He got approved for $360 in weekly unemployment benefits. He’s a dog.

He can’t talk. He can’t put on clothes. He can’t earn money — and he might lick you if get too close.

But Ryder — a family dog in Saugatuck, Michigan — nevertheless managed approval for unemployment benefits to the tune of $360 per week, WZZM-TV reported.

Michael Haddock told the station he got a letter from the State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency, which was addressed to Michael Ryder.

“I was surprised to see it,” Haddock told WZZM of the letter, “but I had a good laugh, actually.”

Haddock posted a photo on Facebook last weekend after receiving the notification, the station said, adding that Ryder — despite his canine smarts — isn’t the best candidate for the cash.

“Not sure what he is going to do with the money, but it should be interesting,” Haddock told WZZM. “I knew he was clever, but he surprised me this time.”

Haddock added to the station that the employer listed on the letter is a restaurant chain in Metro Detroit.

What are authorities saying about the matter?

The Michigan UIA told WZZM that its computer system sent an initial letter to Haddock’s address but that it was flagged as suspicious amid a subsequent step in the unemployment process.

The agency sent another letter to Haddock’s address denying the claim, the station said.

The UIA has observed recent spikes in fraudulent claims and told WZZM that much of it is due to data breaches. But as with most fraudulent claims, Ryder’s claim was caught before cash was doled out.

In the end, the UIA told the station it got some chuckles over the whole thing.

“I know first-hand it is rare for ‘man’s best friend’ to contribute financially to the household and that will continue in this instance,” State Administrator of Investigations Tim Kolar wrote in an email, WZZM said.

TOM FITTON: FISA Memo DEVASTATING Blow to Mueller Investigation – SHUT IT DOWN (VIDEO)

TOM FITTON: FISA Memo DEVASTATING Blow to Mueller Investigation – SHUT IT DOWN (VIDEO)

Media was set ablaze after the House Intelligence Committee released their classified FISA memo on Friday morning.

The Deep State and Dems are in a panic as the world sees the FBI was weaponized to target Trump’s political campaign.

President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton immediately hit the ground running after the FISA memo was released and called out Comey, McCabe, Yates and Rosenstein for misleading the FISA court.

Fearless warrior Tom Fitton also hammered dirty cop Mueller’s Russia investigation in an explosive interview with Fox News Friday.

Tom Fitton wasted no time in attacking the Deep State and Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation after the FISA memo revealed McCabe confirmed the FISA court would never have issued a FISA warrant to spy on Trump’s camp but not for the phony, Hillary-funded dossier.

“The really devastating blow it strikes at the Mueller investigation,” Fitton began.

“When you have the Obama DOJ take their best shot with the FISA court and their best shot is a Clinton campaign document to run the narrative that there was Russian collusion, requiring surveillance of a Trump campaign official or volunteer and it turns out there was nothing else really there but for the dossier paid for by Clinton and DNC funds, then that means there is no Mueller investigation without the dossier paid for by Clinton and DNC funds so the whole thing is subject to being called off now by the Justice Department if they are brave enough,” Fitton argued.

Tom Fitton became furious as he went through bullet points outlining the corruption in the top brass of the FBI and DOJ.

When did Wray know? When and what did Mueller know? Fitton asked

Fox News played a clip of House Speaker Paul Ryan claiming the memo does not impugn the Mueller investigation or the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein (even though the memo reveals Rosenstein mislead the FISA court). Brilliant.

Fitton unleashed on House Speaker Paul Ryan and the establishment politicians in DC protecting the Mueller investigation.

Tom Fitton called for the FISA applications to be declassified and said Judicial Watch plans on suing for the underlying records.

Shortly after Fitton’s appearance on Fox News, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against the DOJ for the FBI documents regarding the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrant application submitted to – and responses from – the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court related to alleged collusion between Russia and Trump campaign associates (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00245)).

FBI Used Dossier Funded by Clinton Election Campaign to Spy on Trump Adviser

The FBI and Justice Department engaged in improper and possibly illegal political spying by failing to disclose to a secret surveillance court that evidence used in targeting a Trump campaign adviser was funded by rival Hillary Clinton’s campaign, according to an internal House memorandum made public Friday.

The memo revealed what it said were significant facts uncovered in an ongoing congressional probe of Russian election meddling that "raise concerns with the legitimacy and legality of certain [Justice Department] and FBI interactions with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court."

