During a portion of an interview with CBS on Thursday, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe stated that as “an economic threat and a technological threat,” China is a threat “that the United States hasn’t had to deal with before.” He also said that the U.S. loses $4,000 to $6,000 per household every year to Chinese economic espionage.
Ratcliffe stated, “China intends to dominate the world economically, militarily, and technologically. They intend to be the world’s superpower. We’ve had challenges before, Nazi Germany, Russia as the Soviet Union, the Iron Curtain. But this is different. Because China — those were primarily military threats. China is an economic threat and a technological threat, and that’s something that the United States hasn’t had to deal with before.”
He also said that the government estimates that America loses “about $500 billion a year, which would impact every American household $4,000-$6,000 a year as a result of what China is doing on the economic espionage front.”

They’re just beginning. It’s going to get worse.”
Ratcliffe said, “They are our greatest adversary. We need to recognize China for the threat that they are. It’s the greatest threat that this country has faced since World War II. It’s our greatest challenge. Every generation has a challenge, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, the Iron Curtain. This generation’s challenge is China’s intent to replace the United States as the world’s superpower. They have threatened the U.S. way of life. We’ve seen that with COVID, that is a result of the actions of the Chinese Communist Party. Americans’ lives have already been impacted irreparably as a result of China’s actions. They’re just beginning. It’s going to get worse.”
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Thursday told CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge that the communist Chinese government is using blackmail, bribery, and covert operations to target lawmakers on Capitol Hill as part of a broad effort to influence policymaking.

CATHERINE HERRIDGE: You wrote a piece for the Wall Street Journal and you say China is targeting members of Congress with six times the frequency of Russia and 12 times of Iran. What is behind Beijing’s aggressive approach?
DNI JOHN RATCLIFFE: They want laws and policies out of the United States that are favorable to China and what they are really trying to do is through blackmail, bribery, overt and covert operations, trying to make sure only laws that are favorable to China are passed.
HERRIDGE: What you been to Capitol Hill [sic] and have you briefed this threat information to lawmakers?
DNI RATCLIFFE: I was so troubled by what I saw from the position of director of national intelligence that I briefed both the House and the Senate Intelligence Committees on this information, which they found surprising and troubling.
Across the country, Democratic leaders were locking down their citizens and destroying their livelihoods with the coronavirus as the pretext. If that wasn’t enough, they were flashing their tyrannical nature by subjecting their people to that treatment while they gallivanted around to expensive restaurants, traveled for Thanksgiving, and one even flew to Mexico for a wedding. At the same time, their gremlins in the liberal media covered up their disgusting hypocrisy.
Two weeks ago, when those leaders and the media were telling people not to celebrate Thanksgiving, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) was caught red-handed as he and members of the state’s health groups wined and dined inside at an expensive restaurant without masks. Before the pictures came out, those in attendance lied and claimed they were outside and socially distant.
For days, the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) refused to cover Newsom’s let-them-eat-cake-at-home moment. Eventually, CBS This Morning got around to talking about it but the networks still wouldn’t talk about the dozen cases of Democratic politicians breaking their own edicts. And the people had had enough of it.
As reported on Thursday by correspondent William La Jeunesse during the Fox News Channel’s Special Report, “Around the U.S., a backlash, not just against what many see as arbitrary rules, but a double standard.”
He played a soundbite of Danny Presti, a New York restaurant owner who was arrested for “trespassing” at his own establishment because he broke Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio’s destructive decrees.
“We wanted to bring awareness to what’s going on to all businesses. The idea is to get our livelihoods back. We need to be able to provide for our families,” he told the press.
Then there was the recent case of Austin Mayor Steve Alder (D), who put out a video (where he was literally looking down at the camera) telling his residents to stay home and alone for Thanksgiving. It was later discovered that Alder had filmed the video while in Mexico for a wedding.
“Now we know that video from Austin Mayor Stephen Adler was recorded in Mexico, where he flew on a private jet with eight others, following a wedding with 20 guests, while the city discouraged gatherings of 10 on more,” reported La Jeunesse.
Adding: “Adler becomes the 12th Democratic official caught saying one thing while doing another, often in violation of rules they endorsed.”
Adler may have been the 12th, but the broadcast networks at large had neither covered nor condemned any of them. Meanwhile, they meticulously counted every time President Trump didn’t were a mask, even after he got over COVID.
Cuomo and de Blasio were among those 12. The former tried to have his family travel across the country for Thanksgiving (which he told the plebs they couldn’t do), and the latter was exercising in gyms when others weren’t allowed to.
The list of Democratic politicians breaking dining regulations was stacked. The list included Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, San Francisco Mayor London Breed (she ate at the same place Newsom did), Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl (she partook in outdoor dining shortly after banning the practice), and Denver Mayor Michael Handcock (he traveled for Thanksgiving while telling others to stay home).
They were disgusting perpetrations of ‘do as I say, not as I do … or I’ll arrest you.’ And the media were defending it. In fact, on Thursday, NBC Nightly News smeared those opposed to lockdowns as against saving lives. “And while more states enact restrictions, massive protests against them grow louder. Authorities say they’re trying to save lives. Like Leslie and Patricia McWaters,” chided reporter Miguel Almaguer.

