Knowledgeable Net Neutrality Foe’s ‘Legalese’ Angers MSNBC’s Ali Velshi

On Thursday, MSNBC’s Ali Velshi interviewed former FCC commissioner Robert McDowell about that agency’s move to eliminate the Obama administration’s “Open Internet Order,” better known as its “net neutrality” regulations.

Velshi was in over his head, and as people who find themselves in such a situation often do, he resorted to hostility, bluster, and an accusation of condescension to try to make up for his repeated attempts to make a tired little-guy-versus-big-guy argument against the FCC’s action.

Velshi’s primary problem was that he can’t or won’t accept the idea that governance over the internet has returned to where it was during the over 20 years before Obama’s FCC decided that the internet should be regulated like a century-old public utility monopoly, and that there are plenty of pre-2015 laws in place to prevent the alleged discriminatory disasters he fears.

McDowell knows better, and irritated Velshi immensely by repeatedly citing the key laws which will still apply to any genuinely anti-competitive activity by internet service providers and other players. He initially made his legal points in each of the opening snips which follow in the first of three videos excerpted from the interview:

ALI VELSHI, MSNBC: … We may end up freezing the Internet in time, in that these big companies exist as big companies, and there will never be a competitor to Facebook or Google or Amazon.

ROBERT MCDOWELL, FORMER FCC COMMISSIONER: Right. So there’s a lot of hype, it’s very confusing and gets very legal very quickly.

So what the FCC did in February 2015 was put a 1934 law, the Communications Act of 1934, part of it called Title II, onto broadband internet networks.

But before that, that’s when all those companies you just cited were actually started in dorm rooms and then became some of the world’s largest corporations. And so they did that before this Title II thing.

So the term by the way, net neutrality, has no legal definition. So the question is, before February 2015, what worked? How did this ecosystem work to allow those entrepreneurs to do all that? And that was —

VELSHI: Right. But we didn’t use as much bandwidth. Part of the issue was that everything we do now uses internet bandwidth. That’s been coming over the years.

MCDDOWELL: And before February 2015 as well.

So you have the Federal Trade Commission Act, for instance. You have the Clayton Act and the Sherman Act. Those are three very powerful federal statutes that kept the internet open and free prior to February 2015.

VELSHI: (if I try to compete against one of the internet behemoths) Some (business) people will say, “Why would you ever use my service as opposed to the existing one that paid for the fast lane?”

MCDDOWELL: Section 1 and Section 2 of the Sherman Act, in section 3 of Clayton Act. You just triggered all three of those sections. It would be an antitrust violation. The Federal Trade Commission could go after them also under section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. it was against the law before February 2015, and it will be against the law as of today.

Velshi’s argument that expanded bandwidth use somehow justified the imposition of net neutrality three years ago, or that it should prevent its withdrawal now, is inane. Netflix has been streaming video since 2007, and streaming exploded during the next eight years before the Obama-era order appeared.

The key question is whether internet infrastructure going forward has been expanding as dramatically as it needs to in order to keep up with the needs and expectations of consumers and businesses.

The answer, since February 2015, has been “no.” In an unexcerpted portion of the interview, McDowell noted that annual investment in internet infrastructure has fallen by 18 percent since February 2015, primarily because of regulatory uncertainty. That’s why the just-issued “Restoring Internet Freedom” statement that “The Commission’s (2015) Title II Order has put at risk online investment and innovation, threatening the very open internet it purported to preserve” resonates.

In the next two snips contained in the second of three videos, Velshi began to lose patience, and then started to get angry:

VELSHI: I don’t feel like or having a really, a really fair conversation here. I’m trying to have a conversation on the merits of the principle of unintended consequences of reversing net neutrality, and you’re dropping a lot of legalese.

MCDOWELL: The legalese are the merits, though, Ali. So that’s —

VELSHI: We know full well that sometimes the Federal Trade Commission doesn’t —

MCDOWELL: That’s what’s at play here, and maybe you haven’t read these laws. You don’t understand them.

