ACT for America, a nationwide grassroots group that educates the public about radical Islam, was founded in 2007 by my vigilant activist friend and Lebanese Christian immigrant journalist Brigitte Gabriel. I was honored to accept Gabriel’s invitation to speak at her organization’s annual banquet at Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida, on Nov. 7.

Gabriel has worked tirelessly to expose the Islamic imperialist agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic state; barbaric practices of female genital mutilation and honor killings by adherents of sharia; and the whitewashing of violent jihad in American middle school textbooks. Past speakers and honorees at ACT for America’s events and legislative briefings include former Rep. Mike Pompeo of Kansas (now President Donald Trump’s secretary of state), Rep. Jim Bridenstine of Oklahoma (now Trump’s NASA administrator), Rep. Ron DeSantis of Florida (now Florida governor) and Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee.

I planned to talk to ACT for America’s gala attendees about the ongoing national security threat that jihad-coddling Muslim grievance groups and other identity politics agitators in the “Open Borders, Inc.” infrastructure pose to our country’s very existence. But thanks to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Council on American Islamic Relations, Miami Herald, copycat journalists and the Trump Organization, the event was banned from Mar-a-Lago.

Yes, banned.

All it took was a noisy little echo chamber of lazy media lemmings in search of weekend clickbait. On Saturday morning, the Miami Herald published an inflammatory attack masquerading as “breaking news” with the headline:

“Anti-Muslim extremist group says it will host $1,500-a-plate gala at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.”

Where did the Miami Herald get its characterization that ACT for America was an “extremist group”? From the discredited charlatans at the Southern Poverty Law Center. Miami Herald reporter Nicholas Nehamas admitted to me that he wrote the “story,” padded with an obligatory assist and dutiful quote from SPLC’s Muslim counterparts at CAIR, after receiving an SPLC HateWatch alert titled:

“Anti-Muslim Hate Group to Hold Gala at Mar A Lago.”

Media monkey see. Media monkey do.

Barely two hours later, according to an email I obtained, the Mar-a-Lago catering department informed ACT for America that “we will not be able to host your proposed event” because “as a private Club we strive to ensure that the agenda and subject matter discussed at any event is in line with our Club’s culture.”

Gabriel was not given a chance to defend herself or educate Mar-a-Lago’s cowering bureaucrats about the SPLC’s corrupt culture of manufacturing hate fraud, raising millions off fear-mongering, stashing away gobs of money in offshore accounts and staving off internal complaints of racial and sexual harassment for decades. Nor was I was given a chance to answer any questions about the subject matter of my planned speech, which was going to cover the SPLC and CAIR’s war on immigration enforcement patriots, SPLC’s defamation settlements, and the ongoing litigation against the smear merchants by deplatformed Trump supporters Laura Loomer and Gavin McInnes.

A cascade of copycat hit pieces ensued. The New York Times crowed:

“Mar-a-Lago Won’t Host Anti-Muslim Group’s Gala, Trump Organization Says.”

The Palm Beach Post echoed:

“Trump Organization cancels anti-Muslim group’s event at Mar-a-Lago.”

The Guardian followed:

“Lavish gala hosted by anti-Muslim group canceled at Mar-a-Lago.”

And the Daily Beast bellowed:

“Mar-a-Lago Disinvites Anti-Muslim Group ACT for America to Host Annual Gala at Trump Resort.”

The Trump Organization’s capitulation to Trump-hating speech and thought police thugs has daunting implications for a wide range of politically engaged citizens on the right. If Trump’s family-run companies will swallow the SPLC and CAIR’s defamatory “hate” labels wholesale and throw the president’s most ardent supporters under the bus, what signal does that send to any hotel chain (or local government) about protecting the free speech and peaceable assembly rights of anyone on the center-right?

SPLC’s sweeping hate designations haven’t just targeted Gabriel and me (two conservative women of color, by the way), but also (for starters):

–Black conservative scholar Carol Swain.

–Black Trump administration Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson.

–Muslim reformer Maajid Nawaz.

–Refugee Resettlement Watch blogger and citizen journalist Ann Corcoran.

–Investigative Project on Terrorism founder Steven Emerson.

–Former Reagan official and Center for Security Policy president Frank Gaffney.

–Jewish anti-jihad activist Pamela Geller.

–Former FBI agent and Marine veteran John Guandolo.

–Somali-born ex-Muslim activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

–Renowned historian and author David Horowitz.

–Scholar and Middle East Forum founder Daniel Pipes.

–Palestinian-American ex-jihadist Walid Shoebat.

