President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign is assembling an “all-star” legal team to spearhead legal challenges in battleground states such as Michigan, according to a Wednesday report.

Among the lawyers the president is activating include his private attorney Jay Sekulow, who will help campaign lawyers with matters before the Supreme Court as well as former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, officials said.

Sidney Powell, the lawyer for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, may also be called upon, officials said.

The report comes hours after the Trump campaign filed lawsuits to halt vote counts in Michigan and Pennsylvania, another key battleground state.

“As votes in Michigan continue to be counted, the presidential race in the state remains extremely tight as we always knew it would be. President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien said in a statement. “We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted. We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access. President Trump is committed to ensuring that all legal votes are counted in Michigan and everywhere else.”

Justin Clark, Trump campaign deputy campaign manager, said the campaign will sue in Pennsylvania “to stop Democrat election officials from hiding the ballot counting and processing from our Republican poll observers,” adding that the campaign seeks “to temporarily halt counting until there is meaningful transparency and Republicans can ensure all counting is done above board and by the law.”

Neither Michigan or Pennsylvania officials have officially called their respective states for either Trump or his Democrat rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

Earlier Wednesday, the Trump campaign announced that it will request a recount in Wisconsin.

“There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The President is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so,” said Stepien.

The Trump campaign announced a decision Wednesday to file a lawsuit to pause counting votes in Michigan.

“President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” Trump 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien said in a statement.

Trump Campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh shared a video of a Trump ballot canvasser in Detroit getting ejected from their precinct.

“The steal is on!” he wrote.

With 94 percent of the estimated votes reported, former Vice President Joe Biden is leading the state by 37,350 votes, according to the New York Times.

Absentee ballot counting in Detroit descended into chaos on Wednesday when hundreds of unofficial Republican observers concerned about fraud converged on the counting location.

The city of Detroit is using the TCF Center — formerly Cobo Hall — to count all of the absentee ballots in the city.

Republicans and Trump supporters grew alarmed as Trump was holding a strong lead in the state during early counting Tuesday evening, only for it to evaporate as mailed-in ballots were counted in historically Democrat areas.

Several videos posted on social media show workers attempting to restrict transparency and not allow people outside to observe what was going on inside the counting area:

Matt Finn, a Fox News producer wrote, “Some of the windows remain blocked off. I asked a few people who taped them up and why, no clear answer. A few poll challengers / workers tell us they feel there wasn’t a fair number of (Republicans and Democrats) in this room.”

The Trump campaign has filed suit, arguing they were not given access to the counting process and were thus demanding the vote be stopped until adequate accommodations were granted.

A worker used large pieces of cardboard to cover the windows, preventing those outside from seeing what was going on. Other workers used pizza boxes to block the door windows as some chanted “stop the vote” outside the venue:

As tension grew, a representative of the Detroit health department sought to clear the lobby of the counting area, further angering the watchers:

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson previously said vote counting could take until Friday. On Wednesday, she estimated it could be complete tonight.

With 99 percent of the vote counted, Biden leads Trump by more than 60,000 votes, according to the Detroit News.

Election night revealed a few disturbing items that should trouble freedom-loving Americans.

First that the race is even this tight speaks to disturbing number of Americans who are woefully uninformed. Second, Fox News has gone over to the dark side, or, rather, the left. And third, the level of coordination to make this race close is stunning.

That the senile and corrupt Joe Biden could finish so strong speaks to either the gullibility or unseriousness of far too many Americans. Biden obviously has mental acuity issues and has a history of corruption, but that did not seem to be a big deal to the Americans who voted for him.  I guess the probability of more lockdowns are lost on a number of Americans who are more frightened by the Wuhan virus than the probability of America becoming a socialist, if not communist, nation under a Biden presidency.

Speaking of a Biden presidency, if he were to win, odds are he would not finish out his first term. Vice President Kamala Harris would become president, a person who dropped out of the Democrat primaries before a single vote was cast based on her lack of voter support, and a politician who is one of the most leftist senators. So the people who squandered American freedom and prosperity for safety or because they don’t like Trump’s personality, are basically voting for a figurehead, to be replaced by guess who. Either these voters are oblivious to this fact or they simply do not care.

Biden voters also are either unaware of his past associations with racists and his stand against integration through busing or they think it’s not a point of contention. And the same goes for his pay-for-play schemes with Ukraine, China, and more, as revealed by son Hunter’s laptop. Now granted , the corporate media and big tech teamed up to squelch these revelations, but the information could be found if one did one’s due diligence before casting a vote. Trump certainly mentioned Biden’s corruption in every single one of his rallies in the last few weeks.

Fox News should be forever viewed by conservatives as the enemy. Its early calls for states for Biden that had not finished voting such as Arizona and Virginia and their slow–walking of states of which Trump decisively won like Florida, Texas and Ohio, was an absolute disgrace.  By sitting on the results of states like Georgia and North Carolina, stateswhich, of this writing, showed Trump with narrow leads with 99 percent of the precincts in, Fox allowed Biden to gain momentum while slowing Trump’s dominance. It looks like the influence of RINO Paul Ryan as a Fox Corporation board member and the legacy of analyst Bill Sammon (Fox News VP Politics) resulted in a psy-ops (psychological operations) campaign against conservative morale. Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity and Lou Dobbs should go to other networks rather than being associated with this betrayer of its conservative audience. Fox News should be shunned by all conservatives from this day forward and they should throw viewership to OANN (One America News Network) and Newsmax.

States like Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania declaring they need more days to count their votes also raises the specter of voter fraud. Globalists, corrupt voting officials and the deep state are most likely in on this skullduggery. Through this coordinated effort, along with the media, the race is close and the stage is set for either stealing the election for Biden, civil unrest, or both.

2020 will go down in history as one of the most tumultuous years ever. It only makes sense that this election result punctuates this distinction.

The soul of America is literally on the line in this election and as always, it will be up to the prayers and efforts of patriots to see us through.  Pray and fast as needed because God’s mighty hand and intense scrutiny by Trump officials will be needed to thwart any cheating in the days to come.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas said that Democratic elected officials in the state have “been using their official position to stack the deck,” and that if “one standard applies, a fair standard, equally in our state, the president will win.”

Tabas said, “Well, look, the Democratic elected officials in our state, the governor, the secretary of the state, the attorney general, they’ve been using their official position to stack the deck, repeatedly change the rules throughout, and if the rule[s], and the laws, and the Constitution are followed by all sides, including the Democrats, and one standard applies, a fair standard, equally in our state, the president will win.”

Earlier, Tabas stated, “I think the president will win Pennsylvania.”