VELSHI: I’m very familiar with net neutrality, Robert. I’m really not that familiar with being condescended on.

VELSHI: The point is, for every point you make, I can make another one. It would be much more useful for us to have a broader conversation about whether or not there may be unintended consequences to reversing net neutrality. Right?

MCDOWELL: Okay, so why didn’t the Obama DOJ —

VELSHI: We’re not in a court of law right now. There’s no judge in front of us.

MCDOWELL: I understand. But to your point, you’re saying consumers are unprotected. That’s not true.

VELSHI: I did not make that argument ONCE. I’m not sure why you think I made that. I’ve only made one argument, and it’s about startups and entrepreneurs.

McDowell apparently did a good job of interview prep. Although Velshi didn’t cite consumers in the “conversation” he claimed he was trying to have on Thursday, as seen in a November 21 video at MSNBC, he and MSNBC co-host Stephanie Ruhle have been very outspoken about the alleged impact of the FCC’s move on consumers.

“Everyone else” obviously includes consumers. So McDowell’s assertion that Velshi believes that “consumers are unprotected” is true.

In reality, it’s only true, as Velshi indirectly admitted in that November 21 video, if “some other agency doesn’t enforce” its rules along the lines McDowell described. Why should anyone expect that career bureaucrats won’t jump at the idea of carrying out their enforcement missions?

In the final two snips contained in the third video, Velshi tried the same argument again, and got the same law-based response — at which point he just gave up, accusing McDowell of not participating in the “conversation” he wanted to have:

VELSHI: If someone has an advantage in streaming their content over the internet, an established player has an advantage because they have the money to be able to buy better, faster, quicker access and prevent somebody else from getting it that — the incumbent is favored over the start up. That’s the only point I wanted to make. That’s the only point —

MCDOWELL: And that would be illegal, and that’s the point I’m making. What you just said is already illegal.

VELSHI: This would’ve been and much better conversation we were actually having a conversation.

MCDOWELL: We are. I’m trying to teach you about the state of the law, which is what is going on.

VELSHI: Thanks very much. Robert McDowell is former FCC commission of 2006 to 2013.

MCDOWELL: Sorry, it’s not a catastrophe.

VELSHI: Who said it was a catastrophe? I love the internet. I didn’t say it was. (As noted, Velshi and Ruhle said just that on November 21. — Ed.)

MCDOWELL: It’s going to be great.

VELSHI: I don’t know who you’re — Maybe he can’t hear me.

MCDOWELL: I can hear you just fine.

VELSHI: Maybe he’s hearing some other anchor arguing with him —

MCDOWELL: Nope.

VELSHI: — because he’s fighting a different battle than I’m fighting. I’m not actually having this argument with you.

So the “only point” Velshi had really wasn’t a point at all.

Velshi was similarly rude and hostile towards another guest whose arguments he couldn’t counter in August, when he condescendingly attacked a Donald Trump defender who contended that the President deserves a large share of the credit for the relatively strong performance of the overall economy and the stock market this year, telling him “You can’t just lie on TV.”

Former White House Chief of Staff and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon commended Japan’s Prime Minister saying that Shinzo Abe recognized the importance of nationalism and identified him as a “Trump before Trump.”

Visiting ex-White House chief strategist Steve Bannon on Sunday lauded Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for his Trump-like effort to infuse Japan with a spirit of nationalism while unleashing a volley of scathing criticism against what he called the “mainstream media,” likening them to “running dogs” with a globalist agenda.

Bannon, who was in Tokyo over the weekend to attend a gathering of conservatives, said Japan was on the right track under Abe, whom he called a “Trump before Trump.”

“He talked about a nation’s pride, a nation’s destiny, a nation taking control of its future,” Bannon said when talking about Abe in his speech at the Japanese Conservative Political Action Conference 2017, co-hosted by the Japanese Conservative Union and the American Conservative Union.