–Scholar and Jihad Watch founder Robert Spencer.

–Lawyer, Fox News host, LifeZette.com founder and talk radio veteran Laura Ingraham.

But not to worry. While the SPLC and its open borders media handmaidens are busy destroying their enemies, Trump is busy “monitoring” the situation. With friends like these…

Idiotic Environmental Predictions

The Competitive Enterprise Institute has published a new paper, “Wrong Again: 50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions.” Keep in mind that many of the grossly wrong environmentalist predictions were made by respected scientists and government officials. My question for you is: If you were around at the time, how many government restrictions and taxes would you have urged to avoid the predicted calamity?

As reported in The New York Times (Aug. 1969) Stanford University biologist Dr. Paul Erhlich warned: “The trouble with almost all environmental problems is that by the time we have enough evidence to convince people, you’re dead. We must realize that unless we’re extremely lucky, everybody will disappear in a cloud of blue steam in 20 years.”

In 2000, Dr. David Viner, a senior research scientist at University of East Anglia’s climate research unit, predicted that in a few years winter snowfall would become “a very rare and exciting event. Children just aren’t going to know what snow is.” In 2004, the U.S. Pentagon warned President George W. Bush that major European cities would be beneath rising seas. Britain will be plunged into a Siberian climate by 2020. In 2008, Al Gore predicted that the polar ice cap would be gone in a mere 10 years. A U.S. Department of Energy study led by the U.S. Navy predicted the Arctic Ocean would experience an ice-free summer by 2016.

In May 2014, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius declared during a joint appearance with Secretary of State John Kerry that “we have 500 days to avoid climate chaos.”

Peter Gunter, professor at North Texas State University, predicted in the spring 1970 issue of The Living Wilderness: “Demographers agree almost unanimously on the following grim timetable: by 1975 widespread famines will begin in India; these will spread by 1990 to include all of India, Pakistan, China and the Near East, Africa. By the year 2000, or conceivably sooner, South and Central America will exist under famine conditions. … By the year 2000, thirty years from now, the entire world, with the exception of Western Europe, North America, and Australia, will be in famine.”

Ecologist Kenneth Watt’s 1970 prediction was, “If present trends continue, the world will be about four degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990, but eleven degrees colder in the year 2000.” He added, “This is about twice what it would take to put us into an ice age.”

Mark J. Perry, scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and professor of economics and finance at the University of Michigan’s Flint campus, cites 18 spectacularly wrong predictions made around the time of first Earth Day in 1970. This time it’s not about weather. Harrison Brown, a scientist at the National Academy of Sciences, published a chart in Scientific American that looked at metal reserves and estimated that humanity would run out of copper shortly after 2000. Lead, zinc, tin, gold and silver would be gone before 1990. Kenneth Watt said, “By the year 2000, if present trends continue, we will be using up crude oil at such a rate … that there won’t be any more crude oil.”

There were grossly wild predictions well before the first Earth Day, too. In 1939, the U.S. Department of the Interior predicted that American oil supplies would last for only another 13 years. In 1949, the secretary of the interior said the end of U.S. oil supplies was in sight. Having learned nothing from its earlier erroneous energy claims, in 1974, the U.S. Geological Survey said that the U.S. had only a 10-year supply of natural gas. However, the U.S. Energy Information Administration estimated that as of Jan. 1, 2017, there were about 2,459 trillion cubic feet of dry natural gas in the United States. That’s enough to last us for nearly a century. The United States is the largest producer of natural gas worldwide.

Today’s wild predictions about climate doom are likely to be just as true as yesteryear’s. The major difference is today’s Americans are far more gullible and more likely to spend trillions fighting global warming. And the only result is that we’ll be much poorer and less free.

CDC: Three STDs At An All-Time High In U.S.

In a report published on Tuesday, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention listed cases of  gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis at an all-time high across the United States.

“For the fifth consecutive year, combined cases of gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis have risen in the United States, according to a Sexually Transmitted Disease Surveillance Report from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published on Tuesday,” reports CNN. “A rise in the prevalence and incidence of STDs can come with serious public health consequences and concerns, including infertility, drug-resistant gonorrhea and congenital syphilis, which can cause infant death.”

CDC epidemiologist Elizabeth Torrone, who helped author the report, said the combined total of 2.4 million diagnosed infections makes it “the most cases” recorded since the United States began monitoring.

“STDs cause a significant burden to the health care system — both in terms of direct medical costs for treating STDs as well as the personal cost for people who have an STD,” Torrone said. “As the STD epidemic continues to grow in the United States, the direct medical costs and the quality of life lost will just increase as well.”

