of State took these people’s vote and changed it.”

“When the write-in is deleted and the mark is made for straight ticket, and the party is marked Democrat, all deleted write-in votes become Democrat votes, they were doing this all day,” said Robin Mifsud, a GOP Poll Challenger in Detroit on election day who witnessed Kanye votes going to Biden. “The Secretary of State took these people’s vote and changed it.”

Democrat Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson quietly issued rules this past summer that any “unapproved write-in” should have their votes CANCELLED.

Witnesses describe THOUSANDS of Kanye votes that were GIVEN TO BIDEN due to this Benson rule.

If someone voted straight-ticket Democrat and wrote in Kanye, since he was an “unapproved write-in candidate” according to the Secretary of State, they were instructed to remove Kanye’s vote and instead give that vote to Joe Biden, a 77 year old white man.

The witness whistleblowers who came forward to reveal this all saw it happen in Detroit. 

“This shit ain’t about Trump anymore, they out here stealing from Yeezy, this ain’t right,” said Kanye fan Chris S., in Detroit.

Kanye has already conceded.

As Joe Biden tentatively plans his transition to presidential office, national obsession revolves around incumbent President Donald Trump’s audacious attempts to remain in the White House.

Backed by almost all Republicans – the exceptions being a handful of moderates, contrarians, and some who bear major personal grudges against him – Trump has refused to accept that Biden won and has not conceded. Legal challenges are in process. The state of Georgia, and probably other states with close votes, will conduct laborious recounts. The Justice Department and Senate Judiciary Committee have opened investigations. Evidence of possible voter fraud and other irregularities continue to percolate, even while rumours, generally based on “anonymous sources” that may not prove terribly reliable, suggest that Trump’s team, and possibly even Trump himself, are doubtful of a favourable outcome.

Critical government departments and agencies, including some dealing with national security, are refusing to facilitate Biden’s transition. Just days after Trump’s proclaimed loss, and in an unusual move for a president expected to leave office only ten weeks hence, he replaced much of the leadership of the US Defence Department with loyalists and is similarly expected to purge the leadership of the intelligence agencies and other important bodies whose current leaders no longer enjoy his confidence.

Legal challenges on a range of relevant issues will almost certainly continue until at least 14 December, when the decisive Electoral College will meet to cast the final votes that will determine the winner of the election. That constitutional body, which is designed to balance brut majority rule with America’s federal system, comprises electors chosen by each state in numbers equal to the state’s number of legislators in Congress: two Senators per state plus a variable number of Representatives proportional to state population size. Each elector in fact casts two votes: one for president and one for vice president, even though in practice presidential and vice-presidential candidates appear together as “running mates” on a campaign “ticket” that voters nominally chose in one ballot.

Debate rages about whether the various recounts and lawsuits can overturn a sufficient number of votes to matter. Trump is expected to continue legal filings aimed at disqualifying enough ballots to reverse the results in several crucial states where he is projected to lose. The maximalist anti-Trump position holds that little or no movement is warranted or even possible on the scale the president would need to overturn the projected results, and that he is deluding himself and embarrassing the country by refusing to acknowledge Biden’s victory.

Some left-wing commentators have tried to coax Trump into conceding with misplaced appeals to the sanctity of American democracy and practical suggestions that accepting defeat graciously now might enable Trump to stage a comeback in 2024 or at least save the Republican Senate majority, which depends on winning at least one of two runoff elections in Georgia.

The pro-Trump position suggests that claimed legal violations, either in invalid ballots or procedural errors, could disqualify hundreds of thousands of votes and award the president a second term. The most steadfast partisans of this view, including the entire Republican Congressional leadership and party apparatus, hold that conceding before these matters are settled would betray American democracy, imperil the integrity of the electoral system, and possibly create a situation in which Republicans could be barred from ever again winning the presidency. They look with hope to the federal judiciary, much of which was appointed by Trump, and especially to the Supreme Court, which has a six-to-three Republican supermajority of Justices, half of whom Trump appointed.

