Donald Trump: ICE Haters Have ‘No Guts’ Just ‘Big Loud Mouths’

President Donald Trump slammed Democrats who supported the idea of abolishing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency on Monday, during an event honoring their service.

“They have no courage, they have no guts they have big loud mouths,” Trump said referring to the “small group” of critics who were speaking out against agencies like ICE and the Center for Border Patrol (CBP).

“The extremists who attack ICE and CBP like to portray themselves as champions for social justice,” Trump said. “They are not.”

Trump made a point of sharing the spotlight with several ICE agents in the audience, bringing them up to the microphone to personally highlight their success stories to keep the country safe.

“I find them a lot more interesting than listening to the president,” Trump joked.

Trump singled out Border Patrol Agent Adrian Anzaldua, for saving 78 lives by tracking and arresting a human smuggler with 78 illegal aliens locked in a truck trailer.

“Great job. That a lot of lives,” he said to the agent who was Hispanic.

“You’re not nervous, right?” Trump said as he continued speaking to agent. Many of Trump’s media critics criticized his comment to the audience that Anzaldua, “speaks perfect English.”

The president personally recognized the children and families of fallen border patrol agents, including the family of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry who was shot and killed by suspected illegal immigrants. Firearms from the disastrous “Fast and Furious” gun-walking operation conducted during the Obama administration were found on the scene.

Trump condemned Democrats for creating a coalition of “open borders extremists” who created sanctuary cities for criminal illegal immigrants.

“Any politicians who puts criminal aliens before American citizens should find a new line of work because it’s not going to work,” he said.

He also joked that Gov. Andrew Cuomo might have ended his career by suggesting that America was never great.

Trump urged Republicans to vote in the midterm elections to ensure that law enforcement would continue their work uninhibited by the “obstructionist” Democrats in Congress.

“I think you’re going to see a red wave not a phony blue wave, blue wave means crime and open borders,” he wrote. “Not good.”

Actor Michael Shannon: Trump’s Only Thoughts Are ‘I Want Some Pu**y And A Cheeseburger’

Actor Michael Shannon unloaded on President Donald Trump in a recent interview, saying the president is a “suffering bad guy.”

In an upcoming interview with Playboy magazine, the Boardwalk Empire star launched into another of his foul language-filled tirades against President Trump insisting that he would never portray Trump even though he is known for portraying “bad guys,” Huffington Post reported.

Shannon, who played the evil General Zod in the Superman film, Man of Steel, said that Trump is no “suffering bad guy.”

“He’s having a blast!” Shannon told the men’s magazine. “Are you fucking kidding me? That guy is having so much fun.”

Shannon went on to demean the job of the President of the United States as one where hard work is not necessary:

He doesn’t even have to work. All the hard work that most people have to do to get to be president of the United States, he just skipped all that. The fucking guy doesn’t even know what’s in the Constitution. He doesn’t have any grasp of history or politics or law or anything. He’s just blindfolded, throwing darts at the side of a bus.

Shannon also said that Trump has no ability to think deeply about the issues:

It doesn’t happen. Fuck that guy. When he’s alone with his thoughts, he’s not capable of anything more complex than ‘I want some pussy and a cheeseburger. Maybe my wife will blow me if I tell her she’s pretty.’

Indeed, Shannon hoped that once Trump and his administration pass into history that Hollywood will just forget the era and never portray the time on film.

Shortly after the election, Shannon attacked Trump voters as less than human saying, “Somebody who thinks Trump is doing a good job, there’s no conversation to have with that person.”

“I know they say you should reach across the aisle and all that crap, but to me, it feels like putting your hand in a fan,” Shannon added before saying that if you are a senior citizen voting for Trump he hopes you die. “But if you’re voting for Trump, it’s time for the urn,” he said.

Shannon also said that he hopes children whose parents are Trump voters will become orphans.

“Fuck ’em,” he spat. “You’re an orphan now. Don’t go home. Don’t go home for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Don’t talk to them at all. Silence speaks volumes.”

Several Hollywood actors and others quickly jumped to support Shannon’s expletive-filled, hate-fest. Firefly actor Alan Tudyk, for instance, tweeted his appreciation for Shannon’s obscene rant and Rolling Stone writer Brian Tallerico thought that Shannon was a “national treasure.”

Prisoners nationwide to go on strike in protest of ‘prison slavery,’ will refuse to work and eat

American prisoners will go on strike this week to demand wide-ranging living reforms in correctional facilities nationwide.

