US Preparing ‘Bloody Nose’ Attack On North Korea

Via NY Post:

The US is preparing plans to deliver a “bloody nose” attack against North Korea to knock out its nuclear weapons program.

The White House has “dramatically” ramped up its military plans amid fears that diplomacy won’t thwart North Korean despot Kim Jong Un from making good on his threats, sources told the UK’s Telegraph.

One option is destroying a launch site before the rogue regime uses it for a new missile test, while another is targeting weapons stockpiles, according to the news outlet.

The Trump administration hopes that pre-emptive action would show the trigger-happy dictator that the United States is serious about stopping his bellicose pursuits and persuading him to negotiate.

College Democrats Determine Pictures Of Kate Steinle Are Racist

Kate Steinle was the young woman who was killed by an illegal alien in San Francisco, after the city’s liberal sanctuary policies let the multiple-felon go instead of turning him over to immigration officials. Her killer was recently found not guilty of shooting her to death by a liberal SF jury. Continuing the awful treatment of this poor victim by liberals, the College Democrats at San Diego State University are calling her picture “racist propaganda.”

The College Fix reports that Gregory Lu put up some flyers on the SDSU campus featuring a picture of Steinle and the words: “She Had Dreams Too.” Lu says that all of the flyers had almost instantly been ripped down by angry leftist students and that the university has called him in to discuss his “harassment and discrimination” of his fellow students.

The SDSU College Democrats posted on Facebook about the Steinle flyers and let’s just say it’s pretty bonkers, even for liberal snowflakes.

“Last Friday, many UC San Diego students discovered racist propaganda distributed throughout the campus, targeting undocumented students and the undocumented community. This is not the first incident intended to stoke racial hatred, create feelings of intimidation, and incite fear amongst marginalized communities on our campus. The College Democrats at UCSD condemn these acts and stand proudly with DACA recipients, people of color, and the undocumented community,” read the statement.

But wait, it gets even more unhinged:

“The gross distortion of tragedy, ignoring the facts and reality, targets the undocumented community and criminalizes its members in an attempt to tear apart communities. It inflicts violence upon individuals whose safety, security, and wellbeing are already delegitimized by state policy and hateful rhetoric,” continued the statement.

Okay, let’s review the facts and reality of Kate Steinle’s murder. Illegal alien Jose Ines Garcia Zarate had been deported 5 times and convicted of 7 felonies. He was arrested in San Francisco, but because the city doesn’t cooperate with federal immigration officials, he was released instead of detained for a 6th deportation. Fresh off that sanctuary city reprieve, this piece of shit got his hands on a federal agent’s stolen gun and fired it on a crowded SF pier. The bullet struck Steinle and she died.

These are irrefutable facts and yet the College Democrats’ “reality” is that illegal aliens are the real victims here. Un-flippin’-believable.

Finally, there’s this:

“It is unacceptable to allow racism, bigotry, and hate to dominate the campus conversation, shifting the rhetoric of our university,” wrote the CD.

Followed immediately by a recommendation that students visit the “Raza Resource Centro.” In Spanish “raza” means race and refers to the racial purity of Hispanic people. So in order to get rid of racism and exclusion, students should visit a racist and exclusionary resource center? How does that work?

This is how twisted liberal thinking is, and I’m being kind calling it “thinking.” A woman is killed by an illegal alien and yet it is he they view as the true victim. Even worse, these liberal nutcases now consider Kate Steinle’s picture to be a symbol of hate and white supremacy.

Pro-Life Win: CA Nursing Board Tells Pro-Abortion Advocates To Stuff It

On Tuesday, the pro-life movement got a lift and the pro-choice movement’s surreptitious attempt to blunt abortion reversal was defeated when the California Board of Registered Nursing said the pro-life group Heartbeat International could grant continuing education units (CEUs) to nurses who study Abortion Pill Reversal.

Abortion Pill Reversal is the procedure in which mothers who ingest mifepristone (RU-486) or “the abortion pill” regret the decision and use an emergency progesterone treatment to save their babies.

As Jay Hobbs of Heartbeat International notes at pregnancyhelpnews.com:

In the past five years, more than 400 mothers have successfully rescued their babies through an emergency progesterone treatment that has been used for more than 50 years to prevent miscarriages. Backed by a network of more than 350 medical providers, the Abortion Pill Reversal hotline (1-877-558-0333)—staffed with licensed medical professionals—answers over 50 calls per month from women who want to keep their baby after having started the chemical abortion pill process.

Here’s the timeline of what happened: in 2012, the California Board of Registered Nursing gave approval for Heartbeat as a CEU provider. Heartbeat then began offering credit for education on Abortion Pill Reversal online and at its annual conference.

So far, so good.

