Sidney Powell Election Fraud Probe is Autonomous and Separate From Trump Team Investigation

Following considerable uproar and confusion over a statement issued by Trump campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign legal advisor, Jenna Ellis, over the weekend, Sidney Powell confirmed yesterday that she is not affiliated with the Trump campaign’s investigation of 2020 election fraud allegations.

She stated that indeed she “is not a part of Trump’s legal team” and has never “signed a retainer agreement or sent the President or the campaign a bill.” She opened her own probe in order to “protect and defend the lawful votes of American citizens.” Powell said that her investigation will show “epic” evidence of fraud.

Powell announced her independent investigation into alleged massive voter fraud related to Dominion Voting Systems on the Lou Dobbs Show on Nov.10, where she also introduced her 501c4 “Defending the Republic” which is dedicated to investigating election fraud “on behalf of the voters and the American people.” When pressed by Dobbs as to whether the Trump campaign was adequately staffed or prepared to undertake such a gargantuan investigation, she replied that, in fact, she was starting her own investigation because “It is going to take a much bigger effort than what [she] sees being conducted right now.”  A few days later, again on Lou Dobbs, she promised to “release the Kraken.”

Powell said her mission is to “expose all the fraud [she] can find” adding that the evidence “is overwhelming that this software tool was used to shift millions of votes from President Trump and other Republican candidates to Biden and other Democrat candidates.” Both Dominion and the software company, SmartMatic, are denying such allegations. Powell also reported that retired Admiral Peter Neffinger who is on the board of SmartMatic is now on the Biden presidential transition team.

While Powell was clear about the parameters of her independent investigation during her Nov. 10 spot with Dobbs, other media pundits had mischaracterized her relationship with the Trump campaign. Her failure to correct them, may have provided the impetus for the statement from Giuliani and Ellis.

In a press conference on Thursday, Nov. 19, Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell discussed the various parts of the investigation of alleged election fraud found thus far. Powell said in later interviews that she will be filing a court case no later than Friday of this week that will be “biblical.”

Powell has maintained that there is stunning evidence as well as affidavits from credible witnesses to support her claim that the SmartMatic software used in the Dominion machines was “created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez and then shipped internationally to manipulate votes in other countries, including [the U.S.]” In another interview with Lou Dobbs on Nov. 16, Powell read directly from the affidavit of “a high-ranking military officer who was present when SmartMatic was designed.”

In the affidavit, the witness stated that, “the system would have to be set up but not leave any evidence of the changed vote for the specific voter, and that there would be no evidence to show, and nothing to contradict that the name and the fingerprint or thumbprint was going with a changed vote. SmartMatic agreed to create such a system and produced the software and the hardware that accomplished the result for President [Hugo] Chavez” in the 2006 election against Manuel Rosales. Chavez won in a landslide in that election. The witness also said that “he closely observed several elections where the results were manipulated using the SmartMatic software.”

The SmartMatic software allows people to see “in real-time” where votes are going. “Persons controlling the vote tabulating computer had the ability to change the reporting of votes by moving votes from one candidate to another by using the SmartMatic software.” Powell remarked that the SmartMatic software “is in the DNA of every vote tabulating company’s software and systems.”

There is existing evidence that electronic voting machine data can be altered. In 2008, a Princeton professor demonstrated exactly how to change votes in an election on a Dominion voting machine. And, in reference to the 2020 election, a Nov. 21 article in Revolver News argued that large numbers of votes may have been changed in Montgomery County, PA that “enormously favored Biden and simultaneously harmed Trump.”  The article cited a number of glaring irregularities that pointed to ballot manipulation. U.S. Senator and Ranking Member of the Senate Rules Committee, Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) had called for a “vote on election security legislation” in November of 2019. The committee has jurisdiction over federal elections.

The anomalies were summarized today on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pandemic: Episode 527 by Darren J. Beattie a former Hudson Institute Fellow and Duke University and University of Chicago mathematician. He posted a summary of the findings on Twitter.