As such, Bannon, who is now head of the right-wing news website Breitbart News, credited Abe for trying to “re-instill the spirit of nationalism” and for not shying away from discussing “vital” issues including Japan’s “rearmament.”

TEL AVIV — The United Nations Security Council is considering a draft resolution that would seek to reverse U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, Reuters reported on Sunday.

The draft, prepared by Egypt, does not refer to either the U.S. or to President Trump. It was circulated between the 15 members of the council and according to Reuters enjoys support, but the U.S., which wields veto power in the council, is likely to shoot it down.

A vote on the draft resolution, Reuters reported, can take place as early as next week. It would need nine votes to pass and no veto from the U.S., France, Britain, Russia or China.

Arab diplomats began looking for a UNSC resolution to reverse Trump’s decision soon after its announcement.

The U.S. president’s declaration was also rejected by the European Union, with foreign policy Chief Federica Mogherini saying the 28-country body would like to see Jerusalem become the shared capital of both Israel and the Palestinians.

The Czech Republic, however, announced that it recognized the western part of the city as Israel’s capital and according to Israeli media is planning to move its embassy there.

The U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley praised Trump’s decision as “the just and right thing to do.”

The draft resolution “affirms that any decisions and actions which purport to have altered the character, status or demographic composition of the Holy City of Jerusalem have no legal effect, are null and void and must be rescinded in compliance with relevant resolutions of the Security Council.”

Israel’s Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon was quoted by Reuters saying, “No vote or debate will change the clear reality that Jerusalem” is the capital of Israel.

A UN Security Council resolution adopted in December 2016 “underlines that it will not recognize any changes to the 4 June 1967 lines, including with regard to Jerusalem, other than those agreed by the parties through negotiations,” Reuters reported.

Theft Victim Furious That Jury Paid Illegal Alien Thief’s Fines

A Virginia homeowner was furious when a jury pooled donations to pay the court fines for an illegal alien convicted of stealing more than $5,000 worth of jewelry, a report says.

A jury convicted 19-year-old Sandra Mendez Ortega of robbing Lisa Copeland of her engagement and wedding rings when the convict was serving as a housemaid for the victim. Despite the conviction, the jury felt so sorry for the pregnant Ortega that they pooled their money to pay the $60 fine levied upon the perpetrator.

The victim in the case criticized the jury for its out-of-court donations, insisting that their actions made a mockery of the law.

“I just pray that they’re never in my shoes,” Copeland told the Washington Post.

Copeland went on to point out that the problem is not exactly the $80 in donations the jurors pooled but that the convict never apologized or showed any remorse for her crime. “If she had accepted accountability, I would be okay with all of this. The fact that she won’t accept accountability makes it wrong,” Copeland said.

Jury foreman Jeffrey Memmott defended their actions.

“The general sentiment was she was a victim, too,” Memmott insisted. “Two of the women [jurors] were crying because of how bad they felt. One lady pulled out a $20 bill, and just about everybody chipped in.”

Another juror exclaimed that they acted out of compassion. Even though they were compelled to convict the thief, Janice Woolridge added, “There’s also got to be some compassion somewhere. Young people make bad decisions. We just couldn’t pile on any more.”

The victim was outraged by the whole situation.

Copeland initially reported the theft of the rings to the Fairfax City police, whose investigation turned up nothing. But police said that after some time, Ortega returned the rings and apologized to them and, with their help, wrote a short note of apology.

But Copeland says that she was never shown any apology letter, and Ortega never apologized to her in person. The victim was also upset that the jury was never told that Ortega is an illegal alien, a fact prosecutors claimed “wasn’t relevant” because it had nothing directly to do with the theft of the jewelry.

“It really irritates me that she came here and committed a felony,” Copeland’s husband, Jeff, said. “People are coming here because there is opportunity here. But when they come here and commit crimes, that’s where you’ve got to draw the line.”

Copeland was also infuriated when members of the jury later confessed that they tried hard to find ways not to convict Ortega at all. Copeland insisted that the whole chain of events was never aired in court.