But in late 2015, an activist with Rewire.com, Nicole Knight, joined California State Sen. Jerry Hill (D-San Mateo) to pressure the Board into auditing Heartbeat. As Hobbs reports:

According to emails obtained through Heartbeat’s public records request, Knight and representatives from both NARAL and avowedly pro-abortion UC San Francisco insisted that Board officials take action against Heartbeat and its fellow pro-life pregnancy help groups, Care Net and National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA).

Hill concurrently created legislation to try and disqualify all courses on Abortion Pill Reversal from receiving course credit. Although the law went into effect in 2016, it ultimately failed to disqualify the training.

Then, on July 28, 2017, the Board confirmed Heartbeat’s ability to offer CEU credit for the coursework.

On August 14, Knight contacted the Board to verify that it indeed had given the July confirmation. That prompted one high-ranking official to warn fellow administrators, “This issue has the potential to go viral.”

Spencer Walker, an attorney with the state’s Department of Consumer Affairs, sent a memo to Dr. Joseph Morris, executive officer of the nursing board, on August 14, warning the Board not to target Heartbeat. He denied the pro-abortion argument that abortion pill reversal was not science-based, writing:

The concept of abortion pill reversal is clearly science-based, and a registered nurse would likely be involved in the indirect care of a patient seeking abortion pill reversal assistance through education or other means. Therefore, the board could be exposed to litigation if it prohibits continuing education providers from offering courses in abortion pill reversal.

Even before that, in July 2017, Yale School of Medicine’s Dr. Harvey Kliman, speaking with The New York Times, said the protocol “makes biological sense,” allowing he would recommend the treatment to his own daughter.

Nevertheless, on September 5, 2017, the board reversed its own decision. On September 8 Rewire.com published a report noting that the Board had reversed itself and now banned Heartbeat from offering CEUs for any coursework related to Abortion Pill Reversal.

Heartbeat then appealed the decision and placed a public records request showing the coordination and influence from abortion lobbyists, including NARAL Pro-Choice America and Rewire.com.

The new decision permits Heartbeat to immediately resume offering CEU credit for an online course and for a workshop at its 2018 conference entitled, “The Latest on Abortion Pill Reversal,” taught by Dr. George Delgado—one of two physicians who pioneered the treatment starting in 2007.

Heartbeat president Jor-El Godsey, who had referred to the Board’s decision in September as a “naked political attack,” was relieved that the Board resisted the pressure from pro-abortion forces. He stated, “Whatever a person’s stance on abortion, knowledge of this critical protocol is too important to withhold from nurses. We’re glad that the Board of Nursing acted in the best interest of their noble and caring profession today.”

Delgado asserted:

This decision allows us to continue to spread the word that it is possible to reverse the abortion pill. It also supports our endeavor to further equip the pro-life medical community to serve as agents of hope to our hotline callers desperately seeking a second chance at life for their unborn. The “second choice” we offer women who change their minds after taking mifepristone not only gives their unborn babies a fighting chance, it also provides an avenue for emotional and spiritual healing. We are grateful to Heartbeat International for their tireless efforts to make Abortion Pill Reversal accessible to pro-life advocates and to the women they serve who may benefit from this life-saving treatment.

Salvation Army Bell Ringer Punched in Face After Saying ‘Merry Christmas’

A man who was working as a bell-ringer for the Salvation Army was given a rude shock when his exhortation to have a “Merry Christmas” was greeted by a blow to the head followed by an attack by someone who wasn’t in the mood for holiday cheer.

Reverend Jamie Wolfe, Sr. was working outside of a Sacramento area Walmart as he typically does this time of year when he was viciously assaulted by a man who cold-cocked him and then wrestled with him on the ground, causing Wolfe to fear for his life.

No money was taken from the kettle so it appears that he may be another victim of war on Christmas if police locate the perp and determine that the incident may have been motivated out of hatred for the season and symbolism of Christmas.

Via Sacramento CBS affiliate CBS-13 “Bell Ringer Beaten After Wishing Man ‘Merry Christmas’”:

A Salvation Army bell ringer was attacked in front of Walmart for simply spreading holiday cheer.

“I greet everybody, ‘Merry Christmas,’” said Rev. Jamie Wolfe, Sr.

Sadly, those two simple words got this bell ringer knocked out.

“He haymakered me, hit me, got me down on the ground and we started wrestling, at that point I’m fighting for my life,” Wolfe Sr. said.

The man wasn’t after the kettle money, but instead, his cheer.

“Definitely unexpected,” he claimed.

It was a savage attack — not even a Grinch could compare.

“Store says they love him and he’s been the best bell ringer they’ve ever had, so an attack that’s unprovoked is very surprising and very unfortunate. It’s not the call we’d expect to get at night,” or ever said Lt. Steve Pavlakis with the Salvation Army.

Pavlakis has been with the organization for 14 years, and this hasn’t happened.