Dr. Gail Bolan, director of the CDC’s Division of STD Prevention, noted in the report’s foreword that such diseases were on the decline until recently.

“Yet not that long ago, gonorrhea rates were at historic lows, syphilis was close to elimination, and we were able to point to advances in STD prevention,” wrote Bolan. “That progress has since unraveled. The number of reported syphilis cases is climbing after being largely on the decline since 1941, and gonorrhea rates are now increasing. Many young women continue to have undiagnosed chlamydial infections, putting them at risk for infertility.”

Such cases of STDs were notably highest in adolescents and young adults. CNN noted that a possible factor in the rise could possibly stem from “a surge in people getting tested and cases being diagnosed and reported” on top of  a “decline in people using condoms.” The state of Alaska was ranked highest for chlamydia while Mississippi was ranked highest for gonorrhea. Nevada earned the top rank for primary and secondary syphilis. Rates in the District of Columbia for all three diseases were higher than any other state.

While multiple experts have blamed the rise in STD rates on a number of factors, including sexual health education, few note that pre-marital sex with multiple partners as one of the main causes. Few will note the potential impact of abstinence-only education.

According to a 2010 study out of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Waterloo in Canada, as well as the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, abstinence-only education works even when it does not have a moral component attached. As reported by NPR, the study showed that when 662 middle schoolers were given abstinence-only education, sexual activity dropped significantly:

The researchers developed a curriculum that was designed to get middle schoolers in the 6th and 7th grades to put off having sex until they were more more mature and could handle the consequences.

There were no lectures. It was an interactive program. The young people had discussions about resisting peer pressure, through role playing and games.

Unlike previous programs it did not define abstinence as delaying sex until marriage.

Two years after completing the program, a survey showed that the abstinence training was effective in getting 67% of the kids to delay having sex. That’s compared to 48% of students in another group who only received basic health information.

Hillary Clinton back at it, deluding herself she can beat Trump ‘again’

Is Hillary Clinton getting even more delusional as she bitterly stews in her post-election juices? She says she’s up for a relectoral rematch with President Trump and thinks it’s obvious she can beat him “again.” It follows her recent remarks claiming Trump was an “illegitimate” president.

Hillary made her remarks in an interview with Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), which was nominally supposed to be about a book about ‘gutsy women’ she wrote with her daughter Chelsea.

“It truly is remarkable how obsessed he remains with me,” Clinton said, laughing out loud. “But this latest tweet is so typical of him. Nothing has been more examined and looked at than my e-mails. We all know that. So he’s either lying or delusional or both … so maybe there does need to be a rematch. Obviously I can beat him again.”

Is she running, or is this just a joke? Probably the best indicator would be her money situation, which isn’t exactly transparent, but there’s plenty else to suggest she is. 

She’s got makeup on, and is well coiffed. She’s got a dark suit on which serves to conceal her weight, particularly since the friendly camera operator angles the shot to minimize. Clinton also may have had some ‘work’ done around her eyes, neck, and jowl-line, making her looks fresher and more youthful than ever.

That’s one indication she might just be getting ready for it.

Here’s another – look at her arch and cute Twitter intro to herself, calculated just to appeal to Millennials and her voting bse:

Her arrogance is all still there.

Now she claims she ‘won’ the election, probably based on the rather questionable reading of her popular vote tally, which in contradiction to the Constitution, she thinks is the criteria for claiming victory.

Left unsaid is that the hard facts on the ground say she didn’t win, and what’s more it was her own fault. She’s the one who ignored the flyover states, failing to go to Wisconsin as her slightly cannier husband Bill warned her to do, and calling half the voting population ‘deplorables’ which kept voters out of her column. She’s the one who stumbled and collapsed through her campaign tour, and then cooked up the lie that her loss was the work of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.

She also lies about her emails and the problematic nature of just what she got away in setting up her easily hacked illegal private server, which certainly drove some voters away from her, too. The PBS interviewers – and let’s face it, PBS and its viewers are her political base – didn’t pursue that brushoff, nor ask any tough questions, suggesting that their script was all pre-approved fluff. Again, that suggests campaign mode

Now she’s telling Trump, who threw out some very good troll bait to elicit that information, that she’s now tempted to run because Trump is making her.

This is cloud-cuckoo delusion land, cubed. Her own aides had earlier cringed at the thought of another Hillary run and yelled at her not to do it. Well, she apparently doesn’t listen to anyone but herself, so it’s off to the races now.

This is going to be pathetic.

