Federal Prosecutors Discover Altered Election Documents in Broward County Tied to Florida Democrats

Federal prosecutors in Florida are reviewing date changes on forms used to fix vote-by-mail ballots.

Feds discovered the dates were altered by the Florida Democrat party in four different counties, including Broward.

“Cure affidavits” are due by 5 PM the day before the election, however prosecutors have discovered these altered documents show the ballots could be turned in on Thursday, one day after the election.

Via Politico:

The Florida Department of State last week asked federal prosecutors to investigate dates that were changed on official state election documents, the first voting “irregularities” it has flagged in the wake of the 2018 elections.

The concerns, which the department says can be tied to the Florida Democratic Party, center around date changes on forms used to fix vote-by-mail ballots sent with incorrect or missing information. Known as “cure affidavits,” those documents used to fix mail ballots were due no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 5 — the day before the election. But affidavits released on Tuesday by the DOS show that documents from four different counties said the ballots could be returned by 5 p.m. on Thursday, which is not accurate.

Among those counties is Broward, which emerged as the epicenter of controversy as three statewide races and three local legislative races went into recounts following the Nov. 6 elections. Republicans have pointed to embattled Broward Elections chief Brenda Snipes’ record of past election gaffes in arguing that the largely Democratic country is tilted against them — perhaps fraudulently so.

The dates on the cure affidavits were also altered in Okaloosa County and the elections supervisor said the email he received included a person from the Florida Democrat party.

Another email included in the DOS document dump included correspondence from Okaloosa County Supervisor of Elections Paul Lux, who also said he believed the affidavits were from the Florida Democratic Party.

“Please pass the word to the FDP that they can’t arbitrarily add their own deadline to your form or VBM cures!!” Lux emailed DOS officials on Nov. 9. “This is crazy!”

In a Tuesday interview with POLITICO, Lux said he received an email from someone sending a cure affidavit marked with the wrong date that included a Florida Democratic Party email address. The email does contain the email address [email protected], which is associated with the party.

While Republicans have ‘election day,’ the Democrats enjoy ‘election week’ or ‘election month.’

Democrats have produced tens of thousands of ballots several days after the election–even worse, Broward County refused to disclose how many ballots they had left to tabulate which allowed them to count however many they needed to bring the Democrats within the margin of a recount.

It is a violation of state law to count ballots with irregularities such as mismatched signatures however; Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) reported Tuesday evening that Democrat lawyers are actually arguing to change Florida laws to steal the elections.

“Florida law requires that the voter signatures on mail ballots match the signature of the voter, but Dem lawyers are asking a judge to throw that law out & force Florida to count ballots with signatures that don’t match the voter signature on file,” Senator Rubio explained.

Broward County elections supervisor Brenda Snipes also admitted that one of her elections officials was driving around with blank provisional ballots in a rental car–and she still has not been removed from her position and prosecuted.

Florida Recount: Judge Extends Deadline for Palm Beach County

Judge Karen Geivers ruled Tuesday to extend the recount deadline for Palm Beach County until November 20 in Florida’s U.S. Senate race, according to reports.

The extension comes after Sen. Bill Nelson’s (D-FL) legal team filed a lawsuit in a federal court earlier Tuesday in a bid to extend the deadline for recounting votes statewide.

Man Banned from Disney After Cameras Notice Incredible Trump Message

The entrance to Disney World in Florida.Jerome LaBouyrie / ShutterstockThe entrance to Disney World in Florida welcomes peoople from all over — except for a man who has been banned for life from Disney properties for displaying “Trump 2020” signs and banners on theme park property. (Jerome LaBouyrie / Shutterstock)

It’s no secret that Disney is a left-leaning company that wears its political correctness and liberal beliefs proudly on their sleeves.

Given that, it’s a little funny how the far left loves to extol the virtue of things like freedom of speech, but only when it serves them — like when NFL players kneel for the national anthem.

When it doesn’t suit their agenda? They conveniently forget the dangers of censorship.

One of the latest examples of this brazen hypocrisy comes from Disney World, where a proud Trump supporter has been banned for life after holding up a “Trump 2020” sign.