Rev. Wolfe suffered minor injuries and won’t let the attack deter him from spreading the holiday cheer, he will be back ringing the bell again on Thursday.

It is hoped that store surveillance videos can help identify the attacker who should be spending the rest of the holiday season behind bars.

James Woods SLAMS “Pompous Blowhard” #NeverTrumper Bill Kristol For Attacking Trump’s Tax Bill

James Woods SLAMS “Pompous Blowhard” #NeverTrumper Bill Kristol For Attacking Trump’s Tax Bill

#NeverTrumper elitist blowhards like Bill Kristol are miserable over Trump’s successful tax bill. It only further proves they are on the wrong side of history.

Bill Kristol’s “inner Socialist” slipped out again. He attacked the positive response many corporations had yesterday announcing bonuses to employees and increases in capital spending.

According to Bill Kristol, it’s “creepy” for a corporation to give bonuses to employees in response to tax cuts.

Patriotic actor James Woods moved in for the kill shot.

Bill Kristol tweeted, “Isn’t there something creepy about corporations giving cash bonuses to employees explicitly because of the passage of certain legislation or because of specific regulatory actions? Doesn’t it have something of a Road to Corporatist Serfdom feel to it?”

James Woods responded in his usual snarky fashion utterly destroying the RINO hack, “Only an elitist cupcake like you would think having a bonus is “creepy.” Try actually working for a living, you pompous blowhard. It would amaze you how important a salary and bonus can be.”

According to Bill Kristol, innovation, increases in capital spending and giving bonuses to hard working employees when a corporation has access to more money is “creepy”. Let that sink in.

A quick recap of just a few of the corporations positively responding to Trump’s tax bill:

AT&T quickly responded to this historical tax cut and announced Wednesday it will be issuing over 200,000 U.S. employees a special $1,000 bonus and will also increase US capital spending by $1 billion.

Also, thanks to Republicans passing historic tax reform, Boeing has announced a new $300 million investment initiative.

There’s more… Fifth Third Bancorp announced it will “raise its minimum hourly wage for all employees to $15, and distribute one-time bonus of $1,000 to more than 13,500 employees.”

More winning! Comcast announced it will invest a whopping $50 billion into infrastructure projects over the next five years due to the Republicans’ tax plan. The media giant will also give $1000 bonuses to more than 100,000 employees.

A $1,000 bonus can be life-changing for many people who live on tight budgets. Only an elitist far removed from the reality of many struggling Americans would act like Bill Kristol.

Strange, Bill Kristol has never said it’s “creepy” that the U.S. government rewards illegal aliens by giving them free everything, yet hard working, employed Americans receiving a bonus from their employer is “creepy”. That’s all you need to know about the mindset of a #NeverTrumper.

Facebook is firing back at a report claiming it enables companies to violate federal employment discrimination law by letting them place recruitment ads on the social network targeted at people younger than 40.

ProPublica on Wednesday reported that “dozens of the nation’s leading employers — including Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Target and Facebook itself” have placed recruitment ads on Facebook that are “limited to particular age groups.” This practice, according to the NYC-based investigative journalism nonprofit, may violate the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, which protects job applications and employees 40 years-old or older from discrimination on the basis of age.

ProPublica quoted one employment lawyer, Debra Katz, who said the practice is “blatantly unlawful.”

In a Thursday blog post, however, Facebook pushed back on the claim that this practice violates the law.

“Simply showing certain job ads to different age groups on services like Facebook or Google may not in itself be discriminatory — just as it can be OK to run employment ads in magazines and on TV shows targeted at younger or older people,” Facebook’s Vice President of Ads Rob Goldman wrote. “What matters is that marketing is broadly based and inclusive, not simply focused on a particular age group.”

The controversy comes after ProPublica in October 2016 revealed that Facebook let advertisers narrow their audience by “ethnic affinity,” or, in other words, exclude people who are African-American, Asian, or Hispanic. Facebook, in response to that report, promised to roll out tools to detect and automatically disable “ethnic affinity” marketing.

This time around, Facebook says it disagrees with ProPublica.

“Used responsibly, age-based targeting for employment purposes is an accepted industry practice and for good reason: it helps employers recruit and people of all ages find work,” Goldman wrote.

Congress Demands DOJ Turn Over All Docs Related to Obama Scheme to Nix Hezbollah Terror Investigation

Congress instructed the Department of Justice on Thursday to turn over all documents and communications that may be related to newly disclosed efforts by the Obama administration to handicap an investigation into the terror group Hezbollah and its Iranian benefactors, according to a letter sent to Attorney General Jeff Sessions obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The letter represents the first salvo in a new investigation by congressional leaders into allegations senior Obama administration officials thwarted a decade-long Drug Enforcement Agency investigation into Hezbollah’s illicit operations.