WAYNE ALLYN ROOT: Trump: The Greatest Non-Ukrainian Jobs President Ever!

I have at least 1000 things to write about. I could fill this column for the next 365 days. But I have to scrap them once again. President Trump screws up my plans every time.

That darn Trump economy keeps interfering with my plans. The Trump economy is so good, I have to change the topic of every column back to the booming economy.

Trump did it again. How good is Trump’s economy? Trump’s economy is so good, jobs are booming with such ferocity, the Democrat Party no longer has to depend on Ukrainian gas companies to employ all their sons.

It’s THAT good!

Or didn’t you hear that Paul Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi’s son was also on the Board of a Ukrainian gas company. And Nancy Pelosi appeared in the company’s promotional video. Funny how that works, huh? I’m betting it’s 2 for 1.

It was practically raining Democrat sons in Ukraine. Ukraine is like the “Democrat Child Employment Plan.”

It must be common knowledge for DC Dems- if your kid is a vapid party boy, drunk, coke head, prostitute addict, or a lazy do-nothing, incapable of finding an honest job, just pick up the phone and call Ukraine. They’ll always answer!

Clearly, in Ukraine, they’ll hire any American- as long as your last name is Biden, Pelosi, Clinton or Kerry.

Personally, I’m offended. I was the 2008 Libertarian Vice Presidential nominee. But no one ever offered me a Board position in Ukraine. I wonder why? What’s wrong with my resume?

Maybe it’s because I’m the founder of AARP- “Americans Against Rotten Politicians.”

Maybe it’s because I campaigned for limited government, for corrupt politicians to be indicted, for all politicians to be term limited, for more power to the American people. Could that be it?

Or maybe it’s because I’m a S.O.B. (son of a butcher). And neither my mommy nor daddy controls a $4 trillion US budget? I’m betting that’s it.

But I digress. I have to get back to the topic of the Trump economy. Trump never leaves me any choice.

The poor Democrats tried so hard to talk America into a recession. They preached doom and gloom. They reminded me of Freddie Krueger in “Nightmare on Elm Street.” They wanted us all scared, depressed, seeing visions of our own death and doom.

Oops. Another epic fail. No one listened.

Try as Democrats may, you can’t keep Trump down. Lower taxes, less regulations, and a pro-business attitude just keep beating the Democrats’ brains in.

Jobs numbers were released on Friday morning. Unemployment hit a brand new 50-year low in September. The national unemployment rate is 3.5%. Amazing.

We added 136,000 new jobs in September. Which is good, but not remarkable. You know why? Experts say we are at full employment. There is nowhere else to go. We can’t create any more jobs, because pretty much everyone who wants a job, already has one.

The jobless rate for Hispanics hit the lowest number in history- again. The jobless rate for blacks stayed at the lowest in history.

And the previous two months (July and August) saw jobs numbers revised higher. We just added an extra 45,000 jobs over the summer.

Trump has produced over 6.3 million new jobs in his first 30 months as president. At the exact same time of his presidency, Obama lost 2.5 million jobs. Add it up. Trump is almost nine million jobs better than Obama.

9 million. What a lesson for the electorate.

If you’re the son or daughter of a powerful Democrat, Ukraine has a great job for you.

But if you’re black or Hispanic, and your parents don’t control a $4 trillion budget, and you want a job in the USA, Trump is your man.

Bravo President Trump. You are the greatest non-Ukrainian jobs president ever!

Levin: Flashback to 1984 Ted Kennedy: ‘This was a major effort to get the Soviet Union to interfere in our election’

Friday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin spoke with presidential historian Paul Kengor about a grossly overlooked incident in which a prominent politician sought election help from a dangerous foreign enemy.

The U.S. politician was Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy, the foreign power was the Soviet Union, and the election was the 1984 presidential race.

According to a 1983 KGB document, which wasn’t reported until years later in 1992, a friend of Kennedy’s reached out to the Kremlin to help the Soviets deal with Ronald Reagan in exchange for assistance undermining the president in the upcoming 1984 election.

The memo lists a number of ways that Reagan’s chances for re-election might have been weakened and outlines a number of proposals such as Kennedy meeting with Soviet officials in Moscow, those officials meeting with Kennedy in the United States, and others.

Naturally, the document’s discovery was largely ignored by the American media.

“This was a major effort to get the Soviet Union to interfere in our election,” Levin said.

“Yeah, I think it’s fair to characterize it that way,” Kengor responded.

