Michigan legislature committees on Tuesday subpoenaed election evidence from Detroit and the suburb of Livonia.
State lawmakers subpoenaed hard drives, laptops, emails, copy of all communications with poll workers and other election related evidence.

Concerned about possible election evidence being destroyed, members of a joint session of the Michigan Legislature’s House and Senate oversight committees on Tuesday voted to issue subpoenas to Detroit and the nearby suburb of Livonia demanding they surrender hard drives, emails, absentee voter counting board laptops and other election-related materials.
One Senate Democrat reportedly joined his Republican colleagues in supporting the subpoenas.
A Nov. 28 order memo from the State Bureau of Elections had followed the same protocol as prior elections and ordered the deletion by November 30 of “E-Pollbook laptops and flash drives … unless a petition for recount has been filed and the recount has not been completed, a post-election audit is planned but has not yet been completed, or the deletion of the data has been stayed by an order of the court or the Secretary of State.”
Michigan State Senator Ruth Johnson, the Republican who supported the subpoena effort, told Just the News she had previously signed the same deletion order while she was secretary of state but the unusual nature of the 2020 election meant circumstances had changed.
President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Michigan on election night when corrupt Democrat elections officials in Detroit stopped counting ballots.
Suddenly a big ballot dump of more than 130,000 votes 100% for Joe Biden appeared at 4:00 AM after Election Day as Democrat officials blocked GOP poll observers from viewing ballot counting.
One Michigan witness testified that dollies of ‘mail-in’ ballots were wheeled in at around 3 or 4 in the morning after Election Day.
The witness said everybody was “perplexed” that the ballots were coming in so late.

Of course, we were hounded by the left and attacked by fake “fact-checkers” labeling our reports as disputed.
Despite its effectiveness the American Medical Association (AMA) back in March, at the height of the pandemic in the US criticized hydroxychloroquine and its use.
Dr. Fauci led the jihad against this effective drug.
Well, now that hundreds of thousands of Americans are dead “with the virus” or “because of the virus,” and the election season has ended, the AMA recently rescinded their prevention of HQ.
Here is that statement from their October 30th release.

The American Medical Association (AMA), in a surprising move, has officially rescinded a previous statement against the use of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in the treatment of COVID-19 patients, giving physicians the okay to return to utilizing the medication at their discretion.
Previously, the AMA had issued a statement in March that was highly critical of HCQ in regards to its use as a proposed treatment by some physicians in the early stages of COVID-19. In addition to discouraging doctors from ordering the medication in bulk for “off-label” use – HCQ is typically used to treat diseases such as malaria – they also claimed that there was no proof that it was effective in treating COVID, and that its use could be harmful in some instances.
However, on page 18 of a recent AMA memo, issued on October 30, (resolution 509, page 3) the organization officially reversed its stance on HCQ, stating that its potential for good currently may supersede the threat of any potentially harmful side effects.
So, there we have it. HQ could not be approved before the election, because President Trump had recommended it. Meanwhile, with an 8o +% reduced risk of having to be admitted to the hospital if administered with Azitromycine and Zinc as soon as testing positive or symptoms occurred, many (70000+) lives could have been saved.

NEW YORK (AP) — Canadian fashion mogul Peter Nygard was arrested on charges alleging he sexually abused women and girls after luring them into his orbit with opportunities in fashion and modeling over the last 25 years.
Nygard, 79, was detained after a Winnipeg, Canada, court appearance Tuesday following his Monday arrest by Canadian authorities at the request of the U.S. No date was set for a bail hearing, though he was due to return to court Jan. 13. His lawyer, Elkan Abramowitz, declined comment.
His arrest on sex trafficking, racketeering and related charges came after the FBI raided Nygard’s Manhattan offices earlier this year.
The raid came soon after 10 women sued Nygard, saying he enticed young and impoverished women to his Bahamas estate with cash and promises of modeling and fashion opportunities. Several plaintiffs in the suit, filed in New York City, said they were 14 or 15 years old when Nygard gave them alcohol or drugs and then raped them.
Nygard has denied all allegations and blames a conspiracy caused by a feud with his billionaire neighbor in the Bahamas.
In announcing criminal charges, authorities said Nygard used the prestige of an international clothing design, manufacturing, and supply business he founded and headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada, to persuade victims, sometimes with a history of being abused, to submit to his demands.

According to an indictment, he capitalized on the Nygard Group’s influence, using its employees, funds, and resources to recruit women and girls under the age of 18. The indictment alleged that Nygard and his co-conspirators, including Nygard Group employees, used force, fraud, and coercion to enlist the women and girls, who were sexually abused and assaulted by Nygard and others.
The indictment said Nygard offered false promises of modeling opportunities and other career advancement, along with financial support, to lure victims, while restricting their movements to isolate them. It said he forcibly sexually assaulted some victims while others were forcibly assaulted by his associates or were drugged to ensure compliance with sexual demands.
The indictment said he maintained personal and quasi-professional relationships with some victims, referring to them as “girlfriends” or “assistants” while requiring them to travel with him regularly and to engage in sexual activity at his direction with himself, with each other or with others.
It said he also directed them to recruit new women and minor-aged girls to be sexually abused.
Nygard abused some women and girls at his properties in Marina del Rey, California, and in the Bahamas, during so-called “Pamper Parties” where some women, including minors, were drugged to force compliance with his sexual demands, the indictment said. It added that he sometimes paid the women and girls amounts ranging from hundreds of dollars to several thousand dollars.
He also directed and pressured “girlfriends” to have sex with other men at sex and “swingers” clubs in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles and Winnepeg and utilized sexual “swaps” in which male friends and business associates would bring Nygard a “date” for sex in exchange for sexual access to one of Nygard’s “girlfriends,” the indictment said.
Meanwhile, 57 women, including 18 Canadians, have joined the lawsuit, which alleges that Nygard used his company, bribery of Bahamian officials and “considerable influence in the fashion industry” to recruit victims in the Bahamas, United States and Canada.
It alleges he kept a database on a corporate server containing the names of thousands of potential victims.
Nygard’s accusers had their passports taken from them when they were flown into the Bahamas, the lawsuit alleges, adding the designer “expected a sex act before he was willing to consider releasing any person” from his estate.
A spokesman for Nygard said earlier this year he was stepping down as chairman of Nygard companies and would divest his ownership interest.
Nygard International began in Winnipeg as a sportswear manufacturer. Its website says its retail division has more than 170 stores in North America.