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas fired back at the exhortation from pro-Trump attorney L. Lin Wood to Republicans to boycott the Senate runoff election in Georgia until officials change election security policies.
Wood and Sidney Powell, the attorney who represented Gen. Mike Flynn, called for voters to boycott the runoff election that would determine control of the U.S. Senate and could keep Democrats from seizing all three branches of government.
Cruz pushed back and called Wood a "clown" in a missive sent Thursday.

He added in a second tweet, "it’s almost as if…he’s a Democrat."
Cruz linked to a video showing Wood preaching to a crowd in a rally in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday and telling them that the Republican candidates for the Senate runoff elections had not earned their vote.
"Don’t not be fooled twice, this is Georgia, we ain’t dumb!" said Wood to loud applause.
He went on to demand that the candidates publicly and repeatedly call for a special session of the Georgia legislature to address the accusations of voter fraud in the presidential election.
"They have not earned your vote. Don’t you give it to them," he continued. "Why would you go back and vote in another rigged election for God’s sake! Fix it! You gotta fix it before we’ll do it again!"
Wood had gained notoriety for representing Nicholas Sandmann, the teenager who had been smeared by national news outlets publicizing a misleading video of his interaction with a liberal protester in Washington, D.C. He also took up the defense of Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager who shot and killed two Black Lives Matter protesters in Kenosha, Michigan, after they attacked him during a protest.
Wood also said that he would sue the Biden campaign for a political advertisement video that implied Rittenhouse was a white supremacist.

Bokhari told Kelly that nothing was done to address the Big Tech problem because political elites and the deep state benefit from Silicon Valley censorship.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook corporation discriminated against thousands of American graduates as it tried to hire foreign workers via the federal green card process, according to a December 3 lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
“The Department of Justice’s lawsuit alleges that Facebook engaged in intentional and widespread violations of the law by setting aside positions for temporary visa holders instead of considering interested and qualified U.S. workers,” Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division said in a statement.
“The lawsuit alleges that Facebook refused to recruit, consider, or hire qualified and available U.S. workers for over 2,600 positions that Facebook, instead, reserved for temporary visa holders,” the statement said. The DOJ added:
The positions that were the subject of Facebook’s alleged discrimination against U.S. workers offered an average salary of approximately $156,000. According to the lawsuit, and based on the department’s nearly two-year investigation, Facebook intentionally created a hiring system in which it denied qualified U.S. workers a fair opportunity to learn about and apply for jobs that Facebook instead sought to channel to temporary visa holders Facebook wanted to sponsor for green cards.

In its investigation, the department determined that Facebook’s ineffective recruitment methods dissuaded U.S. workers from applying to its PERM positions. The department concluded that, during the relevant period, Facebook received zero or one U.S. worker applicants for 99.7 percent of its PERM positions, while comparable positions at Facebook that were advertised on its careers website during a similar time period typically attracted 100 or more applicants each. These U.S. workers were denied an opportunity to be considered for the jobs Facebook sought to channel to temporary visa holders, according to the lawsuit.
The discriminatory behavior alleged by the DOJ is reportedly widespread among Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 companies, partly because visa fraud and anti-American discrimination are enabled by loopholed federal laws.
The legal process used by corporations to get green cards and work permits for their foreign workers is “highly susceptible to fraud,” a November report by the Department of Labor’s Inspector General (IG) said.
“The H-1B visa [worker program] has no requirement for employers to prove they first tried hiring American workers,” said a December 3 tweet from U.S. Tech Workers, a group that campaigns against the visa worker program. “But the Employment-Based Green Card process does … [so] companies like Facebook need to find ways to turn down Americans so their [H-1B] foreign worker can get a Green Card.”
Facebook has a policy of favoring H-1B workers over Americans, and encouraging hiring managers to favor Chinese and Korean visa workers over other visa workers, according to a leaked document released by Project Veritas.
“When hiring for HR positions, it’s important to prioritize H-1B visa workers, and this will stimulate the process of diversification of the workplace,” says the March 2020 document, titled “Diversity Initiative.”
Federal data shows that the company includes a large population of H-1Bs, including many Indian H-1B workers. The memo says that “priority may be given to H-1B applicants from China and Korea to foster larger communities of diverse workers at Facebook.”
The document also says that foreign applicants can be favored over American graduates. “Although not mandatory, we recognize that the priority of H-1B applicants in favor of American applicants is for the greater good of company culture,” the document reads.
Corporate bias in favor of foreign workers sidelines millions of American graduates and denies them good jobs in Fortune 500 companies.
The hiring of foreign contract workers has also displaced millions of American professionals and has forced many into retirement or alternative careers, including real estate and journalism. In particular, the CEO-imported laborforce of Indian workers, managers, and subcontractors has also imported India’s workplace culture, pay scales, and labor practices into the U.S. white-collar labor market.
From 2016 to 2019, the median or midpoint income of college graduates fell by two percent, according to a September report by the federal reserve., even as wages for blue-collar jumped sharply.
The salary drop happened as companies have created a huge and captive third-class workforce of roughly 600,000 foreigners who must keep working for the companies that sponsored them for green cards.
Video evidence that appears to show stashed cases of ballots in Georgia was played during a legislative hearing on Thursday.
President Donald Trump’s attorney, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, presented bombshell evidence from surveillance cameras that appeared to catch cases of “absentee and military” ballots being pulled out from under a table to be counted in Fulton County, Georgia.
The alleged incident occurred at 10:30 p.m. at State Farm Arena after counting allegedly stopped when the observers and other workers were told to go home.
The woman testifying said she witnessed four “suitcases” be pulled out from under the table. That occurred after a supervisor “with blond braids” told poll workers to leave the room. Four people, including the woman with the braids who told the others to leave, stayed behind to continue counting votes, according to the allegation.
“So what are these ballots doing there separate from all the other ballots and why are they only counting them whenever the place is cleared out with no witnesses?” Jacki Pick, a Trump legal team volunteer, asked the Georgia Senate.
Pick said the unobserved counting went on from 10:30 p.m. until about 1:00 a.m. The attorney alleged the counting resumed only after the Republican observers and members of the media left the room.
Jenna Ellis, a member of Trump’s legal team, said it indicated “fraud.”
“Thousands of ballots pulled from under a table in suitcases and scanned,” she said about the “shocking” evidence.
Pick estimated the number of ballots tabulated after observers and the media left the room “is beyond the margin of victory,” which is allegedly fewer than 13,000 votes. She said she used the video evidence to confirm details alleged in affidavits filed by the Republican observers.

