Twitter has claimed in the past that it does not discriminate against conservatives. That’s just not true. In the past five years, there have been at least 113 different cases of conservative, pro-Trump or anti-establishment figures on Twitter being punished for expressing their views, many of them well-known in their fields.

Bitter Race Baiter Spike Lee Makes An Ass Out Of Himself At Oscars

The 91st Academy Awards went down last night and all of Hollywood’s beautiful people gathered together in all of their debauched and decadent glory to hate on America, attack President Trump and engage in the usual self-congratulatory circle jerk.

According to reports (I sure as hell wasn’t watching that shit) the latest politicized awards ceremony didn’t disappoint and there is little doubt that television ratings for the Oscars will be a major disappointment when they are released later.

It was abundantly clear that President Trump was in the heads of all of the virtue signaling celebs and holier than thou race-baiting clowns who showed up at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles by simply taking a look at the stage which was made to resemble one of America’s most famous hairdos.

The hypocrisy was so thick that you could practically cut it with a knife because nothing says social justice like a $30 million diamond.

And here’s a helluva fashion statement:

But it was Spike Lee who stole the show as the race-obsessed director not only bagged a statue for best-adapted screenplay for his anti-Trump propaganda movie BlacKKKlansman but during his acceptance speech, the diminutive racist dwarf who was wearing a purple outfit that looked like a cross between a mailman and a pimp rambled on for a while before shitting all over his cast and crew by minimizing their work by launching into a tirade against the POTUS.

But Lee was only getting warmed up.

Earlier in the week, the 61-year-old who has made a boatload of money and enjoys all the perks given to celebs in a society that worships them and who should be a happy man instead of a bitter old racist crank bemoaned #OscarsSoWhite because “black folks” rarely win any awards.

Following his win, he was so excited that he looked like he was trying to dry hump Samuel “Mr. Motherfucker” Jackson in front of the audience.

Then once the moment that everyone had been waiting for finally arrived – THE ENVELOPE PLEASE – Lee threw a shit fit when BlacKKKlansman was beaten out for Best Picture by the more optimistic “Green Room” starring Mahershala Ali (of HBO’s third season of True Detective) which offers a much more positive version of race relations than the professional grievance monger specializes in.

Acting like every bit the asshole that he is when he’s watching the New York Knicks from his courtside seat at Madison Square Garden, Lee was visibly upset when his own movie didn’t score the night’s big prize and tried to storm out of the building but the doors were locked.

Not everyone was happy about “Green Book”‘s best picture win.

According to reports from inside the Dolby theater, “BlackKklansman” director Spike Lee was visibly upset by the announcement and tried to leave the ceremony before the speeches had concluded.

“I’m snakebit. Every time someone’s driving somebody, I lose,” he later told reporters backstage, in reference to his breakout film, “Do the Right Thing,” losing the Oscar for Best Screenplay to “Driving Miss Daisy” in 1990. “I thought I was court side at the Garden and the refs made a bad call.”

After presenter Julia Roberts announced “Green Book” as Best Picture, AP reporter Andrew Dalton was one of several journalists who noticed Lee wave his arms in anger before storming out of the theater. However, before he could leave, he was stopped at the doors and was forced to return to his seat once the speeches had stopped.

Jordan Peele, the Oscar-winning writer-director behind last year’s “Get Out,” reportedly didn’t clap either, nor did other attendees nearby.

The backlash appears to be in response to controversy surrounding the film, which had been criticized for perpetuating a white savior narrative.

He may have his Oscar now but Spike Lee is still an ultra-bigoted asshole.

In other notable news: the miracles of Wakanda finally ran out as Black Panther also lost out at Best Picture and another portrayal of a gay man landed the Best Actor statue for Rami Malek who portrayed doomed Queen singer Freddie Mercury in the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody.

Otherwise, it was every bit the liberal shit show that one would expect in the post-Obama era.

