There are lefties, social justice warriors and woke types celebrating this on social media, but then you’d expect that. The left isn’t big on property rights, and it’s very fashionable these days to hate on white people just for being white. Toss in the fact that a lot of this land was obtained under a genuinely racist and evil system, and you can see how there’d be the impulse to want to just take it away from them out of sheer revenge.

Dad discovers son bullies kids. Video of punishment goes viral: ‘Don’t be a friend, be a parent’

Virginia father Bryan Thornhill made his 10-year-old son run to school in the rain after the child was suspended from riding the school bus for reportedly bullying other children.

Thornhill filmed his son’s punishment, and the video — which was shared to Thornhill’s Facebook page just last week — has been viewed more than 1.7 million times so far.

What happened in the video?

Thornhill, who is driving his car behind his 10-year-old son, narrated the video and explained why he’s punishing his son.

“Hey everyone, welcome to ‘You better listen to your Dad 2018,’” Thornhill began. “My son has finally got in trouble on the bus enough to where he was kicked off the bus for three days because he was being a little bully, which I do not tolerate, can’t stand.”

Thornhill said that his son received a suspension from riding the bus and as a result must find his own transportation to school for a week.

“We’re right about one mile from the school, so all week he’s got the experience of running,” Thornhill added.

Thornhill continued filming and made a joke about the child’s running pace: “The good news is guys he keeps up a pretty good mile pace, six miles an hour so far. Yesterday he was apparently a little rude for Michelle in the morning, so even though it’s raining this morning he still gets to run.”

Thornhill explained that his son’s school behavior over the week has improved, adding, “This right here is called ‘parenting.’”

“We’re gonna make sure that one way or another his teachers are gonna be able to enjoy his company at school,” Thornhill continued. He further stated that his son will no longer disrupt classmates as a result of this punishment.

Thornhill concluded the video, saying, “Teach your kids — don’t be a friend, be a parent. That’s what children need these days.”

How did people react to the video?

Many Facebook users seemed to appreciate Thornhill’s method of parenting, but there were, of course, those who considered Thornhill’s approach to be inappropriate.

One user commented, “I wish there where more parents like you! Keep up the great work.”

Another user, who clearly disapproved of Thornhill’s video, wrote, “The fact of recording it and showing it to world is so unnecessary. Have you ever thought maybe there is a reason he’s being a bully? Maybe something’s going on with him.”

Anything else?

Thornhill on Monday shared a follow-up video filming himself running to school with his son, as well as his daughter.

“All right guys, everyone’s had many, many reviews and everything else, well, it’s led to this,” Thornhill said. “Now the kids want to run to school. So many of you guys think there was a harsh punishment, the reality is, it’s now become fun. Hayden thinks he’s going to beat me. He probably will. Temperance now wants to see who’s the fastest, and me, I just want to survive.”

“This kid can run,” Thornhill marveled. “When he wins the Olympics, I want everyone to remember that.”

Throughout the video he laughed and joked and at another point offered his daughter to ride up on his back while he runs.

“For the millions of you that don’t understand, this is what parenting is, guys,” Thornhill said. “Be there for your kids. You gotta be there for your kids. You gotta do what you gotta do to make your kids survive tomorrow.”

At the time of this writing, Thornhill’s second video has been viewed more than 11,000 times.

ABC Allows Chelsea Clinton to be #MeToo Advocate, No Mention of Bill

Appearing on ABC’s Good Morning America on Tuesday to promote her new children’s book, Chelsea Clinton was treated to predictable fawning coverage. However, what made the softball segment particularly galling was the tone-deaf manner in which co-host Robin Roberts teed up the former first daughter to voice support for the #MeToo movement while not bothering to mention Bill Clinton’s treatment of women.

“March is Women’s History Month and we are celebrating barrier-breakers all around the globe. Former First Daughter and busy mother of two, Chelsea Clinton, is here,” declared Roberts, being interrupted by cheers and applause from the friendly studio audience. The anchor continued: “Her new book, She Persisted Around the World, features 13 incredible women’s stories. I love that, there was no applause sign, that came from the heart from the people here.”

 

 

After giving Clinton a couple minutes to sell the book, Roberts wondered about Hillary Clinton: “I know that you said after the election that your mother had some extra time and she was really enjoying being a grandmother and spending time. How is she doing?” Chelsea assured her: “She’s great.”