Philly Faces New Lawsuit After Shutting Down Gun-Carry Permit Process

Philadelphia is facing a new lawsuit over its decision to completely shutter its gun-carry permit process over COVID-19 concerns.

The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) filed a case in federal court accusing Philadelphia of infringing on residents’ Second Amendment rights on Friday after the city closed its permit process for at least three weeks. The gun-rights group requested a temporary restraining order Monday that would require the city to open its process back up and provide remote application options to residents, but it was denied. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for Nov. 30.

"We’re hoping to have the court rule that the shutdown of the Gun Permit Unit amounts to a total destruction of individuals’ right to bear arms outside of the home," Adam Kraut, director of legal strategy for FPC, told the Washington Free Beacon.

The shutdown comes even as other permitting offices in the city remain open. The three driver and photo license centers in Philadelphia have social distancing requirements but are open to the public, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s website.

The Philadelphia Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but a message on the department’s Gun Permit Unit website said the shutdown was due to "several positive COVID-19 cases and the need to quarantine as advised by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health." The message added that all appointments would be canceled through at least Dec. 7, 2020, as the permitting facility is cleaned.

Kraut said the suit doesn’t question mitigation efforts against COVID-19, but rather PPD’s decision to completely suspend permitting instead of implementing alternatives to the face-to-face application process. He pointed to other Pennsylvania counties like Berks and Schuylkill, which accept gun-carry permit applications online.

"There is a mechanism that they could set up … in which they receive the applications, they process them, and then they either call the person down in person or … send them [a certification] via mail," Kraut said. "They could certainly accept applications by mail. They could accept applications by common carrier. They could even set up a locked drop box for people to physically drop off an application. There’s a whole bunch of alternatives that exist and there’s no indication that they’ve even considered them."

Surging demand for gun-carry permits amid coronavirus restrictions has created backlogs across Pennsylvania and the country at large. But Philadelphia has come under special scrutiny for its drawn-out application process, which resulted in year-long waits even before the current shutdown.

FPC’s case only adds to the city’s legal concerns. This summer’s backlog had already spurred a different gun-rights group, Gun Owners of America, to file a still-pending case in Pennsylvania state court. That suit accuses the city of violating a state law requiring gun-carry permits to be issued or denied within 45 days of application.

"The new closure demonstrates how fragile the PPD process is: Coronavirus exposure should have been something they expected and planned for, but instead they simply believed they could close down for three weeks," Andrew Austin, an attorney in the Gun Owners of America case, told the Free Beacon. "That’s just not acceptable."

He said the only thing preventing PPD from moving to a safer application process is unwillingness on the part of city officials.

"The U.S. mail is not a vector of coronavirus infection, and everything else should be conducted remotely (there is a zero percent transmission rate on the phone or Zoom)," Austin said. "The only thing they can’t do remotely is fingerprints, which isn’t a requirement of the law and could be done during pick-up if they still felt it necessary."

Jude Joanis, a Temple University law school alum who was caught in the city’s backlog over the summer, said he finally received his permit after his initial 2021 appointment was moved up in the wake of a September Free Beacon story that shed light on his ordeal.

"I’m glad that I was able to get my permit so I can defend myself when necessary," Joanis told the Free Beacon.

Joanis said being able to legally carry a gun in a city where the murder rate has surged and rioting has broken out is more important than ever. But, he added, Philadelphia’s unnecessary face-to-face application process is only going to lead to more shutdowns and fewer people obtaining permits—an outcome he thinks city officials ultimately prefer.

"Neighboring counties are able to process permit applications quickly and without exposing their staff to undue risk," Joanis said. "There are ways to ensure that people are able to access their constitutional right to self-defense and mitigate coronavirus spread concerns. Simplifying the permit process is a way to do that."

