Deadbeat Dad Hunter Biden Refuses to Pay Baby Mama Lunden Roberts’ $11,000 Legal Bill – And She’s Demanding He Admit How Much Burisma Paid Him!

Lunden Roberts, Hunter Biden

Last week deadbeat dad Hunter Biden blew off a court hearing in Arkansas over his child support payments to his baby mama Lunden Roberts, and his lawyer abruptly quit.

Now Hunter is refusing to pay Lunden Roberts’ $11,000 legal bill so she is turning the screws on Biden and demanding to know how much Burisma Holdings paid him.

Hunter had a child with 28-year-old Lunden Roberts after meeting her at a DC strip joint where she worked as a stripper and she is not being compliant — she is demanding a hefty child support payment!

Last Monday Judge Don McSpadden demanded threes years of Hunter’s tax returns in order for him to reach a decision on child support payments.

Hunter Biden claimed in a sworn statement that he is currently in debt, unemployed with no monthly income.

Lunden Roberts is not letting Hunter get away with his lies and she made her move this week in a new filing with 47 requests!

The Daily Mail reported:

Lunden Roberts, the mother of Hunter Biden’s baby, has demanded that he admit he was employed as a board member for Burisma in the Ukraine and that he was compensated on a monthly basis in new court documents obtained exclusively by Dailymail.com.

The amount of money that Roberts asks Biden confirm is redacted in the seven-page document filed today, but it has been widely reported that the vice president’s son was earning $83,000 a month for his role at the Ukrainian energy company.

Roberts has also asked that Biden admit that he ‘or an entity owned, controlled or under your direction or supervision’ received money from a Chinese person or entity for foreign and domestic investment purposes.

The document contains 47 requests for admission by Biden, most of which are redacted in some way, including six related to his income taxes for the years from 2013 to 2018.

In other documents, obtained by DailyMail.com, Biden has objected to paying for his baby mama’s legal bill.

The 49-year-old filed papers on Monday in Independence County, Arkansas, seeking for a judge to deny Lunden Roberts’ request to have her $11,000 attorney bill footed by Biden.

Hunter Biden was paid millions of dollars sitting on the board of Burisma Holdings and other positions provided by his VP daddy Joe in various pay-to-play schemes — perhaps he shouldn’t have blown all the money on crack and strippers.

Lindsey Graham: Report Shows FBI Ran a ‘Criminal Enterprise’ Against Trump

Leave it to Lindsey Graham.

Democrats and their media supporters have been trying to claim a report released by the Justice Department inspector general on Monday is some kind of vindication for the FBI’s investigation of President Donald Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign.

The South Carolina senator wasn’t buying it for a second.

In fact, Graham took to a news conference shortly after the release of the long-awaited report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz to proclaim pretty much exactly the opposite.

The FBI’s dealings with the special court established by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act was not merely flawed, Graham said.

TRENDING: Famous Faces Who Passed Away in November 2019

The “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in FBI applications for surveillance warrants from the FISA court amounted to a “criminal enterprise,” he said.

Graham, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, acknowledged that there could have been a legal justification for the FBI to open its probe into whether the Trump campaign had colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016 election.

But, he argued, the same couldn’t be said for the FBI’s applications to the FISA court to start and maintain surveillance on Trump campaign aide Carter Paige.

“Let’s assume for a moment it started out OK. It sure as hell didn’t end OK,” Graham said.

“I believe there will be no debate among reasonably minded people, particularly lawyers, about how the system got off the rails, but in my view became a criminal enterprise to defraud the FISA court, to deny American citizen Carter Page his constitutional rights, and to continue an operation against President Trump as president of the United States,” he said.

There’s no doubt – no matter how liberals try to spin it – that the Horowitz report documented serious problems with the FBI’s behavior.

As investigative reporter and Fox News contributor John Solomon has documented, the report includes at least 17 major points where the FBI either misrepresented or, more often, omitted information that an objective reader would know were critical to evaluating the FBI’s position.

They included not telling the court that one former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, who compiled the anti-Trump “dossier” on which the FBI largely depended, was “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being the U.S. President.”

RELATED: Here Are the 17 Worst FBI Findings Straight from the IG Report

Most people would think that was a fairly obvious tipoff that an important figure might have an ulterior motive beyond simply making sure the truth was told.

Liberals responded to Graham’s statement in droves, apparently believing that because the IG’s report claimed to have found no “political bias” in the FBI’s behavior, that was proof sterling that none could exist.