The report concluded the improper spying represents "a troubling breakdown of legal processes established to protect the American people from abuses related to the FISA process." FISA is the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that created a secret court and legal processes used in foreign spying probes.

The staff memo was released by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that in addition to investigating the 2016 election interference is investigating whether Obama administration officials abused intelligence reports by improperly unmasking the names of Americans incidentally captured in foreign surveillance.

In early 2017, several leaks of intelligence intercepts were disclosed in the press, including a conversation between Trump’s national security adviser Michael Flynn and the Russian ambassador.

Release of the House memo followed several days of heated public debate in Congress and on social media, with Republicans urging disclosure and Democrats calling for the report to be kept secret in the interest of national security.

The four-page memo is sharply critical of senior FBI and Justice officials by name for signing off on misleading spying applications before the FISA court.

The officials failed to reveal evidence used in the spying request and renewals—the private intelligence dossier produced by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele—was paid for by a law firm operating on behalf of the Clinton campaign and directed by the opposition research firm Fusion GPS.

The Washington Free Beacon employed Fusion GPS for political opposition research during the presidential primary campaign but had no involvement in the Steele dossier.

The foreign surveillance was carried out under four 90-day court orders beginning in October that called for surveilling Carter Page, a volunteer foreign policy adviser to Trump who the FBI suspected was a Russian spy.

Page, a former businessman in Russia, has denied any improper involvement with the Russians.

"The committee has discovered serious violations of the public trust, and the American people have a right to know when officials in crucial institutions are abusing their authority for political purposes," House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes said in releasing the memo.

"Our intelligence and law enforcement agencies exist to defend the American people, not to be exploited to target one group on behalf of another."

President Trump called the abuses outlined in the memorandum "a disgrace."

Nunes said the committee’s probe will shine light on "this alarming series of events" and added it could lead to reforms in FISA surveillance.

Nunes is also investigating whether senior Obama administration officials improperly obtained the identities of Trump advisers inadvertently caught in secret foreign intelligence surveillance.

The Obama officials include former White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice and former U.S. Ambassador to the United States Samantha Power who made an unusually large number of unmasking requests of the names of Americans in transcripts of intercepted conversations, congressional sources said.

The memorandum reveals deficiencies by senior FBI and Justice officials in handling the foreign spying court requests.

Improper FISA applications were signed by FBI Director James Comey, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente, and current Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the memo states.

Comey and Yates were fired by Trump and McCabe resigned suddenly on Monday.

McCabe testified to the committee in December that without the now-discredited dossier "no surveillance warrant would have been sought" on Page, the memo says.

The memo states that when FISA warrants are requested for Americans, the government is required to provide the court with information potentially favorable to the targets. The requirement is designed to protect Americans’ privacy rights.

"In the case of Carter Page, the government had at least four independent opportunities before the [FISA court] to accurately provide an accounting of the relevant facts," the memo says. "However, our findings indicate that material and relevant information was omitted."

The dossier by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele has been the centerpiece of Democratic charges that Russia interfered in the 2016 election by colluding with the Trump campaign. So far the memorandum has been verified and many parts of it were found to be false.

"Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials," the memo said.

The initial FISA application also failed to mention that the FBI had separately authorized a payment to Steele for the same information contained in the private dossier.

Additionally, the FISA application used a Yahoo News story by Michael Isikoff to bolster its spying request on Page. But the application falsely stated the information in the news article did not come from Steele, the memo says.

Steele revealed in British court filings that he met with Yahoo News and other news outlets in September 2016 at the direction of Fusion GPS.

Also, after Steele was fired as an FBI source, he continued to provide information to then-Associate Attorney General Bruce Ohr, who worked closely with Yates and Rosenstein. Ohr was demoted as a result.

According to the memo, Ohr told FBI agents that Steele told him in September, two months before the election, that Steele "was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president," the memo said.

That information was never included in the FISA application and renewals.

Ohr’s wife also worked for Fusion GPS and provided the FBI with her opposition research paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign, the memo says.

The FBI’s counterintelligence chief, Assistant Director Bill Priestap, said efforts to corroborate information in the Steele dossier were in an early stage at the time the FBI applied for the authority to spy on Page.

Steele was paid over $160,000 by the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign through the law firm Perkins Coie and Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm, the memo said.

Steele was dismissed as an FBI source after he was found to have lied to the FBI about contacts with news reporters.