According to multiple outlets, such as the Orlando-based Spectrum News 13,  Dion Cini has been permanently banned from all Disney properties after brandishing a “Trump 2020” sign while on Splash Mountain at Disney World.

Naturally, Disney claimed that this has nothing to do with politics.

“Walt Disney World welcomes all guests to enjoy our parks; however, demonstrations and the display of signs and banners is not permitted on the premises. We have previously reminded this guest about our rules,” a Disney spokeswoman told Spectrum News in a statement.

I’m sorry, but banning a man over a sign endorsing the president is inherently political.

Now, to be perfectly fair, Cini had reportedly been kicked out of Disney World before for unfurling a banner in September that read “Re-Elect Donald J. Trump. Keep America Great. 2020.”

But according to WOFL, Disney eventually allowed Cini back into the park so long as he didn’t carry any signs that would “incite crowds.” So, again, apparently supporting your president is tantamount to inciting crowds?

Check out the WOFL report here:

The cynic in me thinks that Disney’s response to Cini wouldn’t have been nearly as harsh had he carried a “Hillary 2020” sign.

To his credit, Cini denies inciting anything, but is willing to accept Disney’s ban. Claiming he does not want to break any laws by trespassing, Cini will not go to any Disney properties ever again.

That being said, Cini also told WOFL that he has no plans to curtail his enthusiastic support of President Donald Trump.

He’s already made a name for himself with pro-Trump demonstrations in New York City, as reported by CNN last year. And it doesn’t sound like anything’s going to change.

Cini said he will continue to proudly unfurl flags and banners supporting Trump. In fact, he said that his flags and banners will only get bigger.

Good for him for sticking with his beliefs, no matter what the far left tries to do to him.

Trump Slaps Arrogant French President with Sobering History Reminder

Trump Slaps Arrogant French President with Sobering History Reminder

Far be it from me to ever perpetuate a stereotype, but sometimes the caricature of a snooty and arrogant Frenchman cuts astonishingly close to the real thing.

Take, for example, French President Emmanuel Macron.

The French president recently spoke at a ceremony honoring the 100th anniversary of the World War I armistice and exuded a smug attitude about how superior his way of thinking was.

“Patriotism is the exact opposite of nationalism,” Macron said. “Nationalism is a betrayal of patriotism. By saying ‘our interests first, who cares about the others,’ we erase what a nation holds dearest, what gives it life, what makes it great and what is essential: its moral values.”’

Parroting a far-left talking about about how patriotism and nationalism are so different, Macron was clearly taking a not-so-veiled shot at President Donald Trump.

TRENDING: Avenatti Makes Tucker Carlson His New Target By Releasing Video of ‘Incident’ That Shows Nothing

Trump has made no secret about his desire to put “America first,” and it’s been a rallying cry for many of his constituents.

Macron further dug in against Trump, alluding to “old demons.”

Was Macron out of line in his comments about Trump?

“I know there are old demons which are coming back to the surface,” Macron said at the ceremony. “They are ready to wreak chaos and death. History sometimes threatens to take its sinister course once again.”

It doesn’t take a historian to figure out that Macron, ever subtly, was trying to conflate Trump’s brand of patriotism with Nazism.

Further alluding to the world wars, Macron recently claimed that he wanted a “real, true European army,” echoing German Chancellor Angela Merkel, according to the Guardian.

The mere hint that Europe might need a way to stand up against America certainly wasn’t lost on Trump, who fired back as only he can on Twitter and gave a little history lesson of his own against Macron.

“Emmanuel Macron suggests building its own army to protect Europe against the U.S., China and Russia,” Trump said on Twitter. “But it was Germany in World Wars One & Two – How did that work out for France? They were starting to learn German in Paris before the U.S. came along. Pay for NATO or not!”

Ouch. That, my friends, is what the young people call a “burn” these days.

That tweet certainly won’t help Macron’s ego, which should already be pretty bruised considering Trump’s popularity in France is rising while Macron’s is plummeting.

Leave it to a proud American to knock a Frenchman down a peg or two.