Kengor then went on to compare the Kennedy-KGB memo to the current debate over President Trump, the Ukrainian government, former Vice President Joe Biden, and his son, Hunter:

“Imagine if Ronald Reagan knew about this memo, Mark, right, in 1984, right? After Ted Kennedy’s shenanigans. And he knows that Kennedy is considering a challenge to Reagan in 1984. And imagine Reagan’s frustration if he would have known that no one in the media cared to even ask Kennedy about this, right? Imagine what Reagan’s frustration would be like. Imagine the temptation of Reagan to try to do what he would be able to do or his staff could do to try to expose what Kennedy did, knowing that no one in the liberal media was going to expose it or even bother to ever report on it.

“And then if Reagan would have done so, or someone in his staff would have tried to call attention to it, Reagan would have been accused by the liberal media of abusing his power, because he’d be facing a possible presidential campaign challenge by Ted Kennedy in 1984. And I think that’s what Donald Trump is facing with Joe Biden.

“Trump wants the liberal media to do its job and expose how Biden abused power, knowing that the liberal media won’t do it, so Trump knows that he has to try to expose it himself.”

Even Wall Street is getting the willies about Warren

Wall Street, which in the past three decades has supported far more Democrats than Republicans, is drawing the line at Elizabeth Warren.

According to CNBC:

Democratic donors on Wall Street and in big business are preparing to sit out the presidential campaign fundraising cycle — or even back President Donald Trump — if Sen. Elizabeth Warren wins the party’s nomination.

In recent weeks, CNBC spoke to several high-dollar Democratic donors and fundraisers in the business community and found that this opinion was becoming widely shared as Warren, an outspoken critic of big banks and corporations, gains momentum against Joe Biden in the 2020 race.

“You’re in a box because you’re a Democrat and you’re thinking, ‘I want to help the party, but she’s going to hurt me, so I’m going to help President Trump,’” said a senior private equity executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity in fear of retribution by party leaders. The executive said this Wednesday, a day after Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that the House would begin a formal impeachment inquiry into Trump.

Which says a lot about just how left-wing-extreme Warren, the current Democratic Party frontrunner, really is.

These are people who supported candidates as far left as Obama for years. Remember all the Goldman Sachs cash that flowed into the Obama campaign coffers? 

According to Federal Election Commission figures compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics, Goldman Sachs‘ political action committee and individual contributors who listed the company as their employer donated $994,795 during 2007 and 2008 to Obama’s presidential campaign, the second-highest contribution from a company PAC and company employees.

Only the PAC and employees of the University of California, which donated more than $1.5 million, topped Goldman Sachs.

Goldman Sachs contributions to the Obama campaign were more than four times larger than the $230,095 in donations to Sen. John McCain’s presidential campaign.

According to figures dating to 1990, Goldman Sachs’ PAC and employees have consistently contributed more money to Democratic rather than Republican candidates for federal office.

In the 2008 election, three out of every four dollars contributed by Goldman Sachs went to Democrats.

Now they’re saying ‘no’ to Warren? Obviously, they’ve got a sense of self-preservation, which is an outright novelty in any rich blue constituency. Silicon Valley, which also knows the score on Warren and how she’d affect their industry is not quite there, yet. This report here says that Google employees are still donating to her. This report here says the Silicon Valley solons would do anything to meet with her and she won’t give them the time of day. Let’s face it, she’s taken 70,000 selfies with members of the public, according to her campaign staff — heck, she took a selfie with me, a Trumpster, less than a week ago in San Diego, but she sure as heck won’t take one with them. What’s more, Warren is in open attack against Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, as I witnessed in San Diego. Zuck’s response? A weak sort of ‘beat me, beat me’: “Try not to antagonize her further.”

Wall Street seems to have gone well beyond the appeasement approach.

Apparently, she doesn’t know where all those workers she claims to champion’s 401(k)s come from.

Speaking of which, the stock market’s downturn has been blamed at least in part on Warren’s rise, which reinforces the argument above that Wall Street isn’t kenning to her. A survey of institutional investors here says they’ve got ”growing anxiety” to what she’s proposing. She apparently thinks money grows on trees — and Wall Street just harvests it.

The fatcats of the Street may be all in for avoiding Warren, who increasingly looks to be the candidate of Big Labor, but Warren says she’s got the love of the little guys, the small dollar donors, the ordinary people, the middle class, right?

That may be her plan, but if it is, she’s got a big as heck problem in that her competition, one President Trump is mopping the floor with such a strategy.

He’s outdrawing her about two-to-one with $45 million in online little-guy donations in just the third quarter alone, including 313,000 first-time donors, ever since the impeachment scam broke. By contrast, Warren’s drawn $24.6 million in the same reporting period.