Roberts followed up by urging Clinton to speak out on the anti-sexual harassment movement across the country: “You’re mother, great advocate for women and girls. You have been the same way, Chelsea. And seeing this #MeToo movement and Time’s Up, what does this past year mean to you?”

Clinton proclaimed: “Well, it means to me that the girls sitting in front of us that hopefully they’re never going to have to have that moment. Because hopefully their voices are gonna be so valued and listened to.” Her comments were greeted with more applause from the crowd.

Amazingly, Clinton’s father being accused by numerous women of sexual harassment and assault was completely ignored. And despite Roberts’ assertion that Hillary Clinton was a “great advocate for women,” nothing was said about the former First Lady’s efforts to denigrate and discredit Bill’s accusers.

Instead, Roberts turned to a group of young girls set to ask Chelsea about her book. The host laughably warned: “I mean, I was tough, but they can be really tough.” Clinton replied: “I’m ready.”

The blatant attempt by ABC to rehabilitate the Clintons, of all people, in the midst of the #MeToo movement is shameless.

Treating Clinton to similar glowing coverage on CBS’s Late Show on Monday, host Stephen Colbert urged her to shout profanity at President Trump on air.

Left-wing darling, Linda ‘Jihad-Against-Trump’ Sarsour was arrested Monday along with other CAIR activists at Speaker Paul Ryan’s office for civil disobedience during a DACA protest.

Linda Sarsour, who is best known for her ties to Hamas and for calling for Jihad against the Trump administration was arrested AGAIN Monday.

Muslim-American leaders have been arrested at the US Capitol while urging Congress to stand against President Donald Trump’s effort to end a programme that protects certain young immigrants. Omar Suleiman, Dawud Walid, Mujahid Fletcher, Talib Shareef and Nihad Awad of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Zahra Billoo, and Linda Sarsour advocated immigration reform before getting arrested on Monday. The protesters participated in an act of civil disobedience at the office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Paul Ryan, demanding that he meet them to hear their concerns.

Candidate Matteo Salvini ran on a platform to deport 500,000 immigrants living in Italy illegally.

Salvini won the Italian election on Sunday.

The election was a blow to the European Union.

The Guardian reported:

A majority of Italian voters have supported Eurosceptic candidates in the national election, preliminary results showed, after decades in which Italy has steadfastly championed the European project.

Early results released by the interior ministry on Monday morning, as ballots continued to be counted, pointed to a hung parliament, though there was still a possibility that the centre-right coalition, with about 37% of the vote, could secure a majority once parliamentary seats are allocated.

Either result would represent a repudiation of Brussels by Italian voters, less than two years after the UK narrowly voted to leave the European Union.

Pro-Life Democrat Facing Primary Challenge Says ‘Democrats Have Chased People Out of the Party’

Democratic Rep. Dan Lipinski (Ill.) said that "Democrats have chased people out of the party" in response to an aggressive and progressive primary challenge due to his pro-life stance and other conservative-leaning positions.

Lipinski is being targeted by liberals who are frustrated with his opposition to abortion and that he is one of three Democrats still in office who voted against the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Lipinski has frequently warned about a "tea party of the Left" forming as a mirror to the Republican Tea Party wave in 2010.

Fellow Illinois Democratic Reps. Luis Gutierrez and Jan Schacowsky have endorsed his primary challenger, businesswoman Marie Newman. He also does not enjoy the support of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, an unusual rebuke for a sitting congressman.

"This is part of the reason Donald Trump won," Lipinski said in an interview with the New York Times. "Democrats have chased people out of the party."

Lipinski, a member of the more moderate and rapidly shrinking Democratic Blue Dog Coalition, has called Newman’s embrace of abortion rights too extreme for his district.

The debate over whether pro-life Democrats can have a home in the party has raged over the past year, with mixed messages coming from Democratic National Committee chair Tom Perez.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) told reporters last week she supported Lipinski’s reelection bid.

One of Newman’s supporters, teacher Elizabeth Layden, told the New York Times she was determined to see him unseated and to "get out of my uterus."

"Because he’s a dinosaur, ’cause he’s a phony, ’cause he’s a Republican who claims to be a Democrat," she said. "Hello, women’s rights, and hello, my reproductive rights. Get out of my uterus."