Klavan: The Media Admits It: They Hate All Republicans.

Why do we seem to be constantly at each other’s throats when discussing politics in America today? Andrew Klavan contends that the media plays a large part in that, and it might be the way they like it.

“I think the reason we can’t talk is because the media stands between Left and Right, and 8 percent of the people, the radical left, are running 85 percent of the media,” the Daily Wire podcast host explained on Monday’s episode of “The Andrew Klavan Show.” “By the media, I don’t just mean however you’re getting your news, I’m talking about Hollywood, I’m talking about social media. It was amazing to watch social media this weekend, I think a lot of people just took the weekend off and weren’t on it, so the only people who were left were angry people, people who always say ‘I’m so outraged!’ It was endless, and I started to crack up after a while. It was kind of funny.”

Klavan also criticized New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd for calling President Donald Trump the “real American Psycho” and Republicans not supporting the White House “malefactors.”

“What she’s saying here is just because other Republicans attack Trump, doesn’t mean we should like other Republicans; they all stink,” he explained. “The point she is making is hate Trump, but don’t forget to hate all the other Republicans as well. At least that’s honest, they’re not saying, ‘Oh it started with Trump’ — they’re saying we’ve hated you all this time — it never occurs to her that maybe Trump is a reaction to all that hatred she was pouring on people.”

Video and transcript below:

I think the reason we can’t talk is because the media stands between Left and Right, and 8 percent of the people – the radical left – are running 85 percent of the media. By the media, I don’t just mean however you’re getting your news, I’m talking about Hollywood, I’m talking about social media. It was amazing to watch social media this weekend, I think a lot of people just took the weekend off and weren’t on it, so the only people who were left were angry people, people who always say “I’m so outraged!” It was endless, and I started to crack up after a while, it was kind of funny.

The University of Pennsylvania did a study where they came up with this: “using less social media than you normally do leads to significant decreases in both depression and loneliness.” These effects are particularly pronounced for folks who were more depressed when they came into this study. Now, I’m always a little leery of studies like this, and I’ll tell you why. Because in America, we don’t believe in limits. It never occurs to anybody saying “yeah, use social media, but don’t use it all the time, don’t use it every minute.” They do these studies of video games, and they’ll say “you know, 23 hours of video games a day makes you violent.” 23 hours of doing anything a day would make you violent after a while. It’s addiction that makes people crazy. Some of this stuff is addictive, it is built to be addictive, and one of the reasons it’s addictive is because it touches off outrage. Outrage feels good. I always tell you, “anger is the devil’s cocaine” – it feels good, it feels righteous. There is such a thing as righteous anger, but anger is never righteous itself, and that’s what it feels like. Even if you’re celebrating Veterans Day, you’ll hear people say “well we celebrate it, but they don’t, I’m outraged!”

All of this, of course, circles on Donald Trump, and Donald Trump is an obstreperous character. He is not the most polite person in the world. Why do I complain about this? I complain about it because I know there’ll be a price. There was a price to pay in this last election, it’s now being shown that we may lose 40 seats in Congress, which is not a blue wave, but it’s a bigger wave than it was. Why? Why when everything’s going well? It’s all about his impoliteness, it’s all about the way he appears to people. But as I keep saying, it didn’t start with Trump. That is an important thing for understanding.

Maureen Dowd, who I’ve always maintained some kind of vestigial respect for, because she stood up during the Clinton’s scandals, where Clinton was diddling his intern young enough to be his daughter – and she said “No! It’s not alright.” She actually stood up for her beliefs, which I respected. She got a lot of flak, I think she got death threats from the Left. So she writes this column in The New York Times, a former newspaper:

Maureen Dowd: “Who’s the real American Psycho? Donald Trump is such a menace, that it’s tempting to cheer any vituperative critic, and grab any handy truncheon, but villainizing Trump should not entail sanitizing other malefactors.”

