Mall Never Banned Moore and Other Lies

The rush to judgment by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, and others was premature, but the facts about Judge Roy Moore may be unraveling the fiction as we speak, starting with the accusation that Moore was banned from the Gadsen Mall for repeatedly trolling for young women. The problem is, the manager of the mall says Roy Moore was never banned:

The former manager of the Gadsden Mall, Barnes Boyle, said he does not remember Moore being banned.

“It was part of the job, yeah, we did have written reports and things (on people banned,” Boyle, 86, who managed the mall from 1981 to 1998, told WBRC. “To my knowledge he was not banned from the mall.”

Moore has been under intense pressure to get out of the senate race as new accusers have continued to come forward.

The legacy media ran with the unverified story by a mall worker that Moore had been banned and Sen. Graham even repeated it on Fox News.

Sen.Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said he had been willing to give Roy Moore the benefit of the doubt when the sexual misconduct allegations arose, but now he’s heard enough and he thinks the Alabama Senate nominee is guilty.

“We’re in a political environment,” Graham told Fox News host Shannon Bream. “[When] the allegations first came out I said, if true he should step aside. I’ve heard enough. I believe the women.

“He was barred from a mall. His behavior was so extreme in his thirties that apparently the Gadsden mall put him on the no-fly list,” he said. “That tells me a lot. I don’t know anybody personally who’s been banned from a mall.”

But, as President Ronald Reagan used to say, facts are stubborn things, and the fact is Roy Moore was not banned from the Gadsden Mall for predatory activities:

Remember the mall worker who so convincingly said Roy Moore was banned for harassing young girls decades ago? Well the mall manager from 1981-1996 came out and said Moore was never banned so far as he knows. The time frame isn’t exact, but it would seem that something like that would be common knowledge for some time.

The media reported the mall worker’s interview as if it were fact over all the major networks, but it was hearsay

Barnes Boyle, who was manager of the Gadsden Mall from 1981 to 1996, told WBRC News in Alabama to his knowledge Moore was not banned.

“To my knowledge, he was not banned from the mall,” Boyle told the news station.

“We did have written reports and things. But to my knowledge, he was not banned from the mall,” Boyle told WBRC in Birmingham, Ala.

Most of the accusations were in the 1970s but Moore was prominent and if he was banned in the ’70s, he would likely have still known.

This is another claim about Roy Moore that mysteriously never became an issue in his statewide and county races, that is, until he threatened the GOP establishment in Washington, D.C. by winning the Alabama Senate primary. Then, accompanied by serial accuser Gloria Allred and a box of tissue, women such as Beverly Nelson suddenly found their alleged trauma too much to bear without telling their tale of woe conveniently just four weeks before a national election. Casting doubts on her story is none other than her stepson, Darrel Nelson:

Darrel Nelson, the stepson of Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore accuser Beverly Young Nelson, claims that his stepmother’s accusations are “one hundred percent a lie.”

“I know for a fact that there is a lot that that woman does not tell the truth on,” Nelson claimed in an in-person interview with Breitbart News. “Do I think that Beverly is trustworthy? No, I really don’t. Could I see her making it up? … The odds are in that favor.”

Beverly Nelson, 55, gave a press conference earlier this week at which she claimed that Moore sexually assaulted her in a car in December 1977 or early January 1978 when she was a 16-year-old high school student.  Nelson said the alleged assault took place outside a restaurant in Gadsden, Ala., where she says that she worked as a waitress…

Beverly Nelson says that she told her husband about the accusations against Moore before they got married. “Before I married my husband, John, I told him what Mr. Moore had done to me,” she said alongside Allred at the news conference.

Darrel Nelson said that neither Beverly nor his own father ever mentioned the claims against Moore.

If she told him, you would think that somewhere along the conversations of talking to his son and talking to his family that he would’ve mentioned something like that. That’s something you don’t hide from anybody,” he said.

Then there’s the issue of the yearbook which Nelson and Allred claim Moore signed, which Allred has thus far refused to have examined by independent experts who can verify the age of the ink and whether in fact the handwriting is Moore’s, that is, until she can milk it for more camera time as the election clock runs down:

Gloria Allred is a highly accomplished, if controversial, lawyer who is admired — or reviled — for her sensational representation of women who are alleged victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment. Yet on Wednesday she committed a major blunder when she declined a public invitation by the attorney representing Roy Moore, Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Alabama, to have a key piece of evidence examined by independent experts….