The FBI later determined Steele’s information was "only minimally corroborated." In January 2017, then-FBI chief Comey called the dossier "salacious and unverified."

The dossier, published in full by Buzzfeed, claimed that Trump engaged in kinky sex with prostitutes in Moscow.

The memo said the FISA request to spy on Page mentioned another Trump campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, but there is no evidence of any cooperation or conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos.

Papadopoulos pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI in October.

The information about Papadopoulos prompted the FBI to open a counterintelligence investigation in late July 2016 by FBI Pete Strzok.

Strzok was later found to have made a series of anti-Trump text messages with FBI attorney Lisa Page that revealed he was a Clinton supporter.

"The Strzok/Lisa Page texts also reflect extensive discussions about the investigation, orchestrating leaks to the media, and include a meeting with Deputy Director McCabe to discuss an ‘insurance’ policy against President Trump’s election," the memo says.

Trump said in a tweet: "The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans – something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago. Rank & File are great people!"

Rep. Adam Schiff, ranking Democrat on the House intelligence committee, has been using information from the dossier for questions in committee hearing.

Schiff has said the American people do not have the underlying materials used in the committee memo and "therefore they can’t see how distorted and misleading this document is," he told CNN recently.

Committee Democrats declined to provide their dissenting views with the memo and instead sought to release a competing memo. That document is undergoing security review.

Congressional Democrats and many cable news pundits criticized the House Republicans in the days before the memo was released for endangering national security by releasing the memo

But the White House in a cover letter to the memo said the president and his legal and national security advisers determined releasing the memo is in the public interest.

Funds Sent to Georgetown Group that Promotes Traditional Marriage Ends Up Allocated to LGBTQ Group

Georgetown University claimed Friday that the absence of a proper funding mechanism was responsible for the mysterious misappropriation of at least $400 in donations to a family values student club that has been censured on campus as "homophobic" for its religious stance.

Love Saxa, which promotes traditional views of dating and marriage, alerted the university Thursday to the alleged misdirection of the funds in a letter sent by the Alliance Defending Freedom, a religious freedom legal advocate, to Georgetown President John DeGioia.

From November to December 2017, at least $400 in donations were deposited with the Center for Student Engagement, but never appeared in Love Saxa’s account, according to the letter.

One donor received a receipt from Georgetown showing that his $50 gift had been allocated to the "LGBTQ Resource Center Reserve." Another donor receipt for $100 was tagged for the Saxatones a cappella group, who, ADF noted, "partnered with the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League."

Love Saxa has also yet to receive any funds it courted during the Georgetown Phonathon, according to the letter.

A Georgetown spokesperson told the Washington Free Beacon in an emailed statement Friday, "All gifts to Love Saxa have been identified and are being deposited to Love Saxa’s account. When the university receives a gift designated by donor for a student group with access to benefits, the gifts are allocated with a designated worktag that ensures they reach the intended recipient. Because a Fall 2017 gift was the first donation of its kind to Love Saxa, no established path existed. As always in these cases, we corrected the mistakes, have developed a path to ensure that funds are routed properly in the future, and have communicated to the student group and the donors that the gifts have been properly allocated."

The representative did not respond to questions about how often such errors occur.

Travis Barham, Love Saxa’s ADF legal counsel, said he had direct communication from Georgetown as of Friday afternoon and could not confirm if the club had received the money.

He said that even should the funds be returned, questions remained about how the gifts were ever misplaced, given that Love Saxa students followed Georgetown’s established fundraising protocols.

"Our clients took donations received in the mail to the appropriate officials, and deposited them as they were supposed to—and those funds ended up in the coffers of LGBTQ center," said Barham. "[Georgetown’s] statement doesn’t clear up how that happened. It was the university’s obligation to ensure a pathway existed for these logistical arrangements."

Barham added that the statement did nothing to clarify how it was that the club’s "ideological opponent" was the recipient of these gifts.

"Their explanation seems unlikely," said Barham.

Sivagami Subbaraman, director of the LGBTQ Resource Center, declined to comment.

The funds’ strange movement occurred against the backdrop of a Georgetown investigation into the club, said Barham, and an effort by the Student Activities Commission to defund the group for being "hateful," "archaic," and "dehumanizing."

Georgetown, a Catholic institution, has been heavily criticized for its treatment of the Christian club.