“The whole time she was telling the sob story,” she said. Copeland told the Post that after Ortega took the rings, “she lied to the cops, she lied to her employers. She didn’t turn in the rings, she made somebody else do it. She confessed but claimed that the rings were in the bathroom. And then she tried to blame her boss.”

Despite the fact that the rings were worth enough that the conviction was for felony theft, the softhearted jury decided against jail time and only recommended a $60 fine, which meant that their $80 in donations ended up giving the thief $20 extra after paying her inexpensive fine.

Unable to speak any English, Ortega thanked the jurors through an interpreter. “I became happy when I heard they wanted to give me that money,” the interpreter said Ortega told them. “Thank you very much to all of them; God bless them.”

Deep State is nothing more than a group of deceiving, criminal and corrupt politicians and government workers who are working to overthrow the US government because of their desire for power and belief that they best can govern this great nation. In reality they are treasonous lunatics aided by the equally corrupt mainstream media (MSM).

A number of individuals, referred to collectively as ‘Deep State’, are using their power to prevent President Donald Trump from governing as he was duly elected to do and are doing all they can to overturn the election that put the President in place. Numerous actions taking place either individually or in an organized fashion can be attributed to deep state.

The entire Mueller investigation is a scam created by the deep state to overthrow the US government and is the deep state’s ultimate plot to re-take the country.   Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolten called the deep state’s actions against President Trump the first Coup D’état in US History –

Who is ‘deep state’?  Below is our list of deep state operatives as identified over the past year –

Barack Obama – The former President remains anonymous in most stories related to deep state but he is a key member if not the key corruptor and creator of the deep state team.  His administration is famous for corruption at levels never seen before in US history so it is no surprise that he is involved in the overthrow of the Trump Administration.  His team spied on candidate Trump and his team.  They corrupted the Executive and Judiciary branches of government thoroughly.  They hired and led the corrupt team at the FBI and DOJ.  Obama’s first AG, Eric Holder, is the only AG ever held in contempt of Congress.

Obama’s years were full of corruption and the deep state sat back and either covered it up or allowed the corrupt and criminal acts to proceed.  The list of Obama’s America destroying activities is long – it covers eight years – including giving billions to Iran, not providing protection for Americans in  Benghazi, Obamacare, releasing the Taliban 5, doubling the US debt to nearly $20 trillion,  fast and furious, the IRS scandal, providing arms to ISIS, etc…

Obama is the king of deep state and the related destruction of America.  He now has set up camp a few miles from the White House and is traveling the world undermining President Trump (note some references to TGP posts) –

Loretta Lynch – Obama’s second AG corrupt oversaw the FBI and DOJ that set Hillary Clinton free during the email scandal after obvious criminal actions a week after Lynche met Bill Clinton on an Arizona tarmac in a botched clandestine meeting before the election.  After the Trump win Lynch released the following bizarre video and call to arms for the deep state –

Robert Mueller – Dirty Cop and former FBI Head Robert Mueller is the epitome of the deep state.  As head of the FBI he failed to prosecute anyone for emailgate, fast and furious, Clinton foundation, etc.  He never recused himself as the special counsel in the Trump – Russia farce in spite of numerous conflicts of interest.  His entire team is a group of deep state liberal corrupt attorneys and investigators.  His investigation is a crime as exemplified by this past week’s report that the Mueller team unlawfully obtained transition emails from the Trump team that were protected under attorney – client privilege.

James Comey – Mueller’s partner in crime and protégé led the FBI after Mueller’s departure.  He won a deep state award for best corrupt actor when he led the Clinton email investigation, treated it as a special case, and then let Hillary off with no charges.  His presentation for why she should be let go was a masterpiece and showed he may also be a bit of a lunatic.  He let Hillary go twice during the election in spite of obvious crimes to every American.  –


Andrew McCabe – FBI Head after Comey was fired by President Trump, McCabe is in the middle of the scheme to overthrow the government.  His wife ran for office in 2016 and her campaign received hundreds of thousands in Hillary related campaign donations at the same time McCabe was involved in the Hillary emails cover-up.  In spite of this, McCabe didn’t recuse himself from the Hillary investigation until a week before the election.  His name was on an email involved in drafting Comey’s exoneration of Clinton.  The distribution list is all deep state –

Peter Strzok – Nobody knew this crook’s name until a few weeks ago.  The Lead Inspector on the Clinton email scandal and Trump – Russia farce.  This guy had a god – complex and thought it was his mission to stop Trump and help Hillary.  He’s a crook in every sense of the word and should be in jail.