(Moore attorney Phillip L. Jauregui ) noted that handwriting experts “can’t look at a copy on the Internet… they’ve got to look at an original.” He demanded that Allred release the yearbook to a “neutral custodian” so that a “professional expert” could examine it to determine whether the signature was genuine — or, as he contended, a “fraud.” He said that Allred would be free to send her own handwriting expert to examine the yearbook and the signature for herself.

Allred then called into CNN, reaching Wolf Blitzer live on The Situation Room. She said that she would be willing to submit the yearbook to “an independent expert or experts” — but only once her client and Moore had testified under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Select Committee on Ethics before the election. She would not agree to have the yearbook examined otherwise, claiming “we’re not going to be distracted.”

Having experts verify whether it is Moore’s signature or not on a key piece of evidence is a distraction? Or maybe finding out it is not Moore’s signature as he claims would blow Allred’s chance for more publicity, and blow more smoke before a national audience.

There’s a principle in law which says that if a witness is caught lying about the littlest thing then all of that witness’  testimony can be discarded. There is another principle that guilt should be determined in a criminal case beyond a reasonable doubt. There is plenty of reasonable doubt here – decades-old accusations unmentioned during Roy Moore’s political career until now, only to be resurrected by celebrity lawyer and serial accuser Gloria Allred.

One key question is whether Bob Menendez and Al Franken will be barred from the Senate as Moore’s accusers say he should be if he wins on Dec. 12. Equal justice under the law, right?

What’s Worse: Flimsy Assault Charges from 38 Yrs. Ago or Supporting Murder of Babies at 9 Months?

Alabama Judge Roy Moore was accused of sketchy sexual abuse charges this past week by liberal Washington DC and New York City hacks.

The most disturbing charges were announced this week by accuser Beverly Nelson at a press conference with controversial liberal attorney Gloria Allred.

The charges quickly fell apart when the yearbook signature “evidence” was discredited by internet sleuths.

The signature was likely faked by the accuser.

Even the accuser’s stepson says the accusations are false.

And crooked attorney Gloria Allred will not vouch for the authenticity of the signature.

Meanwhile… Democrat Doug Jones is pro-abortion up to when the baby is born.

Doug Jones supports the murder of babies up to delivery.
Is that what Alabama wants in a senator?

Navy Not Laughing at Air Crew That Drew Giant Penis in the Sky Over Washington

It could give Top Gun a new meaning, but U.S. Navy officials are not happy that rogue airmen thought that it would be funny to draw a giant penis in the sky over Washington State.

Residents of Okanogan County had a WTF moment on Thursday when they observed the enormous white phallus against a stunning blue background and began posting the images on social media.

The sky dick was the work of a plane assigned to the local Whidbey Island Naval Air Station which was confirmed by officials who apologized and promised that appropriate disciplinary measures would be taken with the pilots.

Via Spokane CBS affiliate KREM 2 “Navy admits to being involved in obscene skydrawings spotted in Okanogan Co.”:

Officials with the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island said one of their aircraft was involved in the obscene skywritings spotted in Okanogan County.

Photos sent to KREM 2 by multiple sources show skydrawings of what some people are saying is male genitalia. Some sources have even tweeted pictures of what they saw.

A mother who lives in Okanogan who took pictures of the drawings reached out to KREM 2 to complain about the images, saying she was upset she might have to explain to her young children what the drawings were.

In a statement to KREM 2 News navy officials said, “The Navy holds its aircrew to the highest standards and we find this absolutely unacceptable, of zero training value and we are holding the crew accountable.”

Pardon the pun but there’s probably going to be a captain’s mast in the offing.

Soros, Pelosi Meeting To Fund And Plot Democratic ‘Resistance’…

Be afraid, be very afraid.

Via DC:

George Soros and Nancy Pelosi will address the leaders of the Democratic “resistance” on Friday as they join a three-day conference cloaked in secrecy.

Documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show how Soros will be meeting with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and scores of rich liberals to plot the future of the opposition To President Donald Trump.