The protest, which is set to begin Tuesday and run through Sept. 9, is meant to mark the anniversary of the 1971 inmate uprising at Attica prison in upstate New York, which resulted in the deaths of 33 prisoners and 10 correctional officers.

What are the details?

According to Vox, inmates in at least 17 states plan to participate in the coordinated demonstrations. Most inmates will cease working their prison jobs while others will go on a “hunger strike,” meaning they will abstain from eating for a certain period of time.

“Prisoners want to be valued as contributors to our society,” protest organizer Amani Sawari told Vox.

During protest time, inmates will sit in common areas or remain in their cells.

“The main leverage that an inmate has is their own body,” Sawari said. “Prisons cannot run without prisoners’ work.”

The protest is being organized by Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee, a prisoner-led faction of Industrial Workers of the World. IWOC’s mission is to “end prison slavery.”

This year’s protest is also meant to serve as a response to April’s inmate riot at Lee Correctional Institution in South Carolina that resulted in the deaths of seven prisoners.

How bad are work conditions?

Most prisoners hold jobs while incarcerated, but are paid extremely low wages.

The Marshall Project found the average pay per inmate is just 20 cents per hour. Most inmates work menial jobs that fulfill essential prison operations, such as in the kitchen and custodial work. Others may teach fellow inmates or hold manufacturing jobs.

In California, more than 1,000 prison inmates have been deployed to fight wildfires — an extremely dangerous job even for highly seasoned wildland firefighters. They’re paid $2 per day and an additional $1 an hour when battling active fires. They also earn time off their sentences.

The poor work conditions, in addition to the meager pay, amounts to “slavery,” inmates claim.

What do inmates want?

They have released a list of 10 demands:

  • Immediate improvement of prison conditions, as well as policies that “recognize the humanity” of prisoners.
  • Immediate end to “prison slavery.” Inmates are asking to be paid commensurate wages.
  • The rescission of the Prison Litigation Reform Act, which would allow prisoners to adequately voice grievances.
  • The rescission of The Truth in Sentencing Act and the Sentencing Reform Act so that inmates “have a possibility of rehabilitation and parole.”
  • Immediate end of “overcharging, over-sentencing, and parole denials” of black inmates.
  • Immediate end to “racist gang enhancement laws.”
  • Immediate end to inmates being “denied access to rehabilitation programs at their place of detention because of their label as a violent offender.”
  • Additional rehabilitation programs in state prisons.
  • The reinstatement of Pell Grants in all U.S. states and territories.
  • The restoration of voting rights for “all confined citizens serving prison sentences, pretrial detainees, and so-called ‘ex-felons.’”

Do prisoners really experience ‘slavery’?

While the idea seems far-fetched, activists working to bring more attention to criminal justice reform point out that the very constitutional amendment that abolished slavery — the 13th Amendment, section 1 — allows prison labor to exist.

Read it yourself:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Hilarious: James Woods Brutally Trolls Al Sharpton for Misspelling ‘Respect’

I miss Al Sharpton having a daily show on MSNBC. I mean, sure liberals and teleprompters everywhere are probably thrilled that he’s been relegated to a weekend time slot where the entirety of MSNBC’s demographic is nursing a hangover, but I personally love the gaffes, veiled racism and sight of a sexagenarian trying to adapt his style to the new political correctness.

Alas, from his obscure Sunday morning slot at MSNBC these days, we’re now only hearing about him because of a tragic event: The death of American legend Aretha Franklin. Even more tragically, his idiocy is taking away, ever so slightly, from the career of an American trailblazer.

At least, however, we had James Woods to turn Sharpton’s unfortunate malapropism into one hilarious tweet.

Has Al Sharpton finally lost his marbles completely?

The whole thing began on Sharpton’s weekly MSNBC show, which I believe is watched primarily by the production staff. Rev. Al, who somehow managed to find time out of his pastoral duties to prepare for the event, lambasted Trump for calling Omarosa Manigault Newman a “dog.”

TRENDING: Tucker to Univision Reporter: What Do You Think You Own Tacos Or Something?

To Sharpton, that’s apparently way worse than publishing a book filled with poorly sourced accusations.

“I think you might’ve learned the lesson this week, sometimes the dog bites back with a book deal,” Sharpton said.

“So in the words of my late friend Aretha Franklin, show some R-E-S-P-I-C-T.”

Please give Al Sharpton back that daily show, MSNBC. Please. I will literally buy Chris Hayes the most expensive pair of emo glasses you can find if you put this guy back on every afternoon.