Anyone familiar with this story – with the Mueller saga, with the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok affair, with the FBI’s kid gloves treatment of Hillary Clinton prior to the 2016 election knows that’s nonsense on its face.

And there were some Twitter users who understood that there’s much more to the story to come.

The “significant inaccuracies and omissions” documented in the IG report weren’t trifling matters.

Do you agree with Lindsey Graham?

0% (0 Votes)

They speak directly to the conscious behavior of the men and women of the FBI who wanted to the FISA court to believe a version of reality that did not comport with all the facts the FBI had at its disposal.

Anyone with even a vague of understanding of the word “honesty” would understand that.

Graham gives the FBI the benefit of the doubt by saying the investigation could have started out properly.

But he’s right that it “sure as hell didn’t end OK.”

And leave it to Lindsey Graham to make that crystal clear.

Searchable Version of IG Report Brings 0 Results for ‘Comey’ Despite 149 Mentions

Searchable Version of IG Report Brings 0 Results for ‘Comey’ Despite 149 Mentions

Although a searchable version of the Inspector General’s FISA abuse report contains 149 mentions of James Comey, attempting to look up his name brings zero results.

The bombshell report was released Monday and concerned origins of the Russia probe against President Donald Trump and potential abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant system.

Former FBI Director Comey, a key official during many of the events detailed in the IG report, was such a central figure in the investigation that he makes an appearance an average of once every three pages in the whopping 476-page report.

Although the report found “significant concerns with how certain aspects of the investigation were conducted and supervised, particularly the FBI’s failure to adhere to its own standards of accuracy and completeness” when it came to FISA applications, the agency’s former head counted it as a win.

Shortly after its release, Comey posted on Twitter to smugly celebrate the findings of the report.

TRENDING: Famous Faces Who Passed Away in November 2019

It appears a problem with the document prevented any rapid reporting on what the IG found on Comey, however. Although Comey was able to pen an op-ed soon after the report’s release, journalists writing about what the investigation found about him had to search the massive document page-by-page.

This is because despite his name practically flooding the report, searching “Comey” brings zero results.

Is this an intentional error?

All other words and names appear to bring results when searched, including those of Christopher Steele, Andrew McCabe and Donald Trump.

Instead, to find every instance of Comey’s name, those using the DOJ’s searchable version of the report need to look for “Corney.” Once searched, that word highlights each mention of the former FBI director.

The problem is seemingly with the software used to make documents searchable.

As the DOJ outlines in an accessibility handbook, documents must be scanned, uploaded and run through optical character recognition. OCR software is able to take scanned text and add an invisible digital layer, which allows those using a computer to search documents for specific words or names.

The software hits a speedbump when it comes to names and words that would not be in the program’s dictionary.

RELATED: During Comey’s Tenure FBI Agents Were at ‘Increased Risk of Being Put in Harm’s Way,’ According to IG Report

According to the University of Illinois, the software is powerful but not without flaws. Along with clear text, words need to be in a language dictionary recognizable by the OCR program. If the program is unable to find the word, it takes its best guess based on what it sees.

Although a name like Comey is unlikely to be in the program’s standard dictionary, names like Steele, Ohr and McCabe were all recognized by the program and can be searched in the IG report.

Other documents from the DOJ appear to indicate that this is a common problem with Comey’s name. Considering how central of a figure he is, it seems making his name recognizable by OCR programs would be a top priority for those tasked with digitizing records.

Now, unless those searching the documents know the “Corney” trick, tackling the gargantuan document page by grueling page appears to be the only way to find out firsthand what exactly the report found out about James Comey.

Trump Bashes ‘Current’ FBI Director Christopher Wray for IG Report Response

President Donald Trump tweeted his rage with FBI Director Christopher Wray on Tuesday, a day after Wray said the recently released Inspector General’s report on the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign in 2016 shows the FBI was justified in launching the probe.

The report by Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz found 17 “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants that approved surveillance, Fox News reported. The report said that it did not find top FBI officials had acted from their political bias against Trump.

“I don’t know what report current Director of the FBI Christopher Wray was reading, but it sure wasn’t the one given to me. With that kind of attitude, he will never be able to fix the FBI, which is badly broken despite having some of the greatest men & women working there!” Trump tweeted.

TRENDING: Famous Faces Who Passed Away in November 2019

Trump also sent a tweet with quotes attributed to Fox News host Brit Hume, who offered his take on the report Monday.

“‘You have to look at the 17 instances of misconduct cited in the Report, they are very bad. The FISA Court was clearly taken for a ride on this, a failure of the FBI up and [d]own the chain of command. It’s about as strong a medicine as I’ve seen in a report of this kind in a very long time. The FBI has had some dark day in its past, but nothing like this.

