BREAKING: State Department Sitting on 76,000 Clinton Docs – Won’t Release Until 2020!

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday morning that the Tillerson State Department is sitting on 76,000 Clinton docs and won’t release them until the year 2020.

Via Judicial Watch:

 Judicial Watch announced that the State Department revealed in a federal court hearing that it has yet to process 40,000 of 72,000 pages of Hillary Clinton records that the FBI recovered last year. The revelation came during a federal court hearing in Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails that were sent or received during her tenure from February 2009 to January 31, 2013 (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)). The case is before Judge James E. Boasberg.

The hearing focused on the State Department’s progress on processing the tens of thousands of emails Clinton failed to disclose when she served as Secretary of State, some of which were emails sent by Clinton aide Huma Abedin that were found on the laptop of her estranged husband Anthony Weiner. The State Department has processed 32,000 pages of emails so far, a small number of which have been released, but 40,000 pages remain to be processed.

President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton had this to say about the new developments:

“Secretary Tillerson should be asked why his State Department is still sitting on a motherlode of Clinton emails. It is disheartening that an administration elected to ‘drain the swamp’ is stalling the release of documents to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration.”

The State Department also recently admitted it discovered 2,800 Huma Abedin docs on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. Tom Fitton said of his experience in dealing with emails on Weiner’s laptop that the documents most likely contain classified information.

Thank God for Judicial Watch. Fitton and his team are doing the heavy lifting while Congress sits by and does nothing about Obama-Clinton corruption.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller Now Investigating Tony Podesta, Podesta Group In Russia Probe

Tony Podesta — brother of Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta — and the Podesta Group are now among the subjects of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into whether Russia improperly influenced the 2016 presidential election.

According to NBC News, Mueller, whose team subpoenaed the Podesta Group as well as two other Democrat-aligned public relations and lobbying firms back in August, made Podesta a subject because of the organization’s financial links to Paul Manafort and a campaign Manafort ran for the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine (ECMU).

Podesta’s firm was one of several that did work on the campaign, helping to improve Ukraine’s former pro-Russian (and pro-Vladimir Putin) leadership’s image in the West.

Sources close to Mueller’s team tell NBC that their inquiry into the Podesta Group started off as a “fact finding mission,” but quickly developed into a full-on investigation, and they are now pursuing a criminal inquiry into whether Podesta and his lobbying firm violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Whether Podesta and his firm are guilty hinges on their role in Manafort’s campaign — and who they targeted. Before anyone is allowed to lobby or contact legislators on behalf of any group, they must register with the Justice Department, and file detailed reports on their spending, travel, and activities.

The Podesta Group, NBC says, filed their disclosures with the Justice Department, but only after their work with Manafort came out in the press. According to those forms, the ECMU paid Podesta around $1.1 million to “lobby Congress, the White House National Security Council,” and other federal bodies to support Ukraine’s embattled pro-Putin minister who was trying to draw the small country into a close relationship with Putin’s Russia — a move we now know was orchestrated by Putin’s government.

Podesta Group released a statement Monday.

[Podesta Group] is cooperating fully with the Special Counsel’s office and has taken every possible step to provide documentation that confirms timely compliance. In all of our client engagements, the Podesta Group conducts due diligence and consults with appropriate legal experts to ensure compliance with disclosure regulations at all times — and we did so in this case.

Although the inquiry sounds serious, heads of organizations who fail to abide by FARA guidelines don’t normally face jail time. If they are guilty of not filing proper disclosures, they are likely to face a fine.

Fox’s ‘The Last Man on Earth’ Shows Shocking Pedophile-Friendly Scene Between Adult Male and Child

Sunday, October 22’s episode of Fox’s comedy The Last Man on Earth, titled “Wisconsin,” featured an extremely uncomfortable scene between main character Tandy (Will Forte) and Jasper, played by child actor Keith L. Williams. The series takes place in the future after a virus wipes out most of the earth’s population, leaving only a handful of survivors behind.

