WALSH: The Jussie Smollett Case Shows What Privilege In America Really Looks Like

I’m old enough to remember when the Left was afraid that a biased third party would intervene in an investigation and shut down the judicial process in spite of the existence of overwhelming evidence. That never happened in the Mueller probe, as liberals insisted it would. However it did just happen in the Jussie Smollett case.

Crazy Train: ‘Hardball’ Panel Offers Conspiracies on Mueller Report, Trump as a Dictator

Tuesday’s Hardball saw an opening panel led by host Chris Matthews that showed the desperation of the liberal media following Attorney General Bill Barr’s Sunday letter on the main conclusions of the Mueller report. In roughly 15 minutes, they peddling conspiracy theories that this rollout was conceived of sometime ago, that Barr was picked solely to save Trump, and that America’s now a “crazy country” because it elected Trump.

Breaking: Fired FBI Director Jim Comey Turns on Bob Mueller

Fired FBI Director Jim Comey wandered out of woods tonight to deliver a speech at the Belk Theatre in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Comey lashed out at his close friend Robert Mueller for failing to invent collusion against President Trump.
Cmey called the Mueller Report “confusing” and he “can’t quite understand what’s going on with the obstruction stuff.”

Former FBI chief James Comey said in a speech Tuesday evening that he is confused by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s reasoning on charging President Trump with obstruction of justice.

Mr. Comey told his audience that while he had “great faith” in Mr. Mueller, the special counsel essentially punted on the matter, neither recommending that Mr. Trump be charged nor exonerating him.

“The part that’s confusing is, I can’t quite understand what’s going on with the obstruction stuff,”

ABC, NBC Fear Trump ‘Aims’ to ‘Leave Millions Suddenly Uninsured’

With the dark cloud over his administration finally lifting, President Trump shifted focus to fixing America’s health care system Tuesday. But since it involved getting rid of the disastrous ObamaCare law, the liberal media were preparing themselves for battle. Perhaps it was because they lost big on their collusion conspiracy bet but ABC’s and NBC’s attacks against Trump seemed extra vicious during their evening broadcasts.

Steve Bannon: Trump ‘Is Going To Go Full Animal’ On Opponents Now That Mueller Has Cleared Him Of Collusion

Steve Bannon, the controversial former editor of Breitbart News who played a key role in the election of President Trump (at least if you ask him), has a prediction about what’s coming now that special counsel Robert Mueller has handed over his report on Russia collusion to the Justice Department.

After 2,800 subpoenas and 500 witness interviews, Mueller’s office found no evidence “that any U.S. person or Trump campaign official or associate” conspired or “knowingly coordinated” with Russians during the 2016 campaign. The counsel also cleared Team Trump of allegations that they conspired with Russians to hack and release Democrats’ emails.

Trump, Bannon says, “is going to go full animal” now that he feels vindicated.

“When I saw no new indictments — I thought, Oh my God! They didn’t indict anybody regarding the [former National Security Adviser Michael] Flynn investigation, they didn’t indict Don, Jr.,” Bannon said, referring to Trump’s son. “Maybe [Mueller] could have details about obstruction of justice that are not indictable, but are meaningful. But right now, it looks like they have nothing.”

With that said, Bannon predicted Trump will “come off the chains” — and use the Mueller findings — or lack thereof — to bash opponents. “He will use it to bludgeon them,” Yahoo News reported.

He claimed credit for predicting that Trump would be unscathed by the report and advising the president not to discredit it.

“I kept telling him, ‘Don’t say Mueller’s bad, I don’t think he’s going to have anything.’”

The upshot of the Mueller probe is that the left is “in tears,” he said. “On ‘Rachel Maddow,’ she went 10 minutes into her show before the words ‘no indictment’ crossed her lips. On CNN, they’re in the mumble tank. They’re crestfallen. They thought this would be it.”

Trump on Monday hinted at what may soon come to pass.

“It lasted a long time. We’re glad it’s over. It’s 100% the way it should have been. I wish it could have gone a lot sooner, a lot quicker. There are a lot of people out there that have done some very, very evil things, very bad things. I would say treasonous things against our country and hopefully that people that have done such harm to our country, we’ve gone through a period of really bad things happening,” the president said.

Trump added that if he has his way, those who investigated him will themselves be investigated.

“Those people will certainly be looked at. I’ve been looking at them for a long time and I’m saying why haven’t they been looked at? They lied to Congress. Many of them, you know who they are, they’ve done so many evil things,” he said.

Trump also said he wants to make sure that what he’s endured never happens to another president.

“I will tell you, I love this country. I love this country as much as I can love anything. My family, my country, my God, but what they did, it was a false narrative. It was a terrible thing. We can never let this happen to another president again. I can tell you that. I say it very strongly. Very few people I know could have handled it. We can never, ever let this happen to another president again,” Trump said.