“‘This was VERY SERIOUS MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE FBI.’ @brithume@BretBaier Are you listening Comey, McCabe, lovers Lisa & Peter, the beautiful Ohr family, Brennan, Clapper & many more?” Trump tweeted, listing a litany of FBI and intelligence officials who have opposed Trump.

In a Monday interview, Wray told ABC News the report had good and bad parts for his agency.

Wray admitted there were “actions described in this report that I considered unacceptable and unrepresentative of who we are as an institution.”

Wray also said it was “important that the inspector general found that, in this particular instance, the investigation was opened with appropriate predication and authorization.”

When asked if he thought the FBI unfairly targeted Trump’s campaign in 2016, Wray answered, “I do not.”

RELATED: Lindsey Graham: Report Shows FBI Ran a ‘Criminal Enterprise’ Against Trump

Wray also cringed at words like “deep state” to describe the FBI.

“I think that’s the kind of label that’s a disservice to the men and women who work at the FBI who I think tackle their jobs with professionalism, with rigor, with objectivity, with courage,” Wray said. “So that’s not a term I would ever use to describe our workforce and I think it’s an affront to them.”

Former FBI Director James Comey said the report vindicated the FBI, while others said the opposite.

Wray responded to the report with a letter to Horowitz in which he said the FBI would fix issues Horowitz cited.

“I have ordered more than 40 corrective steps to address the Report’s recommendations. Because our credibility and brand are central to fulfilling our mission, we are also making improvements beyond those recommended by the OIG. And where certain individuals have been referred by the OIG for review of their conduct, the FBI will not hesitate to take appropriate disciplinary action if warranted at the completion of the required procedures for disciplinary review,” he wrote.

Attorney General William Barr on Monday released a statement that was critical of the FBI but expressed support for Wray.

“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken. It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory,” Barr said.

“Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration. In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source.

“No one is more dismayed about the handling of these FISA applications than Director Wray. I have full confidence in Director Wray and his team at the FBI, as well as the thousands of dedicated line agents who work tirelessly to protect our country. I thank the Director for the comprehensive set of proposed reforms he is announcing today, and I look forward to working with him to implement these and any other appropriate measures,” Barr said in his statement.

Dick Morris: Dossier Victims Should Sue Hillary Clinton

Dick Morris: Dossier Victims Should Sue Hillary Clinton

Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on the FBI’s Russia investigation has been released and it does not look good for the FBI.

The report revealed “at least 17 significant errors or omissions in the Carter Page FISA applications.”

Translation: fake news.

Further, “information from Christopher Steele’s reports — sometimes collectively referred to as the ‘Steele dossier’ — that pertained to Carter Page was relied upon in the Carter Page FISA applications.”

Translation: The dossier was a phony.

TRENDING: Famous Faces Who Passed Away in November 2019

My wife and I told you the dossier wasn’t credible in August 2017 in our book Rogue Spooks. Now, the inspector general has validated that.

Carter Page and any others who believe they were defamed in the phony Steele “dossier” could and should file libel suits.

Let’s not forget who started this: Hillary Clinton. Her campaign should be defendant #1.

Everything about the dossier is classic Hillary M.O. She’s done this all her life. Whether it’s been about Bill’s women or Donald Trump, finding dirt on anyone who crosses her is how she does things: Usually, she sends out private investigators. Here, she went way over the top and hired a foreign ex-spy to get embarrassing information on Trump. As usual, she tried to hide her footprints by wrapping it up with a layer of lawyers to keep it secret.

Do you think Carter Page should file a defamation suit over the claims in the Steele dossier?

0% (0 Votes)

0% (0 Votes)

But it won’t work this time. The secret is out and all fingers point to Hillary.

And the possibility that Hillary didn’t know anything about it? That would be zero.

Its time that Hillary and her enablers are held accountable.

The defendants in the libel action should include the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, Christopher Steele, Orbis Business Intelligence, Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch (co-founders of Fusion GPS and authors of Crime in Progress, which catalogs their actions) and possibly others, such as David Kramer, the former McCain associate whom Simpson accuses of distributing the dossier to the press without permission. Discovery would likely identify others who played a part in the libelous statements.

We need to know the answers to questions like:

RELATED: Dick Morris: How Hillary Could Run

How did Clinton friend and veteran Kremlinologist Strobe Talbott get a pre-publication copy? (Fiona Hill testified that Talbott showed it to her the day before it was published).