Thus constituted, the Supreme Court could easily rule in his favour in a strictly partisan vote, just as it did for George W. Bush with a slimmer and less conservative majority in the 2000 election, in a ruling with no significant precedent that the sharpest legal minds in the land did not think would go as it did. On the Saturday before Election Day, Trump himself mused – perhaps not facetiously – about winning re-election in this very way, parenthetically thanking the Supreme Court in advance during a Pennsylvania rally speech.

So far, the media debate revolves almost entirely around the final tabulation of votes. If enough evidence of fraud surfaces, and if court rulings based on that evidence favour Trump decisively, it is possible that he could win by court decision.

Another scenario, however, lies in the recesses of the American Constitution. A significant part of Trump’s legal strategy is oriented toward preventing crucial states from certifying results that would be averse to him. All states require vote certification before electors are dispatched. Two states, Maine and Nebraska, allow slates of electors to be split in their support of candidates, but neither is among the states in contention. If Trump can throw sufficient dirt on the electoral process to convince the courts to issue injunctions against certification in just enough states, neither candidate would win the majority of 270 electoral votes needed to triumph in the Electoral College.

In that scenario, Article Two of the US Constitution, as modified by the Twelfth Amendment, provides for a “contingent election” in which the president is chosen by the House of Representatives from among the top three electoral vote winners, while the vice president is chosen by the Senate (recall that the electoral voting for president and vice president are separate).

A “contingent election” provides for the vice president to be elected by a simple majority of votes cast by individual Senators. With a Republican Senate majority in the current Congress, Mike Pence would presumably win re-election as vice president. In the bigger contest, however, the House’s vote for president is not by individual ballot, but rather by state delegation en bloc. That means that all the Representatives from each state would cast one collective vote for president. In the current Congress, 26 out of the 50 state delegations are majority Republican. Assuming they deliver strict party-line votes, Trump would win the contingent election and be constitutionally re-elected.

This procedure is obscure, but not unprecedented in choosing American presidents. Thomas Jefferson was elected president in a contingent election in 1801, when the electoral vote in the previous year’s election resulted in a tie between him and incumbent president John Adams. In 1825, Adams’s son John Quincy Adams also won the presidency in a contingent election, in which four candidates split the Electoral College vote that resulted from the election of 1824. The younger Adams prevailed over Andrew Jackson, who had won large pluralities in both the popular and electoral votes. Neither of the losers in those elections was happy, but the winners’ presidencies, though controversial in other ways, were untarnished by the circumstances of their elections, firmly founded, as they were, in constitutional law. In 1836, a third contingent election took place when all of Virginia’s electors declined to vote for Millard Fillmore’s unpopular vice-presidential running mate, Richard Mentor Johnson. Depriving Johnson of an Electoral College majority in the vice-presidential vote, the constitutionally required Senate vote was duly held and elected Johnson contingently, again with no ill effect on his valid, if obscure, tenure.

Times have changed since then, and explaining this procedure to average Americans of today, a large percentage of whom have no idea what the Electoral College is or does, disapprove of it if they do, and would rather tear down a statue of Jefferson than learn about how he was elected president, will add layers of confusion and strife in an already tortured election year. It is, of course, only one possible way in which the brewing crisis could be resolved, but no matter which candidate ultimately prevails, half the country will be absolutely convinced that the 2020 presidential election was stolen. A contingent election, however, would provide at least a patina of respectable constitutionalism.

Female Trump Supporter Gets Punched in the Back of the Head by Black Lives Matter Goon in Washington DC (VIDEO)

As many as 500,000 patriots rallied in Washington DC today in support of President Donald Trump.

Hundreds of thousands of Americans traveled to Washington DC to show support for Trump and to prevent the theft of this presidential election.

After the massive march and rally several Trump supporters were accosted and bloodied by the Black Lives Matter terrorist group.

This was allowed in our nation’s capital.

No doubt, the liberal news media will call this “clashes” as they ALWAYS do when Trump supporters are beaten bloody in the street.

As Cassandra Fairbanks reported earlier one Trump supporter walking away from the crowd at the Trump March in DC on Saturday was assaulted by a mob of Black Lives Matter thugs.

After one coward hit the man from behind and knocked him down another came up and kicked him in the face.

Another female Trump supporter was punched in the back of the head when she was walking to her vehicle after the rally.

Again, this was allowed in our nation’s capital.