Top-Voted NyT Comment About Immigration Bodes Well For Midterms

Some liberals genuinely get it, and that could mean wonders for our 2018 midterm chances.

The New York Times ran a column this week from Thomas B. Edsall about President Donald Trump’s immigration proposal that triggered some fascinating responses from its “progressive” readers.

One top-voted comment in particular that received almost 250 votes from the Times‘ readers and a “Pick” from the Times‘ editorial staff especially took me by surprise.

“The notion that ‘this is a nation of immigrants and therefore….’ should not be driving current policy,” wrote Peter from Connecticut. “This was a nation of dinosaurs, then Native Americans, then slave owners. To have policies based on what worked in the past is not realistic.”

“This is now a nation of too many people, with a disappearing middle class. We don’t need lots more immigrants, Norwegian or otherwise. Of course we should still have some — but we should run this country for our benefit, not the benefit of the world’s tired and hungry, and of course the middle class, pushed into poverty over the last few decades, thinks what the Democrats propose is too indiscriminate.”

“Trump (the Republican Party, actually) hasn’t ‘got’ Democrats fight where he wants them,” he added, referencing Edsall’s claim that Trump’s clever immigration proposal has Democrats by the balls.

“Democrats are in a place they chose, and it suits him. He recognized the hole they dug for themselves, but he didn’t dig it.”

That a reader of The New York Times wrote something this wise — and that nearly 250 other leftist Times‘ readers liked it — has got to bode well for us.

Regarding his remark about the hole Democrats have “dug for themselves,” here’s some additional reporting from the Conservative Tribune:

Following the president’s State of the Union address, CBS News published a poll revealing that a majority of Americans support the president’s wall.

“Do you favor or oppose building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border?” the specific poll question, which was reportedly asked prior to the SOTU address, asked. A 59 percent majority chose “Favor,” while a 41 percent minority selected “Oppose.”

… Poll questions asked after the SOTU address found that a 97 percent majority of Republicans, 72 percent of Independents and even 43 percent of Democrats approved of the president’s speech, which is telling given that Trump specifically mentioned the wall during it. …

He also described his plan to implement “a merit-based immigration system … that admits people who are skilled, who want to work, who will contribute to our society, and who will love and respect our country,” and end chain migration.

Americans overwhelmingly support the president on immigration, as demonstrated by both Peter’s comment and the statistics above, and while this doesn’t guarantee we’ll crush the Democrats come November, it at least gives me hope.

HuffPo Issues Anti-Trump SOTU Poll, Backfires in a Major Way

Liberal website HuffPost gave it all they had on Tuesday to run an anti-Trump poll following his State of the Union address, and it backfired in a major way.

On Twitter, the left-wing outlet asked its voters to rate President Donald Trump’s speech by choosing between four different emoji faces.

As noted by The Daily Wire, the poll was slanted to make Trump look bad regardless, given three out of the four choices were negative, with just one being positive.

But the poll could not have gone worse for liberal website, as 77 percent voted in favor of Trump’s speech by selecting the smiling emoji with heart eyes.

TRENDING: Dems Sweating Bullets After Numbers Come in From SOTU Speech

Not only did more than 111,000 people vote in the poll, 77 percent of voters gave Trump a positive reaction to his speech.

To reiterate: one of the most progressive, far-left websites in the country ran a poll about Trump, someone they despise, and nearly 80 percent of respondents indicated they approved of the president’s speech.

HuffPo engaged in a classic liberal tactic — issuing a rigged poll to give Trump negative reviews — and it backfired on them, big-time.

Did you enjoy Trump’s State of the Union speech?

More importantly, other polls also revealed the American people overwhelmingly supported his address.

According to CBS poll released after his speech, 75 percent of Americans polled approved of his speech, one that was premised on unity, working together, and advancing his America First agenda and principles.

RELATED: Disgusting Video Shows What Happened on Saudi Arabia Inaugural Flight

The CBS breakdown of that poll found that Trump’s speech sat very well with Republican and Independent voters. Even a fair amount of Democrats like the speech.

Adding even more salt to HuffPost’s self-inflicted wound, Trump’s overall approval ratings have been steadily rising in the past month.

According to a recent Monmouth poll, Trump’s approval ratings hit 45 percent last month. A Rasmussen poll from Feb. 2 was even stronger for Trump, with 49 percent approving of his agenda and plans.

The three polls showing Americans approving of Trump’s overall performance can be attributed to numerous objectives Republicans have accomplished in the past month.