Did Talbott’s brother-in-law, the wacky Cody Shearer, a staple of Clinton negative operations, send it to him? And what role did Clinton friend and Shearer sidekick Sidney Blumenthal play in fabricating the lies and concoctions that festoon the dossier?

It’s important to remember that neither the Mueller investigation nor congressional investigations were able to prove that the serious accusations against Carter Page and others were true.

In a libel trial, the burden of proof shifts to the defendant. It is Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele and others who would have to prove that their statements were true.

It’s highly unlikely they will be able to do that.

Horowitz’s report would seem to make criminal prosecutions of the principals less likely, although we do not know what federal prosecutor John Durham will find. But shouldn’t the gang of thieves that conspired to mislead the intelligence community, the media and the president be held accountable civilly, if not criminally?

But the DNC, Hillary Clinton and the companies and law firms involved have deep pockets and it would be well to tap them to secure justice for the victims.

Ted Cruz: Senate will hold ‘fair’ impeachment trial to expose Ukraine scandal — and Trump should be able to call witnesses

Speaking with BlazeTV host Glenn Beck on his radio show Tuesday morning, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, confirmed that the U.S. Senate will hold an impeachment trial aimed at exposing the Ukrainian scandal and said that the Senate trial would be “fair” to the president, unlike the impeachment probe in the House.

Earlier in the interview, Cruz described the House impeachment inquiry as a “partisan show trial” that would ultimately be “thrown out” in the Senate.

Beck later pressed Cruz on the Senate’s intentions: “Please tell me that you are going to hold an impeachment trial and expose all of this stuff in the Senate, won’t you?”

“We will have a trial in the Senate unlike the House, where there was no due process and no fairness,” Cruz confirmed to Beck during the on-air interview. “I believe [the trial in] the Senate will be much more fair.”

Cruz also said he believes that President Trump and his legal team should be allowed to call any witnesses that support his case, including Hunter Biden and the alleged whistleblower, Eric Ciaramella.

“We’re going to allow the White House and the president to present their defense,” Cruz told Beck. “I believe that means if the president wants to call witnesses, the president should be able to call witnesses.”

“If the president wants to call Hunter Biden or the whistleblower — whomever the president wants to call,” Cruz said.

Beck has been outspoken about what he considers the real Ukrainian scandal, which is the State Department-funded, George Soros-led “shadow government” effort in Ukraine.

During the interview, Beck and Cruz also agreed that allegations of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election in collusion with the Democratic Party and the Hillary Clinton campaign were, in fact, founded, and that further investigation is justified.

Investigation into 2016 election interference was one of two requests from Trump to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the alleged quid pro quo, the other being an investigation into Hunter Biden’s suspicious involvement with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma.

In a lengthy exposé on BlazeTV last month, Beck suggested that the impeachment probe against President Trump must go to trial so that the details of the underlying scandals in Ukraine could be brought to light.

Curious Americans will have to wait, however, because according to a Politico report, the Senate impeachment trial will likely be postponed until January.

Media Research Center Files FEC Complaint Against Bloomberg Over Journalists at His Company Continuing to Investigate Trump

The Media Research Center (MRC) has filed a Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint against Bloomberg LP, the owner of Bloomberg News, Michael Bloomberg and Mike Bloomberg 2020, Inc.

The media watchdog maintains that by stopping journalists at his news outlet from investigating Bloomberg himself, or other Democrat presidential candidates, but continuing to investigate President Donald Trump, they are potentially providing an improper contribution to the Bloomberg campaign.

“According to FEC law, the ‘media exemption’ that would normally exempt media organizations from federal campaign finance disclosure laws does not apply if ‘the facility is owned or controlled by any political party, political committee, or candidate’ should the organization fail to ‘give reasonably equal coverage to all opposing candidates,’” MRC’s website Newsbusters reports.

“Bloomberg News is making a mockery of legitimate journalism. They have consciously chosen to abandon their journalistic responsibilities in favor of what is politically convenient,” MRC President Brent Bozell said in a statement.

The complaint says that on or about November 23, the Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg News stated in a memorandum that they will “continue our tradition of not investigating Mike (and his family and foundation) and we will extend the same policy to his rivals in the Democratic Primary … [but we] will continue to investigate the Trump administration.”

The complaint adds that this may be a violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and should be investigated. It notes that to avoid conflict the candidate may have to register the news organization as a political committee, which it has not done.

“This is a public declaration that Bloomberg’s newsroom is adopting media bias as an official policy,” Bozell added.“This is not only categorically unethical, but potentially illegal, which is why we are calling for an investigation.”