Flashback: In 1996, Obama Challenged Signatures To Get All His Primary Opponents Thrown Off the Ballot

At a time when Democrats and even more than a few Republicans are pressuring President Donald Trump to concede the election to former Vice President Joe Biden, it’s instructive to take a look at how former President Barack Obama won his seat in the Illinois state Senate in 1996. A Chicago Tribune article published in…

Sidney Powell Agrees She Is Not Part of Trump Legal Team, Says Lawsuit Coming This Week: ‘It Will Be Epic’

Lawyer Sidney Powell said in a statement Sunday evening via Gen. (Ret.) Michael Flynn that said she understood the Trump campaign’s statement that she is not part of the campaign’s legal team and she is proceeding to file an “epic” lawsuit this week.

After Twitter suspended Powell for 12 hours, Flynn posted her statement on his Parler account, which said:

STATEMENT FROM SIDNEY POWELL TO “WE THE PEOPLE”

I agree with the campaign’s statement that I am not part of the campaign’s legal team. I never signed a retainer agreement or sent the President or the campaign a bill for my expenses or fees.

My intent has always been to expose all the fraud I could find and let the chips fall where they may —whether it be upon Republicans or Democrats.

The evidence I’m compiling is overwhelming that this software tool was used to shift millions of votes from President [Donald] Trump and other Republican candidates to Biden and other Democrat candidates.  We are proceeding to prepare our lawsuit and plan to file it this week.  It will be epic.

We will not allow this great Republic to be stolen by communists from without and within or our votes altered or manipulated by foreign actors in Hong Kong, Iran, Venezuela, or Serbia, for example, who have neither regard for human life nor the people who are the engine of this exceptional country.

#WeThePeople elected Donald Trump and other Republican candidates to restore the vision of America as a place of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

You may assist this effort by making a non tax-deductible contribution to www.DefendingTheRepublic.org.  #KrakenOnSteroids”

Sidney Powell

Her statement followed shorter ones made earlier on Sunday that said she agreed with the campaign’s statement and that she is “staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed #WeThePeople of our votes for President Trump & other Republican candidates.”

Powell released the statements after the Trump campaign legal team, led by Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, released a short statement that said: “Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”

There has been some friction between Powell and the Trump legal team after a 90-minute press conference last week which featured Giuliani, Ellis, and Powell.

Powell received most of the attention afterwards for claims that votes were switched via election systems, and later got into a public row with Fox News host Tucker Carlson after he pressed her for evidence that she said she would later present to a court.

Dominion Voting Systems: Connecting the Dots

Guest post by Blade Coplin

Dominion Voting Systems Corporation is a company that sells electronic voting hardware and software, including voting machines and tabulators, in the United States and Canada. It is also in the headlines presently due to rumors going around of it’s involvement in election rigging claimed by the Trump Administration and his legal team, as the voting systems for the 2020 Presidential Election used their systems to tally votes. While the company itself, along with every other news source has denounced any irregularities or evidence of election rigging due to the voting systems, evidence to the contrary has started to present itself. Here is a brief history of Dominion Election Systems before they became Dominion.

2002.
Diebold Elections Systems Inc. is formed. Previously, DESI was run by Bob Urosevich, who worked in the election systems industry since 1976. In 1979, Mr. Urosevich founded American Information Systems. He served as the President of AIS, now known as Election Systems & Software, Inc. (ES&S), from 1979 through 1992. Bob’s brother, Todd Urosevich, is Vice President, Aftermarket Sales with ES&S, DESI’s chief competitor. In 1995, Bob Urosevich started I-Mark Systems, whose product was a touch screen voting system utilizing a smart card and biometric encryption authorization technology. Global Election Systems, Inc. (GES) acquired I-Mark in 1997, and on July 31, 2000 Mr. Urosevich was promoted from Vice President of Sales and Marketing and New Business Development to President and Chief Operating Officer. On January 22, 2002, Diebold announced the acquisition of GES, then a manufacturer and supplier of electronic voting terminals and solutions. Global Election Systems subsequently changed its name to Diebold Election Systems, Inc.

