California: Illegal Alien School Worker Charged with Child Porn Possession


An illegal alien who worked at an elite boarding school has been charged with possession of child pornography in the sanctuary state of California.

Francisco Perez, a 34-year-old illegal alien, allegedly had more than 600 images of child pornography in his possession and allegedly had been storing image files in his Google account that contained child pornography.

Prosecutors said Perez worked at San Domenico School in San Anselmo, California as a food services contractor. The elite boaring school is home to about 650 students whose parents pay anywhere between $32,000 and $61,000 to send their children to the school.

According to prosecutors, the illegal alein used a fake name — going by Mario Arguetta — and a fraudulent Social Security Number to obtain employment.

Perez, who had been living in San Pablo, now faces three felony counts of child pornograghy.

Due to California’s sanctuary state law, illegal aliens — even those who are convicted felons — are shielded from deportation and arrest by federal immigration officials.

WATCH LIVE: President Donald Trump Addresses the Nation on Humanitarian and National Security Crisis at Southern Border


President Donald Trump will address the American people Tuesday at 9 p.m. on the humanitarian and national security crisis on the U.S. southern border.

The president announced Monday that he would address the nation on Tuesday in the midst of a partial government shutdown. The federal government remains partially shut down as Congressional Democrats have refused to negotiate border security funding as part of a bill to fund and reopen the government.

President Trump indicated Monday he had not yet made a decision on whether to declare a national emergency to address the crisis at the border. Vice President Mike Pence told reporters Monday that such an action could provide some funding to secure the border and White House counsel is looking at the potential of legal challenges if the president decides to do so.

The president is expected to offer facts on the humanitarian and national security crisis at the U.S. southern border during the Tuesday address to the nation. He has called for $5.7 billion in border security funding to be included in a bill to fund and reopen the government.

The government shutdown started after midnight of the Friday before Christmas.

Vice president Pence said Monday that there is supposed to be a briefing with House members ahead of president Trump’s address.

President Trump is scheduled to visit the U.S. southern border on Thursday.

The address is expected to last 8 minutes.

Charter Spectrum announced there is a major outage across multiple markets before President Trump’s address on Tuesday night.

Spectrum has announced a major cable outage across the country just 1 hour before President Donald Trump is supposed to address the nation about the immigration crisis and the need to build the wall. What are the odds? Interesting how the outage is in all major cities and border states.

Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy to Introduce Bill to Stop Gavin Newsom from Spending Federal Money on Illegal Alien Healthcare


Sen. Bill Cassidy, MD (R-LA) announced Tuesday that he will introduce legislation to block the State of California from using federal funds to expand Medi-Cal health care benefits to illegal aliens up to the age of 26.

Gov. Gavin Newsom made the proposal to extend healhcare benefits to more illegal aliens on his first day in office on Monday. In his inaugural address, he also promised to provide “sanctuary to all who seek it,” a reference to illegal aliens.

In response, Sen. Cassidy tweeted Tuesday:

Sen. Cassidy also tagged New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, who announced a similar policy.

Cassidy’s announcement came hours ahead of President Donald Trump’s scheduled Oval Office address on border security and the partial government shutdown.

Red Lobster Caves to Left-Wing Blacklist Campaign, Pulls Ads from Tucker Carlson’s Show


Restaurant chain Red Lobster is the latest company to cave to pressure from the far-left blacklisting campaign against Tucker Carlson, announcing Tuesday that they would no long advertise on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight.

The Wrap reports that Red Lobster confirmed their removal of ads from Tucker Carlson’s prime time show, saying in a statement, “Red Lobster’s advertising buying guidelines reflect our core values and commitment to supporting programming that represents the highest standards of good taste, fair practice and objectivity.”

“We reserve the right to make changes to our purchases when the dialogue is no longer in line with our criteria.”

Red Lobster is the latest company to pull ads from Carlson’s show. He faced an ad boycott last month over comments criticizing American immigration policy, and he is once again in the crosshairs of the far-left over comments he made about many women who do not want to marry men who earn less than them.

When reached for comment, a Fox News spokesperson referred Breitbart News to a previous statement.
The statement reads:

We cannot and will not allow voices like Tucker Carlson to be censored by agenda-driven intimidation efforts from the likes of Moveon.org, Media Matters and Sleeping Giants. Attempts were made last month to bully and terrorize Tucker and his family at their home. He is now once again being threatened via Twitter by far left activist groups with deeply political motives. While we do not advocate boycotts, these same groups never target other broadcasters and operate under a grossly hypocritical double standard given their intolerance to all opposing points of view.

Carlson has indeed faced vicious tactics from the left before. In November, his home, where his wife was home alone, was targeted by Antifa, a group notorious for its tactics of violence and intimidation.

The President took a swipe of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi following her comments that a border wall is “immoral.”

There are at least 65 countries today that have border walls with their neighbors.

Pelosi has repeatedly said walls are immoral.

Pelosi has a wall in her backyard.

Trump slammed Democrats for their hypocrisy.

Hollywood Melts Down Before Trump Border Speech: ‘There Is No Crisis’ ‘Blatant Propaganda’


Hollywood celebrities went into full meltdown mode Tuesday before President Donald Trump’s address to the nation from the Oval Office on the crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border.

“Tonight the media will turn the oldest living Democracy into a reality show by allowing a pathological liar to treat American citizens like suckers. THERE IS NO CRISIS AT THE BORDER!” director Rob Reiner shouted.

Late-night host Stephen Colbert attacked his own network for deciding to air Trump’s address.

“My network will be carrying Trump’s Wall speech live. So at 9pm Tuesday, tune into CBS to See B.S.,” Colbert said.

President Trump announced his intention to deliver an address from the Oval Office on the issue of border security Monday. Many networks were at first unsure if they should air the address or not, but later, all major television news networks confirmed their plans to air the president’s address. In response, Democrats Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi demanded equal time for a rebuttal.

Other celebrities continued the meltdown. Comedian Sarah Silverman bemoaned networks airing “Drumpf’s blatant propaganda.”

“They want ratings AND integrity and you can’t have both. Not in this case. Nope,” Silverman said.

Bette Midler joined the meltdown, saying networks should air Trump’s speech “ONLY if they have the technology for an instant bullshit-to-English translation.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea Handler pleaded, “Please do not put this man on air. We have given him his power by bathing in his idiocy every day. Stop helping him.”
