NPR Issues Guidance On All The Details They WON’T Report About The Christchurch Massacre!

For a news organization, government-funded NPR sure does seem awfully focused on what they WON’T report about a major story, the NZ massacre.

Anyone else old enough to remember when the basics of journalism included gathering and presenting the “Who” “What” “Where” “When” and “Why” of the event? Those days are gone, replaced by progress and safety.

Guidance: On Names, The ‘Manifesto’ And Other New Zealand Mass Shooting Details

Facts you don’t need include…Names:

-NAMES I. When it’s known for sure, the name of the shooter does NOT have to be endlessly repeated. Biographical details are important, but repeating the name over and over runs the risk of glorifying the shooter in some eyes. As we’ve said before, in many cases the news can be told without even saying the name (or names if others were involved).

Video:

-VIDEO: We do not plan to post the video the shooter reportedly made. Use of any audio from it must be approved by a DME.

You don’t need to see the manifesto:

-MANIFESTO. We will be sparing on reporting about what’s being referred to as the gunman’s “manifesto” and do not plan to publish it in its entirety if it becomes available. There is considerable research indicating that such statements inspire others. The DME on duty must OK how we handle news from it.

Social media:

-SOCIAL MEDIA I. Do not retweet or otherwise point to other media outlet’s posting of the video or manifesto if they do that.

-SOCIAL MEDIA II. Let our engagement teams post first about our coverage and it’s certainly fine to then point to what they are sharing.

-SOCIAL MEDIA III: Be careful of other news outlets’ coverage. If you wouldn’t point to it on the air or in a Web story, don’t share it on social media.

Good luck ever getting to the “Why” if you’re not allowed to know the unsafe facts of events.

It’s hard to know what’s scarier, living in a world with lunatics like the Christchurch attacker, or living in world that chooses to put its collective fingers in their collective ears and shout “nah nah nah I can’t hear you”

This is the same media complex that demanded you had a right to see every last salacious photo of meat pyramids out of Abu Ghraib.

And it isn’t just NPR. There are a lot of people who think they should be the ones to control what you do and don’t see.

Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez referred to illegal immigrants as her “constituents.”

Ocasio-Cortez made her ridiculous comments after questioning Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross during Thursday’s House Oversight and Reform Committee hearing.

The self-identified socialist attempted to grill Ross for his communication with former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who is known for his strict stance against illegal immigration and voter fraud.

Ocasio-Cortez explained that Kobach had talks with members of President Donald Trump’s administration about adding a citizenship question to the 2020 census.

“Kobach said, ‘I raised the issue with the president shortly after he was inaugurated’ and ‘he was absolutely interested in this,’” Ocasio-Cortez told Ross.

“Shortly thereafter, in April of 2017, Steve Bannon asked you to speak with Mr. Kobach about his ‘ideas about including a citizenship question on the 2020 decennial census.’”

Ross acknowledged his talk with Kobach, but Ocasio-Cortez quickly cut him off so she could continue her rant.

“Mr. Kobach later sent an email to you on July 14, writing that the lack of the citizenship question ‘leads to the problem that aliens who do not actually reside in the United States are still counted for congressional apportionment services,’” Ocasio-Cortez said.

“Of course they do reside in the United States. They reside in my district. They’re my constituents,” she said, referring to illegal aliens and non-citizens.

Should her real constituents be angry at this remark?

Ocasio-Cortez might need to take a civics class — one of the few requirements to vote in the United States is to be an American citizen.

“Constituency” is defined as “a body of citizens entitled to elect a representative.”

Obviously, non-citizens and illegal immigrants can’t be Ocasio-Cortez’s constituents because they can’t vote, or at least they shouldn’t be able to vote (they certainly weren’t able to vote under Kobach’s watch in Kansas).

Even if Ocasio-Cortez simply misunderstood the definition of “constituency,” it’s disgraceful that she believes she has any duty to represent illegal immigrants.

The socialist representative’s actual constituents are having their voice watered down because Ocasio-Cortez has taken it upon herself to represent those who aren’t her constituents — people who aren’t even American citizens.

U.S. representatives owe nothing to illegal immigrants, people who disrespect the laws of this country by entering illegally and often working illegally.

Ocasio-Cortez is supposed to be a representative but she’s clearly confused about who she should be representing.

Facebook has wiped out conservative content to American subscribers.

And here is that same map showing the conservative publishers who have been targeted by Facebook since 2017.

Facebook has eliminated content from the vast majority of top conservative publishers since 2017.

And it’s not just Facebook.
Recently activity on the Gateway Pundit Twitter account suddenly flatlined.

Tweets that would normally get hundreds and thousands of retweets and likes are suddenly hidden from public view with only a couple dozen retweets.

Our traffic on Twitter has flatlined.
You can actually see it in our analytics.

The Democrats and social media giants are afraid of ideas.
They will no longer allow open dialogue online.

And, of course, the GOP Pretend Party does nothing.

We are living in dangerous times.

The last few weeks radical Democrat freshmen made headlines for their radical, dangerous ideas and offensive, anti-Semitic ramblings.
On Monday singer-actress Cher entered the fray.

The far left entertainer called for new rules on mandatory circumcision.

Cher wants all men to be circumcised and forced to show proof.

She wasn’t through and then hit President Trump with more gibberish.

TYPICAL: Ultra Liberal Rabbi Jonah Pesner Tweets Support For Radical Anti-Semite Democrat Ilhan Omar

The only people left who think Ilhan Omar isn’t a rabid anti-semite also think OJ didn’t do it, and that the moon landing was faked. You’d have to be a flat-earther to continue making excuses for her bigotry and hatred.

That’s why it’s especially galling to see a rabbi race to defend Ilhan, and in a completely ridiculous way, comparing the yarmulka (kippah) to hijab.

The hijab, like the kippah I wear, is a symbol of faith protected by the Constitution. Freedom of religion is a source of this nation’s strength.

On it’s face, yes, the hijab is in fact protected under the constitution. No free Muslim should be forced by law to remove it. The same way no free Muslim should be forced by law to wear it. But that’s where the comparison ends.

NO the kippah is NOT anything like the hijab. No modern Jew has ever been forced by law to wear it. A jewish man can walk into just about ANY synagogue in this country, or around the world, and opt out of the kippah and have no problem from anyone.

Can the same be said for muslim women and the hijab? Not likely. Especially around the world. The West is where Muslim women come to ESCAPE the hijab and other compulsory religious requirements. Is there any place a Jew ever has to flee to escape the yarmulka?

Rabbi Pesner is exactly the kind of ultra-progressive Jew who is murdering Judaism with his radical leftism. He might mean well, but he’s doing horrific damage by running interference for oppression under the guise of religious freedom.

Liberal Jews need to realize they’re putting the entire community at risk when they allow themselves to be used by anti-Semites, the way Ilhan is using the tweet Rabbi Pesner put up. She’s wrapping herself in the protective blanket of his Jewish stamp of approval.

Of course, we don’t expect Rabbi Pesner to get the message anytime soon. After all, how many rabbis line up to stand shoulder to shoulder with Jesse “Hymie Town” Jackson, as seen above? That’s some offensive sh!t right there, Rabbi.

Last, if sharia mandated modesty is so super awesome, why do Islamic sex slaves burn their body suits as the first act of liberation when they’re given the opportunity?