Tandy is known for his inappropriate behavior and humor, but Sunday’s show went too far, as Jasper is shown operating a construction crane while Tandy tests different metal objects against the crane’s magnetic lift. Tandy then decides to do a “science” experiment and puts a magnet down his pants. Hilarity ensues. /sarcasm:

Tandy: All right, Jasper, flip the switch! Dude, is that magnet micro-surfin’? ‘Cause it just caught a microwave. Cowabunga! Okay, Jasper, if my calculations are correct, when you flip that switch, this is gonna play a tune we all know and love. “Jingle Bells.” Flip the switch, bud. Merry Christmas! You know, Jasper, when a piece of metal and a magnet develop feelings for each other, they get what’s called attraction. Okay, flip the switch. Science, huh?

Are you laughing? Me neither. My jaw was hanging down too far in shock to be able to laugh even if I’d wanted to.

This is Hollywood’s idea of humor? I’m sure pedophiles got a good kick out of it, especially males who prey on little boys around Jasper’s age. Was that the intended target audience?

It has long been reported that Hollywood protects pedophiles within its ranks, but it’s not often that they are so blatant about it.

Nothing from Hollywood should surprise me anymore, but this definitely did. Just unacceptable!

As The Left Turns to Violence, LGBTQ Gun Club Offers Weapons Training for the Resistance

In an ironic embrace of the Second Amendment, a bunch of paranoid gays, lesbian and transgenders are getting weapons training to prepare for the day when President Donald Trump gives the order for them to all be rounded up and put into concentration camps.

Months of media and political fearmongering has driven the members of the Trigger Warning Queer & Trans Gun Club in Rochester, NY to take up arms for the inevitable shooting war with the white supremacists and Nazis that they have been brainwashed into believing have taken over the country.

The spread of liberal mental illness via Trump Derangement Syndrome has leftists increasingly looking to violence as a solution to political problems and this story should serve as a warning to conservatives and normal Americans that they have targets on their backs thanks to sore-loser Democrats.

Lore McSpadden never touched a gun before the Trigger Warning Queer & Trans Gun Club started this past year. Now McSpadden is among the shooters routinely yelling, “Pull!” and blasting at clay pigeons angling over a mowed field near Rochester.

Trigger Warning members are anxious about armed and organized extremists who seem increasingly emboldened. Their response has a touch of symmetry to it: They started a club to teach members how to take up arms.

“It’s a way to assert our strength,” said Jake Allen, 27, who helped form the group. “Often, queer people are thought of as being weak, as being defenseless, and I think in many ways this pushes back against that. And I want white supremacists and neo-Nazis to know that queer people are taking steps necessary to protect themselves.”

Trigger Warning members meet once a month to shoot still targets and saucer-shaped pigeons. The 18 dues-paying members are all LGBTQ, many just learning about guns.

“I identified as a pacifist really through most of my life,” said McSpadden, 37, who has attended a self-defense seminar and now owns a 20-gauge shotgun.

On a recent evening, their instructor showed novices how to pull a .22-caliber rifle snugly to their shoulders and how to aim slightly ahead of a moving target. Members cheered when shooters shattered a pigeon or hit a bull’s-eye.

The light mood belies the apprehension that led to group’s creation this past winter amid a year marked by politically tinged violence ranging from scuffles at protests to a violent clash of white supremacists and counter-protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Zora Gussow recalls a dismal time earlier this year when she began talking to Allen about taking on “the gaping hole in the knowledge of people on the left” about firearms.

“I grew up afraid of guns,” Gussow said. “The first time I was near a gun in a house, it was of one of my friend’s, and I basically jumped back. And that feels dangerous to me in a society where there are so many guns.”

So-called leftists see the country differently now than the days of Occupy Wall street six years ago, said Mark Bray, author of “Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook” and a visiting scholar at Dartmouth College. Trump’s victory emboldened white supremacists, he said, and the threat is felt not just by the LGBTQ community, but people of color, immigrants, Jews and Muslims.

“Back then we were sitting in parks, twinkling our fingers and talking about economic inequality,” he said. “Now we’re talking about firearms and self-defense.”