Lisa Page – Strzok’s mistress at the DOJ.  Another  Trump hater in the deep state.

Bruce and Nellie Ohr – He worked at the DOJ and she worked at Fusion – the company that slanders people for a living.  Her specialty was with Russia and Trump.

Sally Yates and Andrew Weissman – Weissman is one of the Trump haters on Mueller’s team who praised Yates for defying President Trump’s travel ban before being removed by Trump.  The MSM praised her as well.  Mueller’s selection of Weissman says it all.

Honorable Mentions –

Although no longer in the government or never in the government, these individuals and entities are deep state creators and supporters –

The Clintons – Clinton emails, Uranium One, Clinton Foundation, Whitewater, Impeachment, Sex harassers, corrupt to the core.

George Soros – His last government job may have been working for the Nazi’s in World War II.  He’s corrupt and has been stealing from innocents ever since.  He promotes corrupt politicians and policies.  His many foundations and organizations all encourage upheaval and are anti-American, including Black Lives Matter.

Democrat Party – These elites will do all they can to stay in power.  A loss for Trump is their win.  They don’t care about Americans, only power.

MSM – The media in America today are a joke and travesty.  They are so biased and corrupt. Nearly 100 percent of their coverage of our President Trump is negative.  It includes lies and more importantly not sharing the positive stories of Trump’s accomplishments.   They enable the deep state.

Jeff Sessions – The biggest disappointment of the year.  At first the thought was that Sessions was compromised but now he appears to be a card carrying member of deep state.  He did everything he could to create the Mueller investigation and has done nothing to address the many Obama and Hillary crimes.

NeverTrumpers and Elite Republicans – Where are the leaders of the Republican Party? As deep state attempts their coup, the House Speaker and the Head of the Senate remain silent.  Instead they initiated Trump – Russia investigations in Congress themselves.  Horrible!

In spite of deep state’s actions, President Trump, has accomplished miracles in his first year as President.  The US stock market is on fire, it has never been this high or strong.  Numerous all-time records took place this year making it the best year ever for the US stock market.  ISIS is all but destroyed in Iraq and Syria after Obama declaring that they will be there for a generation.

Let’s hope in the near future deep state criminals get what’s coming to them – justice – Drain the Swamp!

Snowflakes Freak as Trump Bans Agency From Using Words “Diversity,” “Entitlement,” and Others

Not long after President Donald Trump’s administration ordered a government agency to refrain from using progressive buzzwords in some official documents, liberal snowflakes began freaking out.

According to The Washington Post, the administration banned the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from using seven phrases such as “evidence-based” and “science-based” in government budgeting documents.

CDC officials disseminated the list of unacceptable words and phrases to policy analysts at the agency on Thursday, the Post reported. The list also includes “transgender,” “fetus,” “vulnerable,” “entitlement,” and “diversity.”

According to the Post, the CDC, which conducts research on issues ranging from health promotion and preparedness to improving the overall public health in the U.S., will be prohibited from using the list of words in official documents in the 2019 budget.

On participant in Thursday’s meeting told the Post that analysts have been instructed to use the phrase, “CDC bases its recommendations on science in consideration with community standards and wishes,” rather than “evidence-based” or “science-based.”

The Trump administration’s apparent goal is to remove buzzwords and emotionally charged language that has been used to distract people from what the agency is actually doing and working to accomplish.

Not everyone saw it that way, as liberals began complaining about the move and accused the Trump administration of basically upending the agency.