Fast forward to the election year that followed the creation of Diebold Election Systems. There had been known glitches within Diebold’s software that could alter an election in other candidates favor. Multiple News Outlets wrote articles pertaining to the threat of Election Rigging via E-Voting. Those same media outlets now in 2020, that claim e-voting to be safe and not subject to tampering/glitches even whilst saying the exact opposite 15 years prior. Michael Meacher from “The Guardian” wrote this back in 2005.

“According to Harris, a manipulation technique she found in Diebold’s AccuVote central vote tabulator is able to read totals from an untraceable bogus vote set within its software. “By entering a two-digit code in a hidden location, a second set of votes is created; and this set of votes can be changed in a matter of seconds, so that it no longer matches the correct votes,” she has said. And she has demonstrated this live on television. Her conclusion is: “You can easily edit the election.”

While Diebold denounced these claims, email threads I acquired through digging indicate their knowledge of said bugs in some form or another in their systems and how circumventing was done to avoid detection including halting google searches on the company and the keyword bug, as to not increase the chances of those two keywords coming up in the registry upon searching the company.

Attached below are a few separate emails from various members of the company. (At the end of this article I will post the rest of the email threads I have currently, as to not be selective in only picking out certain conversations.) Pay attention to the name Ian Piper in the separate email below as well. Though he didn’t partake in the email thread below regarding the glitch, he was the Compliance Officer of Diebold Election Systems. This is important in many ways.

A compliance officer is an individual who ensures that a company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws. Compliance officers have a duty to their employer to work with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk. Now to me, those emails though not too descriptive in detail clearly show knowledge of a said glitch, and an attempt to keep it off the radar somehow. As a Compliance Officer, I don’t think I’d be too off the mark in saying he too had knowledge of a good amount of what was going on within the company.

Shortly following these emails that year and the years following, Diebold Voting Systems were having many widespread irregularities occur. Some as severe as taking votes away from one candidate and transferring them over in favor of the other party/doctoring votes as described in this April 2004 Vanity Fair article written by Michael Shnayerson.

In 2006, Diebold decided to remove its name from the front of the voting machines for strategic reasons. In 2007, it changed its name to Premier Solution Systems. Election Systems & Software (ES&S) acquired Premier Election Solutions on September 3, 2009.

According to Wikipedia, Following the acquisition, the Department of Justice and 14 individual states launched investigations into the transaction on antitrust grounds. In March 2010, the Department of Justice filed a civil antitrust lawsuit against ES&S, requiring it to divest voting equipment systems assets it acquired from Premier Election Solutions in order to restore competition. The company then sold the assets to Dominion Voting Systems.

Dominion Voting Systems acquired Premier on May 19, 2010.

“We are extremely pleased to conclude this transaction, which will restore much-needed competition to the American voting systems market and will allow Dominion to expand its capabilities and operational footprint to every corner of the United States,” said John Poulos, CEO of Dominion. The transaction was approved by the Department of Justice and nine state attorneys general.

Problem with this is Dominion Voting Systems too had its own “glitches” just like Diebold/Premier Solution Systems had dating all the way back as early as 2001. Essentially making it safe to assume that Diebold hadn’t so much as went away, as they travelled from name to name. Dominion was no different. In this March 2012 article from “The Palm Beach Post”, written by George Bennett where a supplier for Dominion Voting Systems blamed the problems on a software “shortcoming” as they put it which ended up transferring the votes of one candidate over to the other.

Now this is but speculation, but this same scenario is what I presume to have occurred with the recent 2020 Presidential Election in multiple states across the country seeing as Dominion Systems are used in more than 29 states in the nation.

As we continue down this rabbit hole, I’ll detail Dominion’s role in everything.
On a sidenote, for those who have recently heard of the company Smartmatic here’s something important you should know contrary to what the company states, when they denounced their affiliation with Dominion. Smartmatic acquired another multi-national technology company which developed advanced election systems, as well as voting machines. This company was called Sequoia Voting Systems. The acquisition occurred on March 8, 2005.