Funny how the little guys are donating to the billionaire, not the union shill who claims to champion the worker but not his 401(k). Workers apparently have some concern about how their 401(k)s do based on how the stock market performs, and how Wall Street manages those assets, given who they’re donating to. Sure, in Warrenworld the worker 401(k)s could maybe be managed by some union thug instead of a Wall Street pro, but based on these figures here, the workers are pretty sure they won’t like the result. The workers, Wall Street, and the markets, are in sync here.

Which is the message sent in those little-guy donations to Trump. There must be some conversations being heard on Wall Street as word filters upward about how the mainstream feels about Warren’s plan to trash the stock market, government-ize the economy, and say she’s all doing it for the little guy to spite Wall Street and destroy its accumulated wealth. The Wall Street denizens are hearing what they’re hearing, and even with their love for blue-city Democrats, and adjusting their support accordingly. It says something that they’re murmurring to the press about it, too.

Concentration Camp Survivors: China Using Forced Sterilization, Abortion for Genocide

Women who have survived China’s concentration camps for Muslim ethnic minorities reported widespread rape, forced abortions, forced sterilization, and other extreme sexual human rights atrocities in accounts published this weekend.

Speaking to the Washington Post, the women echo the experiences of others who have escaped the estimated thousands of concentration camps built in Xinjiang, China’s largest and westernmost province, to house Uighur, Kazakh, and Kyrgyz ethnic people. While survivors tend to be Kazakh – they can use their dual citizenship to escape to neighboring Kazakhstan – the majority of the 1 to 3 million people trapped in the camps are believed to be Uighurs. Others who have survived have been able to use their marital status to citizens of Pakistan or other neighboring countries to place pressure on Beijing to release them.

The nations themselves have not made any official statements condemning the Communist Party’s attempt to eradicate ethnic minorities in Xinjiang – sometimes actively praising it – but have quietly helped individuals with the influence to get their attention.

Camp survivors have previously testified to extreme torture, killings, live organ harvesting, infanticide, and slavery in the camps. An Associated Press (AP) report published last year revealed that some clothes made in slave facilities in the concentration camps made its way to America.

“Any woman or man under age 35 was raped and sexually abused,” Ruqiye Perhat, a student arrested in Xinjiang in 2009 for four years, told the Post. More recent survivors say that the camps had made rape more systematic than in regular prisons; guards would “put bags on the heads of the ones they wanted” and take the women out of their cells to be raped all night, returned for their fellow prisoners to see in the morning. One human rights activist told the Post they had documented at least seven cases of women being forced against their will to receive intrauterine devices as part of their entering the concentration camp, presumably to keep them from getting pregnant through rape.

Those who were arrested while pregnant – often for “crimes” like downloading the messaging application WhatsApp – were forced into harrowing abortions.

Gulzira Mogdyn told the Post that Chinese regime officials slashed her open without anesthesia and “cut my fetus out.”

The Washington Post testimonies echo those of other survivors who have endured sexual human rights violations and the killing of their unborn children. Many have also stated that the Chinese officials violated their bodily integrity in other ways, such as conducting medical examinations to prepare them for organ harvesting.

Mihrigul Tursun, a camp survivor, testified last year that Chinese authorities killed one of her infant triplets upon imprisoning her. The death occurred while the children were with Chinese authorities, forcibly taken for her. She told reporters she believes the child died of force-feeding.

An unnamed Kazakh concentration camp survivor testified to forced birth control accompanying the systematic use of rape to torture women at the camps.

“Young girls are taken out and raped all night long. If you keep resisting, they will inject you with something and kill you,” the woman told the Epoch Times. “There are usually 40 to 50 people in one small room, but five to 10 are regularly taken out and they just disappear—they never come back. People are being killed in tens all the time.”

Speaking to Radio Free Asia (RFA) last month, Zumuret Dawut described her forced sterilization in a concentration camp. Dawut escaped because her husband, a Pakistani national, petitioned his government to intervene.

“The family planning office gave me a letter and said: ‘Come back on the date stated in the letter and we will offer you a free operation to stop you from becoming pregnant,’” she told the outlet. “On hearing this my husband pleaded, ‘Does she have to undergo this procedure?’ … They said, ‘If you don’t comply it will effect your entry back into the country in the future, also your children’s schooling.’”

“On the day of my operation, I was taken inside the operating room, all I remember was that I was given an infusion. When I opened my eyes … There was no medical staff, doctors or nurses It was a very cold day, and I was covered with only a thin bed sheet,” she noted. “No one was allowed to visit from outside. When I looked around I heard other women moaning from pain. Once the effect of the anaesthetic wore off, I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdominal.”