On Saturday, Rep. Gwen Moore, a Wisconsin Democrat, took issue with the Trump administration’s decision to remove left-wing buzzwords from budgeting documents.

“This is deeply disturbing and offensive. Shame on you, @realDonaldTrump,” Moore wrote on Twitter.

Taking Moore a rhetorical step further, Planned Parenthood called the list “unimaginably dangerous” and “reckless,” warning that forbidding such words could impede the CDC’s abilitiy to address public health concerns.

As usual with a Trump administration, there’s an overzealous attempt by liberals to claim that the president is trying to harm people or ruin something.

The administration is simply sending the message that a government agency is still capable of effectively doing its job without using certain politically correct words. As Department of Health and Human Services spokesman Health and Human Services spokesman Matt Lloyd told CNN in a statement:

“HHS will continue to use the best scientific evidence available to improve the health of all Americans. HHS also strongly encourages the use of outcome and evidence data in program evaluations and budget decisions.”

More importantly, the resistriction is only applied to budget documents, so how will using words like “diversity” and “transgender” have any positive or negative effect on that?

It won’t, but liberals will never pass up the chance to attack Trump and claim he’s ruining the country.

Son of Flake’s Lawsuit Against Sheriff Joe Arpaio REJECTED by Jury

Last month we reported on the effort by Austin Flake to sue former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio for malicious prosecution on animal cruelty charges.

Austin sprung from the loins of Never Trumper Senator Jeff Flake, a man whose approval rating in his home state is several digits south of dog vomit.

The son of Flake and his spouse were taking care of their in-laws’ dog kennel when the air conditioning went out causing 21 dogs that were crammed into a small room to roast to death.

The Flakes were charged but the case was dismissed by prosecutors after the actual owners of the kennel pleaded gutoy for not properly maintaining the AC.

Junior Flake then filed a lawsuit against Arpaio, claiming that the charges were politically motivated as a way to discredit his father, a man who does a good enough job of it himself.

On Thursday, a jury ruled against Flake and in favor of Arpaio, extending the family’s really, really bad year in politics.

A panel of eight jurors decided Thursday evening that plaintiffs in a civil trial against former Sheriff Joe Arpaio had not met their burden to prove the lawman maliciously prosecuted Arizona U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake’s son and his then-wife.

However, the U.S. District Judge Neil V. Wake will not issue a final verdict until the defense explains its failure to turn over documents that may have benefited the plaintiffs, according to a plaintiffs’ attorney.

Jurors began deliberating at 5 p.m. and reached a verdict later in the evening, when the courthouse was closed.

Arpaio and plaintiffs’ attorney Stephen Montoya confirmed the outcome to The  Arizona Republic.

The ruling caps a six-day trial that featured two of Arizona’s most prominent Republican names.

The case centers on a June 2014 tragedy, in which 21 dogs died of heat exhaustion while kenneled at a home outside of Gilbert.

Flake’s attorney released the following statement:

The struggle to hold government officials accountable has always required a steep, perilous climb. Although we disagree with the jury’s verdict, we are grateful we had the opportunity to force former Sheriff Arpaio and his subordinates at Maricopa County to account for their indisputably reckless conduct. Near the end of the trial, we discovered that the County failed to turn over documents that might have helped us prove our case. The Court has ordered the County to explain its failure and indicated that it will not enter a final judgment in the case until a satisfactory explanation is provided. We will access our future options in this fight when the County complies with the Court’s Order.

Sheriff Joe should get on the phone with his lawyers and consider filing a lawsuit against the Flakes for their own politically motivated scam intended to discredit him.

The Resistance Is Planning On Shutting Down The Country

California democrat Jackie Speier is claiming that she heard rumors that President Trump will fire special council Robert Mueller on December 22. She doesn’t explain where this information comes from and liberals are certainly known for being full of crap, but that hasn’t stopped the Resistance from taking this information as fact. As such, all of the lefty crybabies who still can’t get over last year’s election are planning to shut the entire country down. Again, this is not something that is explained in any way, but as I said, liberals are full of crap.