The Democracy Alliance has meeting in Carlsbad, California, at the tony La Costa Resort since Wednesday. The sessions have been clandestine with participants being promised a “safe place” to plan resistance strategy. As the documents show, the big-money liberals are instructed to not talk to the media about who is present at the conference, nor to discuss any details on social media.

All the planning ends on Saturday morning with a “festive brunch.”

Apparently the directive to not leave any conference documents unattended was missed by someone. The agenda lists the conference name as Beyond #Resistance: Reclaiming our Progressive Future. It describes the three-day event that reaches its peak today with a speech from Pelosi and “A Talk with George Soros,” the billionaire activist who is fond of funding liberal causes.

800 Obama Regulations Cut Since Trump Took Office

Democrats and Republicans alike seem to have it in their head that President Donald Trump is failing to drain the swamp.

He is draining it, however, and he’s doing so with the very best of conservative style:

His administration is cutting through Obama-era regulations like a hot knife through butter.

According to a statement the White House made in July, Trump’s making good on his promise to slash bureaucratic, ineffective regulations.

“Agencies withdrew 469 actions proposed in the Fall 2016 Agenda,” the White House stated. In other words, Trump slashed former President Barack Obama’s regulatory agenda by cutting literally hundreds of actions.

TRENDING: Clinton Nightmare: Uranium One Informant Has Video of “Briefcases Full of Cash”

The administration also “reconsidered 391 active regulatory proceedings by reclassifying them as long-term (282) or inactive (109), allowing for further careful review,” meaning that the wheat will most likely be separated from the chaff in a very big way.

And if we know the Obama administration, there’s going to be a whole lot of chaff.

Combined, that’s more than 800 regulations removed from active consideration by Trump and his team of swamp-drainers.

More good news from the statement included a fall in “economically significant regulations” by about 50 percent, down to 58.

Mick Mulvaney, Office of Management and Budget Director for President Trump, stated the administration was dealing with “that slow cancer that can come from regulatory burdens that we put on our people,” according to Reuters.

The Washington Examiner even reports that Trump is on course to top Former President Ronald Reagan when it comes to cutting regulations.

That’s a record hardly dreamed by many conservatives, but according to Competitive Enterprise Institute Vice President Clyde Wayne Crews, “It took a few years for Ronald Reagan to achieve his ultimate, one-third reduction in Federal Register pages following Jimmy Carter’s then-record Federal Register.

“So by this metric, Trump is moving much faster.”

Folks, this administration might not get everything right, and we might not have everything Trump pledged yet, but know this:

Trump is making good on his promises.

CNN, News One Now Ignore Black Police Officer Murdered in Baltimore

After a black police officer was murdered in Baltimore yesterday while approaching a criminal suspect, the ABC, CBS, and NBC evening newscasts all informed their viewers of the tragic event, with the NBC Nightly News even running a full report of nearly two minutes.

This morning, CBS This Morning and FNC’s Fox and Friends also ran briefs on Officer Sean Suiter’s death. But, as of the end of CNN’s three-hour New Day morning program today, the cable news network had still not mentioned the event in spite of the liberal network’s history of publicizing examples of black suspects being killed or roughed up by police officers.

Apparently, it’s not so important to CNN if the black victim who is killed is the police officer.

Similarly, this morning’s News One Now show on TV One — hosted by the far-left Roland Martin — also ignored the police officer’s murder. This despite the fact that the show is typically very interested in highlighting cases of black suspects killed or violently handled by the police.

The absence of attention from both CNN and TV One is not shocking given that, in August, after video was released which actually showed a black police officer being shot and seriously wounded, CNN and News One Now both ignored that story as well.

But, about a week later, CNN’s New Day did find time to highlight video of a black motorist being beaten by a police officer.

Below is a transcript of the report that ran on the NBC Nightly News from Thursday, November 16:

LESTER HOLT: In Baltimore tonight, police are on the hunt for a killer of one of their own — someone who pointed a gun and shot a homicide detective in the head, killing a beloved father of five. It’s another tragic death in a city that has already seen over 300 homicides for the third year in a row. NBC’s Tom Costello is there.