Here’s ‘the Way It Works…’: This James Woods Tweet to AOC May Go Down as His Best Ever

The Green New Deal is horribly unrealistic. Even Nancy Pelosi agrees on that one.

It’s also entirely unlikely to be approved, even as a symbolic resolution. If it did, it’s not binding — and if it ever became binding, making America a net-zero greenhouse gas emitter would reduce the global temperature by a whopping 0.14 degrees.

But, according to the Green New Deal’s architect, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, unless you can come up with a better plan, she’s the boss. As conservative actor James Woods pointed out, however, that’s not quite “the way it works in America.”

First, Ocasio-Cortez’s statements regarding criticism of the Green New Deal, which are even more hilarious when you realize they’re coming from someone still defending herself about an FAQ regarding farting cows.

“Like I just introduced the Green New Deal two weeks ago, and it’s creating all of this conversation. Why? Because no one else has even tried. Because no one else has even tried,” she said at a Girls Who Code event in New York City on Friday, according to the Washington Examiner.

“So people are like, ‘Oh it’s unrealistic. Oh it’s vague. Oh it doesn’t address this little minute thing,’” she continued. “And I’m like, ‘You try. You do it. Cause you’re not. Cause you’re not. So, until you do it, I’m the boss.’ How about that?”

The logic here seems to be this: “Oh, you think I have a bad idea on an issue that inspires a lot of bad ideas? Well, where’s your bad idea on said issue? Huh? Look at me: I’m the captain now.“

Well, surely she didn’t mean that. Maybe there was some context lost, or…

Nope, that’s apparently exactly what she meant.

Actor and conservative icon James Woods noted that there was a bit of a flaw in this argument.

“So, you may have missed this, but the way it works in America is YOU work for US,” Woods wrote.

Do you think the Green New Deal will pass?

“The last time somebody told Americans to sit down and shut up was 1776. If you ever learn to read, look it up. You are not only a idiot, you’re an arrogant idiot, and there is nothing more dangerous.”

Well, dang. But he’s not wrong.

The problem with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s rhetoric on the Green New Deal is that it demands that something along the lines of her legislation must be done, even if the vast majority of Americans would oppose it.

But that’s not how it works. That’s never how any of this works.

Telling people to sit down and shut up won’t get legislation passed. It won’t make us more amenable to a bad piece of legislation. It won’t make conservatives come up with an equally bad piece of legislation on the topic.

It did, however, give James Woods material for an epic tweet — and an opportunity to educate Ocasio-Cortez on 1776.

Male Runners Continue Dominating Girls’ High School Track in Connecticut

Two male runners are continuing to dominate high school girls’ track in Connecticut.

High school juniors Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood took first and second place in the state open indoor track championships Feb. 16, The Associated Press noted in a report Sunday. Both Miller and Yearwood are biological males who identify as transgender girls.

One of their competitors, high school junior Selina Soule, told the Associated Press it was unfair to force female runners to compete against male runners.

“We all know the outcome of the race before it even starts; it’s demoralizing,” said Soule. “I fully support and am happy for these athletes for being true to themselves. They should have the right to express themselves in school, but athletics have always had extra rules to keep the competition fair.”

Miller is the third-faster runner in the country in the girls’ 55-meter dash. Yearwood is close behind, tied for seventh nationally.

Miller and Yearwood’s success is just the latest instance of male athletes who identify as transgenderexcelling in women’s sports.

Miller and Yearwood easily outpaced female runners in the state in 2018 as well, when both were sophomores.

A sympathetic segment on ABC’s “Good Morning America” in June 2018 described the two runners as “dominating the competition” at the outdoor state championships earlier that month.

In that interview, Miller argued that female runners should work harder, rather than complaining about unfairness, when forced to compete against male athletes who identify as transgender.

Yearwood acknowledged being stronger than female runners to the Associated Press, but compared it to advantages other athletes might have from perfecting their form or doing extra training sessions.

“One high jumper could be taller and have longer legs than another, but the other could have perfect form, and then do better,” Yearwood told the Associated Press. “One sprinter could have parents who spend so much money on personal training for their child, which in turn, would cause that child to run faster.”