What she’s saying here is just because other Republicans attack Trump, doesn’t mean we should like other Republicans, they all stink. The point she is making is hate Trump, but don’t forget to hate all the other Republicans as well. At least that’s honest, they’re not saying “oh it started with Trump” – they’re saying we’ve hated you all this time – it never occurs to her that maybe Trump is a reaction to all that hatred she was pouring on people. This is the way we get this stuff. When I say what’s the problem, why can’t we talk when conservatives and liberals need each other? We need liberals to tell us “oh this guy isn’t being served”, we need conservatives to say “alright let’s solve that problem, but let’s solve it in our traditional constitutional way.” We need that, that is the dance of progress. It entails argument, but it doesn’t have to entail hatred.

What’s getting in the way? It’s that day after day, speaking to their base, telling them “don’t forget, it’s not enough hate, it’s good that you hate Donald Trump, but you’re not hating enough, you’re not outraged enough, you’re not mean enough.” That’s how we get this stuff, like what’s happening to Tucker Carlson.

Gallup: Five Million Central Americans Want to Join Caravans to the U.S.

Five million poor Central Americans want to migrate into the United States’ communities and workplaces, according to a report by Gallup.

The caravans of economic migrants moving northwards to the U.S. border “actually represent a relatively small fragment of a much larger group of people in their own region — and around the world — who say they would like to move to the U.S. if they could,” said Gallup. The five million number is one-in-three adults in Central America, the survey firm said.

The estimate was posted by Gallup as President Donald Trump’s lawyers try to fend off lawsuits against his November plan to curb the growing use of asylum claims by economic migrants from Central America, including the migrants who are part of the caravans heading to the U.S. border.

On Tuesday, the ACLU and other elite groups who favor cheap-labor migration are asking a California judge to block Trump’s asylum-reform, anti-caravan plan.

Trump’s lawyers are expected to say his plan complies with Congress’ law by offering caravans of migrants full access to asylum courts if they apply at the border’s “ports of entry,” while also offering a limited form of asylum, dubbed “withholding from removal,” to migrants who illegally sneak into the United States.

If upheld, Trump’s “withholding of removal” fix would be a huge blow to the cartels’ labor trafficking business. It would be a blow because it would deny migrants the easy access to U.S. jobs which is needed to pay the cartels’ smuggling costs and profits.

Gallup reported:

In Gallup’s most recent global estimate, between 2015 and 2017, 15% of the world’s adults — more than 750 million people — said they would like to move to another country permanently if they could. In Central America, this percentage is one in three (33%), or about 10 million adults.

Three percent of the world’s adults — or nearly 160 million people — say they would like to move to the U.S. This includes 16% of adults from Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama and Costa Rica, which translates into nearly 5 million people.

For example, in Honduras, whose residents make up a large percentage of the migrant caravan, about half of adults (47%) say they would like to move to another country permanently if they could, but about 9% are planning to move in the next year — and 2% are actively preparing to do so.

However, these Gallup numbers may be far too low.

People stuck in their poor homelands may not want to admit their frustrated wish to migrate.

Also, rising migration spurs runaway migration once successful migrants use their cell phones to video and broadcast their glamorous success in Europe and the United States to their homeland peers in their towns, villages, and families.

Rising emigration cripples economic development in the homeland, so encouraging the next generation also to migrate.

The Mexican labor-trafficking cartels are expanding their business by offering to move people from Indian and African through their smuggling networks into U.S. jobs via the backlogged U.S. asylum system.

Migration is encouraged and welcomed by many Democratic legislators who rationally expect the government-dependent migrants to back their political party once the migrants are naturalized.

Many business-first Republicans support migration because it provides Wall Street investors and companies with a growing number of workers and consumers. Poor migrants are good for companies and investors because taxpayers are forced to spend more money on aid and welfare payments. That extra welfare spending becomes an indirect taxpayer subsidy for the many grocery stores, used-car dealers, teachers, landlords and other people who help or trade with migrants.

Wealthy and influential Americans gain cheap labor from low-wage migration. They also gain stock market wealth, political influence amid the chaotic civic diversity, plus satisfaction from aiding distant foreigners instead of local Americans.

The tacit alliance of progressives and investors, Democrats and Republicans, has largely blockedPresidentt Donald Trump’s effort to help ordinary Americans by curbing migration into U.S. workplaces and neighborhoods.