That a major media organization like AP is promoting a story like this is a testament to not only the media’s role in creating an air of divisiveness and paranoia based on lies but also serves to make them into accomplices if and when these freaks decide to take the law into their own hands and start hunting their political enemies.

That the piece favorably quotes domestic terrorist Mark Bray speaks volumes as to what the agenda is and the media’s responsibility for encouraging violence, remember this guy was a guest of Chuck Todd on Meet the Press a few months back.

Media Research Center Vice President of Business and Culture Dan Gainor joined Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam on Monday to discuss the media’s refusal to touch the Hillary Clinton Uranium One story and other topics.

Gainor praised the Hill for breaking the story on the Clintons while pointing out that most establishment media outlets do not want to cover it.

“The major media didn’t want to cover it,” said Gainor. “In fact, yesterday on Face the Nation, John Dickerson was one of the first major media people on CBS, ABC, or NBC to even discuss it. That’s five days after the Hill had the story.”

Gainor added, “The media has spent endless hours promoting this Russia connection for Trump that they’ve never been able to prove. They’ve been talking about it since October of last year. And here you’ve got new allegations actually tying Hillary Clinton to something, and they don’t want to cover it at all.”

He went on to point out the need for more conservative journalism to combat the significant imbalance as compared to the left.

Andrew Surabian, senior advisor to the Great America Alliance spoke with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam on Monday regarding Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s claim that Steve Bannon and others are “specialists in nominating people that lose.

Surabian blasted McConnell as “the opposite of a fighter,” adding, “that’s why he hasn’t been able to pass any of the Trump agenda through the Senate. So, that’s number one.”

He continued, “No Senate candidate across the country wants to be associated with Mitch McConnell. Then you have to ask the question, why do these candidates not want to be publicly associated with Mitch McConnell and the reason is because they all know Mitch McConnell is an albatross on their campaigns in the primaries and in the general election.”

Mitch McConnell is the most disliked national political figure in the country,” said Surabian. He then went on to point out a number of McConnell’s handpicked candidates who have lost elections in recent years.

“No one has higher disapproval ratings than Mitch McConnell, so these candidates and their consultants and their pollsters understand that it’s much better for them to be associated with Donald Trump and Steve Bannon than it is to be associated with an albatross like Mitch McConnell.”

“We’re witnessing the meltdown of the McConnell industrial complex,” concluded Surabian.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has hinted at running for president in 2020, and if he does, it will “probably” be as a Republican, he said in an interview with TMZ’s Harvey Levin for Fox News Channel’s “OBJECTified.”

Cuban explained it has entered his mind to run for president, but said he is “far from” a decision one way or the other.

Partial transcript as follows:

LEVIN: Are you a Democrat or a Republican?

CUBAN: I’m fiercely Independent.

LEVIN: But if you run, you’re going to have to run one or the other.

CUBAN: Um, maybe.

LEVIN: Well, if you had to choose, what would you choose?

CUBAN: Probably Republican.

LEVIN: How come?

CUBAN: Because I think there’s a place for somebody who is socially a centrist, but I’m very fiscally conservative. But I think there’s better ways now to make government smaller than the old traditional Republican ways. Again, using technology, you know, government as a service can have a dramatic impact on how we live our lives. If you don’t understand technology, and you don’t understand the impact on jobs that technology is having and will continue to have, then you’re going to run into some severe roadblocks.

Fox News host Sean Hannity is fuming over the media’s refusal to cover the Clinton-Uranium One scandal. Hannity told his radio show listers that ignoring the scandal “puts this country in danger.”

Transcript of Sean Hannity’s statement below via CNS:

“It is a disgrace. And let me be just [as] straightforward as I can possibly be: The news media in this country, they just outright lie to you on a regular basis – nonstop almost, a year of conspiracy theories, a year of lies without any evidence, a years [sic] of misleading headlines, a year of false reports that they end up rescinding.

“You know, all the evidence of corruption and criminal conduct in one of the biggest American scandals in history involving national security is right in front of the face of every media person. And it involves their favorite country, Russia, Russia, Russia, and their favorite world leader, Putin, Putin, Putin. And they do nothing. They do nothing. That makes them complicit, and that puts this country in danger. Are you listening Fake Jake, and the rest of you over at fake news?