Why is this important?

Because Smartmatic, following a verdict by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), was ordered to sell Sequoia. Who did they sell it to? None other Dominion Voting Systems. So, while not directly related to Dominion, Smartmatic still retains a degree of indirect relationship to it based off the sale of said company.

So now we have Dominion in possession of not just one, but two subsidiaries. Sequoia and Diebold/Premier. If you recall earlier, I brought up Mr. Ian Piper, the Compliance Officer at Diebold. As fate would have it, would you guess who happens to be Director of Certification at Dominion.None other than the man himself.

Now while this may mean nothing to some, I find it odd that this same gentlemen who was employed with Diebold from the very start, the same company who also had claims of directly interfering with ballot results from leaked Diebold email servers. There are roughly 13,000 leaked emails floating out in the web somewhere, but here’s a link to quite a few. Ian Piper is mentioned/seen responding to messages in vast amounts of the emails, as I stated prior due to his employment being there at the time. So again, having knowledge whether directly or indirectly was safe to assume.

So, having worked for a company prior known to have widespread issues that lacked transparency, and therefore the trust of the American People due to irregularities with their systems in the election process dating back 20 years. So why would Dominion keep an employee on their payroll from those volatile times instead of hiring someone with the same qualifications but a more transparent personal and professional record? Because, as I stated earlier, it was never about fixing these errors so much as hiding them among different aliases. Take that as my opinion if you will, but it’s a hypothesis I stand firm on.

Attached below are various documents signed by or written by Ian Piper while employed by Dominion Voting Systems in order to verify the validity of my previous statements and accusations.

Fast forward to July 16, 2018.
Dominion makes the decision to sell to Staple Street Capital LLC. An investment firm based out of New York.

Upon further investigation, I noticed something odd about Staple Street and its members. Half of the executive team in some way or another, has ties to or has worked there prior to, an investment hedge fund corporation called “The Carlyle Group”. Though it’s a minor detail to some, a major detail that stuck out to me, is that George Soros donated $100 Million towards a smaller subsidiary of the group.
Washington Post Article Below:

Whether people choose to investigate further into him or not, you’ll find that wherever Soros is, trouble follows. Be it financial strain upon a country, or public discourse instead.
Focusing our attention back onto the members of Dominion, after glancing over the Executive Team and noticing those details, you’ll notice one even greater detail.
One of the Sitting Board Members of Staple Street:

A Google inquiry into Mr. Kennard being a Sitting Board Member of Staple Street LLC. will be a hit and miss. Staple Street has since taken down everything off their website including the Executive Members and Board Members links. The homepage is generic and lacks any other information besides an “About Us” excerpt. Digital footprints always remain in one form or another, so I managed to find more information including screenshots of the original website before it was erased. Ill attach them below this. Before I do, what I find odd as others should too, is how a Ranking Board Member of the Corporation that just bought out the company who manufactures the voting systems we are using for this year’s Presidential Election isn’t in some shape or form a conflict of interest given his affiliation with not just Bill Clinton and his Administration, but Barack Obama and his administration as well.
(To make it even weirder, Bloomberg took down Kennards biography which I screenshotted as well.)

(After you read, I will now leave it you to decide for yourself what is fact and what is fiction. I partook in vast amounts of research further into these topics, people and corporations I discussed and came to the conclusions I did. If you see what I’m seeing and it has you wanting to find out more as I did, I hope you too start doing your own investigative research and start connecting the dots as I have.- Blade Coplin)

Trump Campaign: PA Court Loss ‘Turns Out To Help Us’

The Trump campaign legal team responded to a recent loss in a Pennsylvania court with optimism, saying that the negative ruling actually aids the campaign’s legal strategy. A federal judge in Pennsylvania threw out a Trump campaign election lawsuit on Saturday, citing a lack of evidence to back up the campaign’s claims of potential voter […]