Because the fact that the GOP tax bill will allow an overwhelming majority of Americans to keep more of their own money, the booming economy, jobs coming back, our borders secured, and ISIS on the run, the American people strongly approve of Trump’s message and bold agenda.

All of that was detailed in Trump’s State of the Union address, which is why the HuffPost poll backfired so badly.

With his agenda, list of accomplishments, and bold ideas for securing the country and prioritizing Americans, it’s no wonder the liberal website’s poll was overwhelmingly pro-Trump.

Please like and share this on Facebook and Twitter if you agree with this HuffPost poll that President Trump did a great job during his State of the Union address!

In Gender-Inclusive Guidelines, Catholic College Eliminates Use of ‘Husband’ and ‘Wife’

In its guidelines for the use of gender-inclusive language, the University of Dayton proposes the elimination of the gender-specific terms of “husband” and “wife,” substituting them with “spouse, partner, significant other.”

Despite the fact that the Catholic Church views matrimony as a stable union between a man and a woman, the Catholic college informs its students that “gender neutral language does not assume a gender with the individual who is being discussed” and thus spouse, partner and significant other are preferable to the traditional terms of husband and wife.

The watchful eyes at The College Fix, a conservative, student-staffed campus watchdog site, discovered the curious norms being fed to students and staff reached out to university officials for comment.

“The gender inclusive language is an educational resource — it is neither a guide nor an advisory nor does it represent University of Dayton or Women’s Center policy — and has been posted on the website for at least three years,” read a statement provided to The College Fix. “It is an educational resource geared to assist those who prefer to use gender inclusive language as well as those who wish to avoid assuming the gender of an individual being discussed.”

Along with offending terms such as husband and wife, the university proposes an extended list of expressions that should be replaced by other words that do not convey a determined sex.

Thus, expressions such as “common man,” “best man for the job,” and “gentleman’s agreement” are to be eliminated in favor of more inclusive terms, such as “common person,” “best person for the job,” and “informal agreement.”

Similarly, “mankind,” “man-made,” and “manpower” are more properly expressed by the gender-neutral terms of “humankind, society,” “manufactured, synthetic,” or “workforce, labor,” the university website states.

According to the school’s website, the University of Dayton is a Catholic university and is committed “to the dignity of the human person as a creative and social being created in the image and likeness of God.”

In recent years Pope Francis has insisted over and over on the essential difference between men and women, who together image God, contending that men and women are essentially different and not interchangeable.

Starting from the biblical passage that reads “in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them,” the pope declared that both men and women are necessary to truly “image” God, in an address in 2015.

“Not only the man taken in himself is the image of God; not only the woman taken in herself is the image of God, but also man and woman together, as a couple: they are the image of God,” he said.

This complementarity between men and woman is also a key element of effective parenting, the pope said, noting that a child deserves both a mother and a father and that neither is superfluous or replaceable.

“Experience teaches us,” he said, “that to grow harmoniously the human being needs the reciprocity between man and woman. When it’s not there, we see the consequences,” he said.

“Without the mutual enrichment in this relationship,” he said, “the two cannot even fully understand what it means to be a man and woman.”

Gender theory, which blurs or seeks to eliminate the differences between the sexes is ultimately damaging for a truly human society, the pope said, since it sows doubt and confusion.

“I wonder,” he said, “whether the so-called theory of gender is not an expression of frustration and resignation, which tries to erase sexual differences because it doesn’t know how to handle them.”

Removing sexual differences, Francis declared, “is the problem, not the solution.” Acting as if these differences didn’t matter means “taking a step backwards,” he said.

“God has entrusted the earth to the covenant between man and woman,” Francis said. Its failure “dries up the world of affection and darkens the sky of hope.”

Ann Coulter Shrugs Off ‘Law & Order: SVU’ Episode: ‘Why Don’t They Follow My Approach and Not Care?’

Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “The Ingraham Angle,” conservative commentator Ann Coulter reacted to an episode of NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU” from a night earlier that depicted the rape of a fictional conservative pundit that resembled her.

Coulter referenced the Twitter banning of Milo Yiannopoulos allegedly for criticisms of “Saturday Night Live” cast member Leslie Jones and recommended celebrities follow her example and “not care.”

She also called those involved with the creation of “Law & Order: SVU” hypocrites for their depiction of conservatives on immigration.