Washington’s economic policy of using migration to boost economic growth shifts wealth from young people towards older people by flooding the market with cheap white-collar and blue-collar foreign labor. That flood of outside labor spikes profits and Wall Street values by cutting salaries for manual and skilled labor offered by blue-collar and white-collar employees.

The policy also drives up real estate prices, widens wealth-gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, hurts kids’ schools and college education, pushes Americans away from high-tech careers, and sidelines at least five million marginalized Americans and their families, including many who are now struggling with opioid addictions.

Immigration also pulls investment and wealth away from heartland states because coastal investors can more easily hire and supervise the large immigrant populations living in the coastal states.

Could a murder trial reveal what Amazon Echo is actually listening to?

Here’s an interesting news item which may represent the intersection of violent crime and invasive technology and privacy concerns. In January of last year, two people were murdered in a grisly crime in Farmington, New Hampshire. A suspect, Timothy Verrill, was identified and placed in custody. His trial is upcoming but prosecutors are still looking for more evidence to support their case.

As part of this effort, they’ve convinced a judge to order Amazon to release all data from the Amazon Echo located in the room where police believe the murders took place. (CBS Boston)

A New Hampshire judge has “directed Amazon.com to produce” any recordings an Amazon Echo may have because it could contain evidence of a January 2017 double-murder. Prosecutors are looking for the two days worth of recording from the Echo in a Meaderboro Road, Farmington home where 47-year-old Christine Sullivan and 32-year-old Jenna Pellegrini were found dead.

The information from the Echo would also include if any cellphones were paired with it.

According to prosecutors, sometime between January 27 and 29, 2017, Sullivan and Pellegrini were murdered by 36-year-old Timothy Verrill. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, along with other charges, and is in jail waiting for his trial in May 2019.

So what do they expect this Amazon Echo to cough up in terms of evidence? We all know the standard line from the major manufacturers who produce Alexi, Siri and “Okay Google.” They’re never “listening” or recording your activities until you tell them to, right? And they certainly wouldn’t partner up with any phones or other devices around the house without you knowing. Perish the thought!

But it sounds as if law enforcement believes there’s more hidden inside Alexa’s digital brain. They mention the possibility that the device was “paired” with any cellphones in the area. We know they can do that if we ask them to. My phone is paired with the Cortana on my Dell laptop so I can quickly access text messages without taking out my phone if I wish. But was their Alexa paired with their phones during the attack? Or might it have even been detecting the phone of the alleged killer while he was in the house? There’s a disturbing thought.

And what of the audio recordings they think might possibly be on the device. Unless one of the victims cried out for Alexa to call 911 while they were being killed, the Alexa isn’t supposed to be listening or recording anything right? All I’m saying is that I’ve never believed that these digital servants are as inert as the manufacturers claim they are when not in use. How would they hear you say “Alexa” and wake up if they weren’t already listening?

Assuming the police have the right guy, I hope he’s put away and some justice for the victims is delivered. And if information on their Echo can help do that, all the better. But if Amazon is going to fess up and let the police know that the device is recording more than we think it is, I think they should let everyone know.

WaPo contributor Ali al-Houthi and his AK47

The Washington Post: Fake and Dangerous

The Washington Post has a guest contributor who ordered the deaths of 26 journalists in Yemen.

The Islamist contributor likes to carry an AK47 with him even to interviews.

Al Arabiya reported:

Users on Twitter were able to unearth past photos and videos of Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, the controversial Yemeni militant leader who published an op-ed piece on the Washington Post, showing him with his gun as he conducted televised interviews.

The op-ed by al-Houthi, the head of the so-called the Supreme Revolutionary Committee of the Houthi militia, was published by the US newspaper on November 9.

Al-Houthi is implicated in issuing directives for killing more than 26 Yemeni journalists, while there are 16 journalists until this day in detention centers.

The shocking images of al-Houthi dating back to 2016 shows him with his AK-47 placed either on his lap or on a table during multiple interviews that were aired on pro-Houthi channels.