No one ever votes illegally.  That’s the left’s mantra when it comes to voter ID.  You don’t need it, because the problem it seeks to solve doesn’t really exist. Radical Muslims Slaughter Nigerian Christians In Revenge Attack

Radical Muslim Fulanis murdered 19 civilians in Northeast regions of Nigeria in a deadly attack that is thought to be a revenge attack against a militia from a predominantly Christian area.

In late February, Christians living in the Numan and Demsa areas of Adamawa state, found them themselves under attack by extremists following the formation of militias who seek to defend themselves against the terror group Boko Haram and heavily-armed Muslim Fulani herdsmen, according to Morning Star News.

Among the casualties are members of the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN) and the local Roman Catholic Church.

The violence was tempered only when the Nigerian army was deployed to stop the assault, killing ten of the extremists and capturing six.

Brig. Gen. Texas Chukwu said in a statement, “Troops deployed in the Numan Local Government Area of Adamawa state swiftly responded to a distress call and supported troops at Gwamba village, which was under attack by herdsmen on Tuesday.”

“Despite the swift reaction to rescue the village from destruction, the notorious herdsmen set the village ablaze before troops could get to the community,” he added.

The Christian Bachama tribe formed militias to challenge the radical Islamic terror groups, leading to further deaths of civilians as the two sides continue to clash, according to a report from This Day.

This follows attacks on January 22 and 25, when radical Islamic terrorists burned down dozens of houses and murdered eight innocent civilians.

Catholic bishop of the Yola Diocese Rt. Rev. Stephen Dami Mamza criticized the government for not doing enough to stop the violence.

“It is on record that less than one week ago, no fewer than 20 innocent Christian farmers were killed in separate attacks in and around Tambo,” he said. “This is dangerous and reprehensible, as the law of the country does not allow any civilian the possession of illegal firearms, whether herdsmen or farmers.”

Fathers Unique Punishment to Combat Son’s Bullying Is What Every Parent Needs to See

There are some pretty bad things you can find out your son or daughter has been doing at school, but one of the worst (save committing a crime, of course) is bullying.

Now, one dad is going viral with his way of dealing with it — and proponents of tough love are going to like his parenting methods a lot.

The father in the video, which was posted to Facebook on Saturday, is apparently named Bryan Thornhill, and his son is only shown from a distance. You’ll see why in a second.

“All right everybody, welcome to ‘Better Listen to Your Dad 2018,’” the father says at the beginning of the video, while sitting behind the wheel of his vehicle on a rainy morning.

The father then explains that his 10-year-old son Hayden was discovered to be bullying other students on the school bus.

Hayden, according to the father, “got kicked off the bus for three days because he was being a little bully.”

“Which I do not tolerate,” the father continues. “I cannot stand (bullies).”

“And therefore, he has to now run to school,” the father said, his phone camera trained on his running son. “We’re now about one mile from the school. So, all week, he’s got the experience of running to school.

“The good news is, hey guys, he keeps up a good mile pace, running at about six miles an hour so far.”

He goes on to say that his son was running in the rain due to the fact that he had talked back to his mother. Apparently, the dad was willing to let him off on the rainy days, but the young boy had to go and blow it.

“This right here is just simple,” the father explained. “Since he’s been running to school this week, his behavior has been much better, his teachers have approved of his behavior this week. He hasn’t gotten in trouble at school this week, where last week he was just absolutely out of his mind.”

“The Thornhill household does not tolerate” bullying, the father says. “If you don’t do what you’re supposed to, you’ll get punished. And, you know, I get creative with stuff, I’ve done all kinds of different things, but we’re going to make sure that, one way or another, his teachers are able to enjoy his company at school.”

Do you agree with this father’s punishment for his son?

The father went on to talk about gun control, tying it to the Parkland shooting by arguing that what we really need in America is parenting.

“I can’t lock them in my safe like I can guns,” Thornhill says. “I can control guns easily, forever. This I’ve got to make sure I control now, cause when I’m not around, he has free will.”

Now, the video is probably going to upset some people, but Thornhill is absolutely right. We are a country that’s lost the concept of tough love, coddling our children when they do wrong. That’s a major loss for our society. Proper discipline helps our children learn boundaries and sets them up to succeed. When we don’t discipline them properly or get creative with our discipline — particularly with something as serious as bullying — we end up simply encouraging the worst elements in our children at the expense of the good.

Kimmel urged people to march for gun control during the Oscar’s political rally.

This is the same group of hypocrites that has armed security guards surrounding their venue.