“Why don’t they follow my approach and not care?” Coulter said. “But I do think it’s worth bringing up at this point also what just raging frauds and hypocrites they are. One of the things I read, I mean I read it in a Newsbusters write-up, wants to deport DREAMers. OK, Laura, I promise you the writers, the actors and the producers of this TV show — they will move heaven and earth to make sure their kids don’t go to school any place near a DREAMer. Their only contact with illegal aliens is the woman who cleans their toilet whose name they don’t know. Oh, but they’re going to stand up for the illegal aliens. So much of Hollywood is just wanting to feel morally superior to conservatives and particularly to Trump voters.”

Wait.. Did Rep. Adam Schiff Include Classified Information in Letter Slamming FISA Memo?

Wait.. Did Rep. Adam Schiff Include Classified Information in Letter Slamming FISA Memo?

Legal experts are weighing in after Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) may have included classified information in his Friday press release rebuking the FISA abuse memo.

As the Washington Examiner’s Steven Nelson noted, the California Democrat “cited two specific examples of alleged inaccuracies,” in the memo.

“The Majority suggests that the FBI failed to alert the court as to Mr. Steele’s potential political motivations or the political motivations of those who hired him, but this is not accurate,” Schiff said in a statement.

“The GOP memo also claims that a Yahoo News article was used to corroborate Steele, but this is not at all why the article was referenced.”

The outspoken House Intelligence Committee Democrat added, “The Majority suggests that the FBI failed to alert the court as to Mr. Steele’s potential political motivations or the political motivations of those who hired him, but this is not accurate.”

“The GOP memo also claims that a Yahoo News article was used to corroborate Steele, but this is not at all why the article was referenced.”

Washington Examiner reports:

Steven Aftergood, director of the government secrecy project at the Federation of American Scientists, said it’s possible those refutations reveal classified information.

“In the abstract they could be problematic since they go beyond the official public record” in describing classified documents, he said. “But under current circumstances, it is hard for me to imagine anyone objecting.” […]

Mark Zaid, an attorney who has worked many national defense cases dealing with the handling of classified information, also said it’s possible the Schiff release reveals classified information.

“At first blush I would have some concerns about the details in this statement as to whether it crosses a classification line, but it is possible Rep. Schiff, having had access to the underlying classified information, knows these points are in unclassified paragraphs,” Zaid said. “So much of these back and forths about the memo are in a gray area on classification.”

Democrats have fought hard to paint the memo as a hyper-partisan piece of propaganda aimed at discrediting the ‘Trump-Russia’ collusion investigation. Nobody worked harder to keep the memo classified than Schiff.

Schiff’s position on the memo has been nothing short of “Schiffty,” having first branded the memo nothing more than Republican propaganda, then claiming the document shouldn’t be made public because Americans wouldn’t understand it, to announcing House Intelligence Democrats would be releasing a “counter-memo.”

Today, the White House pledged to assist the Democrats with “oversight requests,” pertaining to their “counter-memo.”

FISA Fireworks=> Sean Hannity GRILLS James Comey, Reads Him His Rights On Live TV (VIDEO)

Sean Hannity continues to be the media’s leading voice against corruption committed at the highest levels of the FBI and Justice Department. Thursday evening, the Fox News host put former FBI Director James Comey on notice, reading him his Miranda Rights on live television.

Credit: MLordandGod

HANNITY: By the way, the last thing we need is lectures from Jim Comey — and by the way, Jim — just a reminder, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say, can and will, be used against you. And Jim Comey needs to be put under oath. He needs to be questioned. I wanna know why you exonerated Hillary Clinton months before you did the investigation — before it ever took place. And Jim, what do you know about Trump hating FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page? And Jim Comey, what do you know about Andrew McCabe waiting three weeks to alert Congress about the emails that have been found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop? And by the way, what did you know, and when did you know about Hillary Clinton’s paid for Dossier? Did you know it was phony, Jim? And did you know it was bought and paid for by an opposition party candidate?

Following the memo’s release, Comey downplayed the FISA abuses revealed.

“That’s it? Dishonest and misleading memo wrecked the House intel committee, destroyed trust with Intelligence Community, damaged relationship with FISA court, and inexcusably exposed classified investigation of an American citizen. For what? DOJ & FBI must keep doing their jobs,” tweeted Comey.

Soon after, Hannity quipped, “Jim, You have the right to remain silent. I suggest you exercise that right….”