The Obama administration, in what congressional insiders described to the Free Beacon as a "potentially criminal" enterprise, interfered with the DEA’s investigation into Hezbollah drug activities in order to avoid angering the terror group’s chief patron Iran and preserve the landmark nuclear deal.

"I’ve long believed that the Obama administration could not have done any more to bend over backwards to appease the Iranian regime, yet news that the Obama administration killed the investigation into a billion dollar drug ring that lined the terrorist group Hezbollah’s pockets in order to save its coveted Iran deal may very well take the cake," DeSantis said.

"Hezbollah is a brutal terrorist group with American blood on its hands and it would be unconscionable for American policy to deliberately empower such a nefarious group," he said.

Congressional leaders have begun a formal investigation into the matter and petitioned the DOJ to hand over "all documents and communications" that may shine light on "interference with the DEA’s law enforcement efforts against Hezbollah," according to a letter sent by Reps. Ron DeSantis (R., Fla.) and Jim Jordan (R., Ohio.).

"We have a responsibility to evaluate whether these allegations are true, and if so, did the administration undermine U.S. law enforcement and compromise U.S. national security," the lawmakers wrote to Sessions, according to a copy of the letter obtained by the Free Beacon.

The lawmakers are requesting the DOJ hand over to Congress all materials relating to a DEA operation known as Project Cassandra, which Politico first reported was part of an effort to investigate Hezbollah’s drug activities across Latin America.

The lawmakers also are demanding files and communications related to other Hezbollah investigations, including, but not limited to, Operation Titan, Operation Perseus, and the Iran-Hezbollah Super Facilitator Initiative, according to the letter.

DeSantis and Jordan also have requested DOJ produce documents related to key individuals linked to these investigations, including those in Hezbollah’s inner circle.

Additionally, the lawmakers are seeking "all documents and communications referring or relating to the potential designation of Hezbollah as a Transnational Criminal Organization," as well as, "all documents referring or relating to efforts to prosecute targets related to Hezbollah through the" RICO Act.

DOJ must provide Congress with these communications and documents no latter than 5 p.m. on Jan. 8, 2018.

Lawmakers also have required DOJ brief them no later than Jan. 12, 2018, on the matter.

The request for information marks the first investigatory effort by lawmakers since Politico first disclosed that the Obama administration may have thwarted DEA investigations into Hezbollah as part of an effort to avoid upsetting Iran.

Multiple sources who spoke to the Free Beacon about the matter described the Hezbollah meddling as one part of a larger Obama administration effort to overlook Iran’s global terror operations.

Congress is particularly interested to learn whether key senior Obama administration officials, including former National Security Council staffer Ben Rhodes, were involved in meddling with the Hezbollah operation as part of an effort to preserve diplomatic relations with Iran and pave the way towards the nuclear deal.

The investigation by DeSantis and Jordan is being undertaken under the wider umbrella of oversight efforts into the Obama administration’s diplomatic dealings with Iran that led to the nuclear deal.

Congressional officials and others have long maintained the Obama administration misled lawmakers and the American people about the nature of the deal in order to ensure its survival.

In addition to the latest information on the Hezbollah investigation, the Obama administration has been accused of helping Iran skirt international sanctions and providing Tehran with multiple cash infusions to ensure it remained at the bargaining table.

U.S. drug enforcement agents who spoke to Politico about the matter accused the Obama administration of derailing an investigation into Hezbollah’s drug trafficking and money laundering efforts that began in 2008 under the Bush administration.

The investigation centered on Hezbollah and Iranian-backed militants who allegedly participated in the illicit drug network, which was subject to U.S. wiretaps and undercover operations.

Hezbollah is believed to have been laundering at least $200 million per month just in the United States, according to the report

Fmr. Dem Congressional Candidate Indicted for Fraud, Theft From Low-Income Children’s Food Program

Former Democratic Congressional Candidate from Virginia Shaun Brown / Facebook

BY:

A former Virginia Democratic congressional candidate was charged with fraud on Wednesday for stealing from a government program meant to help children from low-income households.

The 2016 candidate, Shaun Brown, was charged with wire fraud and theft of government property, the Daily Press reported. If convicted, Brown could face a penalty of 20 years in prison.

Brown was unsuccessful in her run for Congress, losing in the 2nd Congressional District race to Republican Rep. Scott Taylor (Va.) by 23 percentage points.

The former candidate has been accused of submitting fake paperwork for the JOBS Community Outreach Development Corp’s Summer Food Service Program that provides free lunches through the Department of Agriculture for children from low-income households.

She maintains her innocence and claims she never directed her staff to falsify documents to inflate the number of children being fed in order to obtain addition money.

Brown is suing the Department of Agriculture, the state Department of Health, and several other offices for discriminating against her and the organization she co-founded with her mother.

The Washington Times notes Brown is also suing the agency because she claims they falsified the documents.