A spokeswoman for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel told Breitbart News on Thursday that ballot counting observers who have alleged fraud should file police reports.
Over 100 witnesses have sworn affidavits detailing what they say are violations of Michigan election law that occurred at the TCF Center in downtown Detroit on Election Day and the days after.
After four hours of testimony before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday by observers who were at the TCF Center and six hours of witness statements before the Senate Oversight Committee on Tuesday, Nessel lashed out at critics of Detroit’s disputed counting process.
“Last night, America watched in horror as Michigan Republicans used tax dollars to sponsor an event wherein (state Rep.) Matt Hall called witnesses ‘brave’ and ‘courageous’ for calling Detroit ‘one of the most corrupt cities in America’ and making baseless, debunked attacks on our elections,” Nessel wrote on Twitter.
Hall praised Detroit city employee Jesse Jacob for testifying before the committee on Wednesday. She alleged supervisors told absentee ballot workers to change dates, ignore signature matching requirements, and several other violations of the law.
“You have embarrassed our state and defamed Michigan’s most populous city. I call on [Michigan GOP Chair Laura Cox] to renounce these statements or take any ‘evidence’ of election law violations to [Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy], [U.S. Attorney Matthew Schneider], or [Michigan Attorney General] for investigation. At long last, put up or shut up.”
Breitbart News asked Nessel’s office if the attorney general considers affidavits “evidence” and whether she has read any of them personally.
“Our attorneys have reviewed every elections-related case that we’ve defended,” Nessel spokeswoman Kelly Rossman McKinney told Breitbart News late Thursday.
“We have seen no credible evidence of fraud – an opinion shared by the judges who have heard these cases to date and have been unpersuaded by these claims. Moreover, neither the Republican Party – nor any of the witnesses who appeared before the Legislature yesterday – have filed a police report with our office,” she said.
“Affidavits cannot be used in a criminal proceeding in place of live testimony from a witness who allegedly observed criminal conduct,” she claimed. “We continue to urge anyone with credible evidence of fraud to file a complaint with a law enforcement agency so that it can be investigated.”

There are plenty rumors concerning the server obtained in Germany after the election. Here’s what we know.
On the Monday following the election, President Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper. Christopher Miller, who serves as director of the National Counterterrorism Center, replaced Esper. Esper held his own press conference in June to announce that he would not follow President Trump’s orders and protect the White House from Antifa and BLM rioters who were burning down DC.
Acting Defense Secretary Christoper Miller announced Wednesday that U.S. Special Operations Command will now report directly to him, putting it on par with the service branches.
At about the same time on November 16th we heard from Rep. Louie Gohmert that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted elections data improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt.
We later posted more information we received from one of our sources on this raid in Germany.
From our source: Once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.
By getting a hold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.
A short time later Sidney Powell commented on the server but she didn’t know who it was who captured the machines:
But by the 21st of November the excellent reporter at Newsmax, Emerald Robinson, tweeted that she did hear that a piece of hardware had been secured in Germany:
BREAKING: a national security source confirms to me that “a piece of hardware has been secured” from Germany.
Colonel Waldron also shared in Arizona that there were hundreds looking into the Dominion system.
Related to the capture of the server in Germany there have been lots of rumors about the whereabouts of CIA Director Haspel and a gunfight that broke out during the raid. We currently have no information on either of these topics that we can confirm. We also don’t know the location of the server that was obtained in Germany.
What we do know in summary, is that there was a server in Germany that was obtained by the US. We also know that a team of military cyber specialists have the traffic and packets sent to Germany during the 2020 election. This is good news for Americans who want to know the truth about the 2020 election.