TOM COSTELLO: In a crime-ridden section of West Baltimore tonight, yet another murder — but this time, it’s a cop,

AUDIO OF UNIDENTIFIED POLICE OFFICER: We do not know where these shots came from. We have officers in bad locations. Let’s everybody take cover somewhere, okay?

COSTELLO: Eighteen-year veteran homicide detective, 43-year-old Sean Souter — a former Naval officer, husband, and father of five — shot in the head after approaching a suspect he thought looked suspicious.

KEVIN DAVIS, BALTIMORE POLICE COMMISSIONER: We remain dedicated and committed to finding the person who ended such a beautiful life.

COSTELLO: For 24 hours, police have canvassed these streets that have been wracked by years of violence. Two weeks ago, an off-duty D.C. police officer who lived here was gunned down.

UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: It makes me sad because I grew up in this all my life, and I just had a child, and I don’t want them to have to go through this.

COSTELLO: In the 318 days since the start of the year, Baltimore has recorded a murder on nearly every one of them. It now has one of the highest murder rates in the country — along with St. Louis, Detroit, and New Orleans. Poverty, drugs and gangs are entrenched here.

MAYOR: CATHERINE PUGH (D-BALTIMORE): I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired.

COSTELLO: Again tonight, the charmed city is pleading for peace.

PUGH: We need to stop the violence.

COSTELLO: The mayor here says prosecutors and judges get part of the blame because they repeatedly let violent offenders back out on the streets. And meanwhile tonight, the city continues to look for the cop killer who took down this father of five.

Bob Menendez Mistrial Makes Prosecution Look More Like Obama Political Hit

Bob Menendez Mistrial Makes Prosecution Look More Like Obama Political Hit

When Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) was first indicted on corruption charges on April Fool’s Day 2015, there was widespread suspicion in the pro-Israel community that he was being punished by President Barack Obama for opposing the Iran nuclear deal.

Menendez was the second Democrat in the Senate to oppose the deal after Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY), and he was also the most vociferous public critic of Obama’s policy towards Iran.

A year later, then-Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL), who was often Menendez’s bipartisan partner on Iran sanctions bills, told political donors that he was convinced the Obama administration had prosecuted Melendez in retaliation. “And let me say something about Bob Menendez. I believe that Bob Menendez was indicted solely on the crime of opposing the President on Iran,” Kirk said, according to a secret audio recording of a Chicago fundraiser given to Politico.

That suspicion faded somewhat after Menendez’s friend and benefactor, Dr. Salomon Melgen, was convicted earlier this year on 67 counts of Medicare fraud. The judge in Menendez’s case also seemed inclined to believe that there was a reasonable chance the jury would convict him. But in the end, the jury could not decide whether Menendez had broken the law when he did favors for Melgen, or whether he simply did what they assume all politicians do.

Certainly Melgen had other friends in the Democratic Party, including former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. They did not face prosecution. Moreover, it soon emerged that the Obama administration had spied on opponents of the Iran deal, including members of Congress, wiretapping Israeli officials and unmasking the American citizens on the line.

Given those methods, and the mistrial, it seems more likely that Menendez was the victim of a political hit.

Liberals Devour Each Other Over Bill Clinton’s Sexual Abuse History

With the current outrage over sexual harassment and abuse gobbling up the headlines, “brave” liberals have finally started acknowledging that democrats have a serious problem with serial rapist Bill Clinton. Sure, they just now figured out that it’s wrong to rape and grope, even for a democrat, but at least they are finally coming around. Sen Kristin Gillibrand recently said that she thought Clinton should have resigned following his very public extramarital affair and like clockwork she was attacked by one of her own.

Yesterday in The New York Times, Gillibrand went where no democrat has gone before:

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Democrat of New York, who holds Hillary Clinton’s former seat, said on Thursday that Bill Clinton should have resigned the presidency after his inappropriate relationship with an intern came to light nearly 20 years ago.

Asked directly if she believed Mr. Clinton should have stepped down at the time, Ms. Gillibrand took a long pause and said, “Yes, I think that is the appropriate response.”

Of course Gillibrand is only talking about Clinton’s affair with intern Monica Lewinsky and ignoring the groping of Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones. She also didn’t go anywhere near the rape of Jaunita Broaddrick. Still, it is at least an acknowledgement that Bill is a scumbag.