Top Chicago Cop Slams Prosecutors For Dropping Charges Against Smollett ‘They Brokered a Deal in Secret to Circumvent Judicial System’ (VIDEO)

Crooked Chicago prosecutors dropped the charges against hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett on Tuesday.

Chicago police are furious over state’s attorney Kim Foxx’s decision to drop all charges against Jussie Smollett.

Smollett reached a deferred prosecution deal and the judge sealed his case!

Even worse, Jussie Smollett and his lawyer are sticking to the BIG LIE that Smollett was attacked by racist white Trump supporters.

Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie T. Johnson and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel held a presser Tuesday afternoon to address the shocking news that prosecutors dropped charges against Smollett without discussing it with the police department.

Eddie Johnson repeatedly stated that Jussie Smollett is guilty of staging a hate hoax crime in January and he did it to advance his career.

‘There’s one set of rules for the powerful and influential and it’s totally wrong,’ Eddie Johnson said.

Even crooked Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel called the decision to drop all charges against Smollett a ‘whitewash of justice.’

“Do I think justice was served? No…I think this city is still owed an apology.” Eddie Johnson said.

Mr. Johnson said crooked prosecutors brokered a deal in secret to circumvent the judicial system.

VIDEOS:

The Chicago Police Union wants a federal investigation into Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx’s handling of Smollett’s case after text messages revealed she was communicating with Jussie Smollett’s relatives and supporters about their concerns over his case.

Tina Tchen a former aide to Barack and Michelle Obama, sent Kim Foxx an email saying, “Hi Kim – I sent an email to your work address I think as well. I wanted to give you a call on behalf of Jussie Smollett and family who I know. They have concerns about the investigation. I am on an 8 am flight to nyc but please call me before then. I land about 1015 Chicago time. My cell is [redacted]. Many thanks!”

Kim Foxx later recused herself from the case.

The Police Union wants the feds to determine whether Kim Foxx broke the law.

Pentagon Conducts Successful Missile Defense Intercept Test

Two U.S. Ground-based Interceptor missiles destroyed a target in space during a successful test of the Pentagon’s strategic missile defense system on Monday.

The interceptor missiles were fired from Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. In the first salvo-launch against a target intercontinental missile launched 4,000 miles away at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands, according to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

The first GBI destroyed the target missile’s reentry vehicle and the second interceptor zeroed in on debris and blew up the largest piece in a precision kill, the MDA announced.

MDA Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Samuel A. Greaves called the first multiple-interceptor test a critical milestone for advancing the missile defense system.

"The system worked exactly as it was designed to do, and the results of this test provide evidence of the practicable use of the salvo doctrine within missile defense," Greaves said.

"The Ground-based Midcourse Defense system is vitally important to the defense of our homeland, and this test demonstrates that we have a capable, credible deterrent against a very real threat."

The ultra high-speeds of incoming warheads and the speed of interceptors needed to hit them has been described as using a bullet to hit a bullet.

The defense system is designed to counter North Korean ICBMs and any future Iranian missiles. The Trump administration also is considering expanding the system with space-based defensive weapons to counter Russian and Chinese missiles in the future.

The administration is expanding the 44 missile defense interceptors deployed at Fort Greely, Alaska, and Vandenberg.

An additional 20 interceptors are being added.

On Friday, the Pentagon announced the award of a $4.1 billion contract to the Boeing Co. for the ground-based missile defense development and sustainment program for the new missile interceptor field with 20 GBIs.

The new interceptors will be delayed until a new redesigned kill vehicle is completed.

The entire value of the contract is around $10.8 billion. Among the new elements will be to develop software hardened against cyber and other attacks.

Work on the contract will be conducted at Huntsville, Ala.; Fort Greely and Vandenberg, Schriever Air Force Base, Colo.; Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.; Cheyenne Mountain Air Station, Colo.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Tucson, Ariz.; and other sites.

The complex missile defense system relies on space sensors, ground- and sea-based radar, and communications to provide targeting and tracking data as part of a battle management system.

The two GBI’s hit the targets with non-explosive space kill vehicles.

The MDA said initial indications are that the test was a success but test data is being fully evaluated.

The missile defense system is under the command of the Colorado-based Northern Command. Northcom conducted the test together with the Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense, and elements of the Air Force Space Command’s 30th, 50th, and 460th Space Wings.

The West Coast based defenses are designed to track and kill both intermediate- and long-range ballistic missiles.

The strategic system is part of a layered missile defense that also includes Aegis-equipped missile defense ships and ground based defenses like the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense, or THAAD.

MDA released photos and video showing interceptor and target launches and the space based impact.

Rep. Mac Thornberry, (R., Texas) and ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee hailed Monday’s test as a significant advancement.

"Every test is crucial. We learn from all of them, even when they fail," Thornberry said in a statement.

"However, yesterday’s GMD test is the most complex ever attempted and its success is important. Missile defense programs are a vital part of our future security, one that has been politicized for too long."