If MSNBC won’t acquiesce, however, James Woods has a better idea: Maybe Sharpton should be a “Wheel of Fortune” contestant:

I’d like to buy James Woods a beer, Pat.

James Woods pretty much wins Twitter on a regular basis. Just in case you’ve forgotten, here are some of his greatest hits, starting with his response to CNN Jim Acosta’s hissy fit regarding Trump’s “enemy of the people” remark:

RELATED: James Woods’ Omarosa Tweet Is So Intense We Had to Get Permission to Show You

He’s said plenty of stuff regarding Hillary Clinton, but this might have been his funniest:

But my all-time favorite involved his advice to Parkland survivor Kyle Kashuv when he owned fellow survivor (and gun-grabbing fan) David Hogg. It began after Hogg tweeted a gun-control metaphor involving wildfires and Kashuv noticed there was, ahem, a problem with it.

Woods’ advice was both avuncular and hilarious:

That’s why we love James Woods and think he deserves all of the respect in the world. Oh, sorry — respict.

E-mails: NY Governor Cuomo’s administration in regular contact with corrupt lobbyist

We’ve written here in the past about the number of aides and lobbyists associated with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who have wound up going to trial and, in some cases, prison. Many of these activities revolved around the so-called “Buffalo Billion.” It was a major infrastructure investment in the upstate region (or was at least advertised that way) which resulted in plenty of taxpayer money being spread around, with significant portions winding up in the coffers of the politically well connected. The Governor has always downplayed the influence of these people, but now, as National Review reports today, the New York Times has obtained some very illuminating emails from the Governor’s office.

One of the indicted lobbyists named Todd Howe seems to have had a particularly cozy relationship with the Governor’s mansion.

In one particularly revealing email sent to Jim Malatras, then the director of state operations, Howe urgently requests payment for his clients, two developers contracted by the state for a public-private infrastructure project.

“Both need some payment as a sign of good faith before the close of business tomorrow,” Howe wrote to Malatras and his deputy, Andrew Kennedy, in December 2014 .

“So they should have a check no later than tomorrow,” responded an official with Empire State Development, the state’s economic development agency, less than an hour later. “But could be before.”

The firms that Howe was getting favors for were COR Development and LPCiminelli. Their executives were later taken down for a bid-rigging scheme, but that was only after they donated generously to Cuomo’s election campaigns and, by mere coincidence, I’m sure, wound up landing contracts to build a $750 million solar-panel factory.

In a separate incident, Howe was able to line up a private audience with the Governor for two other business executives who subsequently wound up with some very lucrative deals from the Buffalo Billion. Howe wound up pleading guilty to eight different felony charges and yet somehow the Governor himself has remained above the fray, not being officially connected to anything, while those around him continue to be frogmarched off to prison. The bad luck this poor guy has had in picking friends and associates is just amazing, isn’t it?

Last month two other Cuomo associates were similarly found guilty of corruption in these schemes. One of them, Alain Kaloyeros, was described as a “rock star” in Cuomo World. (NY Post)

Four men accused of rigging bids in Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s “Buffalo Billion” program to revitalize upstate New York were convicted of all charges against them, including the Albany scientist Cuomo tapped to help him build in Buffalo and Syracuse.

Alain Kaloyeros, a former “rock star” in the Cuomo administration, was convicted of all three counts against him, including conspiracy and two counts of wire fraud…

“We’re supposed to believe that Andrew Cuomo, a notorious micromanager, had no idea what his right-hand man was doing right under his nose?” Cuomo’s Democratic opponent and former “Sex and the City” star, Cynthia Nixon, said in a statement.

In March, the governor’s former aide Joe Percoco — who has been likened to a brother to the governor — was convicted of using his political clout to pocket more than $300,000 in bribes from executives with two companies.

It’s a rare day when I find myself agreeing with Cynthia Nixon as I’m sure most of our regular readers know. But she’s clearly got a point here. Cuomo is legendary for having his nose in every move that’s made inside of his administration. With this much money changing hands and that many major contracts being handed out, you mean to tell us that he was completely in the dark about it? Particularly when he has a lobbyist getting him to sit up and do tricks on a few hours notice just by sending an email related to those contracts?

C’mon, man

Healthline Website Says the Term ‘Vagina’ Is No Longer Gender Inclusive – Will Start Using “Front Hole” Instead

Healthline Website Says the Term ‘Vagina’ Is No Longer Gender Inclusive – Will Start Using “Front Hole” Instead

This is your brain on liberalism.