“All the media cares about is destroying Donald Trump. That’s their only obsession. I don’t even think they’re in touch with their pathological hatred of the president at this point and how agenda driven they are at this point. They know not what they do.”

Fox News host Sean Hannity gave his BEST EVER monologue on the Clinton-Uranium One deal bombshell Tuesday night. In a nearly 14 minute throw down, Hannity blasted the Clintons, demanded Mueller, Rosenstein, and Sessions investigate the scandal and smashed the media for endlessly pushing the unproven Russian interference narrative.

“After President Trump won in November, President Obama and his administration — they were telling anyone who would listen, ‘Russia! Russia! Russia! Russia interfered with our election. Russia was creating a direct threat to American democracy’” Hannity mocked. “Well if that’s the case, why when they have mountains of evidence that we will reveal tonight of Russian bribery going back to 2009, why then would the Obama administration and Hillary [Clinton] in particular sign off on the sale of 20% of America’s uranium to Vladimir Putin and the Russians?”

The Fox News host boasted about his own coverage of the Uranium One deal by showing a clip of himself from back in July predicting it would be “the biggest news” to come out this year.

“Tonight, with this new evidence, what we have discovered is that the evidence against the Clintons is overwhelming, it is incontrovertible,” Hannity continued. “Hillary Clinton and her husband sold out America to the Russians while millions of dollars flowed to their family foundation. And in the process, Clinton created a massive national security risk for every man, woman, and child — giving Vladimir Putin control over American uranium.”

Harvard Scholar Says NFL Players Can’t Claim 1st Amendment Protection for Kneeling

In light of the NFL anthem-kneeling controversy, famed Harvard law scholar Alan Dershowitz recently went on 970 AM in New York with John Catsimatidis to talk about the legality of a potential rule banning the NFL players from kneeling, the Washington Examiner reported.

“The players are entitled to kneel if the owners allow them to. Now the owners could say ‘no’ because the players don’t have a First Amendment right in relation to the owners. They only have a First Amendment right in relation to the government,” Dershowitz explained.

Dershowitz is correct. The First Amendment’s protections apply to the government not coercing speech. Private businesses and entities are still free to impose some limits on speech if they so chose.

Dershowitz noted that if the government started intervening in the situation — say, passing a law banning the protests — that’s when things would get messy and the players would have a legitimate reason to claim First Amendment violations.

“If it’s just a dispute between owners and players, then the owners have a right to impose their will on the players,” he explained.

Dershowitz also stated that the First Amendment was “working well” because “both sides are being heard” in this dispute, with the American public largely siding against the protesters.

There are many people blindly claiming the First Amendment protects these players’ right to protest, but that’s simply untrue.

If the NFL owners had a spine and wanted to ban these protests, they could do so. But so far, it seems they’ve been afraid to actually stand up for the flag and tell these players that this sort of disrespect won’t be tolerated.

It’s real shame to watch, and in the meantime millions of Americans will exercise their right to not attend football games and not watch these players on TV.

Empty Seats Multiply by the Week as NFL Protest Fallout Grows

This Sunday’s National Football League games showed that the anti-Trump national anthem protests may be a drain on ratings, but so is the product on the field.

Even before NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell caved in to Colin Kaepernick and his cult of disciples over their cop-hating disrespect of the flag, the games had been becoming increasingly unwatchable due to too many rules, excessive replays, slowness of games, inconsistent penalties and the failure to have an officiating staff that understands what a catch, fumble or touchdown is from week to week.

One can argue that there were already big problems with Goodell’s product before he ran up the white flag and let the racial grievance pirates hijack his once mighty vessel.

A glimpse at stadiums from yesterday’s games shows that the league has big problems that extend beyond the cratering television ratings.

Empty seats are multiplying at an alarming pace:

These shots are from yesterday as well as last Sunday and attendance is only going to continue to drop as long as the NFL has surrendered to the miscreants. On the bright side, if revenues plunge enough the games may once again be affordable for the average family, that is if anyone has any desire to go ever again after the league’s 2017 suicide.