This starts with law professor and liberal media pundit Seth Abramson who sent out the alarm:

And finally the Hollywood resistance fighters got involved:

Shit, if both Patton Oswald and George Takei are going to take down the country, America doesn’t stand a chance. Wait a second, these two couldn’t shut down a Starbucks, let alone the whole country.

Heres a few thoughts on this: If the Resistance actually thinks they can shut down the US by taking to the streets, they are as dumb as they are crazy. Even a massive protest would just be met by riot police and a temporary nuisance would be put down rather quickly. In a worse case scenario of widespread nationwide protests, Governors or even the President could declare martial law, send in the troops, and end the insurgency without much trouble.

And what these lefties are calling for is an attempt to overthrow the government. Talk like this is called sedition and is a very serious crime. I don’t think there is anyone out there who thinks snowflake liberals are actually going to do anything but bitch on Twitter, but even suggesting an overthrow of the government and/or encouraging others to do so is a federal offense.

I would say to the Resistance: Bring it fools. Though they are loud and obnoxious, the Resistance makes up a very small portion of the population. If they think they can take on every cop in the country, the entire military, and half the country who thinks they are idiots, they are in for one serious ass-whooping.

It’s no secret U.S. intelligence agencies have been on a warpath against WikiLeaks for years. The self-described ‘international non-profit organization that publishes secret information and news leaks provided by anonymous sources,’ has especially been under the CIA’s hot, white lights since publishing the emails of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta and the Democratic National Committee.

According to WikiLeaks boss Julian Assange, the Deep State has struck a blow to the organization’s tax structure.

“We have discovered an amazing plot by U.S. intelligence against the foundation which provides @WikiLeaks donors with tax deductibility in the EU (Wau Holland Stiftung). It comes after our series on the CIA, . In press next week,” tweeted Assange on Sunday.

“Strangely, at the same time in the US, the “Freedom of the Press” foundation (FPF) has told us it will shut down our US tax deductible gateway in January. US tax deductible contributions can be made for the rest of the month: https://http://ift.tt/op5I8B.”

News of the “banking blockade,” comes after The Gateway Pundit‘s Jim Hoft reported that Assange still maintains Deep State operatives aim to replace President Donald Trump with Vice-President Mike Pence.

“Trump’s political capital has been openly looted for months now by GOP, CIA, Netanyahu, Goldman Sachs, etc. Game is clearly to extract as many unpopular positions as possible (e.g tax cuts for the super rich), push the resulting political corpse to Mueller & install Mike Pence,” tweeted Assange on Thursday.

The next day, Assange followed up on his warning by tweeting an article by The Weekly Standard chronicling liberal mainstream media’s historic corruption.

Quoting the article, Assange tweeted, ““I remember Watergate pretty well, and I don’t remember anything like this level of journalistic carelessness back then. The constant stream of ‘bombshells’ that turn into duds is doing much more to damage the media than anything Trump could manage.””

Doug Jones makes stunning admission about sexual misconduct allegations against President Trump

Senator-elect Doug Jones (D-Ala.) made a stunning admission over the weekend about the sexual misconduct allegations raised against President Donald Trump.

What did he say?

Numerous women have publicly accused Trump of sexual misbehavior, but according to Jones, who appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday, it’s time to “move on” from the allegations because Americans decided their validity in 2016.

“Where I am on that right now is that those allegations were made before the election,” Jones said. “And so people had an opportunity to judge before that election. I think we need to move on and not get distracted by those issues. Let’s get on with the real issues that are facing the people of this country right now.”

“I don’t think the president ought to resign at this point,” he explained.

Numerous Democratic members of Congress, including Sens. Kristen Gillibrand (N.Y.) and Cory Booker (N.J.), have either called on Trump to resign in light of the allegations or for Congress to investigate the allegations.

According to the Huffington Post, at least 21 women have accused Trump of sexual wrongdoing. However, he has maintained his innocence.