Healthline is one of the most trafficked websites in the United States. As of Aug 2018, it had a global ranking by Alexa of 614 and a United States ranking of 237.

This much respected online health journal announced a major shift this week in an attempt to be more inclusive to the LGBTQIA community.

From now on “front hole” will be used on the site instead of “vagina” so that some nutcase who identifies as a teapot or a rake will feel included.

Women are reduced to front holes.
Caldronpoll.com reported:

Healthline has claimed health disparities and higher rates of HIV and STIs observed in LGBTQIA communities are due to discrimination in the sex ed world. So, the California based health information provider has adopted the gender-inclusive term “front hole” in place of the medical term, “vagina” in their latest LGBTQIA safe sex guide.

“For the purpose of this guide, we’ll refer to the vagina as the ‘front hole’ instead of solely using the medical term ‘vagina,’” the document explains. “This is gender-inclusive language that’s considerate of the fact that some trans people don’t identify with the labels the medical community attaches to their genitals.”

“For example, some trans and nonbinary-identified people assigned female at birth may enjoy being the receptors of penetrative sex, but experience gender dysphoria when that part of their body is referred to using a word that society and professional communities often associate with femaleness. An alternative that’s becoming increasingly popular in trans and queer communities is front hole.”

Anti-Trump Figures Destroy Omarosa: She’s ‘Evil,’ ‘A Liar,’ ‘Not Credible’

Multiple anti-Trump figures have surprisingly come out and slammed former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman over many of her recent claims in her new tell-all book. This came after she had revealed that she secretly recorded conversations in highly-sensitive areas in the White House, raising serious national security concerns.

David Horowitz: Trump’s Character and Trump’s Presidency

A few days ago I had a dust-up on Twitter with National Review’s Jonah Goldberg. Our conflict was about Trump’s fitness to be president, a subject that has been broached millions of times on social media by other Internet partisans.

Twitchy posted the exchange and promoted it this way: “It’s On! Jonah Goldberg, David Horowitz Duke It Out Over Trump’s Character.” The donnybrook led to 500,000 impressions off my Twitter feed, including legions of anti-Trump zealots eager to demonstrate how creative they could be in devising insults to throw at me for defending Trump: beyond dumb, in need of psychiatric help, and probably receiving payments through offshore bank accounts.

As it happens, I’ve known Jonah for twenty years or more, admired his wit and insights, promoted his books, and put him on my platforms. I was distressed when he joined the chorus of Never Trumpers, but never wrote a critical word about him, hoping I guess that, as Trump systematically undid the damage that the Obama regime had inflicted on the country, Jonah would return to his senses.

Other Never Trump conservatives, on the other hand, just jumped to the other side. Bill Kristol even went so far as to collude with the Brennan-instigated witch-hunt by spreading talking points from the Steele dossier. It was easy to write these renegades off, though still wondering how they rationalized the betrayal of their lifetime principles, or were able to deny that they were doing so.

But a group of Never Trumpers like Jonah adopted a less radical stance and conceded that many or even most of Trump’s policy actions were actually conservative, and ones they agreed with. What made them Never Trumpers was his horrible, defective character. Most prominent among this group was Bret Stephens, whom I have also admired and promoted in the past. At the end of Trump’s first year, Bret wrote an op-ed for the New York Times – the position being an obvious reward for his defection – called “Why I’m Still A Never Trumper.” In it he praised Trump’s major policy actions since entering the White House. But then he attacked Trump’s character as un-presidential and indefensible. And he averred: “I still wish Hillary Clinton were president.”

When I read his column, the first question that popped into my mind was this: how can indefensible and un-presidential bad character lead to such admirable presidential decisions? I am not aware of any attempt by Bret Stephens or Jonah Goldberg or similar Never Trumpers to provide an answer.

The posture of these Never Trumpers is transparently self-serving. It preserves their intellectual credentials as conservatives, and simultaneously takes them out of the line of fire from an increasingly vicious left whose goal is to destroy Trump and his presidency, and – incidentally – conservative America. Sitting on the fence affords them new career opportunities — appearances on CNN and MSNBC and columns in the NY Times. All that’s required is that they avoid taking sides in the political war that is engulfing the country. All this reminds me of a memorable Trotsky sneer about liberals, whom he accused of being reluctant to step into the stream of political conflict because they were afraid to get their moral principles wet.