Monday during an appearance on FBN’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) vowed not to go down without a fight despite states having certified Electoral College results earlier in the day, which paved the way for Joe Biden to become the President-elect.
Brooks told host Lou Dobbs about his effort to challenge the Electoral College, which has happened as recently as 2017 after Donald Trump won the presidential election.
“Well, it’s happened many times in the past,” Brooks said. “Apparently, some folks have not done their history. By way of example, the Democrats in the House tried it in 2017 when they tried to strike Alabama’s votes for Donald Trump. Georgia, the same way, the House Democrats tried to strike it. Barbara Boxer tried to strike Ohio for George Bush back in 2005, so this is not unusual. The law is very clear, the House of Representatives in combination with the United States Senate has the lawful authority to accept or reject Electoral College vote submissions from states that have such flawed election systems that they’re not worthy of our trust.”
And in this instance, with what has happened nationally, I’m quite confident that if we only counted lawful votes cast by eligible American citizens, Donald Trump won the Electoral College, and we should not be counting illegal votes and putting in an illegitimate President of the United States.” he continued.
The Alabama Republican congressman also pledged not to be a part of what he deemed the “surrender caucus” with the GOP, adding that he needs a U.S. Senator to join his challenge to the Electoral College for it to be successful.
Well, where we’re headed as a country is this, quite simply, we’re a Republic, and the bedrock of a Republic is an honest and accurate voting system. And if you don’t have an honest and accurate voting system, then you may as well throw out the claim that you’re a Republic. You’ve lost that right. You’ve lost the control of your government, and under those circumstances, those who can steal the most votes, who can engage in the most voter fraud and get away with it are going to be the ones that rule the roost in Washington, D.C. That’s not what our founding fathers wanted. That’s not what a million or so Americans who have lost their lives in wars wanted, giving us this Republic, this democracy where we could control our own fate and our own destiny.
So I have a choice, I can either sit back and surrender and be a part of the surrender caucus, or I can fight for our country. And that’s what I’m going to do. So on January 6, I’m going to object to the submissions of Electoral College votes from various states that, in my judgment, have such flawed election systems that their vote counts are unworthy of our ratification in the United States Congress. What I need is a United States Senator who will join me. If we have a House member and a senator, then by golly, that forces a House vote and a floor vote on whether to accept this systematically flawed election system or to reject it. I want to reject it so that we can have an honest and fair and accurate election.”

A Pennsylvania sheriff said he decided to switch his political affiliation from Democratic to Republican due to his former party’s embrace of a "socialist agenda."
Fayette County Sheriff James Custer told Fox News’ "Fox & Friends" on Monday that "the shift in ideals of the Democratic Party at the national level," namely, their "socialist agenda," caused him to make the change.
"This is something I had been considering for several months," he continued. "It probably started back when the pandemic started and the mandates coming down by the Democratic governors — which we have one here in Pennsylvania — that I feel are unconstitutional."
Custer added that as a sheriff, he has a duty to "protect and serve, uphold, and defend the Constitution of the United States" as "unconstitutional mandates" issued by state and local officials injure the rights and freedoms of American citizens.
On Dec. 12, Pennsylvania Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf announced new mitigation measures as the state experienced an uptick in coronavirus cases. The new measures included a temporary ban on indoor dining as well as the closure of gyms, theaters, and other entertainment venues.
The new guidelines also bar indoor gatherings of more than 10 people and outdoor gatherings of more than 50 people and have resulted in the suspension of youth and high school sports.
Custer officially made the switch to the GOP in September along with Fayette County District Attorney Rich Bower, as reported by the Herald Standard. Both former Democratic leaders voted for President Donald Trump in 2016 and did so again in 2020.
Even after voting for Trump in 2016, Custer, who called himself a lifelong Democrat, remained a party member for several years. But he said the party’s "slide" towards socialism during the Trump presidency finally caused him to reconsider.
When asked if the nationwide "defund the police" movement pushed by progressive Democrats had anything to do with his decision, Custer replied saying it was definitely a factor given his 30 years in law enforcement.
"Starting back from the George Floyd incident and all the civil unrest and the calls for ‘abolish the police,’ ‘defund the police’ that was part of factoring in to my decision that, ‘Hey, this is not what I signed up for,’" Custer said. "And there’s plenty of people out there who are backing us, and that’s why I was one of 40 individual sheriffs in Pennsylvania to endorse President Trump as our law and order president."
Custer’s words ring true, especially to former Vice President Joe Biden. Biden was recently caught on leaked audio admitting that Republicans "beat the living hell out of us across the country" over the defund the police movement.