This apparently didn’t sit well with longtime Hillary Clinton advisor Philippe Reines, who tweeted out this:

“Ken Starr spent $70 million on a consensual blowjob. Senate voted to keep POTUS WJC. But not enough for you @SenGillibrand? Over 20 yrs you took the Clintons’ endorsements, money, and seat. Hypocrite. Interesting strategy for 2020 primaries. Best of luck,” wrote Reines.

Wow, is this guy mad or what? Not only does he completely misrepresent everything about the Starr/Clinton investigation, he insinuates that Kristin Gillibrand will be voted out of office for questioning the mighty Clintons. Actually, if I were her, I’d be more worried about the Clinton’s erasing her from the planet as they tend to do with their enemies.

The reality of things is that Ken Starr was appointed as a special council to investigate the Clinton’s crooked Whitewater real estate deal in which dozens of people not named Clinton went to jail. During the course of his investigation he stumbled upon things like Vince Foster’s impossible suicide and Bill using an intern as a humidor. Bill lied under oath about this, which is why he was impeached and stripped of his law license. This was never a $70 million dollar blowjob investigation.

And for the record, the Whitewater investigation cost $60 million and much of that expense is attributed to the the Clinton’s filing lawsuit after lawsuit to block the investigation and to withhold evidence.

All of this is very amusing to me by the way. Kristin Gillibrand was hand-selected by Hillary to take her NY Senate seat. The Clintons have campaigned for and supported her and yet here she is with a conscience, turning on them. On top of that we have Hillary’s attack dog going after Gillibrand for stating something a democrat should have said 20 years ago. It’s kind of like watching a snake eat itself.

So liberals are finally coming around to the fact that Bill Clinton is a a total sleaze. Better late than never, I guess, but I’ll truly be impressed when one of them actually says, “Hey, maybe Bill shouldn’t have raped and groped all of those women too.”

More Obamacare Rate Hikes, But Democrats Try To Blame Trump For Obama’s Failures

SEATTLE – As Americans sign up during Open Enrollment for health insurance in 2018, those on the Obamacare exchange are seeing higher premiums. It’s similar to what happened a year ago, President Obama’s last year in office, when premiums went up an average of 25 percent.

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, premiums in 2018 are rising an average of 18 percent for Gold and Bronze plans and 32 percent for Silver plans. President Trump blames the Affordable Care Act. When the price hikes were announced just prior to Open Enrollment, Trump tweeted, “As usual the Obamacare premiums will be up (the Dems own it) but we will Repeal and Replace and have great Health Care soon after Tax Cut!”

But many Democrats are trying to turn the tables.

In a report from the pro-Obamacare group called Protect Our Care, 20 states blame President Trump for at least part of the increases. Many insurance commissioners in states controlled by Democrats appear to be going even further. California’s Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones wrote: “2018 health insurance rates higher thanks to Trump and Republicans.” Washington State’s Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler issued a press release claiming President Trump “has taken deliberate steps to undermine the health care system and put lives at risk.”

Packin’ Pastor Shoots Intruder

Early Thursday morning, a pastor in Cherokee County Georgia used a gun to defend his family and shoot an intruder who broke into his home.

The pastor has not been named, but a neighbor, Billy Kennedy, who lives across the street, said the pastor’s wife and oldest child ran across the street shouting, “There’s an intruder and my babies are in there.”

According to local news reports, the pastor and his family were sleeping in the early morning hours when they heard a loud noise from the basement in their Woodstock, GA home. The intruder was named by local deputies as 19-year-old Donovan Simmons. Simmons broke into the home via a basement window.

When the pastor went to investigate, he shot Simmons, allegedly in self defense, while the mother and the couple’s oldest child, 12, ran across the street for help. The names of the family have not been released. The husband and the couple’s two younger children, who slept through the incident, were unharmed.

Pictures from the incident show the broken basement window and the quaint country home not too far off of Georgia Highway 92.

Law enforcement said Simmons received a gunshot wound to the head and collapsed in the family’s back yard when he was presumably trying to get away. Simmons was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital where he is currently in stable condition.

Charges are pending for the attempted burglar, who apparently lived nearby, but local investigators said they were not sure why the pastor’s family was targeted.