So, when this tweet from Jonah Goldberg appeared on my feed, I abandoned my self-restraint and answered it:

This was followed by a re-tweet and a new comment:

I don’t know whether it was the snide-ness of this comment or its absoluteness that triggered me, but it seemed so pig-headedly self-righteous, so oblivious of the complexities of human character, not to mention the nuclear dimensions of the left’s war against Trump, that I responded, and in doing so walked into a hornets’ nest.

Which drew this retort:

The nastiness of that last sentence shocked me. Evidently the hatred of Trump is so fevered it can burn through twenty years of cordiality and acquaintance. I wonder if Jonah would be so hostile to someone who shared his view of Trump’s character but thought Trump’s policies were racist and tyrannical.

As it happens I am well aware of the vulnerabilities of what I tweeted. I should never have written it and fallen into the Twitter trap. Tweets don’t provide enough space to account for the complexities of this subject or provide sufficient examples to make one’s case. “Character” is notoriously mercurial and complex to judge.

As it happens, in referring to Trump’s loyalty I had in mind two episodes. The first was the topic of the week: Omarosa. Why did he stick with such a wretched individual for so long, despite warnings from everyone around him that she was no good? Loyalty to a fault. The second was when the left showed its teeth in his first days in the White House and maliciously attacked Steve Bannon and Jeff Sessions as white nationalists and racists and even neo-Nazis. Any other Republican, freshly in office, would have thrown them under the bus, however false the accusations. Trump’s fortitude, his refusal to back down under withering fire, is also a character trait, and an admirable one – actually the key to his success where Bush and congressional Republicans had repeatedly failed. Loyalty.

Since Jonah brings up Trump’s three marriages let me ask the question: who can see inside another person’s marriage? I thought, moreover, that since Reagan, who had two wives, entered the White House and performed as a conservative hero, Republicans would have gotten over their puritanical prejudices. All politicians have flawed characters. It’s the nature of the job, which requires compromises, prevarications, dirty deals, and the like. In Trump’s case what is important is not his loyalty to his wives (and none of them seem to be complaining), but his loyalty to the cause he champions and the people who support him.

Has Trump kept his promises to his supporters? Has he stayed the course he set for himself of making America great again? That loyalty is the character trait that matters most in a leader, and should matter most in any assessment of Trump. He has taken great personal risks and incurred great personal costs. His reputation for example, was pretty good before he ran against Democrats and their media, who fueled an epidemic of hate portraying him as a racist and neo-Nazi.

I’m betting there isn’t another Republican who would not have wilted under these attacks. Who would have had the fortitude to stay the course and keep his promises. That’s really good character. And its presidential.

Study: More ‘Ecosexual’ Professors Are Having Sex with Trees

A recently published academic article examines “exosexuals’ encounters with the natural environment.”

In a new academic piece published in the journal Feminist Theory, Professor Lauran Whitworth of St. Mary’s College of Maryland defines the increasingly popular term “ecosexual.”

“1. A person that finds nature sensual, sexy. 2. A new sexual identity. 3: Person who takes the Earth as their lover,” she wrote. In another paragraph, Whitworth explains that while some environmentalists encourage the use of environmentally-friendly sex products such as fair trade condoms and chemical-free lubricants, “ecosexuals” take it a step further by encouraging sex with “nature itself.”

Whitworth includes a description of one “ecosexual” individual’s first sexual encounter with a redwood tree at Yosemite National Park.

In the spirit of carnival, ecosexuality embraces degradation and decomposition. Sprinkle describes her first encounter with redwood trees at Yosemite National Park: ‘I loved the scent of the trunk, like vanilla mixed with soil. I have a strong memory of coming across a redwood that had fallen over from a storm. I walked around off the trail and peeked at its freshly exposed roots. So soft, so sensuous, so sexy! I had to touch them.’

In a particularly bizarre portion of the piece, Whitworth writes about how defecating outside is a form of “ecosexuality.” According to her, “ecosexuality celebrates the carnal and grotesque, particularly in some of its campiest moments.”

Breitbart News has reported on “ecosexuals” throughout their rise in popularity in feminist circles. In November 2016, Breitbart News reported that “ecosexuals” were masturbating under waterfalls and trees to save the planet. In September 2017, Breitbart News reported that a UC Santa Cruz professor was encouraging her students to have sex with the earth in order to preserve it. In April 2018, Breitbart News reported on a University of Michigan professor that wrote about the importance of “talking erotically to plants.”
