FOOD KITS FROM U.S. PROGRAM TO FEED “VULNERABLE” SYRIANS DIVERTED TO TERRORISTS

A multi-billion-dollar government program to feed “vulnerable” Syrians has provided food for jihadist militants in a group designated by the United States as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). American taxpayers have spent a fortune on “emergency food assistance” during the Syrian crisis that began with the 2011 Arab spring and some of it has actually gone to terrorists that hate us and want to kill us. The Al Qaeda affiliate is known as Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and it aims to establish a regional Islamic caliphate, according to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Trump Orders Creation of U.S. Space Command to Establish American ‘Dominance’

President Donald Trump on Thursday directed his administration to establish a U.S. Space Command that will help America achieve "dominance in space."

The space command operation, which was directed by the president and will be undertaken by the Defense Department, will be "established as the newest unified combatant command under the Department of Defense and will include forces from all Military Services."

"When it comes to defending America, it is not enough to merely have an American presence in space. We must have American dominance in space." Trump said.

"United States Space Command will be established as the newest unified combatant command under the Department of Defense and will include forces from all military services," according to information provided by the White House.

U.S. Space Command will be comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, and contractors, according to the White House.

Every branch of the U.S. military will participate in the project "to achieve vital victories in space," the White House said.

"Delivering combat power by operating superior space capabilities such as communications, intelligence, navigation, and early missile detection and warning" will be a chief goal of the project.

"The establishment of United States Space Command represents a crucial step to improving the nation’s space war fighting structure in our ever evolving world," the White House said.

The Trump administration is concerned that America’s failure to dominate in space will jeopardize the country’s national security and leave it vulnerable to opposing global powers.

"The United States is reliant on space for everything from vital military systems that protect us to widely used consumer systems that benefit our economy," the White House said. "We have the strongest military in the world, but failure to act now may allow our adversaries to overcome our competitive advantage by denying us access to the space domain."

"Going forward, the United States must have the freedom to take advantage of the untapped opportunities that space presents to our nation," according to the White House.

WATCH: Kennedy Slams Democrats For ‘On-The-Pipe Crazy’ Immigration Stance

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) criticized Democratic lawmakers on Thursday after staffers from the Democrat-led House Oversight Committee were banned from visiting the border due to their previous disruptive behavior.
“Whether you’re a member of Congress or not, if you go to the border you have to follow the rules,” Kennedy told Fox News host Sandra Smith. “It’s not the big rock candy mountain down there, it’s a law enforcement crisis.”

Shots Fired! Rosenstein Slams Comey For His Corruption, Abuse of Power in Wake of DOJ IG Report

Rod Rosenstein

Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threw shade at Comey in a series of tweets following the release of the DOJ IG report.

The DOJ Inspector General released a report on James Comey Thursday morning on his mishandling of memos he drafted stemming from nine conversations he had with President Trump.

Although it was determined that Comey violated FBI policies pertaining to retention, handling and dissemination of FBI records and information, Barr declined prosecution.

The IG report concluded that Comey “set a dangerous example for the over 35,000 current FBI employees.”

Without mentioning Comey’s name, Rosenstein criticized the former FBI Director on Twitter.

“It is important .. to follow established policies and procedures, especially when the stakes are high…. We should be most on guard when we believe that our own uncomfortable .. circumstances justify ignoring .. principles respected by our predecessors.” Rosenstein said.

Rosenstein linked to a June 2018 letter he sent to Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) that highlighted the importance of “following established policies and procedures.”

Rosenstein fought back against critics and roasted Comey AGAIN for his hypocrisy and abuse of power.

The former DAG linked to a July 2016 WaPo article blasting Comey for usurping the DOJ, holding a press conference where he publicly announced he would not be charging Hillary Clinton.

Both Comey and Rosenstein participated in the failed coup to remove Trump from the White House, but they turned on each other after Spygate began to unravel.

The Inspector General is preparing to release another report on FISA abuse any time between mid-September and early October.

Rosenstein, who is incredibly corrupt, signed the June 2017 FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page one month after he appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel so he really has no room to talk about principles.

Biden on Detention Facilities: ‘We Don’t Need Them’

Former vice president and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden told a town hall audience Thursday that the United States does not need migrant detention facilities.

Biden was taking questions in Rockville, S.C., when an attendee asked him for the justification for holding migrants and expanding detention facilities if those facilities could not ensure their safety. She also asked Biden what he would do to help reunite separated families.

"Close them down," Biden answered, to cheers from the crowd. "By the way, we don’t need them. We found that when we were in office…if you would say ‘you have to report back for a hearing on such-and-such date,’ people show up. You don’t have to keep kids in a cage. There should be no justification separating a parent from a child."

Biden was describing the now-defunct "catch-and-release" policy, which some border agents considered a troublesome loophole in immigration enforcement. Trump got rid of it.

Biden specified his plan is to provide legal status for some children, known as Dreamers, brought to the U.S. illegally. His plan also requests Congress create a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million undocumented immigrants.

"Number one, we legalize the Dreamers. Number two, I would send immediately an amendment to the desk of the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, a bill to the desk that said the following: We have to find a pathway to earned citizenship for the 11 million undocumented," Biden said.

In May, images of migrant children sleeping on detention facility floors went viral on Twitter as viewers assumed the photos were recent and a result of  President Trump’s policies. The images were taken in 2014 during the Obama administration. Obama officials said the photos only depicted detained children that arrived in the U.S. unaccompanied by an adult. Criticism of the Trump administration’s detention facilities continued, and in June, he signed an executive order to end family separation in detention facilities.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported over 76,000 migrants who came into the United States from Mexico in February. That is more than twice the amount of migrants from February 2018. The increased number is due to the growing amount of migrant family groups.