WALSH: Environmentalists Have Become A Doomsday Cult, And They’re Needlessly Terrifying Our Children

Dianne Feinstein caught a lot of flack over the weekend after an out-of-context video went viral. The clip shows Feinstein’s exchange with a bunch of kids from a radical environmentalist group called the Sunrise Movement. The kids demand that Feinstein support the Green New Deal while the Senator does her level best to educate the youngsters on the finer points of the legislative process.

The outraged masses claim that Feinstein was “disrespectful” and “rude” to the children. The full video clearly shows that she was enormously patient, at one point offering an internship to one of the kids. Even the short clip is favorable to Feinstein. She isn’t the one who needs to apologize for her behavior. The impertinence was entirely on the part of the kids, who spent several minutes lecturing and scolding an adult. I’m old fashioned enough to still believe in respecting your elders. The parents of these children have clearly neglected to teach them that crucial lesson.

But the most disturbing thing about the footage, aside from the bratty behavior of those poorly-raised children, is the very real fear you can hear in their voices and see on their faces. They really believe that the world might soon end and the Green New Deal is the only thing that can pull us back from the brink. They believe such nonsense because that’s what the adults in their lives have told them. Environmentalism is a doomsday cult, and millions of kids are being indoctrinated into it.

The high priestess of the cult, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, warns us that the situation is so dire that we should probably stop having kids. That makes sense, I guess, because she also thinks the world is going to end in 12 years. The UN takes a slightly more optimistic view, prophesying mere catastrophe in 12 year’s time, though perhaps not the end of all things.

A climate alarmist with a huge social media following put the prophesy in more colorful terms:

Preventing the Earth from descending into a lifeless husk of a planet in a geological blink of an eye is technologically possible, experts say. But it will require confiscating unearned wealth from billionaires and ending the pointless wars we’ve been fighting for generations.

A lifeless husk? We couldn’t turn the Earth into a lifeless husk if we tried. The Earth is 4.5 billion years old. It has survived asteroids, super volcano eruptions, nuclear blasts, ice ages, and countless other cataclysms. The idea that a couple hundred years of industrialized society could, as they claim, “destroy the planet,” is absurd in the extreme. It’s incredibly arrogant, too. A cosmic scale event is required to destroy a planet. The collapse of a star, a planetary collision, a black hole — these are planet destroyers. Your SUV won’t cut it.

These people are moments away from strapping on sandwich board signs with “THE END IS NEAR” written across in black marker. From there it’s only another step to a bowl of cyanide Kool-Aid. Ocasio-Cortez is the organic Harold Camping, an End Times prophet shouting about Armageddon. Al Gore carried that mantle before her, and there were others before him. When I was a kid, I was told that we’d all soon suffocate because of oxygen depletion due to deforestation. Environmentalists have more failed apocalypse predictions than Jehovah’s Witnesses. And they’re only getting bolder, and louder, and more hysterical as time passes.

Despite all of this madness, it is actually possible to advocate for environmental responsibility, conservation, recycling, and other wholesome practices, without sounding like the Book of Revelation. We cannot and will not “destroy the planet” or turn it into a “lifeless husk” or bring about the end of all existence through cow farts and car exhaust, but we can make our planet a more or less pleasant place to live depending on our stewardship of it. That may not be a very dramatic or attention-grabbing message, but at least it has the benefit of truth and sanity. And it won’t traumatize our children.

Donald Trump Urges Senators to Stay ‘Strong and Smart’ on Border Wall

President Donald Trump urged Republican Senators on Monday to back his declaration of a State of Emergency at the southern border.

“I hope our great Republican Senators don’t get led down the path of weak and ineffective Border Security,” he wrote on Twitter.

The president reminded them that their voters supported the idea of more physical barriers at the Southern border.

“Be strong and smart, don’t fall into the Democrats ‘trap’ of Open Borders and Crime!” he wrote.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi plans to vote Tuesday on a bill opposing Trump’s declaration of a State of Emergency to help fund his long-promised wall.