Dawut added that, in the camp, she was forced to strip naked in front of multiple male officers and forced to take drugs that made her “[become] numb emotionally” and prevented her menstrual cycle from naturally taking place.

She also underwent organ testing to see if doctors could harvest them for profit, she said.

Human rights activists, journalists, and whistleblowers have testified for years to China’s policy of cutting open political prisoners to extract their organs while alive, without anesthesia, and sell them to willing buyers. Speculation first arose when observers noted that the number of organ transplants conducted in China was far greater than the official existing list of organ donors, leaving unclear how the remaining transplants were conducted without organs.

In 2014, Enver Tothi testified to cutting organs out of a live political prisoner in Urumqi, the Xinjiang capital. Tohti told the China Tribunal – a coalition of international legal experts investigating the Xinjiang camps – that he believed China was preparing to conduct these operations on Uighurs and others imprisoned in Xinjiang.

China has traditionally reserved the torturous operation for use on practitioners of Falun Gong, a spiritual movement that it considers a dangerous anti-communist cult.

Jewher Ilham, daughter of imprisoned Uighur scholar Ilham Tohti, similarly accused China of live organ harvesting against her people in July.

“They harvest prisoners’ organs for sale. At the airport, there is now a fast track security lane for organs to pass,” she said.

The Washington Post noted that activists have called these practices “genocide.” The official international legal definition of genocide lists “imposing measures intended to prevent births” on a “national, ethnic, racial, or religious group … to bring about its physical destruction.”

The issue of genocide in China came to the forefront of the sports world on Sunday evening when the NBA forced Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey to effusively apologize to the communist regime for posting a mild statement of support for anti-communist protests in Hong Kong on social media. The NBA itself also apologized to China, triggering a stern response from the World Uyghur Congress, an international organization fighting for human rights in Xinjiang and elsewhere.

“The NBA has a dismal record of silence & self-censorship on Human Rights in China,” the World Uyghur Congress said in a statement on Twitter, noting that the NBA established a training camp in Xinjiang that profits the communist regime without challenging the existence of concentration camps there. “The NBA’s willingness to appease China & overlook its abhorrent behaviour contradicts the core values & business standards it claims to espouse,” the organization observed.

WATCH: ‘Hundreds’ Of Young People Regret Gender Transition, Seek Reversal

A female who transitioned to male as a teenager is speaking out about transgender regret. 

Twenty-eight-year-old Charlie Evans told Sky News in a recent interview that she’s spoken to “hundreds” of young people, mostly same-sex attracted women, who regret their gender transition. She also encountered an “online community of 5,000 in a similar position,” according to the network (video report below).  

Evans transitioned and viewed herself as male for almost ten years, before deciding to detransition. 

“I’m in communication with 19 and 20-year-olds who have had full gender reassignment surgery who wish they hadn’t, and their dysphoria hasn’t been relieved, they don’t feel better for it,” she told Sky News, adding, ”I think some of the common characteristics are that they tend to be around their mid-20s, they’re mostly female and mostly same-sex attracted, and often autistic as well.”

“They don’t know what their options are now,” Evans explained.

After dealing with her own experiences and connecting with hundreds of others, Evans  has started a charity called “The Detransition Advocacy Network.” 

“The Detransition Advocacy Network was established to support people who have stopped or reversed gender reassignment,” an ad on Eventbrite for an event for the charity explains. 

To celebrate the launch of The Detransition Advocacy Network on November 30, a group called “Make More Noise” will host an event “discussing the ethics of the social and medical transition of gender non-conforming women and girls” and will feature “talks from professionals working in the field followed by a panel discussion of detransitioned women talking about their experiences.”

After speaking publicly about her transition, Evans recalled being confronted by a young woman “with a beard” who also regretted her transition. “She said she felt shunned by the LGBT community for being a traitor. So I felt I had to do something,” Evans said. 

Another woman who reached out to Evans said she began her transition at the tender age of 13. “After taking testosterone her voice got a lot deeper, she grew facial hair and her body changed. She had been planning to have surgery to remove her breasts this summer,” Sky News reported. 

Now, at 21, the young woman, who only wished to be identified as “Ruby,” wishes to try to undo the damage done to her body and live as a female. 

“I didn’t think any change was going to be enough in the end and I thought it was better to work on changing how I felt about myself, than changing my body,” Ruby said. 

Ruby compared gender dysphoria to an eating disorder; she’s personally suffered with both.