Pelosi decried Trump’s action as a Constitutional crisis.

“We battled against a monarchy — we did not intend to establish one in our country,” she said to reporters on Friday

Trump has vowed to veto the bill “100 percent” if it makes it past the Republican-led Senate

“We have a State of Emergency at our Southern Border. Border Patrol, our Military and local Law Enforcement are doing a great job, but without the Wall, which is now under major construction, you cannot have Border Security,” he wrote Monday. “Drugs, Gangs and Human Trafficking must be stopped!”

7 Times Hollywood Lectured America from the Oscars Stage

Presenters and winners at Sunday’s Academy Award’s ceremony once again took the opportunity to preach their political opinions, with Hollywood stars lecturing viewers at home on everything from Holocaust-level racism in America today to the importance of immigration.

The annual Oscars ceremony, which took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, saw both presenters and nominees share their range of politically-charged declarations, further exacerbating the stark divisions that already exist in American society.

Rami Malek

Accepting his Oscar for Actor in a Leading Role for his performance as Queen singer Freddie Mercury, Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek wasted no time in comparing his own life story to that of the troubled singer.

“We made a film about a gay man, an immigrant, who lived his life just unapologetically himself,” he said. “I am the son of immigrants from Egypt. I’m a first-generation American. Part of my story is being written right now, and I could not be more grateful to each and every one of you.”

Spike Lee

Accepting the Oscar for “Best Adapted Screenplay” for his film, BlacKkKlansman, Lee discussed the legacy of slavery and called on people to “mobilize” against President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

“Four hundred years [ago], our ancestors were stolen from all over Africa and brought to Jamestown, Va., enslaved,” Lee said. “Before the world tonight, I give praise to our ancestors who helped build this country.”

“The 2020 presidential election is around the corner. Let’s all mobilize,” he continued. “Let’s all be in the right side of history. Make the moral choice between love versus hate. Let’s do the right thing!”

Guy Nattiv

Israeli filmmaker Guy Nattiv said in his acceptance speech for the Best Live Action Short award that the prejudice that unraveled during the Holocaust can now be seen “everywhere” in Europe and the United States.

“I moved here five years ago from Israel,” Nattiv declared. “My grandparents are Holocaust survivors. The bigotry that they experienced in the Holocaust, we see that everywhere today, in America, in Europe. This film is about education, it’s about teaching your kids a better way.”

Javier Bardem

Introducing the Best Foreign Language Film category with actress Angela Bassett, three-time Oscar winner Javier Bardem appeared to aim a veiled criticism President Donald Trump’s plan to construct a wall on the southern Mexico border.

“There are no borders or walls that can restrain ingenuity and talent,” he said. “In any region of any country of any continent, there are always great stories that move us.”

Emilia Clarke

Actress Emilia Clarke paid tribute to United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, even comparing her Game of Thrones character “Khaleesi.” She later described the 85-year-old liberal Justice as “a woman who has spent her career at the forefront of the fight against gender discrimination.”

“Khaleesi has nothing on her,” she said. “Justice Ginsburg, if you’d ever like to borrow the dragons, ring me.”

Maya Rudolph

Actress and comedian Maya Rudolph used the opening of the ceremony to warn President Donald Trump that Mexico would not pay for the cost of a border wall with the United States.

“There is no host tonight, there will not be a popular film category, and Mexico is not paying for the wall,” Rudolph said as she prepared Best Supporting Actress alongside fellow comediennes Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.

José Andres 

While introducing Best Picture nominee Roma, Spanish celebrity chef José Andres singled out “immigrants and women” as the two groups who are moving humanity forward.

“People of the world, each person’s life is a recipe all on its own with different measures of joy and sadness, struggles and success, love and loss,” he said. “[The film] gives a voice to the voiceless reminds us of the understanding and compassion that we all owe to the invisible people in our lives — immigrants and women — who move humanity forward.”