“I’ve seen similarities in the way I experience gender dysphoria, in the way I experience other body image issues,” she said. 

“When I was at my gender clinic to get referred for hormones, we had a session where I went over my mental health issues and I told them about my eating disorder and they didn’t suggest that that could maybe connected with my gender dysphoria,” Ruby explained. “For everyone who has gender dysphoria, whether they are trans or not, I want there to be more options for us because I think there is a system of saying, ‘okay here’s your hormones, here’s your surgery, off you go.’ I don’t think that’s helpful for anyone.”

A spokesperson for the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, which takes on gender-confused “transgender” patients as young as three years old, pushed back on the women’s lived experiences. 

“Decisions about physical interventions made in our care are arrived at after a thorough exploration process. While some of our patients may decide not to pursue physical treatment or drop out of treatment, the experience of regret described here is rarely seen,” the spokesperson said. 

As highlighted by Sky News, questioning gender transition, even within young people, has been largely castigated as “transphobic” rhetoric. Still, folks like Evans and Ruby who regret their transition are resisting pressures to keep quiet. 

And there are more. In 2016, PJ Media ran a piece on two young people, both female, speaking out against transitions of children and young people. One of the women detailed  irrevocable physical harm she had undergone in the process of her own now-regrettable gender transitions.

“I am a real, live 22-year-old woman, with a scarred chest and a broken voice, and five o’clock shadow because I couldn’t face the idea of growing up to be a woman, that’s my reality,” Cari Stella revealed in a YouTube video. As noted by PJ Media, Stella “objected to transgender journalist Julia Serano’s insistence on calling her ‘transgender.’”

“Gender was done to me,” Stella continued, “gender was traumatizing to me, I don’t want anything to do with it anymore.”

“When I was transitioning, I felt a strong desire — what I would have called a ‘need’ at the time — to transition,” she explained, though the transition would eventually have what she underscored were harmful effects. “It can be damn hard to figure out that the treatment you’re being told is to help you is actually making your mental health worse. Testosterone made me even more dissociated than I already was.” 

Another young woman who has decided to detransition after identifying as male, Carey Callahan, voiced frustration with the transgender journalist for “erasing” her lived experience. 

“If self-definition is a human right, I don’t know how much louder we can shout to the world we’re not trans,” she said. “And for me, if you say that I’m on the transgender spectrum, what you’re doing is you’re erasing everything I’m telling you about my life and my story.”

“I had trauma that led to me disassociating from my female body, and … the longer I chased that disassociation — the more I asked people to call me special pronouns, the more I tried to change my body, the more I ensconced myself in a community that would affirm a trans identity, the worse I felt,” Callahan explained. 

“It’s a central story in my life, and you’re erasing it to make me fit into your ideology,” she added. “Your set of ideas of how the world works is not worth acting like I don’t exist, or acting like you get to define my gender for me. No, that’s not how that works. I’m a real person, and you have to deal with my existence.”

Archaeologists Discover Remains of 5,000-Year-Old City in Israel

(UPI) — Archaeologists uncovered a 5,000-year-old city and a 7,000-year-old religious temple in northern Israel, officials announced Sunday.

Directors for the Israel Antiquities Authority described the city as “the Early Bronze Age New York” of the region spanning more than 160 acres and accommodating about 6,000 inhabitants.

“There is no doubt that this site dramatically changes what we know about the character of the period and the beginning of urbanization of Israel,” Israel Antiquities Authority directors Dr. Ytzhak Paz and Dr. Dina Shalem said in a statement.

During excavations under the city’s houses, archaeologists found a religious temple that was 2,000 years older.

The temple was filled with evidence from various religious rituals including a large stone basin used to hold liquids, burnt animal bones suggesting sacrificial offerings and rare figures.

“These surprising findings allow us, for the first time, to define the cultural characteristics of the inhabitants of this area in ancient times,” the Israel Antiquities Authority said.

Millions of pottery fragments, flint tools and basalt stone vessels were also uncovered at the site.

The discoveries indicated that two springs originating in the area attracted people to the city where researchers believe people made their living from agriculture and traded with different regions.

About 5,000 teenagers and volunteers also participated in the excavations as part of the Israel Antiquities Authority’s Sharing Heritage project for 2 1/2 years in the En Eusr archaeological site near Wadi Ara in the Haifa District.

The site was discovered before the construction of a highway interchange.

“The challenges the archaeological excavation presented the students and the uncovering of its findings, contributed both to their personal development and enriched their acquaintance with the country’s landscape, its sites and history,” guide Noah Shaul said.
